Author Note

Hello there and welcome to another chapter of Fate: Sword and Arrow.

While most readers felt saddened by the lack of Mordred in this fic, I feel happy that most accepted my choice of Lancelot. It will be worthy, trust me.

A special 'thanks' to guest reviewer DiscreteMath. I very much apprecaited the long review as it gave me a couple of tips in how to better improve my writing. Now, as to your doubts about Shirou being too overpowered to face Lancer, I do remember stating that he was barely defending himself and that Lancer was not taking him seriously. As to UBW, I will make him less dependant on it. With his magic crest, he could utilize all the swords he managed to scan, including noble phantasms at the same speed. Once more, I appreciate you took the time to give me some tips.

Now, on with the chapter.

Fate: Sword and Arrow

Part II – Fate Aprocrypha

Chapter 13 – Meet the priest

Lancelot had seen Shirou getting up from bowing at him and nodded at the introduction, even if unusual for a master to do that to a servant.

"It is my duty, then, Master, to be your sword and slay your enemies in this war." Shirou nodded, remembering how similar Lancelot's words to Arturia when she was his servant. Lancelot looked back to the artifact which summoned him and frowned in dismay at the memory he had of those times. Those times when he would share the burden with his fellow knights as all of them followed their King's commands. Just thinking about his king, however, it brought shame to the proud knight. "May I ask why you have this artifact, master?" Shirou and Arturia looked at one another and Lancelot had the chance to scope that woman that next to his master. She carried herself as a warrior, that much was plain to see in his trained eyes, though she also carried an air of familiarity to him that he could not place.

Shirou looked at his wife, wondering if what she really wanted to do this.

"It was provided to me, Sir Lancelot, by the Magus Association to summon you. I apologize if it brought back bad memories."

Lancelot grabbed his holy sword and Shirou barely saw him move before the artifact was sliced to equal pieces.

"Sorry master, but this artifact is only meant for those who share its history." Shirou was about to comment, when Arturia took a step forward.

"Quite right you are Sir Lancelot, I am glad that the Grail had not killed your noble spirit." Lancelot saw the woman address him and wondered just how much she knew about him to say it like that. Arturia, for his chance, was looking directly at him, as per the requirement of facing a knight, but Lancelot could see that her eyes showed sadness and sympathy. Arturia, then, smiled at him, wondering if the man would be able to make the connection, but then decided to introduce herself. As she saw him once more, she realized that she now had the opportunity to set it straight and say to him just what she should have back in their own time.

"My name is Emiya Arturia, Sir Lancelot, your master is my husband." Lancelot nodded and bowed in respect. "However, before that, my name was Arturia Pendragon, son of Uther Pendragon, former wielder of Caliburn and once proud King Arthur of Britain."

Lancelot jerked his head up so fast that Shirou believed that he had broken it.

The noble knight, however, was left speechless as he stared at the woman who had introduced herself to him. He looked at her straighter now, wondering if such a bold claim could be true. He remembered the hair to be similar, even if he remembered it to be shorter; the eyes were the same greenish golden color. However, while he knew King Arthur to be a woman, the person before him was much older than the person he remembered. Still, Lancelot could remember the righteous attitude of his king. He remembered it so because it was said righteousness that drove him to madness. He wanted nothing but his king's anger on him for falling in love with the Queen, but instead his King did nothing to him. Suddenly, Lancelot found himself short of breath, unable to look at the woman in the eye for as he looked in recognition at his king crossing his arms like that. Arturia flinched when she saw recognition on her friend's eyes.

"I truly missed you my friend. Please do not bow to me as I truly wronged you in many ways. I do not deserve your respect."

Lancelot looked at her in surprise and saw that she was kneeling in front of him, even lower than he was.

"H…how can you say that my king, it was I who betrayed you. I just could not stop loving Guinevere." Arturia nodded and then looked at her most faithful friend in the eye.

"It is true. You did love her, and she deserved your love for all the sacrifice she had made for me, just to keep appearances. It killed me to see how the kingdom treated its heroes and I should have done more to you, Sir Lancelot, and for that I'm truly sorry." Shirou knew that his wife needed to have this conversation with his servant and turned to keep watch for any enemies.

