AN: I'm happy to hear all of the positive feedback from my last chapter. I honestly thought that Revenge of the Vilgaxs was the best chapter so far.

To Rift Hero: Yeah, I kinda noticed that I'm the only one who has done this. Quite a head scratcher how no one else has done it.

Chapter 11: Return to the Prime

The Proto-TRUK was towing Kevin's car in the trailer, and the Rustbucket was following it. Rook was in the driver's seat of the Proto-TRUK with Prime Kevin in the shotgun, Zed in the middle, and Blukic and Driba in the back. Max was driving the Rust Bucket with Prime Ben behind him and Reboot Ben in the seat next to Prime Ben. Prime Ben was in the back trying to teach her Reboot counterpart some new tricks.

"I still can't believe that you were the same kind of Plumber that Ben and Rook are," Reboot Ben said.

"I was just a guy doing a job," Max humbly said, "officially, the Plumbers I worked with and I didn't exist. We were the guys who fixed the problems that no one else could. Extraterrestrial, extrasensory, and extraordinary. Believe me, I wanted to tell you guys, but there are protocols."

"So every time I went hero, I was following in your footsteps. I'm a Plumber in training," Reboot Ben said, " Though, I'm surprised Phil came for Ben and I instead of you."

"Oh, I'm just retired that's all. I retired a decade ago and I haven't been in my full prime since," Max said, "Thought I'd just get in the way. Phil however only retired a few weeks before you and Gwen first met him, and he was the brains of the team so I thought that he'd be best suited for the task. Plus, he wanted to get back in action again and I couldn't talk him out of it."

Back with the Gwens, there was a bunch of stuff on the table including unsharpened pencils, a pen, a few books, some paper clips, etc.

"Okay just like we practiced," Prime Gwen said.

"Got it," Reboot Gwen said before putting out her hands, "Contemptu omnium materia."

With that, Reboot Gwen used telekinesis and the objects floated. She had more control than last time.

"Alright. Way to go," Prime Gwen said, congratulating her Reboot counterpart, "next we'll be covering telepathy and dowsing."

"Hey guys, we're here," Prime Ben said.

Everyone got out of their respective vehicles and came to a local shop that read "Max's Plumbing".

"This is how we're gonna be getting to Plumber headquarters," Rook said.

"I was expecting something more… breathtaking," Reboot Ben said.

"How can a base take away someone's ability to breath?" Rook asked.

"Earth expression dude," Prime Ben said.

Everyone went into the shop and the shopkeeper pointed them into the storage room.

"Hey, the sign said authorized access only," Reboot Gwen said.

"We are authorized," Prime Kevin said.

Ben felt a wall before finding a tile and sliding it open revealing a high-tech security device. Ben looked at the device to receive a retinal scan and entered a code in the keypad.

"Access granted. Welcome Ben Tennyson," the device said.

With that, the road in front of the Proto-TRUK opened up. Everyone got back into the vehicles and drove into the opening. They were all then consumed in a flash of green light and disappeared.

Plumber Headquarters…

Everyone was teleported to the hanger of a space station orbiting Earth. Everyone got out and Reboot Ben and Reboot Gwen we're in awe. The Prime cast directed everyone to an elevator and they arrived in the main quarters of the space station.

"Woah! We're in space," Reboot Ben said, noticing the view from the windows.

"It's good to be home," Driba said.

"Sure is," Blukic said.

Prime Ben, Prime Gwen, and Rook walked over to the Magister of Earth. The Magister wore a black shirt, covered by a red buttoned-up Hawaiian shirt with a floral design. He had grey hair and white pants, as well as grey shoes with black bottoms. He had wrinkles and light gray hair.

"Hey Grandpa Max," Prime Ben said to the Magister, who was the Prime version of Max.

Prime Max turned to see Prime Ben and Rook before hugging his grandkids and releasing them, "Hey, good to see you kiddos. How's it going?"

"Just fine," Prime Ben said.

"How was that road trip you all went on?" Prime Max asked.

"Pretty interesting to say the least," Gwen said.

"We, however, had to return. We encountered some pressing concerns," Rook said, showing Prime Max the Reboot cast.

"Let me guess, bidimensional crisis," Prime Max asked.

"Yep, the normal extremes," Prime Ben responded.

Max walked over to the Reboot cast to introduce himself.

"Hey there. You probably already know this, but the name's Max Tennyson," Prime Max greeted, "You must be the other me, and these two must be the other Ben and Gwen."

"Yeah," Reboot Max responded, "How's it going."

"I do not mean to interrupt, but we have pressing matters," Rook said.

"Yeah, our Vilgax has sided with the Vilgax of their universe," Prime Gwen said.

