Jedi Master 325 here with my first Ben 10/Star Wars the Clone Wars crossover Fanfic. Anyways, Enjoy! :)

Summary: After being arrested and exiled from Earth by the Plumbers for a crime she did not commit, Gwen is left on the desert world of Tatooine to die. Luckily, she is found by Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker who help her adjust to her new life in exile. Meanwhile, Ben and Kevin must race against time itself to find the true culprit and prove Gwen's innocence.

Chapter One:

A Plumber transport was making it's way through hyperspace. down in the brig inside a holding cell was none other than Gwen Tennyson. As she sat alone in the holding cell, she silently cried about the situation she was currently in.

" How could it come to this? Why won't they believe that I'm innocent?" Gwen thought silently to herself as tears streamed down her cheeks. She thought back to a few days ago when this whole nightmare started.

Flashback:

It had been another night of defeating a group of Forever Knights and celebrating with a victory drink at Mr. Smoothy.

As usual, Ben was guzzling down ten smoothies at once while Kevin looked at him with a disgusted look on his face.

" Ben, how can you drink ten smoothies at once without choking?" Gwen asked as she watched Ben finish his smoothies.

"It takes years of practice Gwen. You should give it a try sometime, it's fun." Ben said as he tossed his empty drink cups in the trash.

" Yeah, no thanks. I don't want to drink that many smoothies and get sick. Besides, that sounds more disgusting than fun." Gwen said as she finished her smoothie and tossed the empty cup in the trash.

" Yeah, and you better not puke in my ride Tennyson. I just got the upholstery cleaned today." Kevin said in an annoyed tone as he tossed his empty smoothie cup in the trash.

"Ahem." A mysterious voice called out suddenly, startling the trio in the process.

Turning around, the three teens saw Magister Ryan Bradford standing there with another Plumber. Magister Bradford was the one to take over Magister Gilhil's post after his unfortunate death at the hands of Aggregor.

" Oh hey Magister Bradford, is there a problem?" Ben asked, confused as to why he was interrupting their victory celebration.

Magister Bradford said nothing to Ben, walked over to Gwen and roughly grabbed her before taking out a set of energy cuffs and cuffed her hands behind her back.

"Hey, what gives?! Let her go!" Ben shouted, shocked that his cousin was being arrested without reason.

Magister Bradford said nothing to him. Instead, he looked down at Gwen and flashed her his Plumber's Badge.

" Gwendolyn Tennyson. By the authority of the Plumbers, you are under arrest for treason and attempted murder. You have the right to remain silent, and anything you say can and will be used against you in Galactic Court."

Kevin was about to attack when Ben placed a hand on his shoulder to stop him.

" Kevin, don't! If we attack him just to protect Gwen, we'll only be making things worse for her." Ben said warningly.

Both boys had to watch helplessly as Gwen was taken away, not knowing of the terrible fate that was gonna happen to her.

End Flashback

Gwen remembered how the Plumbers had treated her cruelly without any sympathy or remorse. She couldn't believe that she had been accused of attacking Grandpa Max in Plumber Headquarters. The resulting attack had left Max gravely injured and had also put him in a coma.

The guards standing outside of Gwen's cell looked at her with a look of disgust and hatred on their faces. They no longer saw her as a comrade. Instead, they saw her as an enemy and a traitor to the Plumbers.

Gwen continued to look down at the floor of her cell as she continued to remember the traumatic incident.

Flashback:

Gwen stood before a group of Plumber Commissioners with her hands cuffed in front of her while two Plumbers flanked both of her sides with their blasters aimed at her.

The Plumber Commissioners were made up of five high ranking Magisters who convicted rouge Plumbers for either breaking the Plumber's Code, or for abusing their rank and status to get what they wanted.

The Head-Commissioner looked down at Gwen with a disappointed look on his face.

" Gwendolyn Tennyson, you have been accused of commiting first degree Galactic Treason and attempting to murder Magister Maxwell Tennyson. How do you plead?" He asked in a booming voice.

