My Life as a Phenex

5/28/2020: I went ahead and changed Murayama back to her first name. I just decided to have her last name be Moriko.

Alright trying something new! Probably playing with fire, if this doesn't work then my ideas for Naruto going to the High School DxD stories are going to burn up in my face. I can't say for sure that I will do a good job. However, I will take all the time I need to create the best I can. Yes… I know I got other stories to work on… I promise to get better, I am trying. Also, I still don't have a beta. I do however use Grammarly, but it doesn't fix everything as I'm not paying for premium. Well, I hope I do better with this story. Also, as for pairings… It's going to be a max harem of three. Rias and Akeno, there is going to be one girl that I don't think anyone would have guessed.

Naruto's World

Naruto looking around where he was now. He was alone… he was by himself once again. How could everything come to this? What did he do wrong? Yes, he screws up, yes, he messed up. He still brought Sasuke back to the village, he pulled his power on his Rasengan. Yet he still ended up hurting him badly, but he did not kill him. What happened you may ask? Well, Uzumaki Naruto has been exiled from the Leaf, the council, and the Fire Daimyo overrules Tsunade who tried to keep Naruto from being exiled. All because he hurt the last precious Uchiha. Naruto's Rasengan ripped through Sasuke's Chidori as he accidentally plowed through his arm ripping it off.

The civilians and head council demanded that Tsunade to exile him. Before Tsunade could say no, the council already called the Fire Daimyo. Fire Daimyo ordered Tsunade to do so or step down from power. Tsunade turns her hat over and quit. She couldn't do it herself; she couldn't exile Naruto as the Hokage. Naruto was supposed to carry on Dan's and her little brother's dreams. Now they were crushed because he did everything, he could save his friend Sasuke. Tsunade felt defeated, Naruto personally told that he had 24 hours to leave the leaf. Anyone to follow him or try to help him would be considered an enemy helping him and killed on sight.

Once new spread Jiraiya and Tsunade found Naruto at his apartment packing his things. They tried to convince him that they would aid in his disappearance. Naruto told them no, he told them that he didn't want their help. That they've done enough and that he wanted to go on his own. Tsunade and Jiraiya were outraged and wanted to help Naruto. Naruto gave in and agreed and said that he would be leaving the next morning. To think that this all happened because he wanted to save a friend, that's what he did. Naruto was upset that he wouldn't be able to become Hokage.

With that, they left Naruto alone to say goodbye to everyone. All of Naruto's friends thought it was ridiculous. Sakura, the person Naruto promised to bring Sasuke back was saddened. She got her love, Sasuke, but was also losing her teammate Naruto. The only annoying knucklehead who would give her the time of day to talk to her. Even if Sasuke was brought back, he was badly injured. Naruto didn't mean to hurt him that badly, but he was able to bring him back. Tsunade ended up healing Sasuke herself and reattached his arm.

Naruto trekked through the village earning chuckles and glares from the civilians. Many called him a failure of a ninja, a disgrace, a monster, a demon, and many more names. Naruto ignored them and continued to say his goodbyes. Naruto went to his favorite ramen stand and said goodbye. He didn't even ask for ramen which they offered since it was on the house. Though he declined the offer and continued going around the village. He just wasn't hungry, if anything he was lost and confused.

As time went on night-time came, but Naruto had other plans. He was going to get away, get away as far as he could. He didn't want anything more; he would leave a shadow clone behind. Of course, he wanted to say one last thing to everyone. Naruto was out the window and slipped past the Anbu in the shadows. Naruto smiled as his shadow clone stayed in his room.

Next Morning with Naruto's Clone

Naruto's clone was standing at the front gate with a smile on his face. Even if he hid all his true emotions. He looked at everyone as Kakashi could only hate himself right now. Kakashi knew he failed his sensei and wished he could change things. Because of Naruto's talk no jutsu, he was able to convince everyone to stay loyal to the village. Even if he was exiled from it, "Don't worry I'll figure something out! Dattebayo!" Naruto gave them all a thumbs up.

"N-Naruto, I-I'm sorry." Tsunade hugged Naruto giving a kiss to him on his forehead.

"Don't worry about it Baa-chan! I'll be fine! Besides… I'll see you around." Naruto gave her a half-hearted smile.

"Kid… you've got a lot of spunk… you're brave… I'm going to miss you brat. But you better use those toad summoning's make sure… you keep in contact." Jiraiya pulled Naruto into a hug. He wanted so badly to tell Naruto of his heritage, but Danzo… as the new Rokudaime Hokage ordered him to stay silent. Naruto was able to convince Tsunade and Jiraiya to stay loyal to the village. They were going to abandon the Leaf, but Naruto said that he would not forgive them if they left the village. He wanted them to stay as a memento in his memory. With them staying loyal was saying that Naruto Uzumaki was still loyal to the leaf.

"N-Naruto… please stay safe… I-I don't know what else you want to say. I-I'm sorry I know Sasuke is." Sakura was cut off when Naruto poked her forehead.

Naruto gave her his foxy grin, "It's okay, I'll be around alright… just take it easy. All of you." Naruto looks at everyone else, "Oh that reminds me Sakura." Naruto smile looking at her. "Sakura… I-I." Naruto wanted to tell her how he felt about her. However, he knows her feeling for Sasuke, "J-Just take care… I hope Sasuke changes one day and realizes your feelings."

