A/N: I do not own MHA or the such. This story has Demon Slayer influences, but as it will be read I will make some creative choices that are different slightly.

Izuku's mind wandered as he was pushed to the ground. He wondered what his mother would be making for dinner that night, he hoped it was Katsudon, or anything really with pork, maybe sausages too. He didn't care about the person shoving him to the ground because it was just his childhood friend, no longer friend for years at this point, Katsuki Bakugo being a jerk.

"Watch where you're going you blind shit." Katsuki said as Izuku stood back up, fixing his thick black glasses that covered most of his upper face.

"If I am blind how can I watch where I am going?" Izuku asked as he looked at Katsuki. Izuku was not blind, he 'had' a condition where he had to cover his eyes for a severe sensitivity to light. In truth he was hiding a secret he didn't understand but his mother told him he had to hide his eyes no matter what, saying no one should see his eyes at all.

"Don't back talk me Quirkless." Katsuki pushed Izuku again, making the green haired boy take a step back.

"Looking down on people because of their quirks is pretty egotistical." Izuku replied. He never threw a punch at Katsuki over the years, even though a part of him really wanted to at many points, however Izuku would defend himself verbally.

"Are you calling me egotistical?" The blond scowled.

"I'm saying that." Izuku nodded.

"You sound high and mighty for a blind fuck who's father was too ashamed of him and left." Katsuki pushed Izuku again.

Izuku grit his teeth at that. "Shut up Bakugo."

"Are you upset now?" Katsuki mocked the teen. "Are you upset because your daddy left?"

"Bakugo shut up now."

"Fuck off Quirkless." Katsuki pushed Izuku again. "Don't act tough just because you're mad."

Izuku decided that maybe violence was an answer at that moment and punched Katsuki in the jaw. The blond was caught off guard because he never thought Izuku would actually hit him. The blond however got past his initial shock and tired to hit Izuku back.

"Fight!" Some kids started to say to call attention to the two boys who began to fight.

Izuku was not as physically strong as Katsuki but he was quite fast and able to dodge most of the blows Katsuki tried to give him. Izuku managed to get another strike in at Katsuki's chest which set the blond off.

"You quirkless piece of shit!" Katsuki shouted as he used his quirk and an explosion went off right in front of Izuku's face, knocking the boy over and breaking his glasses. The boy didn't know how to react and everyone saw his eyes. No one moved for a minute, all seeing the odd looking eyes of the boy. No one noticed a symbol on Izuku's glasses glowing before it faded away like it never existed.

Izuku's eyes had black sclera, large emerald green irises and dark red pupils that were shaped like six pointed stars. His eyes gave off an unnatural glow and energy which made most of the kids uncomfortable.

Katsuki got confused. He thought Izuku was quirkless, so why did he have those eyes? Was he lying to him? "What the hell Midoriya!?" The blond grabbed Izuku by his collar. "Why the hell do you have a quirk!?"

"Break it up!" A teacher pulled the two boys apart. "Both of you come with me now!"

Down the hall another teacher flashed a devilish grin and their eyes turned black as they saw those eyes of Izuku's, finding the son of The Blade of Musutafu.

Inko looked at her wristband in fear as she saw the symbol disappear. Somehow the ward she put over her son had broken and she needed to get to him immediately. Running to the door of her apartment she grabbed her walking cane and ran as fast as she could to Aldera junior high.

A man with a torn red scarf looked towards the northside of Musutafu, where he just felt a wave of energy.

"Well this isn't good." The man commented as he stood up on the edge of the building he was sitting on top of. He put his katana back in its sheath as he prepared to go stop an inevitable attack.

Sitting outside of the principal's office Izuku waited to get yelled at. He knew that Katsuki would get a slap on the wrist for what just happened because the school worshipped him because of his explosion quirk. Izuku was most likely the one who would get all of the trouble from this.

Katsuki walked out of the office looking surprisingly pissed. He shot a glare at Izuku before he left. "I'm kicking your ass the first chance I get."

"Midoriya you can come in here now." The principal said. Izuku walked into the office to see the small portly man at his desk. "Midoriya I first would like an explanation of your eyes." The aged man found Izuku's eyes unnerving. "In your quirk sheet you are labeled quirkless and it also states you have just green eyes. Those aren't just green."

Izuku wondered how he was going to lie through this, his mother said to not say anything about his eyes also, not that he even knew anything about his eyes to begin with. "I don't know."

"You don't know?" The Principal looked annoyed. "How do you not know anything about your quirk at the age of thirteen?"

"It doesn't do anything." Izuku answered.

"Eyes like those must have some unique ability." The principal really doubted Izuku's claim.

"They don't do anything." The boy repeated himself.

"So why hide them? If they do nothing why label yourself as quirkless instead of writing down the minor quirk of your eyes being different?"

"Because-"

The door to the office opened and in walked Inko Midoriya, Izuku's mother. The Principal was surprised she got there so fast when they had just called her.

"Ms. Midoriya I am sorry to report your son was involved in a fight earlier this evening and I believe he should be suspended for two weeks at the least."

"No need." Inko shook her head. "I'm pulling him out of school from here immediately."

"What? mom?" Izuku got confused, was his mom going to send him to a military school now or something?

"Izuku don't argue." Inko said with a tone suggesting she wasn't taking any words against what she just said. "We'll be leaving now."

"Ms Midoriya we still haven't brought up the fact that your son clearly has a quirk that is not registered, which is a violation of the law." The principal was irritated that Inko was just pulling her son out of the school system when it looked like he might have a powerful quirk. It would definitely pull attention to their school.

"This isn't a quirk." Inko said flatly as she walked for the door. "Come on Izuku."

Izuku didn't argue with his mother and followed her out of the office. "Mom I'm sorry I got in a fight."

"I'm not upset about the fight." Inko said as she continued to walk with haste. "We just need to get home sweetie. I will explain more there, please wear these." She handed him another pair of glasses, which Izuku took and put on. He didn't notice the symbol that glowed when he put them on.

The black eyed teacher followed them from afar as they left the school, eager to get his revenge against that bitch and now her son.

On the car ride home Izuku spoke. "Mom why do I have to hide my eyes? They don't do anything as a quirk."

"Honey your eyes aren't a quirk." Inko said quietly. "They are something else completely."

"What are they?" The boy asked in confusion. How were his eyes not a quirk?

"Honey I promise I will answer that later. Right now we have to leave Musutafu." Inko checked the mirror again because she swore that she had seen the same person on the sidewalk a few streets ago.

"Wait we're leaving Musutafu?" Izuku didn't have much he enjoyed in the city but it was still the site of the university he wanted to go to in U.A., a university where they trained heroes to be.

Inko bit her lip. "Honey it isn't safe here anymore, at least for the time being." She parked the car. "Honey grab your stuff quickly."

"Mom..." Izuku was getting worried.

"Izuku I promise I will explain once we are on the road again." Inko said as she held Izuku's shoulders, giving him a comforting look. "Please just hurry and help me grab the emergency bags."

Izuku nodded as he rushed with his mother up the stairs to the apartment. Years ago she had explained to him that they have emergency bags but only said that they were for a specific emergency she never explained.

Once they grabbed the bags they moved downstairs just as fast as they had come up. Inko didn't waste time in starting the car again and driving off.

"Where are we going?" Izuku asked once they left Musutafu.

"Somewhere safe. An old friend." Inko answered.

