RF2: Yeah, I'm back at after my so-called "Force Break". So, excuses aside...here is my story after from my so-called "Force Break" and just like what the title of this book says, this is a Fate Apocrypha/FFVII x-over book with Zack Fair himself being Ruler, aka Jeanne D' Arc's Servant. If you guys are wondering which Zack will I use since FFVII Remake was released, then I'll use... CC Zack. Yeah, I'm going to use CC: FFVII Zack. But before you guys will start, here's the important Legend of this book.

Well, without further adiue, let's begin!

(PS: You guys might also experience that some characters will become OOC...or so I thought.)

Midgar Wastelands.

Ah, the Midgar Wastelands, the outskirts of Midgar which have been a desolate area for years...till now.

Currently, we see several Shinra SOLDIERs, an elite fighting force of the Shinra Electric Power Company that are super-humans, and infantry men, the grunts, with helicopters aiming their weapons towards a man, who has slicked back long black spiked hair with an "X" scar on his lower left cheek, two black shoulder pads on his shoulders and a full black sleevless body suit. Oh, let's not forget about the huge sword on his back.

This man right here is none other than Zack Fair, Ex-SOLDIER 1st Class, and currently...this is going to be his last stand.

"Boy oh boy..." Zack said as he lightly shaked his head, then he looks back to the Shinra forces, "The price of freedom is steep." Zack took out the Buster Sword from his back and held it on his face.

"Embrace your dreams, and whatever happens...protect your honor," Zack then did a battle stance, "As SOLDIER!" He began to charge onto the Shinra forces as he prepares his first move, "Come and get it!"

After the "Fight"

Weather Report: It's raining in the Midgar Wastelands.

Then a blonde spiky haired young man begins to crawl his way towards the laying bloody body of Zack Fair. Once he reaches Zack, Zack in return saw the familiar chocobo colored hair. This young man is none other than Cloud Strife.

"Zack." Cloud said as Zack struggled to stay alive but was still smiling, "Cloud... For the... both of us..."

"Both of us?" Cloud asked.

"That's right... you're gonna..." Zack spoke, growing weaker by the moment.

"You're gonna." Cloud repeated.

Zack reached up and pulled Cloud's face in to his chest "Live. You'll be... my living legacy." Cloud slowly sits back up, with Zack's blood on his face, but Zack was still smiling as he grabbed his buster sword and slowly lifts it to Cloud "My honor, my dreams, they're yours now."

Cloud gently takes the sword out of Zack's hand "I'm your... living legacy."

With that said, Zack passed out, expecting himself to go to the Lifestream reuniting with his mentor, Angeal since his journey is over...

Unknown Location

Or, so he thought. Zack opened his eyes and right in front of him is a long pony-tailed blonde haired girl with amethyst eyes. Zack noted that the girl in front of him is a beauty.

"Hey, I'm Zack Fair. Saber-class Servant. Now tell me...," Zack started as he began to smile to the girl, "Are you my master?"

"Yes," the girl answered, with Zack noted again that the voice is sweet, and kind at the same time, "I am Servant Ruler, Jeanne D' Arc. It's a pleasure to meet you, Zack-san."

With that said, Zack smiled once again that his journey will, once again, never end, even though he is now a Servant.

"Or do you prefer to be called as Saber?" Jeanne asked, trying to get confirmation from the Saber.

"Zack is fine, Jeanne." Zack replied with a smile, "Zack is fine."

- Zack's Price of Freedom is not only a Anti-Army type of NP, but it's also a suicide attack. All Zack's going to do is by having immense power and attack the said army, but in return, it costs his own life.

Lucky Stars (Barrier): C

- Zack's Lucky Stars came from his DMW. It only gives Zack a critical hit chance.

Octaslash (Anti-Unit): A

- Zack's Octaslash let's him perform 8 powerful slashes on the enemy.

RF2: And there you have it! The first chapter/prolouge of this "first" fanfic of mine here in! Well, even though it's short, I still hope you guys liked it, and make sure you guys don't give me some death threats. Peace out and expect some more chapters in the future!

PS: Do you guys want to recommend me some NP for Zack? If so, then that means that I'm going to replace both Lucky Stars and Octaslash for the said recommendation/s. Feel free to recommend.
