We're at the Ross family penthouse, Jessie has the month off from filming so she and Tony decided to come to the Penthouse for that month and little did the Ross kids know is that they will be getting some new neighbors and the new neighbors are some friends from their past

Emma: It was nice for you to come back to stay with us for the month Jessie.

Zuri: We missed you.

Jessie: I missed you kids too. This brings back so many memories.

Morgan: I'll bet.

Luke: It felt different after you left.

Christina: I made my famous chocolate chip pancakes. Bertram will you set the plates out so we can eat?

Bertram: I would but it's so far.

Jessie: Still lazy huh?

Emma: I'll get them.

Emma sets the plates out and they begin eating the pancakes

Luke: Did you guys here we're getting new neighbors?

Ravi: I hope they're better then Chesterfield.

Tony: I'm sure they will.

Morgan: I can't wait to meet them.

Doorbell Rings

Emma: I'll get it.

Emma opens the door and standing behind are Xander and Griff

Xander: Emma?

Xander: Xander? Griff?

Griff: What are you doing here?

Zuri: This is our penthouse.

Emma: What are you doing here?

Xander: We live here now.

Emma: That's awesome. Come in.

Zuri: Griff.

Griff: Zuri.

Bertram: Is that your boyfriend from camp?

Emma: Yep.

Griff: Hey Luke.

Luke: Sup Griff.

Emma: You know my parents. And Jessie.

Xander: Hey.

Jessie: Hello.

Griff: Who's the other guy?

Tony: I'm Tony.

Christina: Emma's told all about you.

Morgan: Same with Zuri.

Luke: I heard your dad is a football player.

Xander: He is. I was raised in a football family.

Jessie: My dad is in the military.

Emma: Xander I really missed you. Why did you leave camp after 2017?

Xander: I don't know.

Griff: That was the dumbest mistake.

Ravi: You didn't even come visit once.

Zuri: Neither did Tiffany or Jorge.

Griff: Ever since the cabins got burned down, it's been a mess.

Tony: Wait what?

Emma: Hazel accidentally burned down the cabins by using a candle.

Xander: So what was it like being the owners?

Emma: Fun.

Xander's dad walk in

Mr. McCormick: Xander, Griff come on. We got a few more boxes to unpack.

Xander: In a sec, dad.

Mr. McCormick: Hey Emma.

Emma: Hi Mr. McCormick.

Mr. McCormick: How's it been since...

Emma: Since you tried to make Xander leave camp? It's been weird.

Luke: What's it like being raised in a football family?

Mr. McCormick: Do I know you?

Zuri: That's our older brother Luke.

Ravi: He never came to camp since he had summer school. He came to visit twice.

Mr. McCormick: Come on you two. The sooner you get done packing, the sooner you can hang with your ladies.

Xander: Bye guys.

Griff: See ya.

Emma: Bye Xander.

Zuri: Bye Griff.

Mr. McCormick Xander and Griff leave

Morgan: So how does it feel that your boyfriends are our neighbors?

Emma: Alright I guess.

Christina: Have you heard from Lou?

Ravi: Yeah how's camp going now she owns the place?

Emma: She'd doing really good at it.

Jessie: That's good.

Bertram: I'm surprised she hasn't burned the place down.

Zuri: Bertram?

Emma: She's from a barn.

Zuri: I'm glad I got to see Griff again.

Luke: Doesn't that seem weird that Griff is Xander's brother now?

Zuri: No.

Ravi: Well what if Xander and Emma get married?

Jessie: That'll make you and Griff in laws.

Zuri: I never thought of that.

Emma: Who cares. We can bribe them with cash.

Morgan: Well I'm glad they're our neighbors.

Christina: Must be nice to see him everyday instead of 3 months.

Emma: Yeah it is great.

Zuri: I missed Griff.

Jessie: I'm sure he's missed you too.