They remained silent for a few more minutes as they entered a forest road. "What is wrong mom?" Izuku really didn't like the suspense anymore. "Does it have to do with my eyes?"

"Yes." Inko nodded as she kept her eyes on the road. "Honey quirks aren't the only special powers in the world."

"My eyes are that other power aren't they?" Izuku asked. "What kind of power are they?"

"They are-" Inko got cut off as a figure blurred out of the trees and smashed into the side of the car, flipping it off of the road.

Izuku groaned as his vision steadied, seeing the cracked windshield he winced as he turned to see his mom was also in an okay enough condition. She had unbuckled her seatbelt and was moving out of the car quickly with her cane in hand. Izuku followed.

"Well if it isn't the whore that slept with a demon." A person spoke and Izuku saw that it was a teacher he saw sometimes at Aldera

"Mister Akitmitsu?" Izuku asked as he held his head. Why did this guy call his mom what he just did.

"I thought you were slayed already." Inko said as she gripped the handle to her cane, keeping her eyes on locked on the man.

"Mom what's going on?" Izuku asked.

The man started to laugh. "He doesn't even know yet. Damn you humans are horrible at making judgement calls."

Izuku got confused when the teacher said that, was the clearly human looking person not human?

"I think you made a bad call coming here." Izuku got even more confused when his mother pulled a blade out of her cane, when did she have a sword?

"Humans are always so arrogant." The man laughed again as his skin turned grey and his veins bulged. His eyes turned pure black and the veins around his eyes turned black as well. He grew in size and his muscles also got more pronounced. "It makes them fun to rip apart!"

The man jumped at Inko with blinding speed, Inko rushed him as well with fast speed and the two clashed attacks and ended up with their backs to each other. Akitmitsu missing his right arm below the elbow and Inko with a cut across her cheek.

"Looks like the blade of Musutafu still can do something." The demonic looking man mused as his arm regrew with speed. "I'm shocked."

"Looks like the demon also had arrogance." Inko faced the man and held her sword in front of her.

"Can the bastard child say the same?" Akitmitsu asked as he moved a foot to face Izuku.

Inko doubted she would get to her son before this demon so she shouted. "Izuku trust the feelings!"

What feelings? Izuku was thinking as the demonic teacher jumped at Izuku. He suddenly felt a tingling feeling in his eyes and everything felt clearer to him than before. It was like if life was seen before through a dirty window and everything just got cleaned to perfection. Izuku could see a piece of dust meters away falling through the air his eyes were so amazing. He could also see the villain coming at him much slower like even time was something his eyes were able to slow down to see. He saw the raised arm of the demon preparing to attack him and moved with speed he wasn't aware he had and got out of the way.

The demonic teacher swiped the air and turned to the boy with a smirk. "So you're a natural are you?"

"I don't know what is happening!" Izuku admitted as he made more space in between them.

"And yet you are harnessing that demon blood really well you filthy half blood." The man remarked.

Izuku didn't know what the man meant by half blood. As far as Izuku knew he wasn't half demon. However with the events going on he wasn't going to question it til later when he wasn't being attacked. Izuku felt another feeling this time throughout his whole body. Not trying to stop it he felt his muscles all get denser and his fingers turned just the slightest bit claw like. His eyes gained a single red ring each that encircled the odd shaped pupils. The veins around his eyes turned black and thickened as well.

"You really are something." The man laughed. "I don't even want to kill you as much anymore if you can access such a level so easily. You clearly have natural talent."

Inko had a worried look as her son accessed his demonic side for the first time. She had feared this day and they had to get to safety as soon as possible it more demons will surely come after her son since he wasn't aware of how much of a beacon he was being at that moment. "Izuku we have to hurry!"

"I'm not letting him get away now that I know how much richer his blood is." Akitmitsu rushed at Izuku again, who managed to avoid him with even more speed he had gained.

"Mom!" Izuku smacked a clawed hand away from himself. He didn't know what to do.

"Honey grab the red case from the car!" Inko shouted as she intercepted Akitmitsu by cutting off his leg with a slash of her sword, the limb regrowing fast.

Izuku ran to the car and started to look for a red case. "Where!?"

"Glove box!" His mother replied as she kicked Akitmitsu in his jaw with a roundhouse kick.

Izuku ripped the cover of the glovebox off with his strength in accident and multiple items fell out, including a red case he grabbed. "Now what!?"

"Open it and use it!" Inko replied before she got thrown away from Akitmitsu with a powerful strike.

"What little toy do you have?" The demonic man turned to Izuku as he opened the case.

In the red case Izuku found a knife, with a pure white blade and a simple black handle. He didn't know why they had a knife just stored in the car like this but that shouldn't be a worry compared to everything else going on at that moment. He quickly grabbed the knife in his hand as the demonic man lunged at him. Izuku went with his instincts, letting that happen he sidestepped the demon and slashed open the man's side, spilling black blood from the wound. The wound didn't heal as fast but it did still heal quickly.

"Agh you little shit!" The man cursed as his arm had lime green tendrils shoot out of it at Izuku, but before they could get him Inko used her sword to slice them off.

"You won't touch my son you bastard." The woman said with coldness as she brought her sword up for another attack.

"You're old and weak." The man stated as he smashed his foot into the ground with enough to crack it and shake to Midoriyas off of their feet. He rushed at Izuku and a symbol appeared over his hand in orange flames and his fingers got covered with flames as he attempted to grab Izuku's head. "I'll be taking those eyes."

"No!" Inko shouted as she pushed her son out of the eye and took the hand, it going straight through her shoulder. Akitmitsu pulled his arm out of Inko's now bloody shoulder and she started to turn to stone almost instantly.

"Mom!" Izuku grabbed his knife harder and stabbed the man in his chest angrily.

"That won't kill me kid." The man laughed as he headbutted the boy.

"This will." A new voice said as a black and red blur appeared and the sound of a katana being swung was heard. The blue stopped past Akitmitsu, a man with a dark combat suit, plated with metal armor across his body that holster his weapons. His arms were wrapped in yellow bandages, all the way from just below his shoulders to his wrists. He also had two blood-red scarves, one around his neck and the other on his forehead. He also had a off white tattered cloth working as a mask.

Akitmitsu couldn't reply before his head just fell off of his body and his body and head began to burn up in dark purple ashes almost instantly.

Izuku had a wide eyes expression from where he was on the ground. "Who are you?"

The newcomer put his katana in his sheath and didn't even look at the boy but instead inspected the stone statue that Inko had become.

"I asked you a question!" Izuku felt angry that he was being ignored.

"Kid shut the fuck up." The man said with a tone suggesting he didn't care about Izuku. "I saved your life so don't try to whine, it's disrespectful to your bloodline." He still hadn't looked at Izuku, but he was fully aware of who the boy was.

Izuku knitted his brow, not liking how everyone danced around whatever was going on and not explaining anything to him. "What happened to my mom?"

The man finally looked at Izuku, the boy noticing how the man had a slightly unhinged look to his small red eyes. "That demon used a curse that shouldn't exist to try to steal your eyes. When Master Midoriya blocked hit and took it herself the curse had no demonic powers to take from her since she is a pure blooded human, so it froze her soul and she is stone now."

Izuku gained a worried look. "Can you change her back?"

"It is possible but I am not capable of it." The man answered.