Jiraiya and Tsunade nodded their heads, "Alright brat let's get going."

Naruto smirked again, "P-Pervy-Sage, I'm sorry but I'm long gone. However, I want you to know that I'm thankful for everyone. However, this time it's no joke… I-I I'm sorry I couldn't be the student you wanted to be. Baa-chan… I'm sorry I didn't become Hokage… but I guess it's because I'm too much of a knucklehead. However, I promise that I will do what I can to live a life I want. I thank you for all being part of it." Naruto backed up and bit and gave everyone a foxy grin with both of his hands behind his back. He then disappeared in a puff of smoke shocking everyone. Hinata watched as her love of her left said his final goodbye. She wanted to say something, she wanted to tell him how she felt. Before she could say anything, his clone disappeared with her heart dropping. Everyone else were surprised, but it was a classic thing for Naruto to do. Tsunade and Jiraiya began to search for him, even if it meant breaking their word to him.

With Naruto Right Now

Naruto could say right now he was in a bit of a pickle. He was currently in front of a masked man with a spiral mask, black cloak, and red clouds. Right now, he was being beaten into the ground. Naruto listened to the man, "Just give it up Naruto… your no match now come with me."

Naruto slowly backs up with blood spilling from his arm. Naruto had the two tail chakra cloak. Right now, his tailed beast was known as Kurama. Just now decided to work with him, they were backed into a corner.

"Why do you resist? I need your help so I can bring a better world. A new tomorrow, a place where no one dies, a place where no one has to suffer." The masked man asked.

Naruto grit his teeth as the man threw another set of shuriken into his right leg. Naruto let a huff out, "What the hell? W-Whatever sick plan you have that involves me dying!" Naruto shouted tiredly as he felt his body weakening.

"I need what's inside of you, your parents placed that beast inside of you. I need it… so I can bring a new world." The masked man hoped to get in Naruto's head.

Naruto's eyes widen, "W-What? Are you even talking about?" Naruto shouted as he gripped his kunai harder.

"Ignore him Naruto! Let's just focus so we can escape!" Kurama said in Naruto's mind.

Naruto gripped his kunai harder, "D-Damn…w-what do I do now?" Naruto didn't know what to do. He had no chance of beating this guy, but he did not want to die. Not here, he can't die yet, he still has shit he wants to do!

"Focus." The man appeared in front of Naruto shoving a kunai into his chest which pierced a lung.

Naruto fell to the ground coughing blood up. Naruto smiled, "S-So… this is how my l-life ends… huh." Naruto shuts his eye as Kurama inside of Naruto grumbled, however, it was a good thing Kurama was still whole. The Fourth was able to seal all of Kurama into Naruto. Kurama was doing all he can to keep Naruto from dying. He may be able to heal him, but Naruto took too much damage. The seal that's keeping Kurama in is preventing Kurama from healing him. Not only that Naruto's body is unable to handle all of Kurama's power. Naruto's ribs were broken, his right leg was broken, his right and left arm broken. Naruto was in a rough condition and knew he could die, but he hoped that the furball would do what he could.

The masked man knew he would not die if he got him treated, but it would immobilize him. He went to claim his prize, but just then a wormhole appeared below Naruto sucking him in. Madara went to grab Naruto with his Sharingan spinning into his Mangekyou to use Kamui. When he tried to do so, whatever the being was inside of the rip. Shot out a claw and stabbed him right through his chest. His Sharingan ability was disabled, "W-What… *Cough* h-how? W-Where did this c-come f-from" The masked man fell to the ground with a gaping hole in his chest as his masked rolled off his face. He died asking himself, how that thing stopped him from using his Mangekyou ability.

In the Dimensional Gap

The large Dragon saw the man trying to take the boy for his power, or whatever the boy held inside of him. The Dragon God doesn't typically care about things like this. He felt that the brat didn't need to die a meaningless death because everyone hated him for something out of his control. The boy began to float in the dimensional gap, his body was already was dying. The dragon let a sigh out as he pushed the boy's body. He sent it to the human world, he didn't care where he went. He just knew the boy was interesting, which is why he decided to save the boy.

With Houmi Phenex
Houmi Phenex was the wife of Houou Phenex. The leader of the Phenex clan, she was currently in her house. She enjoyed the human world more than her husband and kids. Though her husband would drop by occasionally. Since nothing much was happening in the underworld it granted her plenty of free time. Also, it was a way to back away and remove herself from the spotlight. She was currently looking at what was in front of her right now. She was looking at the evil piece set she had specially made from Ajuka Beelzebub. She was crying right now, she recently found out that her child she was going to have was a miscarriage. This is how devils are, they have desires, grant desires, give desires, and hope for desires without obligation. They typically get to live the life a devil would want. However, one of the hardest things for devils is family. This was common in devils, mainly because fertility was low. This was a devastating blow to the Phenex family, Ravel was looking forward to having a new baby brother.

