BGM: Laughter and Merriment (Kingdom Hearts II)

"Mmmph…" Eraqus folded his arms. "This was not how I pictured it would go out."

"You wanted to switch things up. You wanted to go with the dark pieces for a change." Xehanort chuckled. "And look what happened."

"Hey, this piece looked awesome, okay?" Eraqus held up a chess piece of a dark shadowy head, resembling the Shadow Queen. "I'm not sure where that came from." He said, pointing to the piece that had the Doom Slayer's Helmet on top of it.

Xehanort let out another chuckle. "So, now that you've been utterly humiliated in this chess game… shall we head back to our other chess game?"

"I suppose so." Eraqus nodded as they put the chess pieces away and brought out the other chess set. "Alright, now where were we? I believe I was kicking your butt."

"Oh really? I believe it was the other way around." Xehanort teased.

"…I made a comeback, didn't I?" Eraqus sweatdropped. "Anyway… back to where we were until you decided to change chess boards when I wasn't looking."

"Didn't you do that?"

"Meh, details…" Eraqus waved it off. "Alright, now… now let's see how this chess piece goes against that one in particular." He smirked, pushing Sora's piece to Aqua's.

Xehanort chuckled. "I'm definitely gonna win this fight."

"Oh really now? Let's make this one interesting then." He smirked, as suddenly several other chess pieces surrounded Sora's piece as Xehanort's eyes widened before shaking his head with a chuckle.

"Remind me why I still hang out with you?"

Eraqus grinned cheekily. "Because I'm a totally awesome friend?"

"No, because you're a total doofus."

"Ouch, hurtful." Eraqus faked a sad look.

"In any case, make your move." Xehanort said. "I'm curious to see how this will play out against this one."

End BGM

Sora walked along the sandy beach on Destiny Islands with Donald and Goofy. "Remind me why we had to make a pit stop to the Smash Mansion?" Donald asked.

"Apparently Master Hand wanted that girl to see the world and… well, help us out." Sora responded. "He thought she'd be a good help."

"I'm surprised you didn't want everyone in that group to come with us." Goofy said.

"Eh, it'd be completely overkill." Sora shrugged. "Besides, they're waiting for us back at the Mushroom Kingdom."

"Oh, good point." Goofy nodded.

Sora turned around and looked at his friends that had came along, including the one that came from the Smash Mansion. "Thanks for coming."

"Ah, don't mention it." Marisa said, casually having her hands behind her back. "So, you're having trouble with something?"

"I was going to help Riku and King Mickey, but I realized that this is the Realm of Darkness we're going into, and the Heartless are a lot more powerful in there."

"Pffft, Heartless Schmartless." Marisa rolled her eyes. "This'll be a piece of cake."

"I wouldn't be so cocky, Marisa." Nitori said. "We have to be on our guard. From what Sora told us on the way here, it's probably not for the faint of heart."

"Eh… good point." Marisa said with a nod.

Sora summoned the Master's Defender, a Keyblade that he found on the sand earlier and pointed it at the entrance to the Secret Place, firing a beam of light as a door appeared out of thin air. "You didn't do that before?" Marisa asked.

Sora chuckled a bit. "Sorry, was kinda focusing on you guys first." He admitted as they ran toward the door. "…Donald, Goofy, you guys stay here."

"What?!" Both of them yelled.

"The Realm of Darkness… it isn't safe for you."

"Forget it! I'm going!" Donald protested.

"Yeah. You can't make a whole pint without us!" Goofy added.

"So what, we don't count?" Daisy raised an eyebrow.

"Come on, you two, think about it." Sora started. "Even the King and Riku struggled in the realm of darkness. Someone needs to stay out here, just in case. If something happens to the rest of us, you two need to carry on."

"Sora… STOP IT!" Donald scolded.

"We understand, but we don't want you goin' someplace dangerous on your own!" Goofy said with concern and turned to the others. "We know you fellers are strong, but uh, maybe it'd be best if we helped out, ya know?"

"I can understand that." Daisy nodded. "But, I think we'll be okay. Besides, if anything bad happens, you two can fish us out."

"They have a point!" Sora grinned. "Besides, I have Marisa, Reimu, Nitori, Daisy, Makoto, Jade, Ly… uh… Ly… soothea?"

"It's Lysithea." The black haired mage responded.

"Oh right, and we also have the new girl too… I'm sorry, I didn't get your name."

The girl smiled. "It's okay. My name is Min Min." She replied, as she was in her waitress attire.

"Something's wrong with this picture." Donald folded his arms. "Sora is going in there with a lot of girls."

"Why, if we didn't know any better… you just wanted to be alone with them while we hang around here, right?" Goofy teased as even Donald was trying not to crack a smile.