"How?" Izuku wanted his mother back, it was a relief to hear she wasn't dead but technically frozen.

"You are not ready to know that yet." The man replied as he picked up the statue that was Izuku's mother with surprising ease.

"Help me be ready!" Izuku shouted, he didn't like how everyone was being confusing.

The man turned to look at Izuku, staring into his unique eyes with his crazed red ones. "Are you trying to tell me what to do?"

"Yes!" Izuku shouted firmly. "I want my mom back!"

The man noticed how the boy had his mother's drive and smirked. "Follow me then. First turn off your demon powers and put on this." He threw the red scarf that was around his head to the boy. "Your demon form gives off a scent and every other demon anywhere near us will find you."

Izuku got confused, how does he have demon powers? How would a scarf help him hide a scent? Hoping this guy would provide more answers he put the scarf around his neck. "How do I turn off my demon powers?" He didn't even know he had these before.

"You should feel the connection of your energy to your eyes, cut off that flow by lowering it." The man explained as he kept walking down the road. "Grab anything from that car you need and hurry up."

Izuku tried to feel the energy he had in his body, he could feel what felt like a ball of it at his heart and all throughout him, but thick waves of it going to his eyes most of all. He closed his eyes, taking a breath as he tried to reign in the power the same way you would suck in your gut. It worked but it felt awkward doing it so he planned to find a better way to do it. His muscles returned to normal and his clarity with his eyes returned to their normal above average clarity. The rings in his eyes disappeared and the vines returned to their normal color and stopped bulging. He ran to the car and grabbed the emergency bags, having put the knife in its case and in a bag he ran to catch up to the man.

"If we run into anyone I want you to keep your eyes down at the ground." The man ordered. "You do not have any control of your powers and those things are dangerous."

"Okay." Izuku nodded. "What is going on? Why did you call my mom your master?"

"She was my sensei and leader." The man said as they continued down the path in the woods. "There is a safe house thirty minutes from here. Once inside I will explain what is happening." He couldn't just let the kid not know what was going on anymore, especially since he hit his Awakening.

They had continued the walk in silence and had ended up at a small cabin in the forest.

"Get inside." The man said, breaking the silence once they set foot in the small clearing around the building. Izuku didn't argue and got inside while the man set Izuku's stone turned mother down and kneeled outside of the door and began to mutter some words, sounding like a prayer. The man finished it on came inside, closing the door and locking it. "I am going to explain everything but I don't want you to interrupt. Do you understand?" The boy nodded so the man continued. "Demons exist. As in the evil opposites of angels, who do also exist. You are a half blooded demon, the other half being human."

"But I thought you said-" The man brought his fist down on Izuku's head.

"I said do not interrupt me. Your father was a demon, the Demon of Sight to be exact. I felt the energy when you accessed it, that wasn't just demonic. Master Midoriya was a pure blooded human, everything else is your father. Whatever else I'd going on with you is him. That is why your eyes are the way they are. Master Midoriya has been using wards to keep your true blood and power hidden to keep you from this life but it seems that that didn't happen. I respect Master Midoriya but I believe she should have trained you to protect yourself before this. You are thirteen now so that means you are less than two years from entering puberty."

"I entered pub-" Izuku tried to speak and had the man bring his fist down again over Izuku's head.

"I do not mean human puberty." the man sounded irritated. "Your demon blood also has influences over you as you grow. It happens at fifteen and it makes your demon scents also more potent and easy to locate. However you can learn to make it not be as noticeable, by learning how to control your powers because as they are right now they have no filter or flow and that is a beacon to any demon who might want your blood, or demon slayers that would prefer to have you dead." The man paused.

"Demon Slayers?" Izuku asked in that pause.

Thankfully the man didn't hit the boy. "They are not talked about anymore, due to demons getting a higher influence in the world and the corruption of the group, there are good and bad demon slayers now. Your mother was one of the good ones. She had a pure heart." Izuku could see how highly this man held his mother.

"Do they know I exist?" The demon eyed teen asked.

"They know that a demon Slayer fell in love with a demon and a kid was made, yes, but none of them knew it was your mother. Demons also know you exist but seldom know your mother. You will be learning to meditate from me among other things. I will not have my master's legacy be disgraced." The man stood up and opened the sliding door to another room, which was empty. "We begin now."

"What about my mom?" Izuku pointed to the stone statue.

"The curse left her frozen as a statue. She is alive and actually won't age or even notice anything until she is removed from it." The man answered. "Now hurry up. The quicker we deal with your meditation the quicker we can work on everything else. You need your powers under control. She will be fine right there until you are strong enough to go search for the way to reverse it."

"Can't you go look for it?" Izuku asked. "You seem like you can handle yourself."

The man gave Izuku an annoyed look. "I don't have demonic sight like you. The curse is a sight based one, hence why he used it to steal your eyes, only you can see whatever way of reversal there is."

"How Can I know for sure I have all this blood you are talking about?" The teen asked.

"This." The man pulled out a small white wlstick from a pocket. "Prick your finger and let the blood fall on it. Human blood makes the thing glow yellow for a second, if you have demon blood after the glow will turn black." He handed the stick to Izuku, who used the knife he still was holding to prick his finger, letting the blood drop into the stick. True to the man's words the blood gave off a yellow glow and it became black. Suddenly the blood started to glow a bright white, causing the man to look at it in bewilderment.

"What does white mean?" Izuku looked up at the man in confusion.

"That's... impossible." The man cupped his mouth. "White means angelic blood. Angelic blood isn't supposed to mix with any other blood, especially demonic blood. Your father must have been a half blooded demon as well, but he had angelic blood, which is impossible if he was a demon." The whole situation made it look like the man was just continually getting way more confused. "This is all the more reason to train you. You have such a powerful combination that shouldn't exist. Now hurry up and let's begin training. We begin with you meditating so you can learn to flow your energy and actually not have it be a beacon of death for you."

A few months later

The wooden katana swung into Izuku's side with force, knocking him off of his feet.

"You leave your stance too open." The man, who Izuku had learned was named Chizome Akaguro, said as he waited for the teen to get back up. "You are also too rigid. Flow with the sword, it should be an extension of your arm." Chizome had taken to teaching Izuku how to use any type of blade he could get his hands on to give the boy. The man would leave every few days and return after a day or two with supplies and such. Chizome didn't speak about a lot of things last training but Izuku and the man both developed a brotherly bond due to their connection through Inko.

"Okay." The green haired teen nodded. "How about this?" He lunged at Chizome in a different form. The man easily blocked every swipe before he used his superior speed to move around Izuku's guard before slamming the handle of his sword into Izuku's upper back, sending the teen to the ground.

"Better." Chizome nodded. "You had no holes save for the fact that you are slow."

"You won't let me use my demon powers or eyes to help that." Izuku pointed out.

"You are trying to use crutches. You are not allowed to use them in spars until you can keep up with me on your own. Demon Slayers have weapons and gear made to disable your abilities so if you need those to stay at my level than they will run you into the ground." The man dropped Izuku's wooden sword next to him. "Pick it up and try again."

Izuku nodded as he grabbed the wooden weapon and got back up.

A few months later

Izuku ducked underneath the swing and slammed his wooden sword into Chizome's side, almost moving him off of his feet.

The crazed looking black haired man began to laugh. "Looks like you can finally keep up. Turn your eyes on... only the eyes."

