Glad I can provide you folks some good ol' Knack content. To one of my guest reviews, it's surprising that there's such a lack of stories for this underrated gem. I have others you can read. As for the Naruto/Knack/Kirby crossover, the story will be vastly different from its remake. I'll be going through both Knack 1 and 2 games again before posting as much as a chapter. It's quite a wait sadly. Fighting Spirit is also getting rewritten but still has the same plot. Just worded differently. For now, let's get to the story.

Gaius had lectured the life out of Knack for his stunt at UA's Entrance Exam. Behemoth Gear had always took a lot out of the young golem especially when it wasn't needed. If he was honest, most of the reason he used Behemoth Gear was to get the examinees out of harm's way since the Zero Pointer was still dangerous even ignored. Yet there was a small bit that was... animalistic in nature. He felt like something or someone important was watching and he had to prove his strength. He had brought it up with his father and the answer he got was... embarrassing.

The type of golem species Knack was were more animal than human like since the researcher based him off of the only type that could handle his Chest Orb and powerful soul, Cryptid. A being or creature surrounded by mystery and very powerful from what Magnus told him. Cryptid Golems could cause unexplainable anomalies and each is unique to their own. They were also the type who embraced their animal side as well.

His instinct had given the choice to go Behemoth Gear to attract in equal. His 'equal'. Yeah, he didn't know if he could even have a girlfriend considering nobody knew he wasn't human anymore or the fact he was a child proclaimed dead for almost 8 years. Gaius did offer him support and hope. After all Knack had become part of the impossible and the researcher had faith his stone child would find love but also get a chance of having a body that were close to being human as possible.

Though he was still wondering who had helped tuned his chest orb. He had woken up in the nurse's office with the Pro Hero Recovery Girl looking relieved. Apparently she tried healing him but her Quirk didn't work since she didn't know he wasn't human but instead living stone. They were going to call in Power Loader to see if he could help him but someone else came instead. This person was able to tune his Chest Orb properly since Behemoth Gear had messed with circuits leaving him unconscious for hours. Recovery Girl recognized the person as an examinee but wouldn't tell him who.

They wanted it to be a surprise but she gave him a hint saying he was the reason they got a shot into UA. The young golem knew what kind of person Recovery Girl was and found no sabotage in his orb so decided not to continue asking. After a week of tuning his Chest Orb and working on his inventions, Knack had finally gotten his letter from UA. The letter has been from Present Mic saying he had scored 66 villains points and 60 Hero Points in the exam but what concerned Knack was the Pro Hero's message.

'You saving those examinees had put a chunk of fear into the teachers when you transformed. A lot of them were opting to deny you entry but I couldn't stand there and watch someone who had the guts to face discrimination and save people be punished. Some of my fellow friends in UA's staff and the principal accepted your submission. This is YOUR Hero Academia, little listener. If you have any problems then come talk to me.' Despite some of the teachers being afraid of him Knack was glad he had more people in his corner like Present Mic. Knack would get him something nice as thanks. He did keep his promise to Mei and he knew she kept hers. He could feel it.

The day of his beginning school year at UA had finally come. And he was a bit nervous. Knack walked down the hallways of the school looking for his homeroom 1-A. He had his Capture Relics set to the school's uniform and was carrying his messenger bag. He didn't really care for bookbags since his messenger bag offered more room and didn't break easily like many school bags that suffered from heavy textbook abuse. "Oh! There it is!" He spoke seeing the 1-A sign next to a ridiculously large door.

He didn't say anything about it since he could change size and didn't want to look like a hypocrite merely deciding to...walk into an argument. Great. Bakugo was arguing with the glasses guy who called Knack out during the presentation and in the room was someone Knack loathes as much as Katsuki Bakugo. His former sister, Shiki Midoriya. Shiki had green and crimson hair with yellow eyes that despite the innocence truly hid the baleful malice within her. Knack easily remembered the marks she left on his body with her quirk, Psyburn.

Psyburn was a combination of their parents' quirks which was telekinetic fire that was as precise and dangerous as a laser. He can easily remember her burning every new insult she learned on his back using her quirk like a cattle prod. And this sadistic bitch would only learn languages just to burn him more. No way in hell was she going to stay at U.A. He was going to make sure of it along with Bakugo being kicked out beside her. He was drawn out of his thoughts when the glasses wearing teen walked up to him.

