Hi there.

I've been on fan-fic for a while but after all this quarantine stuff, I stopped because I had so much work.

Ladies and gents, BigBookBoi is back and (hopefully) better than ever.

So enjoy this fanfic that's hopefully somewhat decent.

Yey

Sophie tucked her hair behind her ears. Her greasy hair that hadn't been washed in days.

It had been too long.

Too long.

The Neverseen had lost two members. But they had still won. They still changed Keefe.

Embrace the change.

More tears leaked down Sophie's cheeks and she didn't bother fighting them. Every time she stared at Keefe's stiff, unmoving body, more came, replacing the last.

Please help me.

She hadn't meant to transmit the words, but she did either way. And from that, everything came tumbling out.

Her fight with Fitz.

Fitz.

Sophie gagged, rubbing her arm. Ugly tears streamed down her cheeks, but not for Keefe.

For herself.

Please wake up.

Please help me.

Please.

Sophie's hair fell from its messy ponytail, flowing down her back. She whimpered as it brushed along her arm where Fitz had-

No, Sophie wasn't going to think about that. She was done thinking about Fitz.

Tomorrow night. Next time, shower and try to look decent.

Sophie let out a few panicked breathes, pushing a hand through her messy hair. She was going to have to see Fitz again at night, whether she liked it or not. That's how she found herself leaping away from the Healing Center to take a nice long shower under the long colored streams of water, how she found herself braiding her hair and tossing on a laced tunic and some tights with some long boots, and how she found herself letting Vertina guide her through a James-Charles style make-up tutorial.

Not that Fitz deserved all that work.

If anybody did, it was Keefe. But Sophie never did it for him, because she didn't want to leave his side.

But she had to.

"Seeing Fitz again tonight?" Edaline asked, poking her head into Sophie's room as she scribbled down a few words in her diary. She quickly brushed away her tears, forced a smile, and turned towards Edaline.

"Yep! I'll be going to his place again. It's really nice."

"You're makeup's running. Were you crying?"

Sophie took a sharp intake of breath. "N-no! I just…" she sighed, "really suck at putting on makeup."

"Maybe I can help," Edaline offered, sitting down on Sophie's bed. Surprisingly, she did a good job for somebody who didn't really have much experience, assuming every elf in the whole freaking world was too pretty to put on makeup.

"I hope you have a great night."

"Me too," Sophie mumbled, even though she knew it would be anything but great.