Izuku nodded and took off his glasses, the ones that had a ward to dull their abilities and hide his eyes true nature. Now uncovered his eyes began to get to their true base power, his clarity getting high and his ability to see finer details enhanced greatly.

"This is to make you increase timing and reaction." Chizome started. "You can now keep up with me at a fast pace but now I will pick it up so only your eyes will be able to keep track of me normally."

"To test my ability to react even if my body can't move as fast?" Izuku asked.

"Correct. This will make your reactions to everything better as time goes because you will be forced to deal with things too quick to handle for you regularly." The man nodded while pulling out two wooden daggers. "Try to keep your eyes sharp. For all we know your eyes have levels and this might get them to the next one." The man came back at Izuku.

A few months later

Both guys were sitting outside of the cabin drinking tea, cooling down from their latest training session.

"I'm going back into the city in the morning." Chizome stated. "You will be doing a test during that time. I am sending you up the mountain to the west and you are going to survive up there for a week."

"A week?" Izuku asked with surprise.

"You are allowed to take the clothes on your back and one weapon. Demons do roam the mountain and those are not civil demons at all. You need to be prepared to always be on your toes so you will stay up there for a week and you will come back with this." The man pulled out a picture of a thick silver necklace, which had a step cut emerald attached to it. "This is a special necklace that your mother put a her strongest ward on hide a demon's power from being easily seen. It was lost on the mountain a few years ago and I found it, but placed it back there when we began your training."

"Wait if it was the strongest ward why didn't she give it to me years ago?" The demon eyed teen asked.

"Because it was given to your father. She didn't want him to be hunted down after your birth so it was given to him. He stayed on the mountain for what was the remainder of his life."

Izuku hadn't ever seen his father but the few times his mother mentioned him she had said he was a great person with a good heart. Knowing now because of Chizome that his father didn't abandon him years ago but stayed away to protect Izuku was something he admired. "How did he die?"

"A Demon Slayer." The man answered. "From what I can tell a Demon Slayer found him. Don't use that as a reasoning to think all Demon Slayers are bad, just like you have reasoning to know that not all demons are bad you should not judge a group based on a fraction of that group." The boy nodded. "While you shouldn't hate Demon Slayers as a half blood you should watch your back because you don't know which ones will just look at that demon blood and only see it for the evil that is typically following that name."

"So I stay up there for a week and during that time I find my father's necklace?" Izuku asked.

"I placed it back where he was, he left something for you there where he stayed as well so keep that in mind." Chizome stated. "A rich family has a cottage on the other side of the mountain, I would do my best to not go near it. On second thought I change the rules of your test... You have a week at most but you can return as long as you have what is needed from up there on the mountain. I expect three days at the least."

"I will be foraging for fruit I assume to eat?" Izuku asked.

"No citrus acids. Things like oranges are bad for your demonic blood. If you need to just activate level one if your demon abilities and eat a animal raw, it works for the demon blood in you and is healthy for it. Any meat is really."

"Okay. Will the other demons you say go around there be a threat to that family?"

Chizome was glad that Izuku had his mother's instinct of worrying about everyone. "No, the demons stay on this side because of the wisteria flower, it is something demons can't stand being near, you can be near it since you are half human but you will probably feel uncomfortable and your demon powers will not activate in close proximity to the flower."

"That's another reason you had me train without my demonic powers isn't it? Because Demon Slayers might carry the Wisteria flower with them?"

"Yes. There will also be those flowers around many cities in Japan, so that is something else to notice."

"Is it just my demon blood or does my angel blood also get affected by the Wisteria flower?"

"I only encountered one angel in my life, for the most part I hear they are pretentious and have a superiority complex, this person however was nice, said that there is this one flower, the Kuroi bara, a black rose that has similar effects to Wisteria. It's as common as wisteria and you should expect to run into it from time to time. This mountain doesn't have it but you haven't shown any angelic abilities yet so it isn't as important."

"My demonic abilities make me physically stronger a lot, what would angelic abilities do?" Izuku asked a question he had been meaning to.

"I have no clue. I'm a half blooded demon." Chizome admitted. "Not a perfect balance like you, half blood is just a term to signify anyone who has mixed bloods between humans and demons."

"What about angels?"

"Angel blood isn't supposed to mix, which is why you are an oddity. You technically classify as pure blooded since your blood is a pure balance of the bloods."

"But I am half human and the other half is supposed to be half demon and angel." The demon eyed teen didn't see how that is a pure balance.

"Your non human half has balanced itself perfectly with itself as well as your human half. If I had to say you don't have demonic or angelic blood, whatever you have is something new entirely, which means other demons will want to eat you to gain your powers, Demon Slayers will hunt you thinking you are a threat, and Angels will hunt you thinking you are an abomination."

"So this mountain test will be perfect for keeping me on my toes if there are a lot of dangers on it." Izuku stated.

"Once you come back from the test you will be training alongside my apprentice."

"You have an apprentice? Wait ain't I your apprentice?"

"No, I haven't taught you the demon of taste forms."

"Why not?" Izuku didn't even know what a demon of taste was. He had heard Chizome call Izuku's father a demon of sight however.

"You remember how I said your father was the Demon of Sight? There are high demons for the five senses, I am not the perfect Demon of Taste but I was taught the ways and my half sister who is your age is a perfect half blood of human and demon blood, and has a high caliber for the Taste sense where as you have the Sight sense."

"Can't someone have more than one demon sense? Humans have all senses."

Chizome shook his head. "No. Humans have a base of each sense, as do all Demons, and Angels. But the special sense is what I am referring to. Half bloods, no matter if they are a balanced or an unbalanced blood, all have an enhancement to a single sense and it is normally affected by who their demon parent is. There are high demons of the main five senses but there are also the three other senses; emotional sense which is the sixth sense, demon sense which is the seventh sense, and angelic sense which is the eighth. You might be able to use the eighth sense but we haven't seen any progress with your angelic blood yet."

"What do the senses do exactly?" Izuku asked.

"I only know what mine and yours do, although yours is a bit more of a mystery because I haven't seen it as much before you. They give the half blood certain powers based around that sense, like I can consume blood from people and paralyze them in their spot. My half sister is a perfect balance like you so she has a few more abilities."

"How come you never had us train together before?" Izuku asked.

"She might be a perfect balance but she is... a little demonic. She wasn't taught how to restrain that side properly for a while."

"I wasn't trained at all until a few months ago from you." The teen pointed out.

"Yes but your blood seems to somehow keep itself in check, probably due to the mix of angelic and demonic blood. She doesn't have that. She is okay now but she will act out a little, at this point she just says off putting things. When you get back from the test she will be here."

"Doesn't it begin to snow tonight?" Izuku looked at the sky.

"That shouldn't affect your test if you have took every lesson I have given you to heart." Chizome stood up. "I leave in the morning but your test begins in an hour at sunset, I will take you to the edge of the mountain and you must go up it on your own to find the necklace."

"Okay." Izuku nodded as he stood up to follow the man to get his katana, which was actually his mother's.

"Once you come back alive I will speak to a person I know about getting you your own blade made from Nichirin metal."

"What is Nichirin metal?" Izuku asked, the man hadn't mentioned the metal before.

"A special metal that absorbs sunlight, it is one of the easier ways to kill a demon. You already have an ore so we don't need the choosing process. Don't ask how you already have one." Chizome knew the kid would find the ore on the mountain anyways. "Come on, we're going to the spot where I leave you."

