Hey guys, here's another a Percabeth OneShot here. I've tried something different here, with a more first-person view as opposed to my regular third-person perspective(Although I still will use it) and this also different since it's going to be sort of a 'sneak-peek' into their daily life(And not with them say…proposing?) instead of any –major- event happening.

Sunday Morning

Percy and Annabeth's Apartment in New Rome

PoV: Percy

I woke up feeling refreshed and relaxed with something— someone on my chest. I did my best to glance down but my view was obstructed by a mass of Blonde. Upon seeing this I smiled, recalling the events of the previous night…

Saturday Night, Apartment, Percy's POV

I was currently on the chair of our room. Annabeth had gone to do a late-night errand which left me by myself in the apartment. Shortly after she left, I quickly became bored. Nothing interested me at the time so I decided to read a book.

Now, that may seem hard, ADHD and Dyslexia but, I reasoned that since if I was able to read at most two chapters at a time, I could –probably- read a short book(Also because Annabeth could read longer and I wanted to prove I could too).

First, I picked up a book about Marine Biology, his major. It wasn't long, some two-hundred pages in total. I sat down and began reading, which wasn't bad for a pocketbook.

A few minutes later, the ADHD kicked in.

I was on the chapter for Marine Mammals when suddenly, my body told me to get up and walk. I tried to do the opposite for a few more minutes but I couldn't resist it, after standing up, I walked around the apartment still with the book in hand.

I was so glued to the book I didn't realize it immediately when somebody held my shoulders.

"Hey Seaweed Brain…" Came the voice of his roommate and girlfriend, Annabeth.

"Huh, oh Wise Girl, I didn't notice you come in…" I said.

"Actually when I came in, you were just walking around our apartment that I decided to interrupt you, especially since you've decided to read," She said, pointing at the item in his hands.

"Well, you were taking a long time and I got bored…" I complained, which made her chuckle.

"I'll just shower Seaweed Brain and then we can sleep, how does that sound?" She asked.

"Fine by me…" I said when an idea entered his head.

We both went back into there, Annabeth into the bathroom while I was idling on the bed. When she entered, I managed to time it, and soon enough, the sound of water splashing could be heard followed by a yell of "PERCY!"

I began laughing hysterically until she came out of the bathroom door.

She opened the door, soaking wet, and still in her clothes, an intense scowl on her face.

"Percy…" She threateningly began, "Why, did you have to douse me with water when I haven't even started bathing?!"

"But it was—" Before I could even finish, Annabeth cut me off.

"You can't say it was the plumbing or anything related to it, I know for a fact that was you since only could have brought that amount of water!" She fumed at me.

"Alright, alright, it was me, there I said it" I admitted to her.

She shook her head, sighed, and re-entered to take a bath. When she closed the door, I continued chuckling and went back to my book.

A few minutes later, she emerged from the bathroom in her pajamas, hair tied in a ponytail.

"So, are we –yawn— good to sleep?" She tiredly asked.

"Yeah, let me just put this away," I said, getting up to put the book on the table.

"So…" I started as we both laid down "…I managed to read a full book tonight"

"Really? That's great Percy" She said and even though she was sleepy, she had enough energy to be happy.

"Thanks, now sleep?"

"Sleep" She immediately agreed. We got comfortable, she nuzzled me in the neck, I wrapped my arms around her and our legs intertwined. Soon enough m eyelids were dropping and Annabeth was already asleep.

Back to the present, Percy's POV

She still hadn't moved which means it was best I didn't since if I did, there was a high chance I would have a grumpy Annabeth for most of the day. I was perfectly fine staying like this, I was able to cuddle her while she in-turn was going to –hopefully- a good mood when she woke up.

It was a win-win situation in my opinion.

In the roughly ten minutes I had to cuddle Wise Girl, I noticed something interesting. Even though she took bath last night(Which was a long time ago considering how long we slept), her hair still smelled like the Lemon shampoo she used, which was all the more reason for me to borrow my face into it.

Eventually, it all ended when she began to stir. She first nuzzled deeper into the space between my chin and neck. Next, her legs unwrapped themselves from mine, much to my displeasure. Lastly, her arms moved from hugging me to stretching themselves or smacking me in the face.