His bounded field would do the trick, but if that conversation reached enemy's ears and even the association, they would be in deep trouble. He could see that Sir Lancelot was in defiance over his own oath to serve the king as a Knight and truly forgive both her and even himself for the history they shared together. From the memories he had seen of his life, this bond between Arturia and Lancelot had only flashes, but she had confided in him of her sorrow after what happened between her strongest knight and the Queen. It was after all the event that triggered the downfall of her kingdom.

She explained to him that Sir Tristan, before leaving the Knights of the Round Table, said to her that she did not understand the hearts of men.

From that point onwards, it became hell for her and even Lancelot when his relationship with Guinevere was revealed by those who tried opposing the King.

Arturia had explained a lot of her life as a servant to Lancelot. When they fought each other in the Fourth Grail War, she was the one who killed him, despite Lancelot not remembering a thing. She then explained how she met her husband as she was his servant in the Fifth Grail War and then how she had won the last war, allowing her to make a wish to the grail to have another life with Shirou. Lancelot was hearing it all while looking at his master from the corner of his eyes. He could feel his king's love for this man. Lancelot was surprised when Arturia revealed to him her former wish to the Grail before meeting with Shirou. So much so, that he became angry at her. It was not anger at her, but rather anger at her way of thinking.

"How could you say that, my King…everyone followed you because of you, not because of the Sword. Everyone…me, Sir Gawain, Sir Tristan, Bedivere, even Mordred in the beginning, served your lead."

Arturia already knew how he would react to her thinking of herself as a failure of a king.

"Trust me Sir Lancelot that before I met my husband, I had spent millennia considering that if the sword were to pick another king, the kingdom would be better protected."

Her voice was hollow and her eyes looked far away as Lancelot was fiercely nodding his head in the negative.

"However, despite his young age, my husband had shown wisdom and had knocked some sense into my rather stubborn head. He said that if another was chosen by the sword, then none of my exploits, none of my knight's exploits would have existed, thus erasing not only me but them as well from the existence of time. With that, I truly pondered. I still considered myself a failure, but my knights were not." Lancelot once more looked at Shirou from the corner of his eyes as a proud smile could be seen on Lancelot's face. Despite how his king was downplaying her own worth, her tone of voice was firm and decisive. From what she had explained to him, it appeared that it was not any of her knights who had saved his king, but a man from the future and from a distant land no less.

Lancelot and Arturia got up at the same time and Lancelot once more bowed to her in reverence, but she could see a contented smile on his face.

Lancelot then turned to Shirou.

"Master, it fills my heart with joy seeing that you saved my king and showed her the happiness she deserves. It was truly mine and Guinevere's wish to lessen some of her burden, but neither of us ever achieved our wish. As my master, you should know that my wish for the Grail was for my king to punish me for the crimes I committed back then. It was because of not being judged by her, that I lost myself in madness trying to atone for my mistakes. If she had judged me, then I would not have become such a burden."

Shirou understood that in more ways that the man realized, for as he rarely wished to become a burden on others.

Arturia crossed her arms at her knight with a look of reproach.

"I would never judge you for that Sir Lancelot as I have explained that to you." Lancelot only smiled, though.

"Yes, you did. Now it became clear to me, my king, that in truth, I was not a burden to you, hence my wish to the Grail is no longer necessary. With this, I could finally rest, knowing that you have found happiness. Master, please know that my oath to you goes way beyond the mere limits of the Grail. You have provided my king a great service and it's only honorable of me to retribute your efforts with my sword." Shirou understood that the man had a high sense of honor, perhaps even greater than his wife. And it would be disrespectful to not accept it, however he only had a slight objection.

"The honor is all mine, Sir Lancelot. Though I have only one requirement of you." Lancelot kneeled in respect.

"Just ask and I shall comply."

"Please do not call me master. To this day, hearing it feels weird. Just Shirou is sufficient." Lancelot looked at him with an eyebrow raised and Arturia laughed.

"Also, please refrain from calling me 'my king'. The enemy and anyone else would make the connection immediately. Just Arturia will be fine, please remember that."

Shirou nodded at that as he explained to Lancelot that her true identity is and shall remain a secret from the Association. Lancelot understood the need for secrecy, and he would be damned if he caused yet another situation to befall her. Being from the age where witches and magus were not to be trusted, Lancelot did not even need to be told twice about it. He knew about his king's sister Morgana and how she became a thorn in his king's kingdom.