" not guilty sir." Gwen answered calmly, but she was secretly terrified at what was happening to her.

Both Ben and Kevin were in the courtroom. Being Gwen's teammates, they had been ordered to attend this trial.

Ben wanted to defend his cousin in court, but had been told by the Head-Commissioner to be silent. Otherwise, both he and Kevin would be court-martialed for insubordination.

The Prosecutor then showed the court footage of the attack taken from one of the security cameras.

Both Ben and Kevin were shocked. They just couldn't believe that Gwen would " turn to the dark side" and attack her and Ben's own grandfather like that.

After hours of arguments. The Commissioners returned with their decision.

" It has come to our decision that we find the defendant guilty of all charges." The Head-Commissioner spoke before looking down to face Gwen who had a horrified look on her face.

" Gwendolyn Tennyson, you have been found guilty of all charges by this Galactic Court of Law. Therefor, I have no choice but to sentence you to life in exile. You are to leave Earth and never return. If you try to return to Earth, you will be executed on sight by the Plumbers. Take her away Bailiff!"

As the Bailiff led Gwen away, she looked over at Ben and Kevin. Ben was in too much shock to even look at her while Kevin had tears streaming down his cheeks. Both knew that they would never see each other again.

End Flashback

As the Plumber's Transport came out hyperspace and approached the desert world of Tatooine, Magister Bradford and two other officers walked down to the brig and opened the door to Gwen's cell.

" Alright traitor, let's go! And don't try anything funny." He said as he cuffed Gwen's hands together and led her down the boarding ramp.

As they exited the ship, they were met with the intense heat and blinding brightness of the twin suns in the sky above them. Magister Bradford then uncuffed Gwen's hands and handed her a satchel which contained a few personal belongings along with her Plumber's Badge.

" Your personal belongings from Earth are in that bag, and we're letting you keep your badge so we can keep track of you and make sure you don't try to sneak back to Earth. Enjoy your new life in exile, traitor."

As the Plumber's Transport took off into the sky, Gwen was left alone on a planet that she was unfamiliar with.

" Might as well find some sort of civilization here on this dust ball." Gwen though glumly to herself as she began to wander the desert, hoping to find civilization somewhere on this desolate wasteland of a planet.

Soon, the intense heat from the twin suns became too much for her, and Gwen ended up collapsing on the ground from heat exhaustion and dehydration.

As the world around her went black, Gwen knew that she would never again see Ben, Kevin, her parents, Max, or anyone else she cared about before finally drifting into a state of unconsciousness.

Suddenly, two cloaked figures along with two men in white armor approached Gwen's unconscious form and towered over her. The one cloaked figure knelt down next to Gwen and placed two fingers on the side of her neck, feeling for a pulse.

" Well Anakin, is she alive?" The second cloaked figure asked as he removed his hood to reveal the face of Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi.

The first figure removed his hood to reveal the face of Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker.

" She's alive alright, but she's also dehydrated and suffering from heat stroke. I suggest we take her back to base with us and get her some medical attention."

" Well, we better do it fast General. There's a sandstorm brewing up a few clicks south of our position." came the concerned tone of Captain Rex, Anakin's second-in-command officer.

" I agree with Rex, we better get back to base before we get caught in this sandstorm." said Commander Cody who was Obi-Wan's second-in-command officer as he picked up Gwen's satchel of belongings. He then picked up her Plumber's Badge as well before putting it in the satchel.

" Alright Anakin, If you and Rex take the poor girl back to base with you, Cody and I will meet you there."

Anakin lifted Gwen up with his arms and carried her over to the speeder bike.

Rex pressed a button on the speeder's control console, and a stretcher slid out of the right side of the speeder bike.

Anakin then gently laid Gwen's unconscious form on the stretcher before climbing onto the speeder bike first. Then Rex climbed on after him.

As the two Jedi and Clones sped back towards the Republic military base, they were unaware of the fate that was in store for them, the Jedi, and the Republic altogether.