She didn't mean but still, it hurt nonetheless.

Her hands made contact with my face and that was enough to get my body completely awake for the day.

When she realized the accident, her eyes fluttered open and connected with mine.

"Percy? Did I hit you?" She asked.

"Yeah, but it's fine though, at least I'm completely awake," I said.

"Hmm, alright then, when do you want to get up?" She asked it was routine of us to get up sometime after we woke-up, especially on weekends.

"Hmm, I guess fifteen minutes if that's good by you?" I provided.

"Sure" Was all she said and her limbs immediately re-took the previous positions. I gently ran my fingers threw her blonde hair and she giggled in response. She then playfully nudged me for that so I decided to wrap in my embrace. She attempted to escape but it was hopeless, she was now trapped with me. We went past on how long we agreed on and when they checked back on their bedside clock, nearly thirty-minutes had passed.

"So, I'll go water my face and brush my teeth, then I'll cook us up breakfast," I said after we both decided to get up.

"Deal," Annabeth said, and I took to the bathroom.

I splashed water on my face and my hair, brushed my teeth, filed up the bathtub with warm water, and exited quickly.

"If you want to take a bath, the water is still warm," I told her.

"Thanks, Perce," She said and pecked me on the cheek.

That was all the encouragement I needed for the morning. I walked into the kitchen and began preparing ingredients for Blue waffles immediately. We had a dedicated waffle maker so that sped up the process of cooking breakfast.

In record time, I had four waffles ready and a few slices of ham and egg.

I made the table and laid down the trays of breakfast. I considered knocking if Annabeth was done taking a bath so that we could eat but that wasn't needed. Soon enough she came out of our bedroom, hair flowing, cleanly dressed with the scent pf fruit wafting off her.

"Looking good Wise Girl" I decided to compliment while we sat down.

"Thanks, Seaweed Brain, you should shower after this by the way," She said while had the food in front of us.

"Oh, why's that?" I asked since I hadn't been told of anything happening today.

"We're going to visit Frank and Hazel today…I told you this" She replied.

"Ohh, yeah you did tell me that…" While I was asleep, the snarky side of my mind said but I decided not to say.

"Make sure you get ready quick, alright?"

"Of course," I said.

We then had breakfast in mostly silence following this, with Annabeth mentioning that the waffles were really good, to my joy.

She agreed to do the dishes while I bathed so that we wouldn't have anything to worry about later. I rushed back into our room, and immediately got warm water running out the shower…

Sunday Morning

Percy and Annabeth's Apartment in New Rome

PoV: Annabeth

I sighed. I told Percy to be quick and that we were meeting Frank and Hazel but no, it was almost ten minutes since he started bathing and he still hadn't come out.

I was considering leaving him by himself but he thankfully emerged before I wrote a note.

His hair was glistening and he even managed to dress decently.

"Hey Wise Girl, are we good to go?" He asked me.

"I was just waiting for you Seaweed Brain," I told him, he laughed at that.

Together we left our apartment and headed to the café where we going to meet the pair.

As we walked on New Rome's paved roads, we noticed it was a hotbed of activity. Roman legions were marching on patrol, and building defenses, the city's population was running around active. They were selling stuff, running about, attending work, and doing other activities.

"They seem to be busy today" Percy murmured to me.

"Yeah, wonder what's happening?" I said, just as we entered the café.

"Hey! There they are!" Shouted Hazel as she, followed by Frank, stood up to greet us.

We greeted each other with hugs then Hazel led us towards the table. We sat down and then we were told that they had already ordered.

"So, what's the event?" Asked Percy, kickstarting the conversation.

"Oh nothing really, just that Reyna and I are organizing a large wargame that for once isn't going to be restricted to the battlefield, it's mainly going to be concentrated on urban warfare," Said Frank, a confident grin on his face.

"Then how do you plan to divide your five cohorts?" I couldn't help asking since they had an odd number of units.

"Well, two are going to be based in the city limits while the other three cohorts will be attacking, we even managed to get a couple of siege weapons!" Hazel responded, Frank, nodding in agreement.