Right now, all she wanted was to learn who her new baby was. Now she is unable to do so, this was the hardest point right now. Houmi stood up from her seat and closed the suitcase with the chest pieces in them. She went to go clear her mind and left to go into their garden. She made her way over to the garden as she sat down on the bench. She looked at her flowers and smiled, a name for her child. Well, she had many, she recently learned of a dish called ramen. Tokyo-style ramen consists of slightly thin, curly noodles served in a soy-flavored chicken broth. The Tokyo style broth typically has a touch of dashi, as old ramen establishments in Tokyo often originate from soba eateries. Standard toppings are chopped scallion, Menma, sliced pork, kamaboko, egg, nori, and spinach.

She smiled as one of her servants came walking out with a dish of ramen prepared for her. She looked at the bowl as she looked at the ingredients. She even thought of naming her children after the things in the ramen. Mito from the Mito-than ramen, Menma as condiment made from Lacto-fermented bamboo shoots. One name she loved was Naruto, it's called 'Narutomaki'鳴門巻 or just 'Naruto' for short. Narutomaki is a type of fish cake (called kamaboko in Japanese) that is a classic topping for ramen. It was originally included in ramen as a visual contrast to the brown colors of the soup, chāshū, and Menma that dominate the bowl.

She giggled to herself a bit as she twirled the hot steaming broth with her fork. She saw the Menma and Naruto in the soup. She had a lone tear run down her face. Even if it was a girl, she had Mito as a name or Mio. She let a few more tears run down her face, she began to eat the ramen. She loved her children she had now, but losing one is hard. She wished she never had to go through this, seen as Lady Phenex, she had a picture to maintain. She couldn't act emotional, one of the hardest was not being able to mourn for her lost child.

She finished her dish and wiped her tears, "To think that I wanted to meet the child I could have. I wish… even if I had to ask… him… to ask G-God." Houmi felt a large shock of pain hit her in the head. Most devils don't say or even try to pray to God, but she was desperate, "Look at me… pray to him just so I could meet my child". Houmi felt that she had a hole in her heart. She thought of adopting to help fill that hole. Though, her husband and the rest of her clan would not accept this. If anything, they would try to kill the child or he or she would be discriminated harshly.

Houmi then looked up into the sky to see the stars. However, she instead saw a rift has opened up. She recognized the place as the dimensional gap, this is a gap that exists between the three worlds Earth, Heaven, and the Underworld. This is considered a void world. She saw a small figure slip out until the void collapsed and closed. This was weird because when the gap opened it didn't release any major energy. It was very small and insignificant; She quickly flew up and caught the person in her arms with her flaming devil wings behind her. She made sure to use a barrier to make her invisible as well as with the boy.

Once the boy was in her arms, she saw the blood leaking from his chest. His limbs were broken and battered; he was dying but he was slowly healing. She quickly flew back towards her house as she summoned her butlers and maids. She got them to prepare so she can save the boy if she could.

Naruto was barely conscious as he saw the woman who caught him. A woman in her early twenties with blonde hair and blue eyes, with the only exception of her hair being done up high with ornate hair decorations. Naruto eyes were half-open as he saw her, the only thing that came from his mouth was, "T-Thank… you… I-I'm N-Naruto." Naruto passed out not able to say anything more as he felt his body give out.

Houmi quickly booked it back down to the house and ran into the house. She quickly placed him on the couch in her living room. Her maids and butlers brought their first aid kits, and whoever could use healing magic. They began to heal what they could for Naruto, and Houmi really wanted to say him. She heard him say that he was Naruto… the name she had for her child. Her husband thought it was a weird name to name their child, but to hear that his name was Naruto. It made him think that this must have been fate. Destiney or even by the gods of this world, they were looking out for her.

Houmi and her servants began to do what they could, but they could not heal his broken bones. His punctured and collapsed lung was irreparable. Houmi and her group were just not equipped with the ability to heal. They didn't have Phenex Tears on them either. Houmi was annoyed and upset that they couldn't do anything, "Lady Phenex, there is nothing more we can do. For some reason, our magic isn't being very effective. It's best if we left his body to the police." Her butler suggested.

Houmi bit her lip… "I-I can't let him die… no… do I do this? W-What will my family think of me? I-I… I can't let this boy die. His name was Naruto… he said his name was Naruto! The name I wanted to give my child!" Houmi said, "Whatever happens here, whatever I do here. I order you all to keep quiet about this. That's a direct order from master to servant, you are not allowed to tell my family or even my husband about this." Houmi said sternly as she looked at her servants as they all bowed. Houmi stood over Naruto's slowly dying body as she summoned all eight of her pawns. She placed them over him and began to chant, "I, Houmi Phenex order thee Naruto… to be my servant and live for me! Rejoice you have been reborn as a devil under me! Serve me… my dear pawn." She finished the chant as the pawns tried to enter his body. However, those pieces sank into his body, but suddenly the pieces shot out of Naruto's body like bullets from a gun.

Houmi quickly fell back on her butt in shock as they saw the energy within Naruto let a roar out. The orange-like energy took shape of a fox head and roared and dispersed into nothing. Houmi knew Ajuka went through a lot of trouble to make the pieces for her. After her child's past, Ajuka allowed her to keep it and use it on how she wanted. Houmi said, "Screw it." She took the pieces from the chest and took the king. She placed king piece over his chest and poured her magic into it, but before her magic could be poured in. The king piece sank into Naruto's body, but what happened was strange. The rest of the pieces Houmi had for her child elevated in the air and shot straight into naruto. All 16 pieces sank into Naruto's body as he absorbed the entire chess set.