"They've also recruited some associates and assembled their own legion," Prime Kevin said, "These associates include Albedo, Khyber, and the other me."

"That's what happened to Khyber and Albedo during their disappearance," Prime Max said, "The question is: How?"

"The two Vilgaxs are using an interdimensional teleportation device to recruit allies from our world and theirs, as well as to send the Chimerian Hammer and themselves to travel anywhere in both worlds," Rook explained.

"That is concerning," Prime Max said.

"What's more, the other Kevin isn't Osmosian, but he has a knockoff Omnitrix that turns him into alien Malware hybrids," Prime Ben said.

"Even after his death, Malware continues to spread chaos in more ways than one," Prime Max said, "Do we have any good news?"

"Actually, yeah," Prime Ben said before holding up his Omnitrix, "I got a few new aliens. Overflow, Tear-Wolf, Slapback, and Shock Rock. And that's not all. I have an Omni-Kix function on my Omnitrix that encases my aliens in high-tech battle armor. It's gonna come it handy against the Ultimatrix and the Nemetrix."

"Good to hear. Now how about you take our counterparts on a tour of the Plumber base while the rest of us assess the situation?" Prime Max asked.

"I was wondering when you would get to a tour," Prime Ben said before going over to the Reboot cast, "Now this is the central quarters, where all the important stuff takes place. If you follow me, you will see the elevator again."

The Reboot cast followed Prime Ben into the elevator where they continued the tour while Prime Gwen, Prime Kevin, and Rook explained the situation to Prime Max.

Some time later…

"And this is Blukic and Driba's laboratory. This is where they build something, screw up, and everything goes wrong," Prime Ben said, showing them to Blukic and Driba's lab.

"Hey, I will have you know that I never screw anything up," Driba said.

"Yes you do," Blukic said.

"No I don't," Driba said

"Yeah, I'm with Blukic on this one," Prime Ben said.

"Ben, we need you in the main quarters," Prime Max said over the intercom.

"Sounds like the tour has been postponed," Reboot Gwen said.

With that, they all went back to the main quarters.

"Great you could make it here," Prime Max said, "There's been an alert in Undertown saying that there have been sightings of Psyphon's goons in discrete areas. I want you and Rook to check it out."

"Got it," Prime Ben said, "mind if we take the kids too?"

Prime Max paused before saying, "As long as they don't compromise the mission."

Prime Ben turned to Reboot Ben and Reboot Gwen before saying, "So kids, how'd you two like to see Undertown?"

"Would I? I can't think of anything I'd rather do than visit Undertown!" Reboot Ben said.

"Me neither! I bet it'll be amazing!" Reboot Gwen said, "But out of curiosity can we ask you something?"

"Anything," Prime Ben said.

"What's Undertown?" Reboot Ben and Reboot Gwen said in unison.

Undertown…

Both Bens, Rook, and Reboot Gwen were browsing through a subterranean alien city under the Earth's surface where humans and many kinds of alien species live and thrive below Bellwood.

"There is an entire city of aliens under Bellwood?!" Reboot Ben asked with stars in his eyes.

"Man, you guys must come here often," Reboot Gwen said, also having starry eyes.

"As a matter of fact, we do," Prime Ben said, "whether it's browsing, an assignment, or just getting some downtime."

"How many aliens live here?" Reboot Ben asked.

"Many different species," Rook said, "Tetramands, Florauna, Petrosapiens, Uxorites, Lenopans, Lewodans, Atrocians and many more. There is even a colony of Nosedeenians helping power the subterranean city. It originally started as many camps beneath the surface of Bellwood after a battle required them to secretly help with repairs, but overtime these camps formed a city of their own. It was secret to the residents of Bellwood until the Incursion invasion. Both humans and aliens united to drive the Incursions off and many armies have risen to drive Incursions from the other planets they invaded, decreasing the size of their empire to a third of what it used to be. Nowadays many people and alien ambassadors are collaborating on an ambassador project to allow humans and aliens to live in harmony with one another, and it is already a whopping success, attracting any alien tourists, immigrants, and refugees."

"Mind blown," Reboot Ben said.

"I still can't believe this place," Reboot Gwen said, "let's look around."

Reboot Ben and Gwen still looked around at everything to be seen. We are introduced to a few scenes of them browsing.

Reboot Ben walks up to a stand being run by an alien who looks like a pink rabbit with metal parts near his yellow eyes, and wears a white tank top shirt and pink pants. He has one white buck tooth. He has hairs coming out from his chin.

"Tentacles on a stick. So fresh they grab you," the Tentacle Vendor said.

Reboot Ben got nervous around the tentacles. He gulped and went to browse elsewhere.