Izuku nodded and took a look at the statue that was his mom, nodding to it as he went with Chizome.

After twenty minutes Izuku spoke.

"So you aren't a perfect half blood?"

"No." The man answered flatly. "I have about seventy percent demon blood. I am kept from my more demonic nature because of the wards your mother used and the fact that not all demons are bad demons. While I do have a violent streak your mother saw I was still good deep down and didn't kill me like a Demon Slayer would have. She taught me how to better protect myself which is why I understand that not everyone in a group should be judged by the bad bunch." Chizome wanted to lecture Izuku to make sure he understood that lesson as well but decided against it for the moment. The teen already had kindness like his mother so it wouldn't be out of the question for the teen to understand that as well.

They continued again in silence until they got to a dead tree that had lost all of its branches. It was the end of the trees and the ground was steeply going up past that before it flattened several meters above them.

"This is my stop." Chizome stated. "Remember that there are demons here, small time demons that are mostly wild animals but stay on the mountain, every few months a team of Demon Slayers come up here to kill any they find but they don't come here for another three weeks if I am correct. You shouldn't encounter them yet which is good. The longer they believe that pure half bloods like you and my half sister don't exist the better."

"I thought you said that they do know I exist?" Izuku got confused.

"The higher ups in the Demon Slayer Corps know of your existence as a possibility, they might think you are dead by now. Lower tiered members hear tales of pure half bloods as a way of telling the taboo of your existence. I am sure there are a few other half bloods around but pure ones with the balance, I doubt there is any more than you two, but there could be."

"I am assuming I get no hints?" Izuku looked up at the mountain, about two thirds of the way up Izuku assumed that breathing would get more difficult."

"No, but you can take the glasses off, you are entering a hostile area so you need at least your actual base eyesight and not the lowered level." Chizome stated as Izuku took the glasses off. "Remember, you have a week, go up there, survive any attacks from the wild demons, find the necklace and everything and come back down to the cabin, I won't be here waiting for you."

"Got it." Izuku nodded as he began to walk up the time worn path. "I got this." He said to reassure himself as he went up.

Chizome made a quick prayer for Izuku's protection before he went back down to the cabin.

An hour later the sun had gone completely down covering the mountain in darkness. Izuku kept going up however despite the dropping temperature so he would have a better starting point the next day. It had began to snow lightly true to Izuku's words with his mentor. Thankfully it was only light snow at this point and not too heavy.

Nothing came out to attack the demon eyed boy, he wondered if the scarf he had on was doing anything to keep him hidden even though his unique eyes were bare to the world. Izuku couldn't see it himself but he was aware as Chizome had told him but his bright emerald green irises and six pointed star shaped red pupils did actually glow in the dark and were visible the more they were used. Izuku could see just fine in the dark so he didn't bother bringing a light at all, his eyes made everything clear anyways.

After he went up a small path he looked around to see he had a small area next to him that was off the path up the mountain and over a cliff and under the mountain above it so there was only only really one way to it so Izuku could easily defend it, unless a demon with ground manipulation or something was there. Izuku went to the area and sat down the his back against a rock and faced the path to his area. He kept a hand on the hilt of his blade and went to sleep.

Izuku woke up a few hours later and the sun was still not up, nothing had attacked him or was even in his area so he was fine. Izuku stretched before he went back up the mountain and began to look around to see if he could find an animal to hunt for food. After a few minutes Izuku food a bird nest and climbed the tree, the birds were gone but they left four eggs which the teen took as he slid back down the tree. Grabbing a mostly flat rock and some sticks he managed to make a good enough fire to cook the eggs enough for him to consume. Solving his breakfast situation Izuku looked back up the mountain. The sun had began to peek around the edge of the mountains far away.

"He gave me a week at most, this is a big mountain so that means he expects me to find it easier than it would seem." Izuku was speaking to himself and the air of the mountain. "Maybe it is near the peak? It has to be on this side since Wisteria is on the other side as well as the cottage he told me not bother with. That takes down the search area and such. If I was hiding here as a living arrangement I probably would be higher but not too high, that way I have animals to hunt for food." The teen stopped his thinking out loud as he heard a sound of leaves being disturbed to his right.

Reacting he faced it and put his katana out in front of him. His eyes tracking any fraction of movement he saw that it was just a goat, which began to flee from Izuku's movement.

"Damn I'm already paranoid." Izuku sighed as he out his katana away. He figured he could use more meat at that moment but didn't want to cook the goat so he followed the advice that Chizome gave him, taking off his top and tying it around his waist he breathed in as he started to let his demon blood do its thing, making his muscles bulge before his eyes gained the one red ring around his pupils and his veins got blacker around his eyes. He let it go a second longer before stopping the growth of the energy and his fingers gained sharp claws and his canines got bigger. He had to do this quick before the sun got up properly and Hime couldn't get his powers this high. He rushed at the goat quickly and chased it before catching it a minute later.

Having finished the goat off he forced his demonic state off and took a breath. Eating things raw like an animal had no bad effects on him if he had his demonic powers going and fueling his blood, which was great for saving time that would be spent cooking the animal.

Using a stream he wiped the blood off of his face and hands. He could start foraging for fruits and berries for food so he wouldn't keep activating his demon powers, once was fine for a day or two, especially when he didn't have a strong enough ward yet to keep the scent and aura they gave off from being noticed. He didn't doubt that somewhere on the mountain the wild demons had felt the energy and were going to come investigate. He could finish cleaning and hide, wait for them to show, then follow them to their hideouts if they have one and then hope that is where his dad used to be, or he could interrogate them for information, either way worked for Izuku so he quickly put his shirt on and got to hiding.

Ten minutes later a figure showed up by the stream and Izuku watched at the person, presumably a demon, found the goat that Izuku had eaten before and looked around before sniffing the air.

"It's either bait or they left." The person muttered, Izuku close enough to barely hear him and make out the words. The person had grey skin and short orange spiky hair, as well as no clothing so Izuku could see his whole business if Izuku wanted to look, which the teen did not want to. Izuku continued to watch as the demon looked around the area, making sure where he was wasn't a place that was easily seen, having taken to hiding up a thick tree and moving around the sides as the demon went around the area to investigate. The demon stopped at the stream that had washed away the goat blood earlier before the demon stood up.

"Must have went down the mountain, not my problem." The demon made his way up the mountain oath he came down. Izuku silently slid down the tree and began to follow the demon from a distance, making sure to keep his eyes from going overboard and getting him detected.

A while later Izuku watched as the demon slipped into a cave that had a small entrance width wise. Izuku knew he would have to slip in sideways to get into the cave but at that angle he might not be able to draw his blade as quickly, he would have to be careful. Making his way to the entrance he slowly slipped through it and made his eyes go to their first ring, the first red rings appearing around his pupils and the veins around his eyes thickening and turning black. He made sure to study any movement and quickly got through the crack, facing the demon who had turned around.

"It was you!" The demon pointed his finger at Izuku accusingly. "You baited me!" The demon then noticed Izuku's eyes and their unique shape. "Holy shit your Hisashi! I'm sorry don't rip me apart again!"

"What?" Izuku asked while he kept his katana in front of him. "He's my father."

The demon looked up at the boy, losing the fear he had, this confirmed to the demon the rumor that the infamous Demon of Sight was dead. "Oh is that so?"