"Okay with the introductions over with, I guess it's time for us to go to this church and meet the one called as support of the red faction."

Arturia and Lancelot nodded as Lancelot dematerialized.

===Bucharest City===

It was already day time when Shirou and Arturia walked towards the church location.

Just like it happened in the fifth war, she did not want to get inside a church. Truth be told, Shirou did not wish for her to get involved with the members of the association at least until he came to know their identities and also who to trust…if that was possible. Arturia was nowadays very different from Saber, but these people could not be trusted. So, Shirou had come to the decision that they would play an independent role in this war. While not averse to fighting together if necessary, Shirou would do battle on his own. He had Arturia and Lancelot with him. They both were servants in terms of skills and Shirou himself would battle among them. The black faction would not be able to attack them so easily.

His arrows would make sure of that.

This church he was supposed to go in was rather inconspicuous. As he watched for thirty minutes, he could not see people going in our out. They were now sitting on a bench far away, but close enough for Shirou to see the church, using his reinforced eyes. He turned to his wife and nodded at her. She would stay where she was for the time being. Anything happened and he would send help from their internal link. He kissed her forehead and then walked towards the church. As soon as Shirou left, Arturia released a sigh and noticed the local people roaming around ignorant of the fights that were soon to commence.

Shirou walked inside the Church and saw the seats to be empty. A person wearing a priest robes was close to the aisle. Shirou could see gray spike hair and he could feel great amount of mana from this person, in levels that surpassed a normal magus, baring on a servant's level, which raised his suspicions even more. As soon as Shirou closed the door, he made his position known to the priest.

"I had an appointment here, were you the right one for me to call?"

"Nice to meet you…I'm the acting director. Kotomine Shirou."

Shirou narrowed his eyes at the man who had the same name as him and same surname as the priest from the fifth war.

"Emiya Shirou, do you know someone by the name of Kotomine Kirei?" The priest smiled at the question.

"Ah yes, a distant relative of mine, so you're the one who participated in the fifth grail war in Fuyuki. What about your servant?"

Before Shirou could say anything, Lancelot materialized next to him, though the man's face was hidden by a helmet.

'Something is not right here, Shirou…allow me to stay here'.

Shirou nodded and then turned to the priest Shirou who turned to introduce his own servant, who materialized next to him.

It was a woman wearing long black dress and had long dark hair with golden spikes in her palms.

"Assassin of Red…True name is Semiramis. We are counting on you, Emiya Shirou is it?" Lancelot did not feel the need to introduce himself other than simply state that he was Saber of Red, which Kotomine Shirou simply smiled on the outside. Both Lancelot and Shirou were getting bad vibes from this person as neither were able to tell if the man was trustworthy or not. When introductions were over, they took a seat on the church benches as Kotomine Shirou reported their status.

"Most of the black side servants have already been summoned. Among them, Lancer of Black, the servant which we presume to be Vlad III, will be especially dangerous." Shirou remembered the name from Waver's notes, that this Vlad III was one of the possible servants that could pose a threat, seeing as this servant would receive a power boost from the country they were in and its reputation. This special attribute did not happen in Fuyuki, since all of the servants from his war were not from the region of Fuyuki. So, not only the ley lines here were stronger, but also there was the point of seeing which servant got a power boost from the region or the reputation.

Wonderful.

"And what about our servants?"

"They are indeed outstanding...at least in terms of quality."

Shirou then looked closely at Semiramis and could feel how powerful she was. The woman in question only smirked at being observed.

She then turned to look at Lancelot who barely looked at her in contempt, before she smirked once more.

"Also, I need to tell that a Ruler-class servant has also been confirmed." Emiya Shirou looked at the priest in wonder.

"A fifteenth servant…Ruler…"

"Ruler is the class that organizes a Holy Grail war. It's only natural for one to be summoned for this Great Holy Grail War." Shirou wondered about that information. In his war, were only seven servants and seven masters and no faction to divide the masters. While the masters could form alliances with each other, they were really on their own. Now, this war had fourteen servants and fourteen masters forming two factions. And now a Ruler Servant to oversee the war.

Kotomine Shirou then got up from his bench.

"Now, how about we join the other masters." Shirou looked at the priest from the corner of his eyes and negated.

This was indeed what he had planned on not doing for the duration of this war.