Gwen came across a stand being run by Sock Vendor. He is a small, blue robot with silver armor covering his body. He has big yellow eyes with thick black outlines. He has four short legs and two, somewhat long arms with four fingers. His legs and arms are shinier than his body and he has lines on them. His helmet makes him look like he has a nose. He has a headlight on the middle of his armor which is yellow and has the same colored cover as his body.

"Tube socks! Grouped in pairs! Grouped in threes! Grouped in fives! Guaranteed to fit any tube!" Sock Vendor said.

Gwen decided to take a look at some socks, but noticed that a majority of them wouldn't fit on her feet. She went off back to the others.

The two cousins stumbled upon what looked like an ice cream stand and decided to check it out. Prime Ben and Rook noticed them and got in line with them.

"First time having Tiffin flavored ice cream, huh?" Prime Ben asked.

"Tiffin?" Prime Gwen asked.

"Tiffin are infant Lewodans. Though this treat uses certain ingredients other than Tiffin to replicate the taste," Rook said.

Reboot Ben and Gwen looked at each other, not sure how to feel about eating baby-flavored ice cream.

"Trust me guys, this stuff is pretty good," Prime Ben said, "And Rook is right, I've checked the ingredients, you've got nothing to worry about."

Meanwhile…

Somewhere in the shady bit of Undertown, a gang of thugs was collecting resources for a machine. Among these thugs was a pink caterpillar-like alien wearing a life-support power armor. The armor is mainly silver except the torso which is black with purple accents. He wears purple gloves and has three sharp claws on each of his hands. He has a prominent blue round helmet. He was Bubble Helmet.

Bubble Helmet was carrying some sort of energy sphere and went into a building that the thugs were guarding. Inside the building was a large device akin to a giant engine or reactor. Bubble Helmet brought out the orb to a man in the shadows.

"You said this is what you wanted. Is it not?" Bubble Helmet asked, "I want in on this plan of yours. Especially when it seems to involve a bomb."

The man came out of the shadows, revealing his appearance. He has a slim, skeletal appearance. His body is white with a head fin. This fin is rounded, like a spike, and is mostly black with two white stripes. His lips and around his eyes are black while his eyes are red with slit pupils. He has no visible nose. He wears a black robe, a brace-like chestplate with metal and red bars on it, and fingerless gloves. His robe has long sleeves, three metal bars on each side, red markings on his shoulders, and reaches to his knees, resembling a long coat. Three bolts are on each side of his neck, legs, and arms and he has spikes on both hands and feet. The man from the shadows was Psyphon.

"You got me exactly as I instructed," Psyphon said, "and I'll let you in on my plan as I was going to announce it anyway."

"Good. Start talking," Bubble Helmet said.

"I plan having this bomb built as a means of holding all of Bellwood for ransom. If they do not comply with my demands in ten minutes after I threaten them then… boom," Psyphon explained before chuckling.

"You plan on holding the city for ransom? Nice. So how much do you want them to give you?"

"One billion taydenite shards," Psyphon said.

"What!? Are you insane? They won't be able to pay you that much," Bubble Helmet said.

Psyphon grabbed him by the collar and threw him against a pillar before grabbing him by the collar again and slamming him into the ground.

"Dolt! You think I don't know that?! Fear is my currency. The money will just be a means of keeping score. Also, this is vengeance against Tennyson. Now, I believe you have a present for me," Psyphon said before Bubble Helmet gave him the orb, "Thanks for the nuclear fusion core. Your piece is ready Doctor."

Just then, a Cerebrocrustacean came out of the shadows. He is crab-like in appearance with a somewhat robotic torso. He is noticeably stubbier than other Cerebrocrustaceans, and his head seems particularly massive. His right claw is very small, while his left is very large and spiney, causing him to resemble a fiddler crab. His carapace is purple, and is lighter-colored on his lower face and body. His eyes are pink, and he has large white-blue eyebrows and a long white-blue mustache. He has an odd symbol on his forehead, and has three upright spikes on either side of his head. He has a trident shaped machine on his brain that is visible when he opens his casing. This machine lines up the symbol on his forehead. He has two smaller machines on each side of his brain. This Cerebrocrustacean was an evil scientist called Dr. Psychobos.

"This is what has become of by far the greatest mind in the universe? Reduced to mere t-t-tech support for a group of c-c-common thugs?" Dr. Psychobos asked.

"We are no common thugs," Psyphon said, "we are going to be the terrorists who killed millions just to set an example."

Psyphon gave Dr. Psychobos the core.

"Yes. I can work with this," Dr. Psychobos said, "The bomb will be completed on schedule. Soon that Omnitrix wearing brat and all of Bellwood, and I use the terms loosely, will be eradicated."

