Species II
I will not be denied
A/N: What if help never arrived? What if Eve didn't need to be persuaded to turn against Patrick? And what if things just went bad?
It just happened in an instant. There was no Laura Baker there to tell her to do anything, but Eve, despite feeling drawn to Patrick Ross, suddenly lost interest in the male that had been turned into a hybrid similar to herself. She just shoved him away from herself. But Patrick…refused to let her go.
Burst! The cocoon that had generated around them split open and Eve jumped out, landing on the ground of the barn.
"Rrraurgh!" Patrick roared as he followed her, appearing much larger and more brutish than earlier when they had been mating, moving on his arms and legs. "Grrraurgh!"
Eve extended her spinal spikes against him, harming him, but only momentarily; he had recovered from what she had done the instant he was injured by her.
He quickly knocked her to the ground and ran over to her He climbed on top of her, intent on finishing what they started.
Eve fought against him, trying to throw him off, but due to his increased height and mass, he was much stronger than she was. And then…she saw his head split in half! His dual-headed status pinned her arms to the side and she saw something emerging from bellow him. It was…his penis, aimed at her…
"Rrraaurgh!" He roared as he thrust against her.
"Aaaaurgh!" Eve howled as she felt him penetrate her, burying himself deep inside.
The heads continued to keep her arms pinned as Patrick had his way with Eve, unwilling to release her from his hold.
Eve found herself unable to persist against Patrick as her arms and legs went limp. Her head laid to her right as time seemed to pass her by. She wasn't sure if a few seconds, a few minutes or an hour went by, but before she knew, Patrick had ceased his mating frenzy and pulled away from her. If anything, he had done what he had intended with her.
SPARK! Eve suddenly felt intense pain in her innards as she clutched her waist.
It started swelling like a balloon as she felt movement inside. She was pregnant, and the offspring inside her womb was developing quickly, and since both she and Patrick were both half alien, the resulting offspring was purer than they were.
"Aaaauurgh!" She shrieked as her womb was now the size of a huge melon…and still growing.
She couldn't move her legs, her arms had no strength, and she could feel the birth was imminent.
Patrick watched in awe as her belly split open to reveal the result of their union. There were three hybrids; judging by first glance, two were female and one was male. They removed themselves from their mother's womb and resumed growing. Within eight minutes, the three newborns had assumed human form and now looked like four-year-old with salt and pepper hair and blue eyes.
Patrick returned to his human form and watched as Eve returned to her human form, her body recovering from the accelerated pregnancy and birthing.
Eve looked at him and their children. As a woman, she would've been appalled by their existence, but as a mother, part of her was proud of their existence…but disgusted with their father, who left with them. It would be an hour before she fully recovered, but by then, the rest of Patrick's children will have developed in their cocoons enough to reemerge as adults, and by then, they'll have left the barn, leaving her there. Not that it mattered, anymore; the alien inside of Patrick had gotten what it wanted from her: A strain of human and alien that was purer than they would be.
But even if any thoughts of helping Laura and the others find Patrick and their children came to mind for Eve, there was a huge chance that the repercussions of tonight were already beyond preventable. It could take days or even weeks to locate Patrick and the others, and by then, countless more people could die…and countless more hybrids would be running around. And all because her mating drive had grown out of control and led her to escape captivity and seek out Patrick. But if there was even a small chance of helping to undo the apocalypse she helped to unleash, it was up to her to decide on whether or not to do so.
-x-
As night became day, Patrick already parted ways with the majority of his children, now all grown up and in the wind. Even if the humans found him, they had no idea as to what his sons and daughters and would take considerable time to find them, and by then, they'll have gone too far and will have produced more offspring than he would most likely have in the future. But for now, he had to look after these three children that he had sired through Eve, and once they had matured, they would be out in the world, as well…and the human race would be in the beginning phase of its path to extinction.
He wouldn't be denied…
A/N: Well, that was quite a shift from what was in the canon film and novelization. I hope the rest of you Species readers enjoy this little piece of fiction until something else is conceived. Peace!
