It is known throughout the world that if a child doesn't manifest a quirk after the age of 8 they will never receive a quirk naturally. There is one exception to this, it's called a Hibon mutation.

Hibon mutations are an extremely rare, one in a billion mutation. Someone with the Hibon mutation will manifest their quirk if put in a life or death situation after the age of 8.

There are only 4 different Hibon quirks one can manifest which is Airbending, Waterbending, Earthbending, and Firebending. Some people manifest 2-3 quirks and are known as Mixed Benders. Someone who manifests all 4 quirks is known as an Avatar.

Ever since the beginning of the quirk era there have been 32 recorded people with Hibon mutations worldwide. There have been 7 Airbenders, 6 Waterbenders, 10 Earthbenders, 4 Firebenders, 4 Mixed Benders, and 1 Avatar

Listed below is everything a Hibon could do with their power. Be aware that if you are Hibon doesn't mean that you manifested all the skills in your criteria.

Airbending

Breath | Ability to breathe as long as there's oxygen no matter the amount. If there's no oxygen a Hibon will suffocate | No limit

Wind Creation | Ability to create/summon winds up to 500 mph | Prolonged use will lead to exhaustion

Wind Control | Ability to control any wind | Prolonged use will lead to exhaustion

Gas Control | Ability to control gases | Prolonged use will lead to exhaustion

Flying | Ability to control air currents allowing Hibon to fly | Prolonged use will lead to exhaustion

Waterbending

Waterbreathing | Ability to breath in water | No limit

Resistance to Lower Temperatures | Ability to stay warm despite freezing climates | No limit

Water Control | Ability to control anything with H2O in any form (vapors, liquids, solids) | Prolonged use will lead to physical strain if Hibon is not flexible

Water Creation | Ability to create 100,000 gallons of water per minute | Prolonged use will lead to dehydration

Shift | Ability to shift anything containing H2O between vapor, liquid, and solid forms | Prolonged use will lead to exhaustion

Ice Creation | Ability freeze water upon coming into contact with oxygen creating ice| Prolonged use will lead to physical strain and dehydration. May also cause frostbite if Hibon does not have Resistance to Lower Temperatures

Regeneration | Ability to channel energy through allowing a Hibon to multiple healthy cells and heal severely damaged cells in the area of choice | Prolonged use will lead to exhaustion

Earthbending

Earth Resistance | Ability to withstand rock, dirt, and sand | No limit

Earth Control | Ability to control any form of earth including rock, dirt, and sand | Prolonged use will lead to physical strain

Earthquake | Ability to create earthquakes up to a 10.0 magnitude | Prolonged use will lead to physical strain and a migraine

Metal Control | Ability to control metal as it is a refined version of earth | Prolonged use will lead to physical strain

Magma Control | Ability to control molten rock/metal | Prolonged use will lead to exhaustion. May also cause burns if Hibon does not have Fire Resistance

Firebending

Heat Resistance | Ability to withstand fire, magma and various other things with fire properties | No limit

Shock Resistance | Ability to withstand electricity | No limit

Fire Absorption | Ability to absorb fire, magma and plasma giving a Hibon energy | Can only use if Hibon has Heat Resistance

Electricity Absorption | Ability to absorb electricity giving a Hibon energy | Can only use if Hibon has Shock Resistance

Fire Creation | Ability to create dark red, red, orange, yellow, white, and blue fire | Prolonged use will lead to exhaustion. May also cause burns if Hibon does not have Heat Resistance

Fire Control | Ability to control the heat and size of fire and magma | Prolonged use will lead to exhaustion. May also cause a heat stroke if Hibon does not have Heat Resistance

Solid Fire | Ability to solidify fire. Firebender can control the heat, size, and consistency of fire | Prolonged use will lead to exhaustion. May also cause heat stroke and burns if Hibon does not have Heat Resistance

Lighting | Ability to create lighting by using a large amount of energy to create electricity instead of fire | Prolonged use will lead to exhaustion. May also cause temporary paralysis from shock is Hibon does not have Shock Resistance

Plasma | Ability to create plasma | Prolonged use will lead to exhaustion. May also cause burns if Hibon does not have Fire Resistance

Burn | Ability to burn any dead cells while unharming living cells | Prolonged use will lead to exhaustion

Mixed Powers

Mud Control | Ability to use a mix of Earth Control and Water Control to control mud | Prolonged use will lead to exhaustion

Hot ice | Ability to use a mix of Fire Creation and Ice Creation to create ice that burns objects upon impact | Prolonged use will lead to exhaustion and physical strain. May also cause burns if Hibon does not have Heat Resistance

Cold Fire | Ability to use a mix of Fire Creation and Ice Creation to create icy blue flames that freezes anything upon impact | Prolonged use will lead to exhaustion. May also cause frostbite if Hibon does not have Resistance to Lower Temperatures

Liquid Fire | Ability to use a mix of Water Creation and Fire Creation to create liquid that resembles magma. Upon coming into contact with earth Liquid Fire will turn into magma allowing Hibon to shift the magma between solid and liquid forms | Prolonged use will lead to exhaustion. May also cause burns if Hibon does not have Heat Resistance

Fire Vapor | Ability to turn Liquid Fire into a vapor. Hibon can control where the vapor goes and how hot it will be | Prolonged use will lead to exhaustion. May also cause burns if Hibon does not Heat Resistance

Heat Wave | Ability to use a mix of Wind Creation and Fire Creation to create a blast of heat. Bender can control the speed and heat of the wind | Prolonged use will lead to exhaustion. May also cause burns if Hibon does not have Heat Resistance

Flaming Tornado | Ability to use Wind Creation and Fire Creation to create a flaming tornado. Hibon can control the size, speed, and temperature of the tornado | Prolonged use will lead to exhaustion. May also cause burns if Hibon does not have Heat Resistance

Avalanche | Ability to use a mix of Earthquake and Ice Creation to create an avalanche. Once the avalanche is put into effect Hibon may control it by using Wind Control | Prolonged use will lead to exhaustion. May also lead to frostbite if Hibon does not have Resistance to Lower Temperatures

Izuka's Moves

Wind Blades | Ability to create blades from the wind. The higher the speed of the wind the more damage her opponent takes | Prolonged use will lead to exhaustion

Air Solidification | Ability to create solid air. It will only stay solid for as long as Bender wants it to be | Prolonged use will lead to physical strain

Air Steps | Ability to step on air as if it's solid ground | Prolonged use will lead to exhaustion

Hoverboard | Ability to create a board you can stand, sit, or lie down on with another person. Hibon can control where the board goes and how big it will be allowing Hibon to fit as many people on the board | Prolonged use will lead to exhaustion

Magma Bombs | Ability to make a layer of solid rock surround magma, upon impact with the ground the rock will explode with magma. Hibons can control the size of the bomb and the heat of the magma | Prolonged use will lead to exhaustion and physical strain

Speed Enhancement | Ability to channel with electricity through Hibons body order to increase speed | Can only use if Hibon has Shock Resistance

Strength Enhancement | Ability to channel earth elemental throughout Hibons body to increase strength | Prolonged use will lead to physical strain