His body began to glow as his wings sprouted from his back. His body had the sound of a bird rang out. His wings were on fire and his body began to heal instantaneously. Naruto's wings retracted as he began to groan, he sat up quickly with his eyes wide, "W-What? Where am I what's going on?" Naruto looked around as he laid eyes on Houmi, "W-Wait you're the one who caught me right?" Naruto remembers slightly when he was falling, he remembers opening his eyes slightly and saw her.

Houmi nodded her head, "Yes, I am the one who caught you. I brought you into my house where we healed you."

Naruto looked over his body and let a chuckle out, "O-Oh! T-Thank you for saving me! I-I do feel fine, I-I just heal fast." Naruto gave them a fake smile in hopes he could leave quicker. Find out where he is and see if he can get back home. See if there is some way to contact Jiraiya in some way. He just had to have this big idea of going off on his own, Naruto knows he can be a bit of an idiot but this time he screwed the pooch.

Houmi immediately knew what Naruto was thinking. He thought that they had no idea what was going on, who he was, or even the fact of what he was. Houmi giggled, "Oh dear please don't worry. Alfred, could you please go fetch us some tea and some sandwiches." Houmi turned to Naruto, "Naruto was it?"

"Y-yeah it's Uzumaki Naruto, but you can just call me Naruto." He rubbed the back of his head.

Houmi smiled, "My name is Phenex Houmi, you just call me Houmi-chan if you want."

Naruto sensed something was off, he felt different. Whatever it was his power seemed different, the people in front of him seemed stronger than normal humans. They didn't have chakra whatever it was, they weren't normal human. At least by Shinobi standards, "Ummm I'm not trying to be rude or anything. You guys aren't normal humans, at least by Shinobi standards."

"Shinobi? What are those?" Houmi looked at him raising an eyebrow.

Naruto was confused, he was in the elemental nations, right? "Before I answer that… where are we exactly?" Naruto asked curiously.

"Oh? We're in Kuoh in Japan… I take you aren't from this world?" Houmi said calmly as she sat back in her chair.

Naruto's eyes widen, "W-Wait? How do you know that… Japan?" Naruto was surprised the other worlds existed.

"Naruto you came here from a different world… I don't know why you were sent her by Great Red. You came from the dimensional gap, somehow he has the power to connect the dimensional gap to other worlds." Houmi nodded her head putting the pieces together, "Don't worry Naruto, no need to feel the weird one. We aren't as normal as well." Houmi smiled, "Though I must ask Naruto… can I ask you to never tell anyone out outside of this house? Do you think we can keep this between you and me? Well, also my servants but that's it." Houmi smiled.

Naruto smiled back, "Well then sure I can keep a secret, I promise on it!" Naruto gave her a thumbs up, "But then that leads me to my question. What are you if you're not normal humans?" Naruto looked at them confused.

Houmi smiled, "Before I say anything more, I want you to know that I have a husband and three other children. I still want to keep this a secret from as well." Houmi looked at her hands, she was nervous of course, but also worried. She didn't want to hide anything from him even her family.

"Then what is so important about me then? I mean I'm just a kid you saved, if anything I'm grateful to you and your family." Naruto smiled at her, "To save me and then heal me, it's a lot."

Houmi shook her head, "I-I just want you to understand that we're devils." Wings sprouted from her back with red flames, "Not just any devils we're part of the Phenex clan."

Naruto's eyes widen and now he knew why she has to keep this from her family, "O-Oh I see then your part of my clan. People in your clan would look down on you and dislike you because you took me. I understand I can just leave, and I'll get out of your hair." Naruto stood up, "I'm sorry for being a bother."

Houmi stopped Naruto from leaving, "Naruto there is something you need to know… I-I had to save you from dying. I had to turn you into a devil." Houmi tightened her arm as she looked at Naruto wondering if he would be mad.

"W-What? Why? I-I heal fast I should have." Naruto stopped for a moment and closed his eyes, "Yo fur ball you there? Kurama? Foxy-kun? Where are ya?" Naruto heard nothing; he felt a massive pool a chakra within him. However, he did not sense Kurama's presence whatsoever, the only thing that remained was his chakra. Though his chakra was everywhere, it was spread out through his entire body. Naruto also noticed that his seal on his cage was broken as well.

Houmi wondered, "Are you trying to speak to someone?" Houmi was quite confused, she wondered if he was trying to talk to that fox thing that they saw earlier.

Naruto sat back down as he ran his hand through his hair, "H-he isn't there? I-I don't know what to do." Naruto was confused about where Kurama was, Naruto had no clue what happened to him. Now that he isn't there, Naruto almost felt alone.

"Who are you referring to?" Houmi was quite confused.

Naruto went silent, "I-I'd rather not talk about it." Naruto looked down a little upset reminding him that he was a Jinchuriki.

