What if issei parents deid and he becomes the heir to red skull. He ggets the suit and learns about red skull and his compains. Avengers Assemble type story villians.

Has clone of Crimsoin widow (Yelena Belova) and a clone of black widow

and has the ai as well as the memories of red skull in a data base.

He uses this time to train as well as learn russian and german and creates an army as well.
