Kagome found her husband to be growling at her older brother. He got in his fighter stance and his claws were ready to strike him. She left her brother and rushed over to Inuyasha's Side. She put a gentle touch on her arm. "Inuyasha,that is my brother Miroku.'' Kagome told him soothly.

Miroku stared wide eyed at the man who had won his sister's heart and wanted to spend her life with. Inuyasha continued to growl at him, but Miroku know that he had to warn the man and his people about naraku's attack. He walked up to the white haired man and took his hand out all ready to shake the man's hands. Inuyasha looks warily at him. He then looked at Kagome confused. 'What the hell you want?' He thought to himself.

Kagome told him. "He wants to shook your hand. It how we meet each other and greet each other.'' Inuyasha grabbed Miroku's hand and grabbed it tightly squeeze it painful. Inuyasha's gripped on Miroku's hand was down right so tight that he had lost all kinds of feeling in his hand.

"Nice to meet you'' Winced as Inuyasha's squeeze tighter. "I am Miroku, Kagome's older brother. And you are?''

"Your worst enemy!'' Inuyasha told him as he released his hand and walked away from the front. He took a seat in front of the fire. Kagome and Miroku both looked at each other. "You have seen Kagome and you see that she is fine. So please leave the village. You are not welcome here.'' Inuyasha told Miroku as he ate some meat that was left by the fire.

"Inuyasha! This is my brother! and he has something important to tell you.'' Kagome told him as she rushed over to Inuyasha's side.

"Keh, and what that would be?''

"Kagome original fiance is on his way here with men from town and they planned to destroy and killed everything you know and care for.'' Miroku told him quickly. " So you see, that why i am here. They have guns and I bet Naraku has somehow got a hold of the other tribes around here and they probably will join his fight.''

Inuyasha took everything in and he sat in front of the fire with a frown on his face. "What is wrong with him? He doesn't seem the type to take something and prodding on it. '' Miroku whispered to his sister, whom stared at Inuyasha. Kagome know that Miroku was right about Inuyasha, that he would normally be angry that someone was threatening her but he must be worry about the danger to his village.

She walked over to him and kneed down beside him. She looked into his golden eyes and remember when she first met him. She had felt the instant attraction deprise her fear of him and his people. She grabbed his hands and whisper. " We will survive this, maybe it is best that your return me to my town?''

Inuyasha looked at her. His guy tighten at her beauty, he didn't want her to leave him but they had to think about the good of the village. He didn't want her to go back to that hellhole.

"Keh" he mumbled

"Good, it has been decide that kagome shall return back to the town with me and we shall stop this horrible indecent from happening." Moroni told them. Inuyasha glared at him. He didn't like this dark haired man at just bring bad news with him.

"Fine!" He growled at them. "But I am coming with you. Great spirit, knows that you would both get killed the minute you set forth in the forest. " inuyasha said as he left his parent's tent in angry.

"What did I say?" Miroku asked confuse lay looking at his sister. She shook her head in disbelief at how silly her brother can be. She went off to follow Inuyasha.

She chased after him and found him nearing the stream , staring off to the distance. She stood behind him staring at her reflection in the water. It felt like it was the first time she truly saw herself. Her skin had darked and since she had been with Inuyasha; She had not been worrying about protecting her pale skin or family's reputation.

There was freedom with Inuyasha and his tribe. Yes, He was Chief's son and one day he may take over the role but the pressure was not in town. She know she would never make it as Naraku's wife or a good first lady. She had too much passion and ambition for that town. Beside the fact Naraku's was older then her and had a daughter the same age. Yes with Inuyasha would be dangerous and their relationship would be judge by the Natives and the settlers but She would not have it any other way.

She walk up to Inuyasha's side and reach down; grab his hand and looked into those golden eyes that fall in love so many days ago. " I choose you and nothing will take me from.'' She said as lean close to him and kissed his lips.

When they finish the kiss. Kagome smiled at him.

Naraku was able to get that stupid wolf native to join his team. They both had their men and were marching toward the village. Naraku had threatened Kouga, and was holding his tribe's cub in a cave nearby until he get back his finance. The march through the forest. "I am coming for you, my dear.'' Naraku mummer as they approach the village. They saw how the village seem peaceful and children were running around laugh.

A pity for them. It was time to get rid of this filth, who dare to steal from him. He give his men the sign and Kouga let out a howl as they rush the village.

Kagome and Inuyasha were holding hands when the heard the howl. "Damn that wolf. Not again.'' Inuyasha mutter as they ran toward his tent. As they were running, the heard shots fire, Kagome stop in steps. Her eyes wide at the sight of her ex-fiance.

"Naraku.'' She said, as she face. Inuyasha turn his eyes and found the hated man in front of him. He growl at him and stood in front of Kagome.

"Savage, give me back my woman and I may let your village live.'' Naraku said, as he put point his gun at Inuyasha. Inuyasha just glared at Naraku. " No.'' He said. "She is mine. I will fight you for the death for her.''

Inuyasha launch himself at Naraku. He was faster than a human. He was able to knock the shotgun out of his hand. Kagome gasp as she watch them rolled on the floor. Inuyasha throw Naraku a punch. Kagome want to help but she had no weapon until her eye's fall on Naraku's shotgun.

She didn't know how to shot it or how to reload it. Where was Miroku when she need him? Maybe she could use it to Naraku on the head or something. Kagome's eyes warder around the village and found the tribe people were fighting the settlers as well as the wolf people. The village barely recover from the last attack. How will they survive?
