'I'm sure you're better than Brad Pitt.' She said with a coldness in her eyes that gave him a sick sense of satisfaction. 'Better lookin' too.' He replied with a smirk.
And she'd glared at him, hated his arrogance, his ability to be nothing more and nothing less than what he was and not want anything more. But she got her own satisfaction later that night when he went the caves for water, and spotted her and the doctor together.
She'd hurt him, if only a little, enough to wear him off for awhile, and it made her stomach lurch at the thought, but that was quite simply the game they played.