Sora blushed a bit. "What! N-No, it's nothing like that!" He said while the girls couldn't help but giggle.

"Aw, Sora, we're just teasin' ya." Goofy said.

"You make it too easy." Donald smirked.

Sora rolled his eyes. "Well, in any case, I'm sure the King and Riku are safe. Trust me… we'll bring 'em back home along with Aqua!"

Donald and Goofy sighed a bit. "Aww… you promise to be good?" Donald asked.

"And come back home safe and sound?" Goofy added.

"I will." Sora grinned and turned to the girls. "Come on, let's go!"

"Right." Jade nodded as they walked off.

"Just promise us you'll look out for him!" Donald called out.

"We will! Don't worry!" Lysithea responded as they went into the door.

"…Something about that waitress feels off." Donald said, his arms folded.

"She does?"

"Yeah, I feel like she's hiding something."

Meanwhile, in the Realm of Darkness…

"Mickey… you're too late."

"Aqua…?" Riku quietly said in surprise.

BGM: Aqua (Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep)

"What happened?" Mickey asked as he was trapped in the dark void.

Aqua gave Mickey a cold hateful glare. "You abandoned me, that's what. Left me in this shadow prison for more of a decade, knowing what it would do to me…"

Mickey gave her a somber look and looked down in shame. "I'm sorry. It's all my fault."

Aqua turned around and walked over to the water. "I reached this shore after endless wandering. Waited forever for help to arrive. But no one ever came." She would soon walk on the water. "I lost my Keyblade. Had no means of fighting my way back through the Heartless." Mickey would still be looking down in shame. "You should have known I was stranded. Do you have any idea of how lonely it is here?" Riku let out a small gasp, knowing all too well what it was like for him to be trapped in the Realm of Darkness, clenching his fist that was on the sand. "How frightening it is to have no one?"

Aqua stopped walking. "All that's left in my heart is misery and despair…" She turned around to face the two, but was still looking at Mickey. "…And now, you can share it!"

Riku walked forward. "There's no need. Got my own." He said, as he saw an image of Riku Replica standing side by side as the Replica looked at him before disappearing. He summoned his giant car key-I mean Braveheart Keyblade and walked forward to the water to face Aqua.

BGM: Wave of Darkness I (Kingdom Hearts III)

The Orb of Darkness that Mickey was in suddenly floated over to the two as Mickey let out a surprised yelp as it got between them before Mickey was consumed by a massive wave of Heartless. The Demon Tower rose up as Riku got in his battle stance and lunged at the Demon Tower, slashing at the Heartless but they retreated and then lunged forward and slammed into the silver haired Wielder, knocking him back a few feet as he shook it off and launched a Dark Firaga at the Demon Tower.

The Demon Tower responded by launching at Riku and slamming into him, but he quickly rolled out of the way and launched a Thundaga attack on it, but Aqua suddenly appeared next to him and slashed him to the side. "Nnngh!" Riku grunted and slid across the water. He quickly launched a Blizzaga at her, but she deflected the Blizzaga and disappeared, reappearing behind Riku and flip kicked him up in the air as she and the Demon Tower flew up as they both pummeled Riku, slamming him into the water as he let out a loud gasp, and then Aqua slammed her foot into his chest. She then picked him up and threw him to the side as Riku quickly recovered and hit them both with a Thundaza, severely hurting the Demon Tower but Aqua disappeared and reappeared to the side and delivered a spinning kick to knock him away and then launched Blizzard Crystals at him, as they all exploded on him as he let out a loud pained cry.

"Weak." Aqua said, teleporting near him and kicking him back as Riku quickly recovered and used a Curaga spell to heal him back up, but he was a little shaken up after getting pummeled severely by the two.

I have to keep fighting… even if these two are ridiculously strong here in the Realm of Darkness. Riku thought. "Dammit… where's Sora when you need him?" He silently cursed to himself as Aqua charged at Riku when suddenly a bright light caught their attention, as it stopped Aqua's advance. They would look up to see a door appearing, and then doors opened up.

BGM: Sora in the Dark World (Kingdom Hearts III)

Lights slammed into the water as Sora and his group landed near Riku as the latter looked at them in surprise. He didn't think Sora would come with backup. "I made it!" Sora grinned.

Riku chuckled with a nod. "Yeah… who are these guys though?"

"Tell ya later." Sora said and turned to the Demon Tower, as he looked at Riku as they both nodded as they aimed their hands at the Demon Tower as they started to glow. Aqua tried to attack, but felt her feet stuck to the water as she looked down and saw Nitori aiming her hand at her, manipulating the water to make her not move. She had a small grin on her face.