"Hello. My name is Tenya Iida. Please forgive me about before. I thought you were planning to sabotage. I didn't realize you knew everything about it including the rescue points." The teen answered as he sparked another thing of rage within Knack. "Please shut up. You just ruined your apology by saying I rescued those people because of some stupid Points. I saved those examiners because it was the right thing to do! A hero saves innocent lives because it's right, not for rewards or something in return. Think before you speak. As for me, my name is Knack Magnus." Knack spoke as politely as he could.

He figured Tenya wasn't a bad person but must have lived a very strict life. Though it didn't fully excuse him from his actions. Gaius told him to save his rage for those who truly deserved it but it didn't he mean he couldn't scold the nitwits. Tenya had promptly stopped talking and said sorry before going to his seat. "You're here, Gumdrop!" A familiar voice spoke as Knack turned to see the brunette girl Katsuki was being a jerk too at the exams. "Gumdrop?" Knack questioned from the nickname before touching his nose.

"Yeah. I didn't know your name but I remembered that gumdrop shaped cute nose so… I wanted to thank you for saving me from the Zero Pointer! I'm Ochaco Uraraka!" The brunette or Ochaco said clearly peppy. "You can call me Gumdrop since you didn't mean any foul for it. Though my real name is Knack Magnus. We should get to our seats or the teacher won't be happy." Knack explained. "At least one of you has some sense." Spoke an unfamiliar male voice as a yellow sleeping bag inched itself into the room.

'What the ever loving fuck am I seeing?' Was going through the golem's as a long black shaggy haired tall man pulled himself from the sleeping bag in a black cloak and white scarf. "My name is Shouta Aizawa. Please put these on and head outside. Knack Magnus, please come up for a minute while everyone else goes outside." Aizawa spoke. Knack had to roll his eyes hearing Bakugo's snickering before the class except for him. "Yes Teacher Aizawa?" He asked, wondering why he was being held up.

"I looked at your form saying you can't wear average clothing due to your quirk. Can you set these Capture Relics to our gym uniform?" Shouta asked tiredly. "Sure teach." Knack answered, snapping his stone fingers. The Capture Relics soon flipped over shifting into an exact replica of the uniform. Knack's exposed arms and legs showed his relics had compacted together to form the closest thing to muscles which were quite big from his size and build.

"That'll do. Now, I've seen the footage of your Practical Exam. Just like the other few teachers, I won't prevent you from attending UA for the nature of your Quirk. However if you don't show potential then I'll kick you out of the Hero Course like anyone else. If you have any problems then come see me." Shouta explained as Knack nodded. He followed his teacher out to where the rest of the class was. "Now then. Today you'll be doing a Quirk Assessment test. I'll be judging each of you on your creativity involving yourself and your Quirk. This is the same set of physical tests like every normal exam but you must use your power to some extent." Shouta explained before looking at Knack.

"Knack Magnus, you got 1st in the Practical Exams. I want you to throw this ball as far as you can with the abilities of your quirk but you must stay in the circle." Shouta explained handing Knack a baseball shaped machine before he stepped up to the plate. "Time to add a little Sunstone power." Knack spoke taking pieces of his Capture Relics before sticking them to the back of the ball as a makeshift shell. He tossed the ball into the air before shifting the relics in his arm. He then punched the ball as said relics spiraled up his arm to double his punching force.

This had rocketed the ball high into the air and just before it dipped down to drop Knack snapped his fingers. The capture relics on the ball soon exploded with Sunstone energy sending the ball shooting skywards and even further. It then disappeared over the school fence. "This shall test your limits." Shouta spoken before showing Knack's score. The Golem had gotten 10 kilometers with his throw. 'My Heavy Punch and Sun-Detonate combo worked like a charm. Saving my size shifting ability for later.' The golem thought with a smirk going back to the group. Bakugo was brewing in rage seeing the score while Shiki frowned.

"This looks fun! We get to use our quirks!" A horned pink girl shouted in joy. 'Oh boy. Thank you idiot for lighting the fuse. Now shit just went sideways in the most colossal way.' Knack thought facepalming from seeing the pissed off look on Shouta's face hearing her words. The test had gone high-stakes for last place was a death sentence for their seat in UA thanks to the words of a pink ditz. No way in hell was he going to be last place.

