AN: I do not own The Irregular at Magic Highschool or Harry Potter. The characters should be credited to their respective creators. This story will take place before Tatsuya and Miyuki attended First High School but will go into it. I had this idea where Tatsuya raised Harry at a young age. This will be a slow update story so don't expect more chapters right away.

Ch 1 New Life

Tatsuya Shiba and his sister Miyuki Shiba was in England for a meeting for one of the Four Leaves named Grunnings for getting a fresh shipment of their latest models of drills. They rented a house in a nice neighborhood for the week and the location is close to one of Grunnings's business representative's home. Tatsuya sat down in the small living room doing some work on his holographic laptop as his younger sister walks in.

"Big Brother, your coffee," Miyuki said placing the mug on the table.

Tatsuya took the mug and sip the hot drink placing it down back on the table. He looks at his younger sister. "Thank you, Miyuki." He said to her.

Miyuki smiles brightly as her older brother appreciates her work around their tiny house. "You're welcome, Big Brother." She inclines her head as she went back to the kitchen.

"Miyuki, prepare yourself. We are leaving in fifteen minutes." He said to her.

"Yes, Big Brother." She said.

After fifteen minutes, Tatsuya waited for his sister as he can hear her coming down the stairs. "Sorry to keep you waiting Big Brother," Miyuki said.

Tatsuya looked at his sister in a whiteish blue dress with a white sweater on the top. "How do I look Big Brother?" she asked him.

Tatsuya looked at his sister's outfit as she blushes in front of him. "Looks good, Miyuki." He said.

Miyuki smiles brightly as her heart flutter at her brother's complement. "Thank you, Older Brother."

"Let's go, Miyuki." He said heading out the door.

"Hai,"

The siblings got into the car as Tatsuya drove to Private Drive. Tatsuya found the house, but the parking space was already filled with the resident's cars. "It seems that the parking space is filled, Big Brother," Miyuki said.

"I see, let's go to the Park's parking lot." He said as he drove to the nearest park to park in the parking lot. Once there they got off from the car and walk to the representative's house.

As they left the parking lot Tatsuya notices a blur in the corner of his eye that was to fast to make out of what it is. Before he could reach the thing bumped into the young man. Tatsuya nudged a bit from the impact as he looked down on what could nudge him.

"Big Brother, are you alright?" Miyuki asked him.

Tatsuya smiles at her sister. "Yes, Miyuki. I'm quite fine." He said as he was surprised by who have impacted him. A small boy no older than five was on the ground clutching his head guessing from the impact with his own body.

"S-Sorry sir," he shyly said to him.

Tatsuya crouched down to the young boy as he looked up. "It's quite alright, here let me help you up." He said as he grabs his hand bolstering him up to his feet.

"T-Thank you, sir," he said looking down at his feet.

Miyuki looked at the boy, his clothes were all ragged and ripped. The shirt and pants were obvious to large for the physique of his frail body. Miyuki had a suspicion that either he was a homeless orphan or just abuse by his family. "(Big Brother…)"

"I know, Miyuki." He said clutching his fist hard as the young boy flinched at his tighten fist. Tatsuya noticed that he was staring at him and relaxes his grip. "My apologies…what's your name young boy?" he asked.

"H-H-Harry sir, Harry Potter." He said stammers a bit.

"Well it's nice to meet you, Harry, my name is Tatsuya Shiba." He introduces himself. "And this is my younger sister." He said as she walks up to him crouching down at his height.

"My name is Miyuki Shiba, " She gave him a warm smile. "It's nice to meet you, Harry." She offers her hand.

Harry looks at the young girl's hand as he slowly shook it. "A-A pleasure to meet you T…T…Tat…suya, and you too Miyuki." He said a bit struggling with pronouncing his names.

Tatsuya smiles. "Our names are hard to pronounce since it's foreign. I'm impressed that you tried to get the pronunciation right." He said.

Harry's eyes blinked that someone's impressed by him. "Thank you, T-Tats…uya." He said a bit more confidently, then a voice recognizable to him brought up the feeling of fear in his body.

"THERE'S THE FREAK!" a boy's voice caught the attention of the three.

Tatsuya and Miyuki noticed the boy far ahead soon noticing his eyes were filled with fear. "Get behind us," Tatsuya said as Harry was frozen in fear.

"Big Brother," Miyuki said as Tatsuya took Harry as he moved him behind his body.

