The world became a superhuman society, about eighty percent of the population possessing some uncanny ability. Our streets look like scenes from comic books, a city swirled with chaos and confusion. A new profession dominated our collective consciousness; it was the age of heroes.

This story all starts with the death of a friend of the closest friend of the number one hero of the future. To honor his childhood friend, the number hero passes down his childhood friend's ideals in him and to others. The story of the explosions that lead the path to the future number one hero who will not let anyone stand in his way.

Bakugou Katsuki.

This the start of the Bakugou Katsuki story of how he became the number one hero. It all began at the start of his last year of junior high school on the first day.

"So as third-year students it's time to start thinking seriously about your futures and what you want to do with your lives. I could pass out some career aptitude tests but why bother. I know you all want to go to the hero track." Katsuki's homeroom teacher told the class as he threw the aptitude test up in the air. Katsuki at the moment just acting like the classroom is his home. He has his feet up on his desk as he leans back on his chair. His classmates cheer on each other and activate their quirks as their teacher said that. "Yes, yes you've got some very impressive quirks but no power usage allowed at school. Get a hold of yourselves." The teacher called out to quiet down the class.

"Hey, teach don't lump me in with this bunch of losers. I'm the real deal but these guys will be lucky to end up as sidekicks to some busted D-listers." Katsuki himself called out with a smirk and a small chuckle.

"You think you're better than us, Katsuki?!" His classmates call out pissed off that he claimed they won't be as good or even greater than him as a hero.

"Let's go I'll take you all on," Katsuki called out cockily challenging them all with the smirk still playing on his face.

"Huh." Katsuki's teacher called out intrigued by something he was looking intensely at his clipboard. "You've got impressive test results, maybe you will get into U.A High."

"He's gonna try for the national school." One classmate called out.

"That school has a two percent acceptance rate. It's impossible to get into." Another butted in. Almost everyone in the class is shocked that U.A High is the only school he wants to get in.

Katsuki smirk just starts to grow more as he hears the shock state of his classmate. "That's why I'm the only one at this school who stands at getting in. I'll end up more popular than All Might, himself, and be the richest hero of all time! People all across the world will know Who I am and it all starts with U.A High! Oh yeah!" He Announced determined as he went along the speech he got up from his seat and pumped a fist in the air with all his hopes.

"Oh yeah, Midoriya, don't you want to go to U.A too?" His teacher questions one of his classmates, who happens to be his quirkless childhood friend, catching everyone's attention towards the only quirkless boy in their class.

Katsuki froze completely, still just speechless for the moment. While the inferiority complex boy was speechless, during this time the boy who is his childhood friend, named Midoriya Izuku has his head held down to his desk not wanting to be noticed by their classmates. As he slowly picks up his head he sees that all eyes are on him, soon as their eyes fell on him it took one second to process what their teacher was saying before bursting out in laughter.

"Midoriya?! There is no way you can get into U.A without a quirk." One student called out between his laughter.

To defend himself, Midoriya pushes himself out of his seat with his hands on the desk. "They have gotten rid of that rule…" He stated. "I could be the first one…" He tries to continue but a hand comes at full force onto his desk with a small explosion knocking the quirkless boy to the ground.

"Listen up Deku!" A voice that belonged no other than Katsuki shouted at him. "You're even worse than the rest of these damn rejects, you quirkless wannabe!" He continued as he gave his childhood friend the most sinister look he could muster with a smirk that can match it too as he held his first in the air again more like a threat. "You think they let someone like you in when they could have me."

This alone made Izuku cowardly in fear and as he was cornered. "No way! You got it all wrong! I'm not trying to compete against you!" Izuku pleads as he moves back until his back hit against the wall. "You gotta believe me!" He looks down at his lap. "It's just I've wanted to be a hero since I was little...I may not have a quirk but I can still try my hardest...can I?" He looks up at Katsuki becoming more angered by this and holds out both his hands out to read to unleash his quirk on his childhood friend once again.

"You'd never be able to hang with the best of the best. You die in the exams defenseless Izuku the school's already crappy!" Katsuki shouts at him as smoke leaves his hands. Izuku is frightened for his life like always when Katsuki stands over him. "You want to embarrass it more by failing so hard." Izuku looks down defeated by Katsuki's words that pierce deep in him.

As the last bell of the day rings, Katsuki stands up grabbing his belongings heading straight for Izuku. He noticed he was mumbling something to himself but did care enough what it was. Izuku's starts to pull out a notebook, which Katsuki easily captures from his hands.

Taunting the book over Izuku, Katsuki gives him a dirty look at him. "I don't know what you think you're doing Deku, but we're not done." He told him to notice his lackeys sneaking up behind them.

"What you got? Is that his dairy?" One of his lackeys asked Katsuki. Katsuki holds the notebook up to his lackeys and they see that the exact notebook is "HERO ANALYSIS FOR THE FUTURE" the lackeys realize it's noted about how to be a hero. "Don't tell me you're taking notes on how to be a hero?"