Back with the main cast…

Our heroes were still browsing Undertown for Psyphon's goons. Reboot Ben and Gwen were still enjoying their Tiffin-flavored treats.

"Mmm! This stuff is delicious," Reboot Ben said.

"Yeah," Gwen said before a realization, "Wait, what about that mission?"

"Don't worry, we're all over it," Prime Ben said.

"Indeed," Rook said, "While you two were browsing the area, the older Ben and I went investigating and we turned up a lead."

They went to an area near a saloon-style bar known as the Black Hole. They also noticed a girl spying on something behind a building. She was wearing a purple jacket, with white fur collars and cuffs, pink stockings, and purple snow shoes. She has pinkish-red hair and a tiara with a diamond-shape at the top. She also has purple eyes and light pink skin, with two purple markings on her cheeks, and large whitish protuberances where a human's eyebrows would be.

"Hey, I know that girl," Prime Ben said before going up to her, "Hey Ester, long time no see. How's it-"

Just then, Prime Ben was silenced by the girl named Ester.

"Nice to see you too Ben," Ester said, "Now, I don't mean to be rude, but be quiet. I'm on a stakeout."

Prime Ben looked at what she was looking at and noticed Liam and Seebik hoarding parts for some sort of machine.

Liam's appearance is very chicken-like, having feathers and a beak. He also has two bandoleers connecting together on his chest. His upper half is beige, the lower half is brown, he has orange feet-like hands and sticking out of his head on the top as well as his bottom are red feathers.

Seebik has light bluish skin, purple hair, big white eyebrows, and violet face and body markings. He has a large build, and wears blue winter clothes.

"Liam and Seebik?" What are they doing?" Prime Ben asked.

"Getting parts for something. An inside man told me that Seebik went rogue. I spied on him and noticed him working for Psyphon. That's when I reported to the Plumbers," Ester said.

"That was you?" Prime Ben said.

"I think a wise decision is to be silent and listen," Rook said.

"Psyphon's gonna be quite pleased with me when he sees my parts for his machine," Seebik said.

"Bwak! You? I was doing all the heavy lifting. Bwak!" Liam said.

"And I did all the strategizing," Seebik said.

"Bwak! And I assume that having me dig in a sewage drain was strategizing. Bwak!" Liam said.

"Either way, this machine will let us hold all of Bellwood hostage for ransom. Either way, I assume that Psyphon will blow it up anyway," Seebik said.

"Is he crazy?" Ester asked.

"Yeah, and he is also going down," Prime Ben said before jumping out, "Hey Winter Wad and Chicken Little!"

"Bwak! Uh oh. It's been fun Seebik, but I gotta get running. Bwak!" Liam said before running off and leaving Seebik.

"Coward," Seebik said.

Rook and Reboot Ben came out by his side, the latter surprising Ester. Seebik stretched his arms out and swung from building to building with them, retreating.

"Come on," Rook said, "this rodent will lead us back to the nest."

With that, they all proceeded to chase Seebik.

"So Ben, you never told me you had two younger siblings," Ester said.

"Actually their alternate versions of me and Gwen from another universe. Long story," Prime Ben said.

"Feel free to tell me later," Ester said, "So how's your girlfriend?"

This question made Prime Ben blush a little before he said, "Oh, so… you've heard."

"This guy's not the only one who can swing and stretch," Reboot Ben said before hitting his Omnitrix and turning into Wildvine.

Wildvine stretched one of his arms out and swung from it. Prime Ben hit his Omnitrix and turned into Fasttrack. He is a feline-like alien with a black suit-like color scheme, and his hands, legs, neck, chest, and part of his head are colored blue. He has spike-like blades on his arms and legs, and black mask-like fins around his green eyes, as well as a triangle-shaped nose. He has periwinkle hands and feet along with light grey claws on his three toed feet. He wears a short-sleeve shirt with green sleeves, a green collar, and a green lightning bolt design going down from the collar to the belt. He wears black pants and a green with a white stripe. He wears black, fingerless gloves with a green rectangle on the back on both his hands, along with green and white striped cuffs on his wrists and ankles, and a pair of lime green triangular sunglasses. He wears the Omnitrix symbol on his belt.

"Fasttrack? I was hoping for XLR8, but Fasttrack is fast too," Fasttrack said before speeding off.

Rook grabbed Gwen and a grapple came out of his shoulder-mounted Proto-Tool before sending himself swinging on the grapple shots. Ester extended her arms to swing from the buildings like Seebik and Wildvine. Fasttrack sped up the buildings and jumped from rooftop to rooftop before Seebik ran through a tunnel. Fasttrack noticed this and to follow him to the base, he ran towards him. He ran fast enough to keep up with him, but slow enough to make Seebik think he was getting away.