Houmi nodded her head, "I see I touched something delicate, I won't press any further. However, there is an issue that I need to talk to you about with you and my clan." Houmi was nervous, "M-My clan will not be happy, and I don't know how happy you will be after this. I want to let you know… I had to save you with these." Houmi held up her own eight pawns that she had.

Naruto was a little uneasy, "I-I didn't mean for you to use them on me. C-Can I give them back? I mean you've done so much to save me, I want to help you. I don't want you to get in trouble."

Houmi shook her head, "No, there is nothing to be sorry about. Understand that we're pure-blooded devils and we hold that to high account. You see, the set of chess pieces your body absorbed you absorbed an entire chess set." Houmi used magic to manifest copies of the pieces Naruto absorbed, "You see each chess piece has certain powers, pawns are the weakest but also the strongest. Rook is strong offensive and defensive, the bishop is good at magic, the queen is all the other pieces combine, the knight is built for speed, and the king is who commands the other pieces. Naruto you took in every piece, Naruto you have my and my husband's blood in you. You in a sense reincarnated yourself into a devil Naruto. You used our blood to do so… you see that chess set. It was going to belong to the child I was going to have." Houmi looked down at her hands nervously.

"W-What!? Y-You were going to have a child. Y-You used a chest set… on me instead of your child? H-Houmi-chan, I-I c-can't believe you did this for me. What about your child?" Naruto couldn't believe Houmi was a devil. He is trying to wrap his head around. She used these chess pieces that were supposed to be used on her child. This isn't what he wanted… all this he didn't want, "Houmi-chan I need to know this chest piece what are they? You said they are granted powers of what the chest pieces are." Naruto was beating himself up, he felt bad.

"N-No Naruto it's not like that! Understand that devils have a low fertility rate, the chances at a successful birth is low too. It ended up being a miscarriage this isn't my first. I have three other children I love, but I almost had a fourth. He passed before I could give birth, it hurt… it hurt a lot. I know it sounds insane, but I was going to name my child Naruto… or Menma. When I heard your name, I-I thought I was given a chance. I went and did something that my clan might not like, but I don't regret it." Houmi slowly placed her hand on Naruto's cheek which surprised him.

"I-I don't understand then why did you use that on me? I-I'm someone you don't even know. I-I don't even know what to do." Naruto was confused and upset. Why would this woman who he doesn't even know to help him? He doesn't know her; she doesn't know him. So… why? Why?

Houmi had a small smile appear on her lips, "I think this is supposed to mean something. I do not know where you came from. I do not know the reason you were dropped to me, but I do know for a fact. I want to help you, something inside of me is telling me to help you. In a sense… through the evil pieces your technically my son." Houmi smiled as she got up and sat next to Naruto.

Naruto had a small smile was tempted, "I-I see Houmi-chan, but I must know you didn't do this because you lost your child did you?"

Houmi shook her head, "Naruto, the reason I did this isn't that I lost my child. I can't do anything to bring him back but saving your life. It is like I did him right by saving another mother's son." Houmi smiled, "Please understand that I did this because I think you can have a life you want. I couldn't see you die; I had a way to save you. In a way, I can save myself from being any sadder. I know its selfish of me to put this on you, but even if you want nothing to do with my family. I will keep you a secret, but please allow me to still at least help you. To help you live a life, you almost lost." Houmi moved her hand to his head, she flinched a bit before touching his head. Though Naruto smiled at her letting her know it was okay to touch his head.

Naruto listened to her words and understood that she was suffering just like he was. Even if they were different stories, they still held pain. Pain that he understood, Naruto smiled, "I see, and I thank you for giving me this option to have a normal life. I will take you up on that, if you ever need anything, I will do everything in my power to help you, don't hesitate to ask." Naruto smiled at her as Houmi let a sigh of relief as she brought his head into her bosom and hugged him. Naruto couldn't help but blush but also smile. It's been a while since he has gotten a hug… this hug was so welcoming, but yet so unfamiliar to him.

Soon she let go and Naruto returned a smile, "You told me your pain and who you were. Well, maybe you should learn who I am. Well. Where do I begin, let's start with this, I am Uzumaki Naruto, I was a Shinobi to the Village Hidden in the Leaf. I'm the Jinchuriki of the Kyuubi No Yoko." Naruto said that much but didn't want to explain any further.

"Naruto, that's all you have to tell me. For now, let's get you used to this new life you have. When we get to know one another better, then you can tell me everything." Houmi smiled as she stood up, "Alfred, please go show Naruto to his new room. Let's get him set up!"

Time Skip Month Later

Naruto continued to live with Houmi and her servants. Naruto grew to like them; it was almost like a family he never got to have. Once Naruto was ready he began to explain his life in Konoha. Naruto didn't hide anything, he told her everything. From his upbringing on how he was treated, it wasn't easy, but Naruto shared his story. It even got better once he got onto team 7, but when Sasuke went rouge and Naruto brought him back. That is when everything went to shit, where the council got the Fire Daimyo to exile Naruto. Because he hurt and broke their last remaining Uchiha, he had to defend himself against a masked man who wanted to rip the tailed beast out of him. He would have ended up dead anyway. Then he was saved by Great Red or whatever Houmi called it.

Houmi was pretty shocked by this, "Even after everything… you still stay this pure… goodhearted. How? How are you still okay with all this? Don't you hate the people who did this to you?"