Two sides of a giant Keyblade, Nightmare's End and Mirage Split joined together as a large beam of light shot up into the air as they floated up and then they swung the giant Keyblade down, the beam of light slamming into the Demon Tower and destroying it as Mickey was shot out and landed on the beach, out cold.

"Mickey!" Riku yelled as he ran for him. Aqua glared at Riku and she turned to Nitori, summoning a clone of herself as it slashed at Nitori from behind.

"Gah!" Nitori yelped as Aqua turned around and shot straight for Riku as he turned around just as he got to Mickey. He quickly summoned his Keyblade and tried to block Aqua's attack.

CLANG!

…That is until Sora appeared out of nowhere and was already blocking the attack from Aqua.

"Huh?!" Marisa turned her head to see that Sora wasn't there, turning her head back to Sora in confusion. "But he was… how did he… okay, WHAT?"

"That's strange…" Makoto mused.

"How did he do that?" Lysithea wondered.

"How did you…?" Riku asked.

Sora grinned. "I had a little help." He said, desummoning his Ultima and replacing it with the Master's Defender. He then switched it back to the Ultima while Riku let out a chuckle. "You go take care of the King, we'll deal with her."

"Right." Riku nodded and then ran off.

Aqua readied herself, seeing that she was surrounded by the group. "You will all suffer the same fate as I have." She turned her Keyblade to Min Min. "Starting with you!" She said, activating Spellweaver as she charged directly at her.

"Look out!" Jade yelled as Min Min readied herself and then bent backwards to avoid the Keyblade getting swung into her chest as she quickly delivered a flip kick as she jumped up in the air and axe kicked her sent her toward the water. Min Min landed on the water and then got into her fighting stance, quickly transforming into usual fighting clothes, complete with her ARMS being extended.

"Whoa…" Sora said in awe.

"Uh… what." Marisa blinked. "Okay, that's new."

"Focus! We have to take her down." Min Min said, getting in her stance.

"Right!" Makoto nodded, putting on her mask. "PERSONA!"

BGM: Anti-Aqua (Kingdom Hearts III)

Aqua got back up, unfazed by Min Min's true appearance as she disappeared, reappearing with actual copies of herself as they went to attack them, but Daisy, activating the Crystal Flower, punched the water as crystals came shooting out and destroyed some of the clones, then Marisa unleashed Starlight Typhoon. Aqua would deflect some of the danmaku with the Keyblade as she jumped back and launched Blizzard Crystals at them, before splitting into three and fired homing orbs at Lysithea, but Nitori formed a water wall to protect the mage. Lysithea closed her eyes and hit Aqua with a Hades Omega spell, sending the woman flying but she recovered, then noticed Reimu flying to her and shooting her with Yin Yang Orbs.

Aqua quickly disappeared, reappearing on top of Reimu and slashed her down, sending her crashing into the water as Aqua fired another orb at her. Reimu got up and quickly rolled out of the way to avoid the homing orb as she flew up and kicked Aqua toward the water as Sora ran toward her and slashed her a few times before using Ars Arcanum to knock her away. Queen drove toward Aqua and tried to slam into her with Johanna, but Aqua disappeared and reappeared on Johanna, kicking her off of Johanna but she recovered and used Freidyne on Aqua, hitting her up close as she let out a yell and was knocked back. Aqua then saw Jade and Min Min run toward her as she jumped back and launched Blizzard Crystals at them.

Min Min jumped ahead and did a somersault kick, reflecting a Blizzard Crystal to Aqua, then Jade quickly did a combo of a Multifeet and Multithrust attack, then did a Harvest Moon to knock her up in the air as Min Min aimed her Dragon Arm at Aqua and threw her arm to her, as it fired a Dragon Laser at her to send her crashing into a rock. Aqua got back up and disappeared, reappearing near the group and summoned two clones as they circled around the group and did a Spellweaving Blizzaga attack, and then got closer, damaging all of them with an icy explosion and knocked them back.

Sora and Queen both used a Curaga and a Mediarahan spell to heal the party, then Lysithea clapped her hands together and shot out a Miasma spell that struck Aqua dead on. Aqua turned to Lysithea and teleported to her, striking her with the Keyblade and knocking her back a few feet as she launched some Blizzaga Crystals at her, but Sora got in the way and used Reflega to send them back as he then used a Triple Firaga spell to hit her as he jumped over and used Aerial Slam to knock her down. Aqua got back up to fire a homing orb at him, but Min Min extended both of her ARMS and grabbed a hold of her, bringing Aqua to her as she delivered a flurry of kicks before spin kicking to send Aqua flying a few feet as she recovered, and then looked up to see a Megawatt ARM flying toward her and slammed into her face.

