Yukihira is an idiot- wait, who are you?

Idiot.

Yukihira was, without a single doubt, a reckless idiot.

"Yukihira!" He yelled, frustration obviously apparent in his voice. He had spotted Yukihira, standing in an idle manner next to Megumi Tadokoro in the -relatively less crowded than when they started- room, gazing over the exhausted students who came to this hellish camp with them.

As he drew nearer, what had taken him off guard was another voice, "Bastard!" this voice had belonged to Ikumi Mito, also referred as The Meat General by many in the academy due to her exceptional talents revolving around, you guessed it, meat. Takumi had known that she has worked under Erina Nakiri and fought against Soma in a food war -which she lost, despite the A5 beef she had brought- but why was she here now?

Unlike the rest of the students who wear standard uniforms depending on the season, she wears the slightly modified summer Tōtsuki uniform that exposes her cleavage. She also always wears a choker in all settings. Her cooking attire consists of a bikini top, short fringed shorts, two leather wristbands, and an arm sheath for her cooking knife. Takumi personally found her appearance to be rather extra.

"How can you do something as reckless as challenging a graduate to a food war, you idiot?" She took the words right out of his mouth though he preferred to nag his idiotic rival on his own, thank you very much!

"I won't let you leave the academy until we've settled things for once and for all!" Takumi exclaimed, he didn't plan on losing Yukihira so soon, they had their dispute, their rivalry to solve! His family name, Aldini, was on the line here! It was a matter of honour after all. At least Takumi happened to think so, his self-proclaimed rival was not that interested so far which was a slight bit disheartening. He was not about to give up yet though! He'd never lose to Yukihira!

"Who the hell are you?" Ikumi said, irritated about the blonde twin, she had not recognized Takumi which only ticked him off even more. He was going to be on top soon enough and she would recognize him, as everyone else -including Yukihira- would! She stared, her chin tilted slightly upwards, being 5 centimetres shorter than him. Her emerald eyes glared towards Takumi, she clearly didn't appreciate him being around.

"Who are you?" Takumi retorted back, glaring just the same way Ikumi had glared to him. If this was an anime, there would be those weird sparks that indicated intimidation between the blue and emerald eyes.

"How do you two know about the food war?" Yukihira broke the tension between the two, which he was unaware of in the first place. He didn't know how they knew about the food war. I mean, they had done it in a separate building in secret, away from everyone's prying eyes! How would people even know about it?

"It's all anyone is talking about!" Both blondes yelled at the red head. Takumi thought that Yukihira being oblivious to the entire situation was weird, but Yukihira being Yukihira... He could see it in all honesty.

"But if you are still here, then..." Realization had finally hit him, his face turned towards Yukihira, eyes displaying clear confusion, a bit of relief and disbelief. Is that even possible? Yukihira has actually beat Shinomiya? Kojiro Shinomiya was a former member of the elite ten, was also called the Légumes Magician by the French gourmets. Just after graduation, he went straight to France, opened his very own restaurant in one of the most contested cities, Paris as a foreign chef. He was the first Japanese person who won the Pluspol Award despite the people of France ostracizing him. Sure, Yukihira was really talented at cooking and all -he would not expect anything else from his rival! - but beating Shinomiya... It seemed impossible!

"Don't tell me you beat Shinomiya!" Once again, the Meat General has taken his words away. Damn you! This was exactly what he wondered, but Yukihira had only averted his eyes, not answering as quick as both of them would like so.

"Did you?" Takumi wanted to say it before Ikumi did, but this caused them to say the same thing at the same time, much to his frustration. He held back a growl, this was not the time to argue, he needed to know about the food war. Though, as much as he would like to not admit it, his worries about the food war was ceasing slowly, yet his worries regarding Ikumi Mito was raising every second.

"Nope, I totally lost." Soma declared, shoulders slumping ever so slightly.

"Huh? You... you did?" He knew how good of a chef Yukihira was but there was no way he could win against Shinomiya. But if he did lose indeed, then why is Yukihira still here? As far as he heard from the class Megumi Tadokoro was in, the deal was that if they lost, both Tadokoro and Yukihira would leave the academy.

"Yeah," Yukihira nodded, though he preffered to not talk about this any further than necessary, he wanted to keep it short as possible. "Please don't ask about it." He requested afterwards, which was promptly ignored by Ikumi.

"Explain dammit!" Ikumi yelled, looking as puzzled as Takumi was, perhaps a bit more frustrated but still puzzled nevertheles. "What on Earth happened?"

"Look!" Students say in awe as Erina Nakiri -a member of the elite ten, also referred as the God's tongue- enters the room with an arrogant attitude as always and the conversation is cut short much to the relief of Soma Yukihira but the dismay of a blonde we know as Takumi Aldini.

Why was Ikumi Mito so interested in Yukihira anyways? Did she have beef with him or what? Did they not resolve everything in the food war? He didn't like it. He didn't want her to be around, especially not after seeing her blush and play with her hair like that near Yukihira.

Yukihira was his rival, dammit! During the announcement Gin Dojima made, his mind was plagued with theories and anxiety. In the end, he decided that if he did not confront Yukihira about this, it would not end and he would just keep thinking and thinking about it.