"There is no need for that… we will handle things on our own. Saber here has enough power to fight battles solo, too." Kotomine Shirou, despite not agreeing, simply smiled.

"Oh…do you not enjoy group activities?" Shirou had a distant look in his eyes.

"There is one way of putting it…I just don't get along with other magus, no offense."

Shirou opened the door to leave the church, before he heard the woman servant give him a piece of warning.

"The enemy's completely established itself as an army. If you move on your own accord, we're sure to suffer some inconveniences. Why the hesitation?"

"Well, I have the means of fighting armies, no worries about that. Sorry about this, Priest Kotomine." Once alone, inside the church, Semiramis snorted at the insolence as Kirei…well, he just kept smiling with his eyes closed.

"He is on guard against us and we couldn't learn Saber's true name, either. The servant blocked my thoughts with a noble phantasm." Semiramis crossed her arms.

"What should we do? They should be dealt with quickly."

"For now, they are allies. We will keep up with the plan…"

Once outside the church, Shirou walked towards Arturia's location, while having a conversation with Lancelot. The knight shared his perception about this Semiramis person and compared her to Morgan le Fey from his time, saying that a person like that could not be trusted. Shirou concurred, though he was more worried about the priest than the servant. Lancelot concurred with his master that it would be safer not to join forces for now as they could pick their battles against the black faction. As soon as Shirou reached Arturia's bench, Lancelot had dematerialized and Shirou urged his wife to go back to their rented apartment for the day as he would make lunch for them. Of course, Arturia eagerly accepted.

Seeing as after the church, they did not have many things to do, Shirou had cooked lunch to both her and Lancelot.

While the servant shared that he did not need to eat, Shirou simply ignored it and served him all the same.

It was a plus that the Association would be paying for their meal, so Shirou ran loose at the local market, purchasing all kinds of food for him to prepare.

Arturia confided that Lancelot was a sucker for meat back in the day, so Shirou had acquired some filet mignon for them added by some ingredients for a western sauce that Shirou learned from a magazine once. Lancelot could also see how much his king enjoyed Shirou's cooking as she probably ate even more than he did. After their lunch, Lancelot saw that Arturia and Shirou moved on to the apartment's main bedroom for some Rest and Recovery (and perhaps other activities) and dematerialized. He would keep guard for them outside the apartment.

===At night===

The couple was aimlessly strolling around town for a while as they would then leave shortly for Trifas.

Still, Arturia wished to get to know the city a bit, even if they both knew that this city was controlled by the Yggdmillenia. As far as everyone was concerned, they were nothing but a merry couple holding hands while walking around town. Their activities from this afternoon still in their minds as Arturia hugged Shirou's arms. Despite being in the middle of the war, they were at ease with each other. Unlike the other war, there was no time limit for Arturia to be with her beloved husband, there was no anxiety in wondering about a wish or if the grail would grant it. Their objective was merely to keep others from obtaining it, period. While the servants in this war was perhaps stronger than the ones they fought with the exception of Heracles, they had now more experience and Shirou had even more tools under his belt to use at a moment's notice, should the need arise.

Not to mention they had Lancelot with them.

As such, neither were bothered as they heard steps running forward, until they came face to face with a small army of people and even what looked like rock golems.

Lancelot materialized next to them.

"Lancelot, you and Arturia can deal with the Golems while I deal with the rest."

Both knights smirked at one another and Arturia had wanted to kiss Shirou for this opportunity.

Arondight started glowing in dark blue energy as Lancelot took the ones from the left while Arturia ushered Excalibur from her scabbard and took the ones from the right. The both of them were a blur in terms of sword movement, until the golems were sliced into million pieces. Lancelot then took a couple more behind them while Arturia slashed on another that tried attacking her. The army of golems were all turned to nothing but rock in less than a couple of minutes as Arturia inspected the crystal on the ground.

Shirou, in the meantime, was fighting with Kanshou and Bakuya against three homunculi at the same time.

His swift movements would use one to parry and another to strike, constantly on the move, never only defending, never only attacking. In no time, the enemies had enough cuts on their bodies that they fainted from blood loss. Shirou then blocked a couple of arrows that came from the roof and turned his swords into his black iron longbow. In seconds, the homunculi had an arrow in all four of their limbs, dealing with them with swift precision.

Lancelot and Arturia then joined him as he watched the enemies that he had dealt with.