"Where was he up here?" Izuku noticed how the demon lost all of his fear and was turning his body like he was getting ready to strike.

"Seeing as how I know I can take a young kid I don't see an issue telling you. He had his place right near the peak."

Izuku cursed under his breath, his guess was way off before. At least now he knew where it was luckily. "We don't have to fight. I just wanted to know where my dad was."

"That's why you have a blade drawn, to not fight." The demon flexed his newly formed claws for fingers.

"I'm holding it here in defense!" Izuku didn't want to fight if he didn't have to. "I can leave now."

"Like I would let you." The demon took a step forward. "The son of that fucking Demon of Sight... no no no. I am going to kill you and take your powers so I can get back at those damned Demon Slayers who locked us off up on this mountain for sport!" He lunged at Izuku, who used his enhanced sight and speed to move out of the way.

"I don't want to fight!" Izuku didn't want to have to fight every single demon he met if he could help it.

"Then die quicker!" The demon made another attack attempt but Izuku, seeing that it was pointless to not fight at this point, cut off the demon's hand at the forearm.

"This is all on you!" Izuku shouted as he kicked the demon's calf in with force, breaking the bone and sending the demon to the floor.

"Fuck you!" The demon growled as his broken and missing limbs healed fast.

"I can leave and you can continue living how you do up here, we won't have to see each other again." The demon eyed teen said as he held his blade in preparation for another attack, doubting this demon would be nice anymore but still trying to give that offer.

The orange haired demon didn't reply but went to attack Izuku again, the boy swung his leg up in a surprise kick to get the demon off guard before slashing the demon's head straight off. The demon quickly burned up in purple ashes.

Izuku frowned at the whole situation, he really didn't want to have killed the demon but the guy really didn't want to do anything but fight. As much as Chizome had put it into his head that he will encounter demons or any enemies that won't be talked out of starting conflict he didn't like the fact that he had to kill. Izuku put his katana away and used his enhanced sight to look around the cave for anything of interest, finding a bag he opened it and had a grin as it was preserved meat wrapped up safely, enough to keep him from having to hunt for the rest of the week. Izuku closed the bag and grabbed it to take with him. Checking the rest of the cave he found some rope but didn't find anything else that would really be of a need to him so he took the rope and left the cave.

Exiting the cave he covered his eyes from the sun directly to let them adjust to the light, as well as let them go back down to their base level. He looked up towards the peak of the mountain and began to think. The hideout his father had was close to the peak apparently and judging in how far up it was he wouldn't get to the top til the next morning at the earliest. He could make it most of the way up easily and set up a decent camp at sundown and take a full night's rest before continuing. However with the full night's rest he will get to the peak around the afternoon and not early morning. He had six more days so the full night's rest wouldn't damper his progress to bad at all, especially since he knew the hideout was near the peak now. Going with the full night's rest plan he started to make his way back up the mountain again, being watchful of any danger now that his demonic energy has been used more than once and that was bound to let anymore demons on the mountain know of his presence.

The sun had begun to set so Izuku looked for a good resting spot, finding a small cave he set down his bag full of meat and went to grab sticks for a fire to hear him back up. Once he got the necessary requirements he lit a fire with the wood and began to warm up. The next day of going up might be the most difficult with the cold and snow that had dropped heavier that day than the night before. He would still get to the peak the following afternoon but it might be just a hour behind what he had in mind. It was fine to Izuku as long as he didn't run into anymore demons that were violent like the first one.

He hadn't seen anything the whole day while the sun was out and assumed that was only because of the fact that demons as Chizome said were mostly nocturnal, and were severely weaker in the sun. Any demons that were pure blooded demons would actually die in sunlight. Izuku was lucky he wasn't a pure demon and was a half blood, or pure balanced blood he supposed. Izuku steadied his breathing and let it lower to a point his body would use to go to sleep and recharge, but enough that he was slightly aware if his surroundings and watching the entrance to the cave. Like this he will get well rested enough given his plan to rest until sunrise. If anything tried to enter the cave Izuku would see them and have enough warning to get ready to defend himself.

The sun began to rise and Izuku didn't have any surprise visitors that night luckily. Packing up his things and bundling up any wood he can use at a later time with the rope he found he hooked it to the side of the bag with the meat.

Izuku began to walk up the mountain again and he didn't run into anything else again surprisingly. He figured that with the way Chizome had worded it that there would be more demons on the mountain but there were none at all except for the one he had slayed already. Were there no more because of the Demon Slayers? Or did the demons just leave for somewhere else? How were there even demons for so long and it wasn't public knowledge? Did they use tricks and such to make sure it wasn't public knowledge? The teen continued to muse these thoughts for a few hours as he climbed the mountain.

The air had begun to get thinner around what Izuku assumed to be noon, but he ignored it, his breathing control training with Chizome coming into play. The cold wasn't bothering him as much either, his clothing being thick enough as well as his demon blood keeping him warm. He was maybe a good fifteen minutes away from the summit he found a cave entrance, like just a short walk from the path up. Figuring he might as well check it out he turned his eyes only to their first ring and held his hand on his katana, ready to draw the blade as he walked into the entrance. The cave didn't go too far, just being a large space that was all visible from the entrance, but it had stuff in it, as well as writing in something black on the wall. He decided to read that first. Getting closer to read it he realized it was a message, from his father to him.

Hey Izuku, if you are here that means either your mother has decided to let you know about your true heritage or something bad happened and you learned in an unpleasant way. Either way I am glad you were safe enough to get here. Don't worry about anyone else reading this, it's just for our eyes only, used my blood and such. I saw a Demon Slayer far down the mountain and figured I said write this just in case, since he was one of the ones who actually taught your mother. I left more writing on some "blank paper" if you use your regular sight but that's stuff to teach you about your eyes and some of the neat abilities it has. Hopefully you already got the basics like finer detailing and how it seems like everything is in slow motion. I'm proud of you buddy no matter what you do. I recommend looking around from the summit before you go down because seriously it is a nice view and with your eyes you can see a lot.

Izuku frowned once he finished reading it. The message confirmed what Chizome said a little bit about a Demon Slayer doing this. Looking around the cave he could see how a fight had definitely happened, just not recently. He looked around for the papers, finding a basket he opened it and found a necklace, the necklace he was meant to find to exact. Putting it on he looked through the basket again with the a smile and found a piece of ore bigger than his fists put together. He figured it was that Nichirin metal that was mentioned and grabbed it to put in has bag along with the packed meat. He looked around again and in another small basket he found a small journal that had writing on the cover that said Demon Eyes abilities. Izuku opened it and on the first page was another message from his father.

Hey Izuku my boy. This book has the abilities of our eyes as I know them. If you haven't been told yet each level of the eye can be signified by those neat rings that appear, the first one starting around your pupils, which are also neat in my opinion, I had five points but yours have six so you might gain more rings than me which means more abilities so your lucky with that kiddo. I am going to write abilities for each ring level using a way that only that level of eyes can see, so you don't get sneak peeks because seriously it will mess up your eyes to attempt an ability before you get to a level it needs, if you force it to go before that level. Don't abuse your eyes Izuku, I was close to blind by the time we had you unless I got to ring six, which was my highest. If you use abilities from a level that will drain your time on that level, the usage left on each level before you need to cool down is signified by your pupil points (hopefully you realized your pupils are three lines making a six pointed star or else this is awkward.) The points actually disappeared while on that level until they are ready to go again, if you use up your points on a level you get booted down a level and get two points back, I recommend working on your recharge rate by draining them a lot on training days so they build up better. Level one isn't actually the first ring but just having your eyes unblocked and ready to go. If you use your eye abilities along with your angelic abilities I guarantee you'll do fine buddy. Make sure not to lose your journals, even though no one can read these but our family or equally strong Demons of Sight anyways. I would like it if you could name our eyes because I really didn't do it myself and our family should have a cool name for our cool eyes. Not sure if because of how cool our eyes are or just because it's an ability but people can't help looking at our eyes a lot, keep them covered if you need them not noticed. Some abilities do require eye contact so this works well for you.

