"FARRAH'S FAIRYTALE NIGHT"

"Thanks, Farrah!"

"No problem. Just enjoy your night," Farrah waved as another satisfied classmate returned to the dance floor. The girl had spilled some punch all over her dress and went to the future Fairy Godmother to help her fix it. The stain would return at midnight but by then the dance would already be over.

Earlier that night, Farrah had granted Gabriel Lighthart his wish to make him taller. He wanted it to be a surprise for Holly so they could dance together and not look silly. Although Farrah knew it didn't bother Holly, Gabriel just wanted Thronecoming to be perfect for her and wished to be tall like all the other boys. It was so heartfelt, Farrah couldn't help but grant it and she was pleased to see Holly and Gabriel were having a wonderful night, even if they didn't need little Gabe to be tall to have it.

It made the fairy sigh. Her destiny was to help Ashlynn Ella get her Happily Ever After. That was her role and she was happy about it. After all, she enjoyed helping others, granting them their wishes. Still, sometimes she wished to have her own Prince Charming to sweep her off her feet.

She felt a tap on her shoulder and sighed. Well, another person wanted her help tonight. She turned and saw it was Gabe.

"Gabriel," Farrah was surprised to see him again tonight. Was he unhappy about his wish already?

"Hey, Farrah. I noticed you were standing here by yourself," Gabe said.

"Well, nobody's asked me to dance," Farrah replied.

"Well, then it's OK if you'd have a dance with me?"

Farrah looked at him, surprised.

"A-are you really asking me for a dance?" she asked, her cheeks darkening.

"Well, yeah. You really helped me out tonight and I wanted to thank you somehow." Gabe offered her his hand. "So, may I have this dance, Ms. Goodfairy?"

"Well," Farrah took his hand, smiling. "Certainly, Sir Lighthart."

Gabe smiled and pulled her onto the dance floor with him. He gently took hold of her waist while Farrah wrapped her arms behind his neck. With the slow music playing, the two swayed to the beat.

"A-are you sure Holly doesn't mind?" Farrah asked, somewhat nervously. She was enjoying the moment, but she didn't want to cause problems with Holly and Gabe's night.

"It's fine. If anything, Holly insisted we have something special done for you," Gabe smiled.

"O-oh," Farrah murmured, still blushing as she decided to enjoy the chance to dance like a princess in the arms of a knight in shining armor.

The song sank into a beautiful orchestra version of Beauty and the Beast, letting the couples sway and dance in time with the tune. Farrah found herself sinking closer into Gabe's chest. About halfway through the song, Farrah found herself embracing Gabe completely and listening to his heartbeat. It was a magical moment for her, now truly feeling like she was a princess at the ball.

Was this what it felt like when she granted a wish for her friends?

When the song ended, their dance was over, but Farrah was still lost in the mood.

"Farrah, the song's over," Gabe informed her.

"O-oh!" Farrah blinked, his voice bringing her back to reality. She blushed as they separated. "Thank you for the dance, Gabriel."

"It was my pleasure," Gabe smiled.

Feeling bold, she planted a kiss on his cheek for being a gentleman. Gabriel blushed and rubbed his cheek shyly while Farrah gave him a smile as she went to speak with some of her friends. Many looked like they were ready to gush over her dancing with the newly grown Gabriel.

It went without saying that Farrah had a wonderful time at the Thronecoming Dance as she felt like a princess that night.

KRC: This takes place during Thronecoming Part 3. I saw how Farrah helped Gabe so he could be taller and dance with Holly without looking silly. I thought it would be nice for her to have a dance with a knight and feel like a princess. So, I had Gabe have a dance with her to show his gratitude.
