I think I should've done one fic at a time… Oh well!

This chapter is gonna be boring. They're just buying their clothes.

Chapter 2

Marissa's POV

I threw my books in my bag and rushed to Violet's locker." Ready?" I asked impatiently.

"Almost..." she grunted as she dumped her books into her backpack.

I sighed as I watched the zipper get stuck.

"Done!" she exclaimed tugging it loose.

"Yes!" I yelled, attracting the attention of some kids. I ignored them as I ran towards the door dragging Vi behind me.

"I do not know her." she mumbled, embarrassed.

We started walking; it took about 5 minutes until we finally got to the mall. It was strange to see Violet in such a place, considering it was against her nature. But I guess she took today as an exception because she didn't protest coming here like she usually would.

"Well here we are." I told her. We were standing in front of a huge store. (Someone suggest a name?)

"C'mon!" I squealed dragging her into the shop.

Violet's POV

"Omg you have to try this on!" she turned towards me holding a shirt. Uh oh, she's already in shopping mode. That means I'm going to be here for a long time. Sigh, what have I gotten myself into.

"Okay." I said reluctantly letting her do my shopping. I took the shirt from her and followed her as she stacked my arms with clothes I 'had to try on.'

Soon we both had a gigantic pile of clothes in our hands. We made our way to the dressing rooms.

I tried on a variety of selections from the stack of clothes picked by Marissa. I decided on a cute, indigo shirt and black jeans while Marissa chose a green t-shirt with a dark blue skirt.

"Nice selection!" Marissa praised.

"I like yours too." I smiled returning the comment. We grabbed the clothes and went out of the room.

We dumped the extra clothes onto the desk outside of the stalls and walked to the cashier. We both paid and went to our separate houses.

"Tomorrows my date with Tony. Dad, can you please restrain yourself from strangling him?" I asked during dinner.

"But-" he started. "Honey, she's right. You can't hurt the boy because he wants to take Violet out." Mom interrupted.

"Okay fine I won't injure him." Dad said grouchily.

"Thanks!" I squealed hugging him. Dash gagged, but I ignored him.

'Good now I only hope no evil crackpot attacks the city tomorrow.' I thought as I drifted off to sleep.

What a boring chapter! Oh well...