"He's so pathetic!" The other lackey cried out as the two laughs at Izuku. "He's delusional."

Izuku gets up and allows them to laugh. "Real funny guys, just give it back." He tells his bullies. Before Izuku can reach out for it Katsuki creates an explosion with his hand causing the notebook to get burnt a bit. Izuku gasps at his notebook being abused. "That's so mean." He calls out.

Without a care in the world, Katsuki tosses his childhood friend's notebook out the window. "Most first string heroes show potential early on. People just look at them and know they're destined for greatness. When I'm the only student from this garbage junior high to get into U.A. People will start talking about me like that. They realize I'm legit, the next big thing that's not ego talking I just know I'm good." He told Izuku and a confident smirk on his face while Izuku was just trying to process his notebook being burnt and thrown out the window.

"Ego..." One of his lackeys said under his breath.

Katsuki claps his hand on Izuku's shoulder and smiles at him, but as he did that he produce a very small explosion in his hand when it made contact with Izuku's shoulder causing smoke to come out. "Here's a little word of advice, give up on trying to be a hero." He said as he started to leave with his lackeys. "If you want to be a hero, now I think about it there is a way to get in U.A. Just pray to be born with a quirk in your next life and take and take a swan dive off the roof of the building." He finishes off.

"Grr…" Izuku growls and quickly looks at him glaring at him.

Katsuki holds out his hand ready to use his quirk as he glares back at Izuku. "Something wrong?" He calls out with a smirk which quickly makes Izuku drop his glare and shrivel up in fear once again.

Katsuki is with his lackeys in an alleyway, drinking soda from a can talking. Out of nowhere, a slug looking monster appears. His lackeys fled the scene immediately. What a stupid villain, its gonna be a piece of cake for me. Katsuki overconfident thought. "You got a lot of nerve ruining my soda time you damn fucking ugly monster." He told the slug villain as he drops his bag and soda to get in a fighting stance.

The slug villain just smirks. "What a nice vessel for me. You got a lot of spunk." Before Katsuki can charge on at him, the slim villain got hold of him first and rather much quicker than he expected.

Katsuki emitted explosions trying to break free from his grasp. "Lemme fucking go you damn ugly fucking slug monster." He shouts trying hard to break free. Before he could say another word fire surrounded them. Pro heroes notice the scene and try to recuse Katsuki.

With an evil laugh the slug smirks. "You, won't last much longer. But I must say you got so much power! I hit the jackpot with a quirk like yours under my control. I can take down All Might with one punch."

Thoughts of Izuku and his harsh words he told his childhood friend emerged to the surface in his memories. Fucking hell! At this moment I'm as useless as Deku! For fuck sake I made that fucking speech this morning I'll be the number one hero and I can defend myself front his weakling! Katsuki cursed himself.

As he starts to give up hope on surviving, he hears someone call out to him. "KACCHAN!" They shouted as they leaped in to try to save him. Katsuki looks over at who came to his recuse. His eyes widened to see who it was.

He quickly freed his mouth from the slug villain. "DO YOU HAVE A DEATH WISH DEKU?!" He shouts at his idiotically running into danger, especially quirkless.

With a fearful look upon Izuku's face and his body trembling. "Don't worry! I'm here to save you Kacchan!" Izuku told his long time friend with a smile like All Might. He throws his school bag to the villain. He trips over garbage on the floor falling on the slug villain. He quickly tries to peel slim off Katauki but it does not help him at all.

The slim villain looks upon Izuku and sinister smile, more than thrilled to kill the boy that All Might just previously saved. "It's you again?!" Slim monster said as he loosens the grip on Katsuki and grabbed Izuku. "Time die!"

No! I can't let him die… Deku no! Katsuki thought he was desperate to save his childhood. He makes a massive explosion trying to break free. "Fuck sake Deku! Don't die!" He cries out trying to reach his friend's arm to rip him free from the villain.

The fear and panic of dying cross Izuku's face as tears dwell up as well. "...It's ironic…quirkless me…gonna die before ever becoming a hero…even before the entrance exam…" Izuku told his friend with a sad smile on his face when he looked up at Katsuki. "If I wish...for a quirk in my next life, I'm sure I'll get one…" Izuku gives out a small laugh.

As the quirkless boy said this, the slug monster went for a killing swing on the boy, knocking Izuku's head off. All the pro heroes tried to reach him before Izuku took the final blow but it was too late for him. Katsuki's eyes widened in shock that Izuku had fallen before his eyes, and sadness washed all over him. The blood from Izuku's body splashed all over the place even on his face.

Deku... Katsuki just stares in horror. How… could I be this weak… I told everyone I am the strongest and will be the number one hero...How can I be a hero if I couldn't save shitty Deku… Katsuki thought than becoming consume in only anger. He begins to create the largest explosion he could throughout his body. "FUCK YOU! YOU WILL PAY FOR KILLING DEKU!" He shouts in anger.