The injuries he gave them would not be life-threatening to a human or even a magus. Which meant that these were homunculus.

"So, the Yggdmillenia must have a small army of homunculi to use at will."

Shirou remembered his sister and could not help but disapprove even more of magus who would use homunculi like cannon fodder.

"Still, I must praise you Shirou for such skill with the dual swords, though I must commend your archery even more. It was like having Sir Tristan with us once more before that imbecile decided to leave us." Arturia nodded in slight sadness, as she remembered the phrase that used to haunt her until she became Shirou's servant. Still, she had also fond memories of her battles with her knights by her side, both Sir Lancelot and Sir Tristan. Comparing Shirou with Tristan was quite adequate, after all.

"I appreciate the complement Lancelot, but I was not aiming for any vital points, but still they all died."

Which was in fact even more impressive in the knight's eyes as he considered that he did not need to worry about his master.

Arturia looked around, but found no one nearby aside from rocks and dead bodies.

There was none of the black faction servants nearby, which meant that they were being tested.

"To antagonize us so wildly like that and in the middle of the city no less." Shirou ushered them to go, since they now needed to head to Trifas.

Little did they know that their battle prowess was being watched by the black faction family.

===Road to Trifas===

It was well past midnight, when a teenage girl wearing a dark blue school uniform was seen on the back of a small SUV pick-up as she hitchhiked towards the town of Trifas.

She had very long blond hair, tied up in a long pony tail and amethyst-colored eyes. For all intents and purposes, it looked like it was a simple teenage girl crossing Romania for a field trip. However, her appearance was deceiving as this person happened to also be the Ruler Servant of the Grail War. Being a special case of servant, however, since the heroic spirit had actually took possession of the body of a teenage girl named Laeticia. Her attention turned to something on the road, before she addressed the man who was driving her to stop the car and leave her there.

"I can't leave a young lady on such a dark road." Still, Laeticia simply asked again and the man complied, leaving her alone in the middle of the dark road.

"I take it that you are servant Ruler." Laeticia looked up to see a servant looking at her. "Prepare yourself."

The girl did not have time before the servant dropped like a missile and stroke her. From the smoke, a different Laeticia emerged, now battle ready with a set of armor and what appeared to be a lance flag. Her attacker emerged from the smoke as she recognized the servant who had assaulted her. Silver spiky and unruly hair, this strange man had a sharpe gaze as he looked at his now enemy. A red stone could be seen on his chest surrounded by a set of golden armor held by a black fur. A golden lance of similar design to his armor was on his hand as he approached the Ruler Servant.

"Lancer of Ref, son of Surya, the Sun God. You must be the Heroic Spirit, Karna."

"I am the Ruler of the Holy Grail War, Jeanne D'Arc. Do you understand the meaning behind challenging me?"

"It is unwise for you to speak of things you already comprehend. Understand that because I am here, it is a clear declaration of war."

"What meaning is there in taking me down?"

"I know not the reason of my master's commands. As per our contract, I adhere to his orders." Karna extended his lance before it burned like the sun. Jeanne D'Arc had prepared for the assault, wondering what the Red Faction was thinking in attacking her. However, before Karna moved to attack, the Lancer of Red had to block a sword on his back courtesy of Saber of Black. Saber of Black then released a green energy blast at Karna, who parried it with his lance.

"You must be Saber of Black. Which means your objective here is also Ruler." The man known as Siegfried simply stood in front of Karna.

Jeanne D'Arc looked at a fat man who presented himself as the Saber of Black's master named Gorges Musik Yggdmillenia, before accusing the Lancer of Red for breaking the rules by attacking Ruler. It was obvious however that Gorges was looking into getting a favor from the Ruler Servant. However, now a servant from each side was present. And Siegfried and Karna began battling against each other, each releasing powerful energy while fighting in close range, causing mayhem in their midst. Ruler and Gorges looked at the battle, just as a car stopped behind them. Shirou and Arturia quickly got out of the car just as Lancelot materialized behind them. The couple watched the fight and Lancelot pointed out the identity of the servants fighting it out.

Gorges was bothering Ruler demanding her to fight alongside his Saber, before he recognized Shirou as a master from the Red Side.

"Ah, a dog from the Magus Association, I shall take you on."