The boy came running down to where they are standing with his gang of delinquents' followers. The boy was like a fat piglet as he puffs out his chest trying to be intimidating. "Hey, give us that freak if you know what's coming to you." He said as his friends' snickers behind him.

"And why should we listen to you?" Tatsuya asked.

The boy gaped at his comment to him. "Don't you know who I am? I'm Dudley the popular kid on the street, you gotta heard about me!" he exclaims.

Miyuki looks at him having a dislike of this boy's tone. "Big Brother I don't like this boy's attitude towards you," Miyuki said to her older brother.

"Shut it, a girl like you don't have the right to speak when real men are speaking," he glares at her.

Miyuki glared at the boy ready to freeze him and his lackeys in their places. Tatsuya glared menacingly at the boy as he quiver in fear. He steps back frighten of the man. "L-Lets go, guys." He said running away from them.

"What about the freak?" Piers asked

"Forget about him, let's get out of here." He said as all of them left.

Tatsuya sighs as he turns to Harry as he slowly coming out behind them. "The bullies are gone, Harry." He said to the small boy.

"T-They actually left. Without beating me." Harry said as he looks at the direction they ran.

Miyuki looks at Tatsuya with pleading eyes. "(Big Brother, can we take him home with us?)" She asked.

"(Miyuki, we can't just take him.)" Tatsuya said. "(He has a family in this country.)"

"No I don't." they turn to Harry as they stared at the young boy who staring back at them. "My parents are dead from a car crash. My uncle and aunt don't like me, they call me a freak and slaps me when I did something freakish." He said to the siblings.

Tatsuya looks at Miyuki before looking back at Harry. "What do you mean freakish?" he asked.

"I-I can make ice out of nothing, I accidentally freeze the countertop and the sink one time and Uncle Vernon hit me with a plate for that." He said remembering the event in his mind.

"Big Brother," Miyuki said once again.

Tatsuya sighs knowing this kid will be dead if they didn't do anything right away. "Very well, Harry where do you live? I would like to have a word with your family." He said to him with a soft smile.

Harry looks at him. "N-No I can't, they'll lock me up in the cupboard if you came." Harry pleaded " Just don't come to my home." He said but his eyes told them please come.

"Harry, we want to help you," Tatsuya said as he places his hand on his shoulder. " Just tell us," he said.

Harry gulp. "Private Drive Number Four." He said.

Miyuki and Tatsuya's eyes widen at the place he just said. "Number Four Private Drive? What a coincidence we are going to that house for a business meeting with Vernon Dursley." He said.

"M-My Uncle?" he asked.

"Yes, why don't you come with us?" Tatsuya asked Harry.

"B-B-But…"

"Harry, you can stay by my side if you're scared," Miyuki asked the small boy.

"O-Okay, Miyuki," Harry said to her as she gave him a warm smile.

Tatsuya smiles at Harry and Miyuki as she took his hand before looking at him. "Big Brother, we're going to be late for your meeting." She said to him.

"Yes, you're right Miyuki." He said to her. "Let's go."

Harry looked down feeling bad for making them late. "S-Sorry for making you late, T-Tat…suya. And you too Miyuki." He apologies.

Tatsuya patted his head as he stared at him. "Don't worry about a thing Harry, I will handle your uncle." He said as they walk on the streets to their destination. After a few minutes of walking, they arrived at Harry's relative's house.

Tatsuya looks at Harry. "Is this the place, Harry?" he asked the three-year-old.

"Yes," he said unsure if he wants to go on with this.

Miyuki kneels to his height and gave a warm smile. "Harry, everything is going to be fine. Trust Big Brother to handle everything." She said patting his head.

"Okay," he said taking a deep breath as they went up to the door. Tatsuya knocks on the door of the small house as they heard a gruff man coming to the door.

"We don't want anything, so leave us-" The door opened to reveal to a man that look's like a walrus minus the tusk. He glared at the two siblings standing before him. "Who are you? Are you salesmen?" he asked rudely.

"I am the representative for Four Leaves Technology, Tatsuya Shiba." He said inclining his head. "This is my younger sister Miyuki Shiba." She inclines her head to show respect to the walrus even though she wants to freeze him from where he stands for what he has done with Harry.

Vernon remains calm as he put on a fake smile. "Well, do come in Mr. Shiba. My wife just made tea." He said to them.

"Very well, Harry?" Tatsuya asked the small boy that was behind him.