Meanwhile…

Liam gave Psyphon the parts for the bomb.

"Thank you Liam. Once we activate the bomb, everyone will fear the name…" Psyphon said before being cut off.

"Ben 10! They're after me!" Seebik said, arriving before getting pinned down by Fasttrack and Wildvine.

"Nice try, Stretch Guy. But nobody outstretches Wildvine," Wildvine said.

But then, Wildvine and Fasttrack noticed all the thugs before turning back to normal. Rook, Ester, and Gwen arrived and noticed they were outnumbered by armed thugs. Seebik backed away from the heroes.

"What is that big thing?" Reboot Ben asked.

"It appears to be some sort of bomb. It could cause a very large explosion," Rook said.

"How big are we talking?" Prime Ben asked.

"An explosion radius large to take out all of Bellwood. Possibly even more," Rook answered.

"Seebik, you not only betray the Kraaho, you also plan to help kill millions?" Ester asked.

"Nothing personal, it's just business," Seebik said.

"Oh, I'll shove my foot in your business," Reboot Ben said.

"Ben Tennyson," Psychon said, coming out of the shadows on a platform, "Here to ruin my plan? I think not."

"Psyphon," Prime Ben said before noticing Dr. Psychobos beside Psyphon, "and Psychobos. Why am I not surprised?"

"That's Doctor Psychobos! And I'll have you know that we have big plans for this bomb that your partner speaks of," Dr. Psychobos said, "And we won't let even t-t-two barers of the most powerful device in the universe, and I use the term loosely, foil them."

"Seebik, you lead, not just Ben Tennyson, but an alternate version of him right to our base of operation as well?" Psyphon said before grinning, "I don't know whether to thank you… or eviscerate you."

"Uh… thank me?" Seebik nervously asked.

Psyphon then blasted Seebik with a freezing blast from a device on his wrist. This would have been enough to immobilize a target, but to Kraaho like Seebik this had fatal results. Ester and Gwen gasped in shock. Psyphon blew on his wrist device.

"Thank you," Psyphon said.

"That was just c-c-cold. No pun intended. Though his usefulness, and I use the term loosely, expired so he should do the same," Dr. Psychobos said, "Now you must be wondering what ever bec-c-came of me Ben Tennyson."

"Not even a little bit," Prime Ben said.

"Of course. You still think of me as a shortsighted egomaniac with a thing against the Galvans," Dr. Psychobos said, "However, I have pried my way back to this world just to reap my vengeance on you and you friends, and I use the term loosely."

"We plan to hold all of Bellwood for ransom. But even if we get the money we request, we'll just detonate the bomb anyway to show how fruitless their attempts are," Psyphon said, "But there is one course of action to take to make sure my plan is fool-proof."

"And what's that?" Gwen asked.

Psyphon grinned and said, "I thought that was obvious. It's to annihilate you all here and now. Sick 'em, boys!"

The thugs fired them with their blasters and everyone got out of the way. Rook dodged a few lasers blasts before jumping, landing feet-first against a wall, and jumping towards a thug, kicking him in the face. Both Bens dodged the lasers before ducking for cover to dial in an alien. Both Bens transformed.

Prime Ben transformed into Blitzwolfer. He had an appearance akin to that of a werewolf. He had grey fur, a long, flowing, dark grey mane, and a large bushy tail of the same color with four dark grey fingers with black sharp claws on each hand, sharp teeth, and the inside of his mouth and tongue were green. He has a spike on each shoulder and a spike on the back of each forearm along with a few smaller spikes. His legs are double jointed and there were two toes on the front of each foot and one on the back of each foot, each toe was dark grey with a black claw on each of them. He wears a black and mostly green suit, a green collar, and two green wristbands along with a white belt. His Omnitrix symbol is located on the collar just above his fur.

Reboot Ben transformed into a phantom/ghost-like alien with a gaseous appearance and claw-like hands, and grey skin with black lines running all over him. He has a magenta eye with a black pupil and the Omnitrix symbol peeked out of his skin on his lower left chest.

"Who's this?" Reboot Ben asked.

"Looks like Ghostfreak," Blitzwolfer said.

"Okay. How do I do telekinesis?" Ghostfreak asked.

"I don't think I got that power until six years from when I first used him. Sorry," Blitzwolfer said.

Ghostfreak gave him an annoyed and displeased look.

