Chapter 15

Elijahs pov

I woke up to the car horn going off. I sat up groaning. I looked over to the passenger seat to check Isabella and my heart stopped. She wasn't there. I shoved the door open and got out of the car.

"Isabella!" I yelled. I inhaled and followed her scent. But it ended at the road. I growled and took off for home.

"Niklaus!" I yelled out. I ran to his room and burst in.

"Not knocking, I see." He said sighing.

"Someones taken Isabella." I told him. He stood up from his chair.

"What? Why would they do that?" He asked. I went to his bathroom and grabbed a towel to wipe the blood off of me.

"Because she has been helping vampires since she came into town, brother. Someone isnt happy with her." I explained.

"So we have the witches and the wolves. We really haven't pissed off the wolves lately but the witches are another story." He said sighing.

"Isabella's wolves have her scent, maybe they can track her." I said turning to him. He nodded and we headed to Marcels. We walked into the compound looking around.

"Marcel! Jake! Paul! Thierry!" Niklaus called out. They walked out of the dining room.

"What brings you two by?" Marcel asked.

"Isabella has been taken. We're not sure by who but we were hoping the wolves can help." Niklaus said looking at Jake and Paul.

"This is Bella we're talking about!" Jake snapped. He and Paul phased and took off.

"What happened?" Thierry asked us.

"She and I had dinner with the Abbotts, started for home, anda car hit us out of nowhere. Only car left was Isabella's." I explained.

"Shes gonna kill whoever took her. We'll start at the cemetery, see if we can catch her scent. If witches took her they wont be able to cover her." Marcel said. We nodded and headed for the other side of town.

Bella's pov

I woke up tied down to a chair. I groaned from the pain in my neck as I moved it. I looked around at where I was and saw a room full of candles, sage, and other basic witch things.

"She's awake." A girl said. Heels clicked their way into the room. Six witches stood in front of me with smiles on their faces.

"Why the hell am I here?' I growled at them.

"You're running around with the Originals and we want them gone. They get your scent, they come running to save their human, and they die." The leader said smiling.

"You're stupider than you look honey. You don't know who I am do you?" I said scoffing.

"Just a tiny helpless human." She said shaking her head. I laughed and nodded. I flashed my eyes black and broke through the restrains. I stood up and dusted myself off.

"Two things. One, I am no human! Two, don't mess with a Salem Five Witch." I growled. I shoved my hand through her chest and ripped out her heart. I smiled and dropped it.

"Lets play, shall we?" I said smirking. I killed five out of the six. I left the weaklink alone. For now of course. I binded her and her magic before dragging her out of the little cave we were in. I dropped her on the ground then flung my hand out, setting it on fire.

"NO!" She screamed. I slapped her hard across the face then grabbed her chin.

"You will be silent until I want you to speak!" I compelled her. She nodded. I looked around and saw nothing but woods. I sighed and opened up my senses. I could hear someone a few miles away. I grabbed the girl and started dragging her with me. My dress was torn, my jacket was ruined and my heels were broken. I saw a small shack that had a pier connected to it. I saw movement on my left and I flung my hand out and pinned them to a tree.

"Easy, wolfy. I am not in the mood for games." I growled at him. He grunted as he tried to move but I held him there.

"Jackson!" He yelled out.

"Calling for help? Please. I can kill you and them in a second." I scoffed. I heard footsteps approaching.

"What the hell is going on?" A husky voice demanded. I turned to the voice and bit my lip. The man in question was cute. He had a black and white button down on, with a jean jacket, blue jeans and boots.

"Wolfy here, tried to attack me, so I simply flung my hand out." I said smirking.

"Who're you?" He asked.

"Depends on who's asking." I said dropping the girl.

"Jackson Kenner, alpha of the Crescent Tribe. Your turn." He said eyeing me.

"Isabella or Bella Danvers, a Salem Five Witch. Try to kill me and you die and I survive." I told him. He looked at the witch on the ground.

"And who's she?" He asked nodding to her.

"Potentially someones dinner later. Depends on what mood I'm in and the answers she gives me." I said shrugging. He nodded and looked at the blonde guy I had pinned to the tree.

"Can you release him?" He asked.

"Why? He's better this way." I said shrugging.

"You smell like Elijah and death." The girl to his right said. I looked at her and raised an eyebrow.

"And you must be the pretty she-wolf that dug her claws into him. Hayley, right?" I said crossing my arms.

"Why do you smell like Elijah?" She asked.

"Why do you? You're suppose to be Jacksons right?" I scoffed. She growled and flashed her eyes yellow. I turned mine black.

"Please do try to attack me, honey. It wont be pretty after you try." I told her.

"Hayley, call Elijah and tell him Bella is here with a friend." Jackson told her. I let my eyes go normal and gave her a small smile and wave as she walked away.

"Can you release Oliver now?" He asked me. I huffed and flung Oliver over to him. Oliver grunted and stood up.

"Happy, now?" I asked Jackson. He nodded.

"You're pretty dressed up to be in the woods." He said looking me over.

"Well I was headed back to the house when her stupid coven decided to crash into my car, kidnap me, and use me as bait for the Mikaelsons. Well look where that got her and her pretty little friends." I said pinching the girls cheek. She whimpered. I laughed and crossed my arms.

"Cold?" He asked.

"Slightly." I answered. He shrugged off his jacket and came over.

