AMONGST OTHER WINDSWEPT TREES
"You know, Harry, it makes me sad that we have to keep meeting like this," Voldemort said softly, staring sadly into his lunch box. "I wish we could resolve our differences over the phone, for I am not fond of the outdoors, thus I dislike picnics. Yet it seems we can't resolve our differences once and for all any other way.."
"I can't help it if you're picky," Harry reprimanded the evil guy. He set down his picnic basket stubbornly. "Now do you want PB&J, or do you want a ham sandwich?"
"Ham sandwich!" Voldemort cried. "Why would you say such a thing?"
"I apologize," Harry said sadly. "I didn't mean to attack Bellatrix's chastity."
"Yes, you say that now," Voldemort groused. "But I doubt you mean that... Not in your heart."
He sat down again, and they stared at each other, gazing deeply into one another's eyes.
"I'm glad we had this picnic to resolve our blood feud," Harry said softly. "Even if you're unglad."
"It's okay, I forgive you," Voldemort replied, and they sat under the warm spring day eating their sandwiches.