Blitzwolfer jumped out and fired a sonic howl. He then ran up to a thug, grabbed him, and threw him at another thug. Blitzwolfer dodged laser fire and lunged towards the goons before knocking them down and firing a sonic howl at a few more thugs. Ghostfreak turned intangible and went through laser fire before turning tangible again and using his tentacles to grab a few thugs and throw them around like rag dolls. Rook fired stun shots at a few thugs, rendering them unconscious. Gwen decided to step in so she tapped her chest to activate her armor, but it didn't work. Gwen looked down and noticed that the pin was gone and remembered that she left it in the Proto-TRUK.

"Figures," Gwen said.

Ester took Gwen to safety and went back to help the others.

"Break it up people," Blitzwolfer said before dodging laser fire, "better yet, let me break it up for you!"

Blitzwolfer ran up to the thugs and cut up their weapons with his claws before releasing another sonic howl that sent them all back. Ghostfreak phased through a few more laser blasts before using his tentacles to throw the thugs around.

Psyphon came off of the platform he was standing on and came to fight. Psyphon picked up a metal canister and threw it with enough force to send Blitzwolfer back. Blitzwolfer got back up and turned back to normal, as did Ghostfreak.

"Rook, you and Ben shut off the bomb while Ester distracts the thugs. Meanwhile I'll distract Psyphon," Prime Ben said.

Prime Ben turned into Big Chill and turned his Omnitrix symbol sideways for the Omni-Kix armor. He now has a gray plated face with green eyes with white marks under them. He has a sharp, cyan fin on each side of his face next to his eyes, and a cyan grill-plate as a mouth guard with light blue energy inside. His neck was encased in gray plating, and his chest was cyan with a gray playing on his chest with green details. He has two grey metal tubes attached to both sides of his chest and a black lower body with white plating on his hips, a green V-like part on his waist area, and a gray stomach guard with a white rim with two horizontal green lines. His shoulders are cyan with a white rim, and have a green circle with a black outline. His upper arms are grey with cyan plating and his forearms are black with cyan plating with a white rim and three green V shapes each and a small green rectangle. His hands are black and his thighs ar black with cyan plating on the sides of his thighs, cyan knee pads, and cyan plating on his leg from knee-down with a white top rim and cyan feet with black bottoms. His wings are more moth-like and the back of his wings and antennae are white while the front of the wings and antennae have blue plating. The Omnitrix symbol is located on his chest. He is now Omni-Kix Big Chill.

"What!?" Psyphon asked in shock.

"Wow! Someone's gotten some new tech," Ester said.

"Alright Psyphon," Omni-Kix Big Chill said, "It's just you, me, and a limitless supply of liquid nitrogen. Let's dance."

Psyphon fires lasers at Omni-Kix Big Chill, who evaded the blasts and turned intangible to phase through the rest. Omni-Kix Big Chill fired ice rays from his eyes at Psyphon, who created a red force field and shot a few lasers at Omni-Kix Big Chill, sending him back but he shook his head and regained composure.

"You're gonna have to try harder than that. I didn't feel a thing in this armor," Omni-Kix Big Chill said.

"Oh I wasn't even doing anything. Let's see how well you fare when I actually put in some effort," Psyphon said.

Psyphon launched a few grenades at Omni-Kix Big Chill, who turned intangible and phased through them. Omni-Kix Big Chill charged at Psyphon, but Psyphon teleported behind him and used his telekinesis to send a pile of rubble straight into Omni-Kix Big Chill.

"Okay, that's new," Omni-Kix Big Chill said.

"You aren't the only one who's gotten an upgrade. My collaboration with Dr. Psychobos has gifted me with a few new tricks up my sleeve," Psyphon said.

Psyphon blasted a red fireball at Omni-Kix Big Chill, who held his arm out and created an ice shield. Omni-Kix Big Chill fired an ice ray from his hands at Psyphon, freezing him solid, but Psyphon melted himself out of the ice and fired more flames at Omni-Kix Big Chill. Omni-Kix Big Chill got out of the way and created intangible holographic clones of himself. He sent these clones towards Psyphon, who evaded them. The clones hit the ground and detonated on impact, freezing it. Psyphon flew towards Omni-Kix Big Chill and punched him a few times. Omni-Kix Big Chill caught one of his punches and froze his arm solid. Psyphon broke the ice around his arm and ignited both his hands before firing a barrage of fireballs at Omni-Kix Big Chill, who evaded the assault and fired a freezing laser at Psyphon. Psyphon evaded the attack and the two opponents charged at each other.

Meanwhile with Rook and Reboot Ben…

Reboot Ben and Rook were inside the building to deactivate the bomb.

"Let's defuse this big bomb," Reboot Ben said.

"I don't think so," Dr. Psychobos said.