As explosions leave his body and the slug villain let go of him. "Just die!" Slim villain told Katsuki. He charges to attack him.

Katsuki glares in hatred, as he dodges the attack and uses his explosion to over the slim villain head. "I will not die! I will fucking avenge Deku!" He replied as he kicks them in the face than use put his hand on the villain and create large and hotter than the last explosions over and over. The villain becomes smaller and smaller from the explosions. "This is the end of you...fucking ugly monster…" He said as he extends his hand making a last explosion onto the villain making it vanish from the explosions.

Katsuki feels something wet on his cheeks and he touches his cheeks and realizes he has been crying. "Kacchan! You are so cool!" He hears Izuku's voice in his head.

"Deku…" The pro heroes put out all the fire than rush to Katsuki and Izuku's corpses. Katsuki just sits in front of his fallen friend and gives the pro hero a stone-hard glare. "DON'T FUCKING TOUCH HIS CORPE! IT'S YOUR FAULTS! ALL YOU GUYS HAD TO FUCKING DO IS STOP HIM FROM CROSSING THE LINE! HE WAS QUIRKLESS!" He yells in pure anger and then quickly gets up and points at the pro heroes. "I'll be a better hero than you wannabes! Who couldn't stop shitty Deku! I'll be the number one hero! I'll be as good or better than All Might!" He declares.

The pro heroes try to talk to comfort Katsuki but he glares at them to make them back off. He kneels in front of Izuku's corpse. Deku...I'm sorry for bullying you all those times… you were my closest friend… I was jealous of you optimist and try your hardest and helpful…. Today you proved… that you could have been a great hero… I swear that I will never let anyone die again and I will not tear down someone else dreams again…

Katsuki gets up as the ambulance comes in and covers up Izuku's body. He wipes off his face and starts to head home with his head down.

As Katsuki almost home, he stops at a park he and Izuku use to play at as kids. He goes to the sandbox and just sits in front of it. He begins to get lost in his thoughts. Someone dropped from the air. "Young man!" The person calls out to Katsuki.

Katsuki blinks and looks up to notice his favorite hero was in front of him. "All Might?!" He questioned. All Might just show him his signature smile.

"Young man, you did just fine fighting that villain…" The hero told the fellow blond in front of him. "Sorry, I couldn't come in time…" He trails off.

Katsuki glares getting angry. "Where the fuck were you?! Deku… died! Because no one could protect him." He shouts without noticing tears start to run down his face once again.

All Might place a hand on Katsuki's shoulder saddening. "You have every right to be angry at us heroes. We have failed to protect the people we swore to protect. I, All Might am sorry for what we did to the two of you." The hero apologized sincerely. Before Katsuki can say something else All Might deflate into a weak-looking version of himself.

"What the fuck?! What the fuck happened to you?! You just deflated!" Katsuki asked in confusion.

All Might cursed himself under gis breath and decides to tell the truth. "This is my true self. I can't stay as All Might for long anymore. I can only for three hours of the day. Before my body runs out on me turn me back. The reason is that I got a really bad injury from my greatest villain ever." He began to tell.

Katsuki just stares at his hero. "Why tell me this." He asked confused and curious.

"I caused you and your friend all this. I believe you did a fine job stopping that villain who was out of your league. I want to pass on my power to you." All Might pointed at him. "I think you will be fine to inherit my quirk."

With more confusion cross his face. "What the fuck are you saying?! There is no way you can pass on someone quirk to another."

"There is a way to pass down my quirk. My quirk has been passed on from generation to generation. My quirk is called One for all. The first person who had this quirk, thought they were quirkless, so their brother decided to give him a quirk. But this brother quirk was called, All for one. They can steal and give people quirks they obtain. One for all first user wants to stop them all for one. So one for all keeps passing on their one for all quirk until one day it grows strong enough to stop it." All Might tells the young boy.

Katsuki stares to process all of this. "And you want to pass this quirk to me?" He asked. All Might nods as Katauki walks over a tree and begin to kick it in frustration.

"Young man, what are you doing?" Katsuki looks at him and glares at him.

"I felt like kicking a fucking tree! How can I have quirks? My name is Katsuki Bakugou, not young man."

"Young Bakugou, if I will it, I can pass it on to you. My question is will you be the successor of One for All?" All Might questioned hopefully.

Katsuki looks straight in his eyes. "I fucking will. This way I'll be strong enough to protect the weak…" He began than smirks at All Might. "I'll be stronger than you, be the number one hero. And I'll stop this All for One guy for you."

All Might smile softly. "Great, we will begin your training tomorrow at 5 am at the beach." He told his new pupil.

I hope you guys like this. I know it is not the best thing out there. You all might be mad I killed off Deku but I think without Deku in the story it would be interesting to see who takes his spot in U.A since there a lot of people with interesting quirks out there. So I hope you all give this a chance to play out. I thought of this recently and I just had to put it out there so enjoy the road and path that Bakagou takes on his journey as All Might new successor.