"I-I would like some." He said softly to Tatsuya.

Vernon was surprised to see that freak was with the man he was with. The man that would make him rich so he can retire early. He moved away to let them inside his house. He was about to grab the freak's arm when Miyuki pull him closer to her.

He gritted his teeth that he was now a close friend with the sister of the man with power. He soon follows them to the living room as they sat down on the couch. Vernon glared at the freak as he talks with the girl.

Petunia enters the room with a tray of teacups and biscuits as she places them on the coffee table. Tatsuya and Miyuki took a teacup and sip from it, Petunia almost lashed out at the freak for touching her favorite tea set but endure it for the money they will soon have from this man. "Enjoy the tea," she said as she sat down on the chair with a fake smile.

Soon the doors burst open and a similar voice caught their attention. "MOM! I'M HOME!"

"In here my Dudders," she called out to him.

Miyuki turns her head to the entrance of the living room entrance to see the same piglet as before. "MOM! I SAID I WA-" The boy stop mid-sentence when he saw the siblings with the freak in between them.

"Oh, this my son Dudley Dursley," Vernon said motion him to come over to them.

Tatsuya still has this cold expression as he stared at the piglet. "I see, well it's a pleasure to meet you, Dudley." He said with a fake smile.

"Yeah," he said as he sat down next to the walrus.

"Now shall we start the meeting?" Vernon asked as they spoke about the Grunnings being invested by Four Leaves Technology. After an explanation of the topics, they want to discuss Tatsuya already made his decision.

"So, what you say, Mr. Shiba? Can we have Four Leaves Technology's support?" The walrus asked the man.

Tatsuya closed his eyes ready to say hid verdict on the deal. "No," he said with a cold stare.

"NO!? why it's a good deal?" Vernon pleads with him.

"It's a good deal for you, but for us." He said to the walrus.

"But-"

Tatsuya stood up from the couch. "I think we're done here today, I will let the company that your deal is unfair and gladly take another offer by another company. Hopefully, their deal is fair for both of our companies."

Vernon stood up trying to be intimidating to the young man. He went over to face Tatsuya grabbing his collar as his son smiles at how strong he is. "This cannot happen, you better accept this deal or else I will-"

Tatsuya grabs his arm as he held it at the back pushing his face against the coffee table bending his arm each time he tries to escape from his hold. Petunia and Dudley shriek at the man of the house was beaten so easily. "Vernon Dursley, I don't appreciate you treating your guest like that." He said coldly

"This meeting is done, and I will take my leave." He said to him. Harry's eyes widen as he heard that Tatsuya and Miyuki are leaving him soon.

Miyuki places her hand on Harry's as she smiles. "(Don't worry,)" she whispers.

"You can't treat me like this-"

"You lay your hand on me first so I have the right to use self-defense against you." He said as he looks at Harry. "I will be taking Harry with us, this place is unfit for his safety and wellbeing."

Harry looked at Tatsuya as he smiles at him.

Vernon tried to get up but was quickly pushed down. " Y-You can't! They won't let you take the freak!" he said to them.

"He has a name, so use it." He threatens him. "And who are 'they'?"

Vernon looks away from his gaze. "I-I-I can't tell." He said.

Tatsuya was ready to give the man an injury that he would never recover when his wife sensing the hostility spoke up. "Wizards! They are Wizards." She said Tatsuya look at her.

"Wizards? Oh, you mean the Undeveloped." Tatsuya said.

"Undeveloped?" she asked.

"Those are people consider wizards are stubborn to advance their magic which earning the name Undeveloped." He informs them. "Magic is common in the modern age and being taught in special schools funded by the government."

"But, the freaks said that magic can't be learned by normal people!" she said.

"Forget that, now if you want your husband to live you will hand me custody of Harry Potter now." He said to her.

Vernon nodded to Petunia as she agrees. "L-Let me get his items." She said as she went over to the cupboard grabbing his belongings.

Miyuki saw what she is doing and was sickened by the sight of where she suspects he was staying as she held Harry in her arms.

Tatsuya glared back at Vernon. "You people disgust me and my sister," he said releasing him as Petunia gave him a bag with his belongings in them.

"Miyuki, Harry. Let's go." He said as Miyuki leads Harry to the door still in shock of what just happen.

"(Big Brother, we can't just let them get away from this.)" she said to him.

"Don't worry, I have contacted the police about their treatment to Harry." He said to her as they went back to their home.
