Title: Risks, Laughs and Deals Summary: Maybe I expect you all to take too many of them.
Author: Sarah
A/N: The line "Maybe I expect you all to take too many of them" and a few other scenes in "Ice Station" inspired me to write this. I aimed for one of those 100 word stories, I think they're called drabbles, and actually made it to 99 words, I had to find a place to put another word! By the way, I'm now a Stephen/Natalie shipper although we'll never see it on screen. Neal McDonough said so.
Genre: General/Romance/Humor Rating: G
Natalie stared silently a minute then, "no. You never ask us to do anything you're not willing to do. That's one reason why you're a good leader. You never ask us to do anything you won't, except maybe sleep"
"Thanks, Nat." I told her. "Now you need to get some rest"
Natalie laughed softly, it was a beautiful sound. She so rarely laughed. In our line of work, there just isn't any reason to most of the time. "How about this, we'll both get some rest, when we get to Greenland?" she suggested, smiling.
We shook on it, over a sleeping Frank.