First test was a 50 meter dash. The golem was paired up with a girl who had a Frog quirk. She was adorable in a froggy way but it didn't mean he was holding back. His fighter gear was only going to hold him back for this test so he switched to Beast gear once getting on all fours. "You remind me of a wolf like that, kero." The frog girl spoke as he looked at her. "Prefer the term Smildon but thanks. Good luck." Knack spoke as she nodded. The race soon started as he took off in a mad dash.

He reached the finish line first getting 2.89 seconds and seeing the frog girl following behind. "Hey! Try smaller jumps than a big one!" He called as the girl decided to listen to him. She actually went faster with Knack's suggestion than earlier getting 4.02 seconds. "Thanks for the advice." She chirped as Knack gave her a thumbs up. Lida was the second closest to Knack's score with a 3.14 seconds then followed by Katsuki with a 3.41 while Shiki got 4.56 seconds which was lackluster amongst most of the group from her boasting.

Grip Strength was next so he went back to Fighter Gear for it. Sadly he overdid it. "Sorry Teacher." Knack slightly whined holding a destroyed grip machine. He had accidentally dropped the machine since it slid off his stone fingers so he quickly caught it with his mouth. But he forgot that his jaw strength was greater than his arm strength resulting in biting through the grip handle earning stares from everyone. "It's fine, problem child. From what I've seen earlier I should've expected it." Aizawa sighed, waving off the destruction of property. The hobo looking man considered the possibility of it happening but not by Knack's jaws.

Next was a long distance jump which he decided to utilize another unique combo. The type of Golem he was allowed Knack to do a double jump along with using his relics to hovee by spinning them around like a vortex. It helped him cross the whole pit with ease. In the end he had beaten every record for each challenge except for Repeated Sidestep despite how close it was and the Ball Throw. No way in hell could he beat Infinity or match it. The results came in. He had gotten first place with a girl named Momo being second and a boy named Todoroki being 3rd.

Bakugo had gotten 4th, Shiki 7th and last place belonged to a purple haired perverted midget. Though to most of the students shock… "No one is getting expelled?!" Everyone but Knack and Momo had shouted. "It was a logical ruse to push you to your limits. However if you don't have potential then you can kiss your seat in this class goodbye. Minoru, the only reason you weren't kicked was for your Quirk's potential but if you don't shape up, I won't hesitate to give you the boot. And Midoriya, I have half a mind to expel you from all that boasting yet falling short in almost every part of the test. Magnus, you had been giving advice to some of your classmates throughout the physical. Helping your classmates isn't a bad start to your future as a hero." Aizawa explained, Shiki glared heavily at Knack.

The stone greenette had squashed her score through every event like it was nothing even the Grip Test despite it being an accident. Plus he reminded her too much of Izuku, her dead Quirkless rebel of a brother. It rubbed her wrongly that she wanted to puke on how disgusting the resemblance was. Yet, his Quirk was powerful, something that would nicely compliment her Psyburn Quirk. She would keep her eyes on Knack if the rumors on the street were true.

Katsuki was brewing in rage looking at his ranking. He still remembered his first encounter with Knack with extreme hate. The golem had beat him in a single blow and humiliated in front of the many extras. He vowed to crush the stone freak but to see him again along with taking his rightful ranking of strongest grinded his gears. That he was the strongest and would be the Number 1 Hero not a damn Deku lookalike reject! He'll crush that stone freak like the pebble he was!

Shoto Todoroki merely eyed the golem who had taken first place as if he was another obstacle or precisely a threat. But the most important look on the golem was from someone hidden. A giant amongst heroes with an ever present smile, the Number 1 hero All Might himself in an ugly yellow suit with tie. All Might was amongst many of the teachers who were very wary about Knack to the point of denying his entry. He shivered despite the smile on his face knowing the golem was in the same class as his successor.

'Why? Why did he have to get Aizawa's class? The exam solidified his presence but seeing his power up close means it's real. One For All's doom is in the same class with my successor… No, the destruction of all society! HIS words weren't a petty death threat after our final battle.' All Might thought as the visage of Knack morphed into the Behemoth form in his blue terror filled eyes. 'The Devourer of Individuality, Adreus is in U.A!' All Might thought, shivering as he was looking at a monster.

Though to Knack who had ignored the eyes of those around him was in thought. A girl with pink hair came to mind that made his stone mouth form a smile. Clutched in his hand was a slip given to him by Aizawa. The slip was a hall pass to the Support Class to see someone. 'After so long we can finally see each other! I wonder how much you've grown Mei! I'll see you soon!' Knack thought. His promise was almost complete.