"What?!" Percy practically screeched, drawing a few heads to our table.

"Relax, the onagers will be firing dummy rounds, we have repair and medical crews on standby anyway, right Hazel?" Frank answered turning to her.

"Yep!"

That seemed enough for Percy to lose his concern, but if we're being honest, he was concerned half of the time.

"When will this happen then?" I decided to ask.

"This coming Thursday actually, and you guys are free to join," Hazel said.

"What do you think, Wise Girl?" Percy asked me and already from the tone of his voice that he wanted.

"Fine…" I sighed, knowing I couldn't resist him when he gave me his puppy-eyes, "…we might as well" I relented.

His lips twisted upwards and he shot me his signature smile, the one that I had come to the love.

Our conversation with Frank and Hazel continued until lunch which was when we decided to leave after eating with them. When we arrived back in the apartment, I told Percy to shower immediately, to which he instantly complied.

I sat down on the couch and going through our collection of movies, wondering what to watch for our dedicated Sunday movie night later on.

While I was browsing I suddenly felt a pair of arms wrap around my back. When I spun around, my eyes connected with Percy's sea-green eyes and our foreheads touched.

"Woah Wise Girl, calm down, can't I hug my favorite person?" He said, a smirk forming on his face.

"Alright, alright" I allowed and his arms promptly swallowed me.

"So what do you want to until dinner?" I asked him.

"…Axis and Allies maybe?" He recommended, I chuckled at this.

"Percy, you know you lose all the time" I emphasized the latter part.

"What do you mean? I won our game last Friday!" He retorted.

"Just bring out the game Seaweed Brain, I'll be America," I told him.

He went to the shelf where we had all our board games, muttering what I presume was something along the lines of She always plays America.

We set it up and in no time we were playing. Considering Percy's skills at things like this, it was amazing that our match lasted a whole two hours and that he nearly won. But alas, Athena always has a plan which meant that I was able to come out victorious.

"So what was that about me not always winning?" I asked him while he put back the game.

He held up his hands as if were surrendering, "Fine, that's true…but not in ambush strategies!", and before I could interpret what he just said, he was tickling me all over and I couldn't help but laugh.

"Ahhhh, Percy, stop, stop please!" I said in between fits of laughter.

"And if I stop?" He asked, still tickling me in all the right places.

"I'll make you blue food for the rest of the week," I said, hoping that got him to stop.

It thankfully did and his eyes widened, "Thanks Wise Girl, I just remembered dinner as well" He proclaimed dashing off to the kitchen but not before giving me a peck on the cheek.

Sunday Evening

Percy and Annabeth's Apartment in New Rome

PoV: Percy

I and Annabeth were sat on the couch, eating dinner, and watching an action-comedy movie. We were only really paying half-attention to the movie since we were one, enjoying dinner two, criticizing the said movie.

Although it was mostly her doing the latter part.

She would throw in her thoughts and comments at the passing scenes, both negative and positive. She even got so engrossed in doing so, she nearly threw a pillow at the television due to how inaccurate one scene was(I managed to stop her thankfully).

Of course, Annabeth being Annabeth expended all her energy yelling at the screen she fell asleep out of exhaustion on my lap.

I being a gentleman, cleared away the plates on the coffee table, I would have to attend to those tomorrow and picked her up then brought her to our room.

After some time of admiring her, I too eventually fell asleep, the pleasant smell of Lemon entering my nostrils.

Extra: Monday Mornings

Monday Morning, Percy and Annabeth's apartment, Annabeth's PoV

I woke up feeling sticky.

Weird, I didn't feel that way when I woke up.

My head was Percy's chest, just how I liked it, but it felt odd. Then I remembered that I didn't bath last night and fell asleep shortly after our movie night…on the couch.

So this meant that Percy had carried me here.

I blushed at the thought, even though he'd done that a handful of times. I guess it another thing to appreciate from my boyfriend.

He was soundly snoring which I didn't want to disturb until I remembered what day it was…

"PERCY WAKE UP WE HAVE CLASSES!"
