Wizards and witches used to roam the world freely until people feared them. Then the time came when they started fearing their own powers. Slaying dragons and their subdivisions to the point they became dumb downed. Who knew that such powers would be awoken again. Which leads to a family of fiery redheads who have been there since the age of time itself. But those with greed and power will slowly start to wipe the family down. Whether they stayed in their home land or traveled to a different realm, their presence will always be noted. The only valuable thing that they had to their name was a gem that slowly transformed into a necklace over time. It was as if the heavens up above chose them for their journey. Or as some people call it "the red thread of destiny" but others prefer "the red string of fate". Same thing but who knew it would be different for others.

Which brings us to a Weasley and his brothers. Siblings who were once in the same household but ended up worlds apart. Power that's unheard of but only those who are worthy come to the light with it. Who knew that a household of such matter would have a background even trickier of He Who Shall Be Not Named. Perseus Weasley, a name slowly forgotten even when it wasn't intentional. Not everyone remembers him but he was one of the Weasley brothers that went missing. Rumors had it that he died in the first Wizard war but to others dismay it was because he found out the family's other lineage. Who knew that it'll affect the future generations.

~Decades earlier 1962 early July ~

It was a stormy night and every one in the house was already asleep. Winds scraping against the windows while the branches go against its patterns. Perseus was wandering around the house with his wand when he came across the attics string hanging above him. He pulls the string swiftly while gently bringing the stairs down. He climbs up and takes a look around. The room he was in was dusty and looked like it hadn't been touched for a while. He scrummages around and accidentally knocked into a table startling him. A book fell on the floor which was followed by a loud 'thud'. Catching his attention, Perseus swiftly turned his head around trying to find the source of the sound. While he scanned the room a shiny glimmer catches his eyes. He walks closer to it and sees that it was a golden necklace with a turquoise gem in it and next to it was a diary. Perseus recalled hearing about having a family heirloom but was lost throughout the family. He tucks it away in his pocket for safe keeping while picking up the diary. It was a brown leather book that had dust all over it, looking like it hasn't been touched for years. After dusting away all the debris. He saw that it had faint handwriting on it. Freya Weasley was scribbled across elegantly on the cover. Perseus scrunched up his face in confusion while trying to recall the familiar name. His memory fails him but he's certain that he's heard of it before as he opens the diary for a closer examination. As he opens the book he sees the name again and sees a date next to it but can't properly make out the numbers and terms. Confusion arises as he begins to read the entry on the page.

Dear Diary,

Isn't it troubling but fascinating whenever we find an extraordinary discovery. I found the family heirloom today and now I get to keep it. It's a small turquoise gem and I know it's holding a mystery behind it.I'm going to make it to a necklace to make sure I don't lose it. It's just that... I'm just scared that it might affect my birth gift as well. I never knew what it was exactly but all I know is that in my dreams there's a white fox that talks to me about it. The fox hasn't told me it's name yet but it seems friendly for now. It says we're fated to meet soon, but I don't quite comprehend what the fox means by that. It's still a mystery though since I'm learning secretly how to control my gift. No one knows which family member had the gift first but it's been in the family for years. It's tragic that only a select few get to know. Maybe I'll be able to examine it more since I'm expected to attend Hogwarts soon. It is just so thrilling knowing that I am to go to a school designated for magical children. But it will be hard since I'm the first girl born into the family in sooooo long. My older brothers will give me a hard time because of it and especially at Hogwarts. I'm just glad I have something to look forward to.

Sincerely,

Freya Weasley

After reading the diary entry he realized why he recognized the name. She was the first and only female Weasley born into the family so far. Words couldn't even describe the discovery he found but he knew it was enough excitement for the night and left the attic.
