The second she told me to wait in the library, I knew it was something I just couldn't do. She thought this was her fault for some reason, when really it wasn't. It was mine. I had known from the beginning it would never work, and that this fantasy I had was just that. A fantasy. Something that would never happen in real life.

"So why did you kiss him?" I said aloud to myself, watching my breath puff out in a cloud.

It was night, and I was sitting alone out in the quidditch stands. I didn't bother to conceal myself as I walked out from the school, as I figured no one would be watching anyway. No one in Hogwarts really gives a crap about Draco Malfoy right now anyway.

I rubbed my eyes. The were dry, but not from crying. I don't cry afterall. "Why the hell did I do that?" I asked myself... although I knew the answer.

Leaning back, I crained my neck and looked at the night sky. It seemed just as far away and out of reach as usual, despite the fact that I was currently seated in the top row. There was a faint breeze, and I felt at peace... if only for a moment.

Closing my eyes, I listened to the night sounds. Crickets. Rustling grass. Sqeaucky quidditch stands.

"I should leave him alone." I said, but knew I could never keep the promise, "He hates me."

And I knew it was the truth. He had somehow accepted me as some sort of a friend... and then I ruined it... And I would keep on ruining it until... until I was dead I guess. Licking my lips, I stared up at the sky again. So peaceful, and only the old creaking stands to keep me company.

"Hopefully he'll talk to me tomorrow." I sighed, knowing he wouldn't tomorrow. Or the next day. Or year.

Closing my eyes, I realized I wasn't alone. The hairs on the back of my neck stood up. "I doubt that," they said softly.

Taking in a breath, I looked them right in the eye. I wasn't surprised, I had known something like this was brewing.

"Fuck you Draco Malfoy. Stay away from him." said another voice. Slowly I turned my head to look at them.

"Now that's a surprise." I said to them. I hadn't expected this one to get involved at all... The other one I could understand, but why would-

"Not really." said with a smirk on their face, and raising their wand in front of my nose.

I thought for a few seconds, and then gave a small nod. "You're right. The clues were all there."

The first one laughed slightly, glancing at the other.

"And now you're going to kill me." I said carefully.

My only answer was a slight nod. They barely moved their lips, but I felt the spell hit me all the same as I fell back into the stands. I was half awake when I felt them force open my mouth, and almost gagged when a liquid hit my throat.

I looked into their eyes as everything started to fade. In my last moments, all I could see was their white smiles, almost glowing their hooded faces.

And so the mystery begins. Hopefully none of you are too mad at me for killing him off... Or maybe he isn't dead?

Heehee we shall see :P