Izuku looked around for a second journal and found it below where he found the first one. He decided to read it later and put it in a pocket on his bag. He turned the demon eyes journal until he found the base level section.

Base abilities:

Increased detailed sight

Better vision in the dark

Better clarity of sight and can read different languages without need to know language

Izuku had to admit the language ability was something he didn't know but might be useful. He turned to the next page that had the first ring, which was the farthest Izuku had gotten so far.

Ring One Abilities:

Time feels slowed when needed which helps reaction time and fighting ability.

Piercing Gaze: Locking eyes with someone you can use three points to paralyze them for a second.

False Gaze: Locking eyes with a person you can use three points to make them see a false image of where you are momentarily so they believe you are somewhere you actually aren't

That was all there was to the first level and Izuku wasn't even disappointed, he was happy to have something to bring him closer to his father he barely knew past what he was told about the man. The way to use the abilities seemed simple in theory but he would need someone to test them with He opened his angelic journal and saw another message from his father.

Hey Izuku, I didn't mention this half of me to most people, because as I am sure you know by now this isn't supposed to be possible so it's weird. You got powers here too but I don't know how far this half can go. I only got a few abilities and they are okay and useful. If you already read your demon eyed half hour then neat, you already know about the ring leveling so I tied this to that also. These require levels of strength to use and I made managed to match them to your rings. The first ability is attached to ring one and you only got one there buddy. These are, and I can't stress this enough, reeeaaally effective against pure blooded demons so remember that. Your demon eyed abilities are also really effective at the angels, trust me they are jerks as well and only like other pure blooded angels 99% of them. They didn't like me, the ones who knew me, so odds are they won't like you either if they knew your blood. These abilities are only able to be used if you have your eyes opened to that ring so remember that and not try to use them at your base kid, I tried once and that's how your mom first beat me in a fight. They all can be active for only a short time and have a varying cool down so keep that in mind. Angels and demons and the Demon Slayers will be on the most likely chance not nice around you but there will be some who are exceptions. I believe you can handle this all however kiddo, you are your mom's son and that woman is scary tough.

Izuku frowned at the part about his mother, really missing her after all if the months she has been a stone statue frozen in place. He turned to the next page to read about his ability

Angelic Abilities:

Ring One:

Blazing hands: Encases hands in fire that you are immune to, but do keep you warm. Most effective in a palm fighting style.

Izuku liked that ability because it meant he would have no more issues starting fires as long as he has access to his first ring. He just now has to find a way to work on improving his eyes to access the next level and ring. Putting away the journal with his other one he got up and searched around more, hoping to find anything else that might be of use. He found another bag behind a basket. It was a black satchel that had a note attached to it, another message from his father.

Hopefully this doesn't get stolen but Izuku this bag is actually cursed, not a bad curse, to only let people of my blood open it, and by blood I don't mean mixture of blood but meaning you. If course you can do a simple unlock maneuver to let others open it, making them prick their finger and you do the same and press the first buckle at the same time. This might help hide your more secretive stuff from people.

Izuku had a smile as he was really appreciating how much his father clearly cared for him by making sure he had this stuff to help him. After years of having doubts thinking his father abandoned him this was uplifting. He put his two journals and the piece of ore in the satchel and let it hang across his right shoulder and dangle by his left thigh. He found nothing else in the cave so he left, but not before making a prayer to give thanks to his father.

He decided to honor his father's request and began to climb to the summit to take a look around. The fifteen minutes didn't bother him but the cold did start to get to him so he decided to start testing his angelic ability. Turning his eyes tinting one he felt as the ring was formed and his veins bulged around his eyes. He pulled out and opened the journal to read how to properly activate his blazing hands ability. It said to pull on his angelic energy and morph it to his palms and imagine fire. He didn't even know how to channel his angelic energy at all. He put the journal away and tried to flow energy to his hands, gaining no success, he couldn't feel any energy at all. His demonic energy didn't count when it only enhanced his physical strength and speed, but really only did that if the sun wasn't on him really. He made a frown as he realized he would have to wait until he learned how exactly to even get access to his angelic energy.

Izuku made it to the summit and he was amazed by the sight. It was beginning to become a blizzard slightly and a little bit of sunlight was breaking through the clouds. His eyes were able to see so far that he could actually make out some of the towns far away from the mountain. The sight was beautiful and Izuku was glad he decided to see it. Izuku turned to go back down but a person was standing there.

It was a person who looked like they were just a few years older than Izuku, with dark brown hair, dark eyes with a shallow cut on his jaw near his left ear. The guy had a black uniform resembling a garukan uniform with a white belt and hakama pants, underneath a light brown haori. The most noticeable thing the teen had was a katana that was drawn and a scowl towards Izuku.

"My sensei was right." The teen spoke. "He said another demon would show up to steal from the Demon of Sight."

Izuku frowned when he realized this person was a Demon Slayer. "I didn't steal anything."

"I watched you take some blank journals and that satchel, as well as that Nichirin ore, something I know demons like you shouldn't have." The Demon Slayer took a step forward and got into a stance.

"I'm not a demon." Izuku scowled. "I don't want to fight."

"I won't trust a demon."

"I'm a human." Izuku stated. If anything Izuku was a human since that blood had the most potentcy of the three he had. "Violence isn't necessary here. I mean no harm to no one."

"You have knowledge or relation to the Demon of Sight. That alone makes you a threat." The Demon Slayer steadied his sword.

"You're more of a demon than me if your reaction to meeting a half blood is to immediately try to kill them without seeing if they are even a bad person or not first." The demon eyed teen drew his own blade. Making his eyes go to Ring One

"Don't try to bring me down to your level." The Demon Slayer said as he rushed at Izuku.

Izuku managed to bring his katana up to block the attack. Izuku didn't speak again seeing it as pointless. He continued to clash attacks with the Demon Slayer and saw that sword wise they were evenly matched so Izuku figured it was the best time to test one of his ring one abilities. Once Izuku clashed katanas with the Demon Slayer again he locked eyes with the older teen and tried his Piercing Gaze ability. His pointed pupils spun fast inside the ring and and three of the lines past the center of the pupils became faded out. The Demon Slayer froze in the stance he had meaning Izuku had done the move correctly. Izuku followed up the look by punching the other teen in the face and then kicking him back away from Izuku.

"I could have killed you there." Izuku pointed out. "Just let me go on my way. I don't want unnecessary conflict." They shouldn't even be fighting at such a high altitude with his thin the air was anyways.

The other teen had a massive scowl compared to earlier in his face as he stood up, clutching his blade. "You have demon blood and demon's are a plague upon this Earth." The Demon Slayer took a breath and held his sword steady. " Third Form: Earth Shaker." The older teen stabbed his sword into the ground and the mountain top shook violently, knocking Izuku off of his feet. The other teen rushed at Izuku as fast as he could. Izuku got up right as the teen spoke again.