Naruto looked up at Houmi, "I won't lie… I hate them… I do. The villagers… the people who wanted me dead, to suffer, and kick me out of the village. They got what they wanted, but he wasn't going to let them get the satisfaction, "No, I won't turn to a guy who hates and wants to kill everyone. I can't do that; I let the people who wanted me dead die. It wouldn't make me better than the people who wanted me gone."

Houmi understood, "There are many people who would want you dead. I-I can't let that happen to you, so please just try to live a normal life. I will be here with you as often as I can to make that happen." Houmi wanted to keep Naruto out of her clan's affairs, it wasn't right to drag him into this. She did this to him, she turned him into a devil against his will when he was unconscious.

Naruto sensed that she was sad and felt guilty, "If you think that it's your fault Houmi… and if you blame yourself for dragging me into this. I don't blame you, if anything I should thank you for saving my life. I-I don't know where Kurama is… all I can feel is his chakra that is sitting inside of the seal."

"Well, I will have my queenMerlin train you. He knows just about every martial arts there is, he can keep up your training. I will help tutor you to help you get into a good school." Houmi smiled as she brought her arms around Naruto pulling him into another hug. Naruto couldn't help but blush feeling the large mounds wrap around his head.

Naruto let a groan out thinking about school, "C-Can you guys still teach me about the underworld and the supernatural then? It be good to have some type of idea on what it is." Naruto pursed his lips and then turned into a smile.

Houmi nodded her head, "Well yeah, we will get to that tomorrow. For now, we will teach you, train you, and get to know you." Houmi couldn't help but bring her cheek to Naruto's cheek rubbing their cheeks together, "Oh your so cute Naruto-kun! I can't wait to see how far you will go!"

Four Months Later

Naruto has been going over a lot of the curriculum that he had to learn through middles school. Surprisingly, Iruka went over math like Houmi did. So, math Naruto didn't lack at as well as Japanese. Though, he had to go over history, English, science, and many other subjects. Houmi even had Naruto pick up the guitar and taught him herself. None of her other children wanted to learn, but Naruto was taking a strong interest in it.

Naruto learned a lot about Houmi, especially now that her and her husband are 2nd cousins from one another. Houmi was a very upbeat and happy woman, she enjoyed expressing her feelings and emotions. However, due to her status as a Clan Lady, she always had to act properly. Now that she is with Naruto, she has been able to kick back and relax. She was able to be herself.

For Naruto, everything was really good. Naruto was even able to get plenty of training in thanks to Houmi's pawn, Merlin. He excelled in magic and helped Naruto harness the powers of the Phenex Clan. Naruto learned to conjure powerful and strong flame-based attacks. Create spears, fireballs, breathe fire, and many more. Naruto went to go so far as perfect his magic control, his control over the fire was otherworldly. Naruto continued to spar with Merlin, Naruto learned many different fighting styles. One he took up was called the Turtle Style, Naruto had to wear weighted clothing and gravity seals. Since Naruto was his peerage, he had to become his bishop, queen, pawn, knight, rook, and also being the King at the same time.

One day Naruto was training with Merlin as Merlin summoned his familiar, "Merlin-Sensei what is that?" Naruto asked as he looked at Merlin's purple cat.

"This is my familiar, it's kind of like a partner. She fights for me and I fight for her. We have an unbreakable bond and trust each other." Merlin chuckled happily.

"W-Wait… it's like a summon!" Naruto quickly bit his thumb which drew blood. This caught Merlin's eye as a single eyebrow raised.

Naruto went through the necessary hand seals and slammed his palm on the ground. Black ink like writing took form into Kanji. Like that there as a puff of smoke as Naruto hoped it was someone who could appear. A young orange toad with purple markings around his eyes, mouth, and stomach, "W-What? Naruto is that you kid!?" The toad said surprised.

"Yo Gamakichi! I'm so glad to have reached out to ya! I just remember I signed the toad summoning!" Naruto quickly walked over and hugged his friend, "So how is Jiraiya doing? Baa-chan? Sakura? Sasuke? Kiba? How is everyone doing?"

Gamakichi was shocked, "N-Naruto! We're just relieved that you're alright! Well, where the hell am I?" Gamakichi looked around to see Merlin. Merlin had white hair and a long silver beard that overreach his neck.

"Interesting… so you came from Naruto's dimension?" Merlin asked curiously.

"Y-Yeah, I come from Mt. Myoboku is where us Toads reside in! To hear that Naruto is alright is good news!" Gamakichi faced Naruto, "Though there is one thing Naruto." Gamakichi said with a worried look on his face.

"W-What is that?" Naruto asked.

"For starters, Jiraiya and Tsunade and some of the major clans of Konoha defected," Gamakichi said with a serious tone that caused Naruto's eyes to widen.

"W-What!?I made them promise me that they wouldn't!" Naruto said angered, betrayed, and upset.