Shirou and Arturia narrowed their eyes at the man as Shirou ushered Lancelot to help Lancer against the Black Saber. Lancelot nodded leaving Arturia and Shirou alone as he attacked Siegfried from behind. Siegfried and Lancer stopped fighting as Lancelot approached. The three deadly servants stood eyeing each other as Karna turned to Lancelot.

"Saber of Red, I take it. Though I do wonder what you are doing here?" Lancelot looked at Lancer and smirked.

"Merely following the commands of my master…same as you" Karna smirked as they both turned on Siegfried to attack him together.

Gorges on the other hand tried throwing a strange looking grenade at Shirou, who did not hesitate and released his reinforced arrows in retaliation One met the grenade right before it left Gorges' hands as it exploded in blue energy and the rest of the arrows pierced both his shoulders. The fat Yggdmillenia snarled at Shirou and saw that the man was threatening him with another projectile. Gorges was considered an alchemist in the same rankings as the Einzbern family, but not a good fighter overall. Snarling, he used a command seal.

"Saber of Black, by the power of the command seal, I order you to take me back to the castle."

Siegfried was about to be skewered by both Lancer's spear and Lancelot's Arondight when he vanished, taking his master away with him.

When Lancelot turned to Karna, he was already gone as well, just as the sun rose in the horizon.

Shirou and Arturia were now alone with Ruler as Shirou introduced himself.

"I figure you must be Ruler, pleased to meet you…"

"You are Saber of Red's master."

"Yes, Emiya Shirou and this is my wife Emiya Arturia, and you are?" Jeanne D'Arc looked at the woman next to the master and found her to be quite beautiful, dressed in battle armor. Though she was not a master in this war.

"Jeanne D'Arc, Ruler servant. Are you here to attack me as well like Lancer of Red did?"

Shirou looked surprised at the notion, wondering why the red faction would choose to do something like this.

"No, I'm not. From what I understand, you are not a part of this war, merely an overseer. So, I would not have a reason to attack you. We were merely passing by on our way to Trifas when we sensed the heavy usage of mana in here." Jeanne D'Arc spent some time looking at Shirou and nodded as she found truth in his words. She could see that despite having a great amount of mana for a magus, this Shirou person had a smooth calming aura. Jeanne then turned to see her bag and sighed once she saw that it was all ruined. Shirou and Arturia followed her line of sight as both recognized that perhaps this servant was like her in some ways when Arturia was a servant and needed clothes to mingle with the crowd.

Though similar, however, the truth of the matter is that the spirit of Jeanne D'Arc took over the body of Laeticia.

"Well, not to sound like I'm gaining any favors here, but if you wish, we could take you to Trifas and then we can help you buy some clothes."

Jeanne D'Arc looked at the master and negated.

"I appreciate the offer, but I cannot preserve fairness if I do so."

Though she was truly pondering how Laeticia would be able to walk around with no clothes. Arturia smiled at the teenager and took a step forward.

"Jeanne D'Arc, as his wife, I can vouch that all my husband really wants is to help you get settled. After we arrive in Trifas and help you, we will part ways, no strings attached." Being rather interested in European history after her own downfall, Arturia was aware of the story of Jeanne D'Arc in France and how she had fought in the War of the 100 Years in France. She could feel great respect for a fellow female fighter in history facing against impossible odds.

"Well, perhaps I can accept it, though please understand that my position in this war is of neutrality."

Both Shirou and Arturia nodded as they helped Jeanne gather the rest of Laeticia's destroyed clothes and then the three of them got inside Shirou's rental car. Though both were surprised when a more teenager like voice came from the Ruler servant and started bombarding them with questions about their matrimony. Then they came to know from the girl named Laeticia that she had offered her body to Jeanne D'Arc. Both Shirou and Arturia sweat dropped at the girl's eagerness to hear about their romantic relationship. While they could omit certain aspects of how they came to meet, the rest could be explained as Arturia would tell the girl bits and pieces about them as a couple.

Author Note

Well, that is it for now.

Please tell me your thoughts as we progress in Fate Aprocrypha.

Personally, I enjoyed writing about the prospects of Lancelot and Arturia fighting together with Shirou providing support from afar with his arrows. This way, Lancelot and Arturia can go back in time to their partnership in fighting together. Also, yes, the couple will have more moments with Jeanne D'Arc in the future as they will constantly meet her in the battlefield.
