Hearing Star's pierced his heart with an arrow and Danny jumped from the bed instantly.

"What happened?" Paulina asked as they were in the middle of something here

"Urgent business" Danny couldn't stop his feet from moving and rushed through the room before quickly going ghost as he flew towards Star

Paulina looked at him go and would have screamed profanities if anyone else had done this but she didn't feel like it.

She liked Danny and now her life was changing so she could see the seriousness on his face.

'It sounded familiar.' Paulina had never heard Star so distressed so she hadn't realized that it was her best friend

Within seconds he arrived at the mansion and inside Star's room, he didn't even stop to enter normally as he couldn't wait one moment more to avoid any extreme consequence.

Inside the room Danny found Star huddled in her bed with the blanket and rocking in place as her face had lost all color.

She was emanating fear and despair as her life was crashing down on her.

'This is serious.'

With that warning, Danny was sure that whoever did it could not be forgiven.

"Star, i am here" Danny cancelled his transformation and walked towards Star

Hearing his voice Star looked at him and cried again as she ran towards him, "Danny!"

"It's okay, i am here." Danny patted her back as he whispered those words gently and carried her to the bed so they could talk

"Danny, mom..mom. sniff, she is throwing me out. She called me worthless.

She she even told me to go and sell myself to Father." Star continued to speak with emotions as her voice broke off at some points while holding him tightly for support

Danny felt rage deep within his heart at hearing those words, someone had made his loved ones so broken and they deserved the same treatment.

"Star, do you want to come with me?" Danny offered as he could see that this environment wasn't good for her now and could lead to extreme results

Star didn't even hesitate and nodded, "Take me away from here. I don't want to stay."

"Don't worry we will make her regret throwing you out. We will make her regret it." Danny repeated those words as he picked her up and walked out of the room

The servants that saw them didn't stop Danny as it seems they had already been informed that she would most likely run away.

None of them had sympathy for Star and didn't watch this scene as it didn't matter to them.

Star had never been a good mistress and never treated them beyond an employer so they didn't treat her more than the employer's daughter.

"You must be the garbage collector. Please throw it out carefully lest it makes a mess."

A voice broke through the silence and Danny glared with flames in his eyes at the young girl standing below the stairs.

She was dressed professionally like Emma unlike Star's casual dress with long white hair. Her appearance was enchanting with a hint of arrogance and disdain.

"Who are you?"

"You don't deserve to know but i am a nice person so i will introduce myself. Shalltear Frost, daughter of Emma Frost and sister of that worthless doll."

Danny had to hold himself back from breaking her neck as he had covered the distance instantly breaking the tiles beneath his feet and his right hand extended towards her face.

"Never utter those words again or there will be consequences."

"Interesting, why don't you come to my side and i will convince mother to let the matter drop?"

"I don't need to bargain for pointless things. You will all regret throwing her out." Danny turned around with those words and left while Shalltear watched him while licking her ruby lips with the sharp fang like teeth showing slightly

Getting out the mansion, the duo left on a taxi and went towards his home while the guards were wondering how Danny entered the mansion.

"There is a hole in the security, fix it before the Madame notices this problem."

"What happened?" Jazz queried as she saw Danny leave Star in his room with a serious expression

"Did you impregnate her?"

"No but that might have been better than what happened."

Hearing the answer Jazz refrained from asking unless they elaborated on the topic as it seemed too sensitive.

"Do you need my help?"

"Yes, i need to leave after a while so can you stay with Star."

"No problem, i am happy to help."

"Thanks, you are a savior sis." Danny hugged Jazz and left to his room

This really was something beyond his expertise and Naruto was the only reason he was confident in this endeavour.

'Relax or you will make it worse. Just understand things will get better and let Star work with Sebastian to build up the things instead of you.

This will be her test and assistance to your life. If she succeeds than you have a good partner with a strong mind or she fails and falls into depravity.'

'You are not making it better.'

'I am laying out the paths here for you so do your best.'

'I always do my best, Master. But tell me what the chances are?'

'5% chance of her failing'

Danny felt so much better with those words but murdered his carefree heart when he heard the rest.

'Never take the percentage so easily, who knows where her fate leads her and she falls in this small percentage.'

'I understand' Danny understood from the serious of those words that even with a high chance of winning he could lose

So he had to be cautious at all times from the changing circumstances.

While Star was having her problems, someone else from the A-list was having it worse. Dash Baxter had stopped attending school to focus on getting private tutoring to get better than Danny as his family could never allow such a thing to happen.

His father was a general in the army and Dash hoped to follow the same path as normal life was overrated and he liked beating people up.

But only a few days later tragedy struck as he came across a monster during night time feeding on a corpse and escaped promptly on his bike.

He was sweating and praising God for the save but the next day, Dash had transformed into a werewolf and killed someone.

When he came to his senses there was an unknown corpse under his feet and he could feel the blood and flesh on his body.

Dash screamed in disgust and despair at the scene as he ran back home to get help from his father.

To Dash, his father could do anything and knew everything.

And just like expected his father knew a way. He got into preparation for some days while Dash was put into a cage where food was provided so that he didn't end up hunting in the night.

Dash had expected some scientific team giving him a serum but reality was far from his expectations. His father summoned a demonic ghost from the other world and it was a horrifying thing to behold.

His called it Lord Loss and they were going to have a chess game where Dash's father had to put his life on the line as the losing condition.

The demonic being had pale red, lumpy skin, and eight arms which were mangled in appearance. It had no heart, and instead simply had an open hole in its chest filled with deadly, venomous snakes. It bore a pair of very dark-red eyes with even darker red pupils. Instead of having legs, strips of bloody flesh hung from the edge of stumps where its feet would normally be shown, and so it moved about by levitating. The many individual cracks in its skin, which seep blood every time it even slightly moved, give its demonic appearance a nice touch as well.

The thing making the situation worse was the fact that the monster was a very intelligent being with gentlemanly manners. It had sad look and voice, which made people lower their guard.

It always used their full name and didn't treat them badly even when his father lost the game.

"Apologies Mister Hush Baxter but a contract is a contract. Please this way." A green portal appeared and Dash saw his father walk towards it

"Dash take care of the family. You are the man of the house now." Those were his father's last words before the demon ripped his heart out

"FATHER!" Dash screamed as he launched himself at the demon that had cured his problem partially since it was a loss

He had claws and long hair on his head, arms and feet.

With those claws, he attacked pointlessly while the demon smiled at him.

"Continuing struggling child, your sadness feeds me. Call me again when you are ready." With those words the demon disappeared and Dash was left alone in the cabin

Dash broke everything in the cabin to appease his rage and fell to the floor powerless. He couldn't muster any strength to stand up anymore.

He had just caused the destruction of his family.

His father was dead because of him.

'I should have died.

I should never have told father about it. I should have killed myself.' Dash banged his head against the floor over and over

"Dash, is that you?"

In his time of darkness, Dash never expected to see this one person.

"DANNY!" Dash roared as he launched himself at the new target of hatred
