The Dark Side of Carth

Revan sighed. She knew that perhaps she wasn't totally at peace but she had saved the galaxy by defeating Malak. However, she still had to contend with the tumultuous feelings that lay inside of her. Revan was Revan after all, and she couldn't hide in the cupboard over her evil dealings in the past. Revan kept perfectly still in the Ebon Hawk's co-pilot seat though, she began to think and wonder about Carth and his family. She was truly amazed that Canderous had stuck up for her by saying that it was Malak's decision to obliterate everyone on Telos but she could not help but feel that if she had not helped play a part in Malak's fall to the dark side then that wouldn't have happened. Perhaps she was better off dead.
Carth turned towards Revan and he smiled "What's the matter gorgeous?" He asked her, Revan just shuddered under the words. She had trouble believing that Carth genuinely loved her after all the pain she had put him through, she sighed again. "I've just been thinking.. Thinking about you" She replied, sadness more than evident in the intonation of her voice. "Oh? What part of me?" He asked of Revan, turning around to face her so he could gaze into her eyes. "Your wife.. Telos.. It's destruction." She replied almost choking on the words she hated so much. "I.. Uh.. Really. Like Canderous said it was in the past and it was Malak's decision, not yours. Don't blame yourself, you're a completely changed woman now and I'm looking forward to spending the rest of my life with you." Carth said. He then stood up and went beside Revan and placed his hands on her shoulders, he began to rub there easing the tension that was apparent inside of her.
Revan turned around and stared into his deep chocolate coloured eyes, she felt like they were heaven. She loved Carth. Slowly she got up and let out a sigh of relief and buried her head into his heaving chest feeling his heart beating. Carth dug his hands into her hair, stroking there vigilantly letting her do as she likes as they held the embrace for what almost felt like forever. After a while Revan looked back up into his eyes, Carth stared back. Slowly they closed their eyes and their lips joined, they sighed wanting to be like this forever. As the kiss became more passionate Carth gently lifted Revan up and whisked her away for the rest of the night...

Revan and Carth were cuddling gently and staring into each others eyes savouring the moments they had just spent together. Carth sighed softly. "What's the matter?" Revan asked, concern in her tone of voice. "Well.. I've lost you." Carth replied, averting his eyes in a sad and distraught way. This confused Revan. "You've lost me?" She asked, not knowing how to take it. "Before I found out you were Revan I fell in love with you, then when Saul told me... It was like my wife dying all over again, it ripped me into shreds Revan." Carth told her, his eyes still averted and tears now filling in them. "But you love me don't you Carth?" She replied, tears filling in her eyes too. "I'm sorry. I'm so.. so sorry Revan." Carth replied, he suddenly stood up and retrieved his blaster. He then pointed it directly at Revan's forehead. "I.. Have nothing to live for anymore." Softly Revan's tears fell onto the ground, she knew this was her destiny. "I.. I love-" He didn't give her a chance to finish her sentence, he could not bare to hear the words, he pulled the trigger and closed his eyes in pain. He winced and whimpered at killing his lover before turning the blaster on himself, softly his tears fell, he screamed in anguish for his never ending battle with his pain. His ever unfortunate life, his finger ever trembling as he yet again pulled the trigger.
His body crumpled up and fell lifelessly onto the stony cold floor of the Ebon Hawk, Carth Onasi was dead. Never again will he have to suffer needless pain.

The End.