"Listen Naruto, it isn't like that. The person who set this up was none other than Danzo, even as the sixth Hokage. Many of the clans disagreed with what he did to you, soon one thing leads to another. There is a rebellion and Konoha is currently in the middle of a civil war. Sasuke also joined Jiraiya's side as well." Gamakichi took a moment to breathe, "Danzo had this crazy idea that if you were to be exiled. He would send Root forced to find you and take you in, so he could turn you into one of his mindless drones. Because you the Jinchuriki he wanted to make you into Konoha's weapon. He was going to do the same to Sasuke until Jiraiya stopped him along with the other clans. They all fled and hid in their base of operations, as of right now they are planning their next attack."

Naruto was surprised by this, "Wow so the old mummy was after me. Gamakichi goes back and sees if you can reverse summon me."
Gamakichi left and Naruto waited for a bit to be reversed summon back. However, seconds turned to minutes as Naruto learned that it was impossible. So Gamakichi had to wait until Naruto summoned him once again. Like that Gamakichi came back, "W-Woah! Good, thig you summoned me again. I can't reverse summon you which is weird."

"I think I might have the reason, you can appear here because Naruto as your contractor is here. However, your toads cannot reverse summon Naruto is because Naruto is tied to this place. If Naruto were to be back in the Elemental Nations it might be possible. If you were to push this, you could rip Naruto in half. Once part o Naruto is forced to stay here, while he wants to go back." Merlin explained, it wasn't a fact, but a theory that could be highly true.

Naruto pursed his lip and then smiled, "Gamakichi tell Baa-chan and Pervy-Sage I'm alright and alive. Though I was saved and resurrected back as a devil, a woman named Houmi Phenex saved me by turning me into a devil. Specifically a Phoenix, I was attacked by some Uchiha… who had this weird Sharingan pattern and tried to take the Nine-Tails. I only got away because I was sucked into this world by some dragon god. Also, that dragon god thing killed the masked man with the Sharingan." Naruto added in not wanting to forget about that detail.

"What was he wearing?" Gamakichi asked.

"He had a tiger pattern mask with a single eye. His outfit was more of a robe, black, and red clouds all over." Naruto hoped Gamakichi could bring Jiraiya if possible.

Gamakichi nodded his head, "I-I see, I'll make sure to relay this to Ma and Pa. Then to Tou-san… well, stay safe Naruto. Summon me if you need any backup!" Gamakichi gave Naruto a wave and disappeared in a puff of smoke.

Merlin smiled as he saw Naruto had a smile appear on his face, "I take it that he was a good friend."

"Yeah, Jiraiya has told me of him and gave me a description. I'm sure am glad that I was able to contact him." Naruto looked back at the house where Houmi was at, "Well we should go tell Houmi-chan huh?"

"Yes, let's." Merlin nodded his head as the two went back towards the house.

Naruto and Merlin relayed this information to Houmi, Naruto waited for a few days. Once it came time he summoned Gamakichi and he appeared. Gamakichi tried to reverse summon Jiraiya but failed, thus there was no way for Naruto to keep in contact with Jiraiya. So, letters and messages were sent back and forth. Naruto was told by Jiraiya to stay alive, keep training, thank the woman who was helping him, and go to school. Naruto hated it because Houmi just had to send a letter to Jiraiya.

With that said Houmi also received a personal letter from Jiraiya. It was Jiraiya asking to make sure that she keeps Naruto safe. He was adamant about keeping him out of her Phenex Clan which she was more than willing to do. With that said, Jiraiya asked her to send him with whomever he was training under and go on a training trip. This would be for three years since naruto was 12 right now. It's roughly been a couple of months since Naruto came to Houmi. In the next month, Naruto would leave with Merlin to continue his training.

Time Skip Month Later

Naruto was put through hell and back… when I mean this I mean through his schooling. Houmi pounded his brain with everything he needed throughout middle school. He had to take a big test so he didn't have to attend middle school. Naruto was now set to go into High School, Houmi allowed Naruto to live wherever he wanted. She was going to back him up in finances and other means, she could say she put the money on personal things. No one would suspect a thing, Naruto wanted to go to Kuoh because he learned he could set up a ramen shop.

Though, today was not about school or anything like that anymore. Today was a day for Houmi and Naruto to say goodbye for a few years. Naruto was going on a training journey to further his capabilities as they were already. Naruto grew at an incredible rate in strength than the average devil. Naruto already had two sets of devil wings by the end of the five months training with Merlin.

Naruto was on his way with a backpack packed. He was at the door meeting up with Merlin. Naruto was a little annoyed that he wasn't allowed to wear his orange jumpsuit. Instead, he had to wear a black T-Shirt, with some hints of orange, which had a black jacket unzipped. He had a pair of black pants with small hints of orange. Naruto had on a tan backpack with his necessities, "Merlin-Sensei! I can't wait to get stronger!" Naruto said with a wide grin on his face, during this trip he was also going to perfect on making ramen. Merlin was the one who cooks most of Houmi's meals especially ramen!

Soon Houmi came walking up, "Merlin-kun please make sure Naruto doesn't get into trouble. Please limit the pranks he does." Houmi said with a stern but almost murderous tone. Which caused Naruto and Merlin to flinch and back up a bit. Okay maybe pranking Houmi was a bit much. He did put the words, Yakitori (焼き鳥) in ketchup on her omelet a few times. Yakitori means grilled chicken and also refers to skewered food in general. Yakitori is commonly made with bite-sized pieces of chicken meat, chicken offal, or other meats and vegetables skewered on a bamboo stick and grilled over binchōtan charcoal. Boy did she not like that, she grounded him by not allowing him to eat ramen for two months! TWO MONTHS!