"Tell me about your kind of wolf. Clearly you're not the kind I'm use too." I said taking the jacket. I slid it on and looked at him.

"Thank you." I said nodding. He nodded.

"How do you know I'm not their kind?" He asked.

"Blondie would've phased after I threw him." I said nodding to Oliver. He looked over at Oliver and sighed.

"Yeah Ollie is a bit tempermental. We only phase during a fullmoon." He said shoving his hands in his pockets. Footsteps approached us again.

"Elijah and Klaus are on their way." Hayley said sighing.

"Wonderful. How long until they get here?" I said crossing my arms.

"Thirty minutes atleast." Jackson said. I shrugged off his jacket and handed it back.

"Plenty of time to play with the little witch." I said smiling at the girl. I grabbed her by the hair and flung her into a tree.

"Harming her isnt gonna solve anything!" Hayley snapped.

"You've been around Elijah too much." I said walking to the witch. The witch was bruised and bloodied by the time Elijah and Klaus pulled up.

"She's been at this for the last twenty minutes." Hayley told them.

"She does have the tendency to act like Niklaus from time to time." Elijah said walking up to me. He grabbed my face in his hands and examined me.

"I'm fine. But the she-witch is in worser condition than she was when she got here." I said pulling away from him. I looked at Jackson and smiled.

"Do you have a place where I can talk to her more?" I asked him.

"No, I dont." He answered. I huffed and crossed my arms.

"We'll take her home and talk to her there." Niklaus told me. He grabbed her and pulled her to the Rover.

"Ill be seeing you soon Jackson." I said winking at him. I walked to Niklaus' car and he stopped me.

"You're not getting in my car covered in filth." He said sighing. I rolled my eyes and unzipped my dress. Elijah handed me his jacket and I slid it on after I slipped off the dress.

"Better?" I asked buttoning the jacket.

"Better." He said opening the door for me. I got in and so did they. We drove back to the house and Niklaus brought the girl in. He put her in a chair in the den.

"Wakey, wakey, little witchy." I said backhanding her. She blinked and looked around the room. I took off her compulsion but compelled her to the chair.

"What are you doing to me?" She asked nervously.

"Well first you're gonna tell them why you and your stupid coven took me in the first place. Then if angered enough. One of us is either gonna rip your heart out, break your tiny neck, or set you on fire and listen to you scream." I said smiling.

"They wanted her to be bait to lure all the Originals out to kill you. We didn't know she was a Salem Witch. If we did, we would've used someone else." She said shakily. I stepped closer.

"You were better off using me than an innocent bitch." I hissed at her.

"How! I lost my family!" She cried. I grabbed her by the chin.

"That's yours and your covens own stupidity now, isn't it?" I growled at her. She gasped as I squeezed tighter.

"Isabella, let her go." Elijah told me. I threw her chin to the side and stepped back. He stepped around me while rolling up his sleeves.

"You and your coven touched someone I care for. Now that wont go unpunished." He said biting into his wrist. He forced her to drink his blood, then he snapped her neck.

"Aren't you suppose to be the noble one out of your family?" I asked him. He shot me a look that had me biting my lip.

"Go shower. Niklaus and I will finish up here then I'll be up shortly." He told me.

"No. My witch, she dies in my presence." I argued.

"You stink like death, Isabella. It isn't appealing." Niklaus answered.

"We need to get answers that you don't need to hear." Elijah said. I rolled my eyes.

"Ah yes. Theres the answer to my question." I scoffed. I turned to the door that led to the stairs.

"And what question would that be?" Niklaus asked me. I turned back to them.

"If all vampires are all secretive and a pain in the ass when it comes to talking. The answer is yes." I said turning back around. I headed upstairs to my room. I flashed my eyes and made my phone appear. I called Marcel and the others letting them know I was alive. Once I was done talking, I grabbed a shower, changed into a tshirt and underwear and walked out into the bedroom. I was applying lotion to my legs when Elijah walked in.

"Ever heard of knocking?" I asked him.

"You look tired." He said.

"Yeah. Six witches versus one can be tiring. Then playing torture to the one you just questioned." I scoffed. I stood up and put the lotion away.

"Im sorry for earlier tonight in the car." He said. I sighed and turned to him.

"Why? You want me to be with a human only because he can give me all the human experiences. Save your breath honey, my two ex-vampire boyfriends already gave me the speech." I scoffed.

"Why is it so wrong to be with a human?" He asked.

"Because you have to tell them your secret, worry about if your kids are gonna have the powers like you and the others do. Then with me and the guys being immortal, we have to sit around and watch the one we love grow old and die right in front of you." I said crossing my arms.

"So you rather be with someone for all eternity?" He asked coming closer.

"Duh. Humans die easily. Being with someone immortal like us is exciting. Its different each day." I told him. I saw something in his eyes as he looked at me.

"You're thinking to hard." I said. He grabbed my head and kissed me gently. I pushed him back slightly.

"What are you trying to convince me of now, Elijah?" I asked him.

"Last night and this morning, I wasn't trying to convince you of anything. I told you in the time I have spent with you, I have fallen deeply for you and that is the truth." He told me. I searched his eyes for the lie. He kissed my forehead and turned for the door. I grabbed his arm and pulled him back. I kissed him hard and he kissed me back. He bent down and picked me up and layed me down on the bed.