"ENOUGH!" Aqua yelled, firing Blizzard Crystals everywhere but Daisy jumped up and Crystal Punched some of them back to her with the help of Min Min and Sora, as then Nitori pulled out a rocket launcher from her bag and fired at Aqua, sending her crashing to a wall as she was then hit by a Master Spark. Aqua would shake it off, but then noticed she was surrounded by spell cards as Reimu crossed her arms as Aqua tried to teleport out, but the danmaku spell prevented her from getting out.

"Fantasy SEAL!" She yelled as Lysithea was done charging up.

"You're done! HAH!" Lysithea yelled, unleashing Dark Spikes on top of the Fantasy Seal.

"GYAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

End BGM

The smoke disappeared as Aqua dropped Mickey's Star Cluster, as it disappeared into light and slowly fell into the dark puddle while turning back to normal. So… this is it… Aqua thought to herself.

With quick thinking from Min Min, she extended her arms and grabbed a hold of her before she fell into the dark abyss, then was pulled over to her as Min Min put an unconscious Aqua over her shoulders. "I got ya." She said, her arms turning to normal as Sora breathed a sigh of relief while Riku and Mickey walked over to the group.

"Thanks, fellas." Mickey smiled. "Say, Sora, who are your new friends?"

"I'll tell you on the other side. Come on." Sora said as they all nodded.

Back on Destiny Islands…

Aqua lied on the sand, unconscious. "Mmm…" Aqua groaned as she slowly came around and opened her eyes to see Ven and Terra.

"Aqua!" Both of them exclaimed.

"Ven…? Terra?" Aqua would ask, but Ven and Terra would disappear as Sora and Riku took their place instead. "It's you…" She quietly said.

"Thank goodness!" Mickey said with relief. "You're awake!"

"Mickey…" Aqua said and then took a look around her surroundings. "Are these… the Destiny Islands?"

"That's right."

"When did they… fall to the darkness?"

Riku shook his head. "You're in the realm of light. You're home."

Aqua's eyes widened, realizing that she was back home as she sat there in total silence. Tears swelled in her eyes as they started falling on her cheeks. "I'm home…" She whispered as she quietly sobbed to herself for a good minute before wiping her tears as Donald, Goofy, Mickey, Riku and Sora hugged her while the others watched with grins on their faces. "Thank you…" She would say as she slowly rose. "All of you, you have my gratitude." She said and then turned to the women. "Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't get your names."

"Oh, these guys?" Sora grinned. "They're Marisa-"

"Yo!"

"Reimu-"

"Hello."

"Nitori-"

"Heya!"

"Princess Daisy-"

"Sup? You can just call me Daisy."

"Makoto-"

"Hello."

"Jade-"

"Hello there."

"Mysithea-"

"It's Lysithea!" Lysithea corrected. "Also, hey."

"And Min Min."

"Pleased to meet you." Min Min nodded.

Aqua smiled. "Thank you everyone."

"Sooooo… uh… Sora…" Riku folded his arms. "You mind telling me why you brought a group of women with you?" He asked with a sly smirk.

"They wanted to come alo-… why are you giving me that look?"

"I never took you for a ladies man. My goodness, these are some interesting times we're living in."

"What are you talking abou-" Sora blushed a deep red. "HEY!" He yelled, slugging him in the shoulder as Riku burst out laughing as did everyone else.

Nitori brought out an ear piece from her backpack and put it to her ear. "Mission control, this is Alpha Team. We got the package and are coming back to base!"

"Package?" Aqua tilted her head as a portal opened up for them.

"Yeah! Come on, we're heading back to the Mushroom Kingdom!" Marisa grinned as they walked over to the portal.

"Mushroom… Kingdom?" Riku asked, picturing a kingdom full of tall mushrooms growing everywhere.

"Come on, it'll be fun!" Sora said, grabbing Riku's arm and pulling him in.

"Whoa!"

Aqua stood there for a few extra seconds, turning her head toward the ocean. "I'm actually back in the realm of light…" She whispered and then smiled. "Ven… Terra… I'm coming to get you." She said and then walked into the portal as it had closed behind her.

Ever since Min Min was confirmed, I knew I wanted to bring her in the story in some way. I mean, that's what I did with the other DLC characters (Even if Terry got a small cameo in Touhou Galaxy 2.) so hey, here she is!

The final remaster is here, ladies and gentleman! And i've got a feeling this story is gonna be way shorter than the previous stories. Just a hunch that I have.

Also... uh... Pokemon Unite is a... thing. *Jots down "Things to rip apart in Super RWBY Chibi"* Don't mind me, i've got plans!