Dr. Psychobos opened up his cranium and fired electricity at the two, who dodged it. Reboot Ben transformed into Omni-Kix Heatblast and fired a blast of flames at Dr. Psychobos, who floated away from it and used his electro-telekinesis to send a bunch of tools and supplies at Omni-Kix Heatblast, hitting him.

"Tough armor, dude. And you say you're smart," Omni-Kix Heatblast said.

"Fool. I am the smartest being in the entire universe!" Dr. Psychobos said before cackling.

Dr. Psychobos fired more electricity at Omni-Kix Heatblast, who dodged it and fired a pyro laser at him. Dr. Psychobos created an electric force field around himself to shield himself from the blast and was about to fire another blast of electricity, but Rook fired a missile from his Proto-Tool at him. Dr. Psychobos dodged the missile, grabbed it with his electro-telekinesis, and threw it back at Rook, but Omni-Kix Heatblast shot the missile before it could hit Rook. Rock fired a few blasts from his Proto-Tool at Dr. Psychobos, who evaded the shots.

"Such primitive minded fools you t-two are. Your advanced technology, and I use the term loosely, is no match for my superior intellect. You are mere insects. I could crush you here and-" Dr. Psychobos bragged before being cut off by something hitting him from behind.

"Surprise," Gwen said.

Dr. Psychobos turned around to see Gwen who was making her hands glow pink and she made several objects levitate and launched them towards Dr. Psychobos, who shielded himself and opened his cranium, charging up an electric blast.

"Do you think you can defeat me, you p-primitive troglodyte? You are nothing to me you-" Psychobos said before being cut off by Omni-Kix Heatblast launching himself into the air and launching himself foot first on Dr. Psychobos' cranium, closing it and kicking him. Closing Dr. Psychobos' cranium caused the buildup electricity to fry his brain, give him a headache, and render him unconscious.

"Thanks for the save Couz," Omni-Kix Heatblast said before turning back into Reboot Ben.

"Is he gonna be okay," Gwen asked, motioning to the unconscious Cerebrocrustacean.

Ben pulled a face and winced before saying, "Probably not. That'll hurt a lot when he wakes up."

"Indeed," Rook said.

Meanwhile with Omni-Kix Big Chill and Psyphon…

Psyphon telekinetically lifted many objects and sent them at Omni-Kix Big Chill, who turned intangible and countered by sending explosive holo-clones at Psyphon, freezing him. Psyphon broke out and fired lasers at Omni-Kix Big Chill, who evaded the barrage of lasers and fired ice beams from his hands and eyes. Psyphon dodged the attack and blasted a fire beam at Omni-Kix Big Chill, who created an ice shield to block the attack.

"You may stop me, Ben Tennyson. But you won't stop my plan," Psyphon said before pulling out a remote and pushing a button on it, "I've just started the countdown. In less than ten minutes the bomb will take out all of Bellwood. I won't walk away from this, but at least I'll die the only one who destroyed Ben 10."

"Not happening," Omni-Kix Big Chill said.

Omni-Kix Big Chill created four holo-clones and he and them circled around Psyphon creating an ice trail. The clones and Omni-Kix Big Chill closed in on Psyphon and the clones exploded, trapping Psyphon in a glacier while Omni-Kix Big Chill timed out and turned back to normal.

"That's gonna take a while for you to thaw out of," Prime Ben said before making his way to the bomb.

Prime Ben and Ester joined Reboot Ben, Rook, and Gwen at the bomb and had less than five minutes left to disarm it. Dr. Psychobos got back up, though with a pounding headache.

"Fools. The bomb has already been set to blow. The entire city, and I use the term loosely, will be annihilated," Dr. Psychobos said before cackling maniacally.

"You haven't won yet Crab Cake," Reboot Ben said.

"Yeah, we still have an alien to diffuse your fireworks display," Prime Ben said.

Both Bens hit their Omnitrices and turned into their respective Grey Matters.

"If anyone can thwart your plan, it would be the geniuses of not one…" Reboot Grey Matter said.

"…But two Grey Matters," Prime Grey Matter said, finishing his Reboot counterpart's sentence.

Both Grey Matters hopped inside the bomb and started tinkering with the circuitry.

"We need to bypass this circuit here…" Reboot Grey Matter said, opening up a panel and adjusting the controls.

"Rewire this coupling here…" Prime Grey Matter said, taking out plugs and swapping their places.

"And cut which wire?" Reboot Grey asked, holding a pair of wire cuttings and looking at many colored wires.

"The lime green one," Prime Grey Matter answered.

Reboot Grey Matter cut the lime green wire and the bomb's countdown stopped as the entire thing stopped working and shut down. Both Grey Matters hopped out of the defused bomb and turned back to normal.