"Second Form: Rock spin." The teen did a spinning motion with his sword and Izuku couldn't defend quick enough and had the blade rip open a large gash across his chest. Thankfully the teen wasn't close enough for the attack to be fatal but it was definitely painful for Izuku.

"Ngh!" Izuku coughed blood as he managed to kick the other teen away and clutch his own sword in a poor defensive stance, his chest in too much pain to be in the proper stance. He had to get out of there or defeat this guy quickly.

They both used their next attack at the same time.

Izuku managed to lock eyes with the Demon Slayer and used his False Gaze, using his last three pupil points at that moment, his last three lines of his pupils fading out leaving his pupil's looking like small red hexagon shape.

The Demon Slayer took another stance. "Ninth form: Earth Splitter." The teen slashing upward, dragging his sword through the ground. The ground cracked open where the sword was and continued to spilt right up right past Izuku. A rip happened over Izuku's left thigh that was deep and the ground splitting sent Izuku over the edge of the summit, falling down the south side of the mountain.

The Demon Slayer shook his head as the effects of Izuku's eye ability disappeared. The older teen looked around and frowned when he couldn't see a trace of the demon. He either hit him really hard with the attack and just absolutely destroyed him, or the demon managed to escape during his illusionary ability. The Demon Slayer cursed as he put away his blade and went to searching for the demon he could no longer feel the presence of. He stopped when he found the katana used by the other teen, close to the crack he had made in the summit. He picked up the blade and figured he could take it to his sensei to find out which Demon Slayer this demon killed and stole this from.

Falling down a mountain while bleeding from a huge slash on his chest and his thigh was a very painful experience for the demon eyed teen. Luckily because of all of the heavy snowing he had cushioning as he fell and rolled down the mountain for a good while. The only reason he didn't die was his demonic and angelic blood that gave him boosted healing. Once he finally got up he coughed blood again. His wounds from the blade that the Demon Slayer used were not healing at all, at least not anywhere close to how much everything else had healed. He had to find a place to get to to recover safely. Izuku got up and began to walk, limping on his left leg he began to walk opposite of where the peak was. Checking his person he was glad to see he still had his bag of food and satchel but realized he no longer has his mother's katana. Looking around he cursed, not seeing it anywhere at all around him. It either was somewhere between him and the summit or the Demon Slayer had it. Izuku had a frown as he knew he couldn't go back for it now because he was wounded and the Demon Slayer would definitely kill him if given the chance.

The blizzard got worse as he continued down away from the summit and he realized he had ended up on the southern side of the mountain, only knowing because he could see the Wisteria trees nearby.

"Fuck." The teen couldn't believe how quickly his test had went from okay and smooth to so bad he fell down a mountain. He decided to pray that he could find that rich family's cottage and hope they would be nice enough to pay h him up or just let him get warm from the cold. He couldn't use his ring one eyesight since his eyes were recharging and the Wisteria would have his eyes and demon blood not working properly just in their presence so he had to go with his regular eyesight to look for any sign of a cottage. He staggered through the trees of the flowers that did make him uncomfortable for a while before he saw a figure in the distance, who was blurry because of the heavy snow.

"Hello!?" Izuku shouted, seeing the figure standing still he yelled again as he continued to approach. "Hello!?"

The person didn't move at all but once Izuku got within ten meters he could see it was a girl his age in a tattered dark blue Kimono, blood on various spots of her but no visible wounds. She was facing the opposite way from Izuku where he could also barely make out lights, menacing he was close to the cottage thankfully. That wasn't bad important to him however as the girl who had blood on her.

"Are you okay?" Izuku was two meters away from her at this point, not getting closer.

The girl turned around slowly and Izuku saw her face. Honestly if the situation wasn't tense what with him wounded after a fight that made him fall off of a mountain top and the fact that she was covered in blood he would have noticed how beautiful she was. However it wasn't in his mind at that moment. She had shoulder-length black hair, with some shorter strands hanging above her eyes. Her eyes were large cerulean blue that had regular pupils at first but when they landed on Izuku the pupils became long vertical slits. It threw him off as she suddenly gained a furious look and the veins around her eyes bulged and her fingernails became claw like and the girl lunged at Izuku.

The boy had little time to react and grabbed one of the few sticks still tied to his bag and tried to use it like a sword, but the girl had strength far better than his and he got sent to the ground with a kick that hit him in his chest wound. Izuku groaned gasping for breath and quickly brought the stick up as the girl tried to bite at his face, catching her mouth with the stick he had in both of his hands.

"What the hell!?" Izuku coughed as he looked up at her. While the girl had her mouth on the stick Izuku saw her canines get bigger. "Stop please!" He didn't know why he was still trying to talk people out of fights with him at this point. He tried to get up but the girl slammed her knee into his chest and was now on top of him. He almost lost his grip on the stick, but she also had dug her claw like nails into his hands so he couldn't really let go of the stick if he tried. He felt a burning energy in his body so he tried to use it, feeling his body flood with a warm feeling, his wounds actually began to heal slightly. "Why are you attacking me?" Izuku asked. He didn't expect an answer but got confused when he felt drops of water drop on his face. The demon eyed teen realized that it wasn't actually plain water or snow but the girl was actually crying. She was still attacking him and such but tears were dropping out of her eyes. She was crying? Why? Even though he shouldn't be as concerned for her emotionally at that moment because she had so far been trying to mortally wound him he still said his next line. "Are you okay?"

The girl's crying got worse but she still was aggressive otherwise. She suddenly bit down, breaking the stick before she sank her teeth into Izuku's neck just above his collarbone on the left side. Izuku gasped in pain and it felt like she was actually sucking his blood out like a vampire. Izuku's vision was getting blurry and he was close to passing out from exhaustion. Suddenly the girl let go of him and gasped herself. Before Izuku could have any reaction she slumped over, passing out on top of him. Izuku was too weak to move her, he doubted he would be able to get up regardless anyways. His vision faded out and Izuku passed out as well.

A/N: That's the end of chapter one. I feel like I might have butchered pacing this chapter but it flows okay to me, I just doubt myself. This is probably my most complicated story with how I made the whole demons v demon slayers v humans and half bloods of varying degrees. I have high hopes for this story because of how much world building opportunity I have for it.

I heavily state that I am not making Demon Slayers villains here. Some will be enemies of Izuku but like Chizome said himself don't judge everyone in a group by the bad bunch.

Chizome (Or stain if no one was aware) is a bit OOC for sure but obviously different things happened in this story so of course he will be different.

Izuku's eyes will have more abilities as he gets to more rings, I don't really want to give him things too overpowered (so no susanoo or Kamui like abilities) He will probably have like four or five angelic abilities at most.

I will also give the same treatment to characters that I did in The Heroic Saint, meaning they will get more skills and powers as well to close the gap. So Izuku isn't too overpowered.

U.A. is still gonna happen but like in The Heroic Saint I have one arc before that starts, which also introduces most of my main cast for this story. I don't really wanna make any O.C.'s (most will be the villains and enemies here. I'm using real characters for the main cast and such) and the main cast is gonna be built around the senses that Chizome talked about.

Hope people enjoy this new story, let me know how it is and have a good day.
