Indeed. I have made a sequel to Change of Heart! Woo! Yay! You should be happy. Be happy, damn you. ^.^ I noticed a lot of *Will Not Say it Here Because it'll Spoil The Suspense* kind of stories around here. They're mostly Yu-Gi-Oh fics too. And me, being an obsessed fan, decided to make another story about Marik. Woo! I'll include the other characters more this time though. But finally, Marik's going to be a *Another Thing Which Will Spoil The Story If Told!* Sorry for the shortness of the first chapter. Again; I started it in my notebook. I really have to stop doing that.

It was blurry that night, the street, the streetlights, the sky, even passing cars. All were swallowed up and faded into the darkness because it was raining. Malik stood at his living room window, watching rain drops pelt the glass. The teen's violet eyes were weary and he felt that he should get some sleep. There was worry lingering in those same eyes. A certain Yami was wandering those dreary streets tonight. He said he needed to clear his head and that he'd be back soon; that was almost two hours ago.

A soft sigh escaped Malik's lips and it soon became a yawn. Turning away from the window, Malik rubbed his arms. It was cold tonight. He walked into his bed room and situated himself in his bed. "You'll turn up in the morning. You always do," Malik muttered sleepily. He stared at the ceiling for five minutes before finally letting his drowsiness get the best of him.

Marik stumbled down the sidewalk, doing his best to move at a full sprint. Several times he fell down into puddles but he got back up again and kept going as if mechanical. Really it was built up adrenaline that caused him to move so efficiently. The psychotic Egyptian had confusion in his eyes and his eyelids drooped slightly. He was tired and those signs were beginning to show. Starting to forget why he was outside at all, he stopped running and slowly caught his breath, standing there in the rain.

Rain rolled off of his already drenched clothing and hair, pooling at his feet. After calming himself a bit, Marik walked the rest of the way home. He tested his spare key in the back door, relieved to see that it worked. Malik had offered Marik a place to live and had given him that spare key. Marik, in his better judgment, thought that the Hikari may have given a faulty key in order to lock him out and spite him. Apparently, that wasn't the case. Heading into the house, Marik closed the door behind himself.

Odion emerged from the hallway with a flashlight. He seemed to have been woken up. Shining the light on Marik, he gave a disappointed sigh, "Don't come in so late. I thought you were a robber," Odion said while aiming the flashlight at the floor. Marik shrugged and offered what apology he could, "I'll try not to do that so often." Odion gave a slight nod before heading back off to bed.

Marik headed toward the guest room where he now resided. Pushing the door open, he felt a sudden wave of weakness and drowsiness befall him. Leaning against the door frame he frowned, "What was I doing just before? Why was I outside anyway..? Stupid human mind; not remembering things..." He felt a bit drugged for some reason. Marik shed his attire, changing into a clean outfit. He made his way over to his bed and collapsed into it, falling soundly asleep before his head hit the pillow.

Marik shifted slightly, turning his head about fifteen minutes after falling asleep. His pillow case had two odd things on it now. They were two small blood spots. Though one couldn't see where he was bleeding from in the dark, one could tell something abnormal was ready to happen...