"Ugh! Ugh! I c-can't even destroy a city anymore! Where did I g-go wrong?" Dr. Psychobos asked in frustration and defeat.

A few minutes later…

The Plumbers arrived to arrest Psyphon, Dr. Psychobos, and the thugs.

"G-Get your filthy mitts off me! This is no way to treat your superior!" Dr. Psychobos said with a bandage wrapped around his head.

"Get in the transport, dummy," a Plumber said to Dr. Psychobos, pushing him with a baton.

Psyphon was wearing a heating towel after being thawed out of the ice by the Plumbers.

"It-t-t w-would have b-been u-u-unfit-ting t-to d-destroy y-you here and now anyway," Psyphon said, shivering from the frostbite with visible breath, "I'll b-break out event-t-tually and p-p-plot m-my revenge. I p-p-promise it."

Psyshon was reluctantly loaded onto the transport along with Dr. Psychobos and a few other thugs.

"Well Ben, this has been fun," Ester said, "Hope we see each other again."

With that, Ester went back to the Hot Spot to the other Kraaho.

"That girl was pretty cool," Gwen said.

"Yeah, she is," Prime Ben said.

"Wait, are you and Ester?" Gwen asked.

"No, but I do have a girlfriend," Prime Ben said.

"Wait, you have a girlfriend?" Reboot Ben asked, "Gross!"

"Oh, what do you know, Ben?" Prime Ben asked both annoyed and smug before going over to Rook.

"Yeah, what do you know Ben?" Gwen asked Reboot Ben, "an alternate version of you has a girlfriend."

"Please, he's an alternate version of me. I won't have a girlfriend no matter how hard you want to believe it," Reboot Ben said.

"Oh I think you will," Gwen teasingly said, "You will be soooo in love."

"Nope! Not happening Gwen! I hate romantic mushy junk!" Reboot Ben said running off and covering his ears with Gwen chasing him still teasing.

"Oh, soon you two will be holding each other's hands, and looking at the stars together, and sitting in a tree!" Gwen teasingly said.

"If you finish that sentence…!" Reboot Ben said before being cut off by Gwen.

"K-I-S-S-I-N-G!" Reboot Gwen teased,

"Lalalalalalala! Not listening! Not listening to a thing! Cannot hear you! I am drowning you out! Lalalalalalala!" Reboot Ben said.

Prime Ben and Rook watched the scene unfolding. Rook stared at the two while Prime Ben facepalmed in embarrassment. Rook looked at Prime Ben.

"Were you and Gwen ever like that at that age?" Rook asked.

"No… it was usually worse," Prime Ben said.

"Mr. Smoothy?" Rook asked, in an attempt to take Prime Ben's mind off the embarrassing event.

"Mr. Smoothy," Prime Ben said before walking off to Mr. Smoothy to get a smoothie to take his mind off the embarrassment.

Meanwhile…

The Chimerian Hammer was hovering above the middle of the ocean. Prime Vilgax and Reboot Vilgax were observing. Reboot Vilgax was holding a holographic map that was locked onto an energy signature.

"It's here?" Reboot Vilgax asked.

Prime Vilgax checked the map before responding, "It's here."

Prime Vilgax put on a metal mask that covered his mouth and had tubes, jumped off the Chimerian Hammer, and dived into the ocean. A few minutes later, Prime Vilgax found what he was looking for: a red gemstone lodged in a bracelet that could be mounted on the back of one's right hand, and a golden gauntlet that was mounted with a yellow gem and could be worn on one's left hand.

Prime Vilgax grabbed the two relics and signaled his Reboot counterpart to bring down the anchor extension of the Chimerian Hammer, to which Reboot Vilgax complied. Prime Vilgax grabbed the anchor with one hand and held the relics in the other before being let back up. Prime Vilgax took off his mask and showed Reboot Vilgax the relics.

"I assume these artifacts will be useful," Reboot Vilgax said.

"Indeed," Prime Vilgax said, "I lost them in a great battle but haven't required use for them until now. I assume you recognize them."

"The Ruby Ray of Rouleau and the Shield of Ziegel. Yes, I recognize them. And I know of their legend. Combined with each other and a few more artifacts, they will fuse together into the source of ultimate power."

"The combined artifact will allow us near-complete dominion over raw cosmic power. With it, we will be able to decimate legions and claim the Omnitrices for our own," Prime Vilgax said.

"Indeed. Now to business," Reboot Vilgax said before both Vilgaxs menacingly laughed.

AN: Hope you all liked this chapter. I'll admit, I'm sure that it wasn't as epic as the previous one, but it's pretty good. By the way, in case you were wondering, in my fanfic Prime Ben's girlfriend is Julie, and Kai actually approves of this. But that's a fanfic for another day.
