For this particular meeting, Albus was sadly required to use the big meeting room, as even the staff room would only seat a dozen or so, but, with nearing forty people, Albus simply had no other choice. He had gotten Septima's statement and a copy of her memory, along with what the Weasley twins had done, as they played the smallest role in this altercation, which left it down to the Potters and the other students.

"He needs to be punished," One mother demanded as she sat next to her son, who was missing his right hand. "He's clearly a danger."

"The rumors of him being a dark lord, well he nearly killed six students, for what reason?" a father interjected as he was furious that his daughter had been strung up like a stuck pig.

Albus rubbed his forehead, he had hoped that arbitration would keep this from becoming a huge scandal, but it might have just been better to let the aurors take everyone away. Not that he could have allowed that, but it would definitely have been less work for him. "Now, now, everyone, please, let us calm down and hear everyone's sides in this," Albus said neutrally. "Harry, if you would, what provoked, sorry," pausing to change his verbage to one that was more unbiased towards or against any particular person. "What led you to take the actions that you did."

"Sir," Harry took a deep breath, Luna had coached him on this before they were brought into the room, she had told him in no uncertain terms that he had to be reserved, collected and that if he acted like a child, they would treat him like a child. Harry really did not want that, he knew what he had done was right and he was going to explain it to the angry parents. "I was on my way to charms, when Fred and George called me over for a quick chat."

"Please use first and last names Harry," Albus cleared his throat, as while he knew who Harry was referring to, the other parents might not.

"Sorry, Fred and George Weasley," correcting himself so there would be no questions on who he was meeting. "They had a gift for me, one they believed would help me know before an attack, should Sirius Black enter the castle."

"And that would be?" Dumbledore raised an eyebrow as he hadn't heard of that, and whatever it was could be potentially useful in finding the escaped prisoner.

"A map sir, one that shows where people are in the castle," Harry started to explain before he was cut off.

"Ah yes, I am familiar," Albus stroked his beard. "Quite interesting work your father put into making it." He mused as he remembered the Marauder's tool, they had been caught with it numerous times, but unfortunately for the headmaster, it was quite expertly made and he had never been able to get it to work for him.

"Sir?" Harry tilted his head questioning what his father had in connection to the map or the marauders.

Waving his hand Albus shook his head. "For another time, the article Harry is referring to, is a one of a kind family heirloom and thus he is not required to further disclose what it is or does," saying to the room as though he had to be impartial, that did not prevent him from making sure both sides were as protected as he could provide.

"And, I saw that Luna, my wife, was being led by these students here," gesturing to the room of injured and angry students. "Into an unused classroom, I didn't particularly feel like waiting, so I went to retrieve her from them. When I arrived I took offense to the position they had placed her in. I understand that I was well within my rights, as her husband and lord of her house, to protect her."

"This is balderdash, he had no proof they were going to do anything untowards the little girl," One of the mothers protested and was supported by the other parents who felt that their children had been brutalized by another student.

"And he had no business using such dark magic," the spells Harry had admitted to casting being on the less light side of the spectrum, but they were more advanced dueling spells Filius had given him to practice.

"Please, settle down," Albus interjected before the parents could work themselves up into a frenzy. "Now, if you all would kindly explain your side," Albus nodded to the injured students who shared a look between them.

One by one they spoke their side of the story. All the same, and completely devoid of any nefarious intentions.

"We just wanted to be friends with her sir."

"It wasn't for anything bad."

"Playing a game is all."

"Sir," Harry glared at the other students who had victorious smirks on their faces, thinking they would get away with their behavior. "I formally request the use of veritaserum," stating his intentions firmly to the gasps of the parents and students.

"He's deranged," one of the students stood up in protest. "He can't do that."

"Unfortunately, he can," Albus sighed. "As Lord Potter's wife was attacked, it is within his rights to have the accused given the potion, as I am also Chief Warlock and Professor Snape is a certified Potions Master, Hogwarts is in fact capable of holding a formal interrogation." Explaining that they technically had all the requirements that the Ministry law stated were needed to do so.

"Headmaster," One of the pureblood student's parents cleared their throat, they had kept themselves quiet for the duration of the meeting as they understood how bad things could go if Harry Potter was aware of what he could do. "That can only be given if the parent is willing." Stating this would mean the other parents wouldn't agree and they could avoid such an issue.

"Not if one of them is of age," Harry said as he turned his gaze to the now very nervous seventh year student. "Then they don't get a choice."

With a heavy sigh, Albus nodded and Professor Snape produced the necessary potion from his robes, he and the other professors had been sitting on the sidelines as there was sadly at least one member of each of their houses represented in the room. And the cunning Slytherin expected that this could happen. "So it would seem, unless they wished to change their story."

"Look okay, jeez," the seventh year pushed away from the table. "We were just going to rough her up a bit, she's just this weird kid and she got a ton of people in every house in trouble because he's throwing his name around."

"I'll see you imprisoned for this," Harry snarled as he was furious with the other students who would gang up on Luna, for what, not meeting their definition of normal. It was pissing him off that someone as nice as her was being treated this way. He was halfway out of his chair with threats on his tongue before his wife decided she needed to take over for him.

Luna put her small and delicate hand on her husband's. "Harry," she said softly. "I don't want that," injecting her own wishes into the argument. "I don't want vengeance, I don't need them to suffer. I'm safe, you kept me safe, so, please, let's not cause anymore harm."

With a heavy sigh Harry seated himself back in the chair again. "Fine," nodding his head. "You're right," he agreed as he noticed that over these last few months he was quicker to react, but less able to walk away from a challenge. "Headmaster, I, we," he corrected himself, as Luna was his wife and partner, she had just as much say as he did. "Do not want to involve the aurors, no one needs to be sent to Azkaban, just," Harry turned to the other students who had become very worried about how much trouble they were in. "If you ever try something like this again, I know places in the school that no one else alive can get to," warning the other students with the implied threat of making them disappear.

"I think that it would be best if you all returned to your houses, as for what I as the headmaster can do, privileges to go to Hogsmeade are revoked for the remainder of the year, and detentions will be meted out by ALL of the heads of houses," nodding towards his senior staff who understood that favoritism could not be allowed in this case. "This shall not happen again, Hogwarts is a safe school and students attacking each other, has never been tolerated and should never have been considered in the first place."

As the parents and the student's heads of houses escorted the other party out of the room, that left Harry and Luna alone with Albus. "Thank you Harry," Albus said with a soft smile. "For not destroying those student's futures."

"Don't thank me," Harry shook his head. "I get now why they call her my better half." Tenderly taking Luna's hand in his and giving it a light squeeze. Which earned him a cute giggle.

"Wiser men than I have long wondered the effect women have on us, I am only thankful that Mrs. Potter seems to have a positive one on you," Albus folded his hands as he rested them on the long table.

"I don't want her to remain in Ravenclaw any longer sir," Harry said. "If this would be the end of it, I wouldn't have an issue, but…" Harry trailed off. "I don't disapprove of how Professor Flitwick runs his house and I don't have an issue with most of Ravenclaw, but I can't-"

"You were scared for me," Luna said for him. "And you can't trust that I won't be in more danger later on." Understanding why he felt that way. "I agree, it is not as if I am losing many friends, and it will be easier on you knowing I am in the same tower as you every night."

"If that is what you wish, then a resorting is in order," Albus nodded as if putting her in Gryffindor was the price to pay for keeping Mrs. Potter away from some of the other students that could cause conflict, then it was far easier to avoid a repeat of this day.