Though Houmi couldn't help but let out a small giggle at Naruto's antics, "Now Naruto-kun when you return, Merlin will drop you off at Kuoh. You can set up a shop, we already have a place built and ready. Which is one more thing I want to know, are you sure you want to run the place yourself?"

"Yeah, I do! I'll just use my shadow clones to transform into other people! I got plenty of chakra to do so!" Naruto gave her a thumbs up with a smile on his face, "When I get back I'll make amazing ramen that will knock your socks off!"

Houmi giggled as she pulled Naruto into a hug, "Oh Naruto-kun I know you will just fine. I want you to know that I care about you Naruto. I-I love you like if you were my son, maybe one day… maybe you will get to meet Ravel and Riser… well, Ravel might be more than willing than Riser." Houmi knew that was going to be a hard one to decide.

"Alright then Naruto, let's be off." Merlin nodded his head as he cast a magical barrier around the house.

Naruto flew out with Merlin as they waved to Houmi goodbye. Houmi shouted, "Make sure to eat other foods too! Eat healthily! Do what Merlin-kun tells you Naruto-kun! Make sure to get plenty of rest! Make sure to shower and bathe often!"

Merlin continued to fly up, and Naruto turned his head and smiled. He said, "Wait here Merlin-sensei." Naruto flew back down as globed Houmi in for a hug, "Thanks… Kaa-chan. " Naruto quickly placed a kiss on her cheek as he took off into the sky joining Merlin.

Houmi stood there with a smile on her face as she felt tears roll down, "I'll see you again one day my Naruto-kun… my Naru… Naru-chan." Houmi knew that these few months quickly went by. Now that Naruto would come back to see her. Now technically she had another child to look after, this made her feel better. This made her feel even happier, she only hoped that she could adopt him into the clan. Though, she knew that they would never accept. Which saddened her, but to hell with them this was family. Family is everything to her, family first.

Time Skip 3 Years

A young man with yellow-blond, spiky hair and blue eyes. He had trademark characteristics, which were three whisker markings on his cheeks. He stood at a height of 5'10 and was about 140lbs. of pure muscle. Naruto was making his way off the airplane he took from America to Kuoh in Japan. Naruto was wearing an orange hoodie, black pants, gym shoes, and had orange beats with custom red swirls on the outside of the earphones. Naruto currently listening to some of the many bands he liked, Metallica, Motorhead, Disturbed, Neffex (just a little rap), Skillet, and many more.

Naruto made his way through security and exited the airport. All he had to do was carry a bookbag with him and that was it. All he had in there was a phone charger, recharging battery pack, and scrolls. Naruto soon exited the airport and was picked up in a limo. Naruto walked over to the limo as he saw a woman step out. Naruto waved to her as the woman came running over to him, "Naru-chan! I can't believe it's you! Honey, you've grown so much!" Houmi, the mother who illegally, in terms of her clan and Country of Japan, adopted Naruto into her family.

"Hey Houmi-chan, how are ya doing? You haven't aged at all." Naruto hugged his surrogated mother.

"What? After three you still call me Houmi-chan? I-I didn't mind what you called me before I left ya know… Kaa-chan was okay." Houmi pursed lips formed a small smile.

Naruto rubbed the back of his head, "I wasn't too sure if you were okay with that, but I guess you are." Naruto got into the limo with her.

"Well we got a bit of a drive but let's catch up! I can't wait to hear just how strong you've gotten!" Houmi said as she flexed both her arms as she earned a chuckle from Naruto.

"Well, Merlin-Sensei's training was simply put it… hell." Naruto had a sweat drop appear on his forehead, "He drove me into the ground in training and making sure I'm getting stronger. You know that school I'm going to, He even got me weighted clothes as the regular uniform and gym uniform." Naruto had a twitch in his right eye, Merlin was a slave driver when it came to training.

"Well, Merlin-kun did his job then! So? How many wings are you at now?" Houmi asked curiously.

"Well." Naruto had three wings appear out of his back, "I got to three… I'll surprise you later on how strong I am." Naruto gave her a thumbs up, "Oh!" Naruto's facial expression changed to utter happiness, "I mastered cooking ramen! Merlin-Sensei said my ramen was even better than his!"

Houmi shook her head with a giggle, "Why am I not surprised, well if Merlin-kun admitted that, then I must take your word for it. Well, I'll be happy to tell you that I have your shop up and running! Your house is connected to it! Though… I'm confused about you refusing to add another ten floors."

Naruto deadpanned, "W-Well Kaa… Kaa-chan I want to keep a low profile. So, this way I can seem like someone who isn't much. Besides a person with a ten-story house who works at a ramen shop would seem weird. A two-story house is sufficient, besides I know I can live on my own. Though, I hope you come and visit now and then. I will always have a spare room open for you." Naruto hugged his mother-like figure. Naruto knew full well on who his real biological parents were. Jiraiya told him through their messages and sent Naruto a picture of them.

"Thank you, Naru-chan." Houmi got a buzz on her phone and frowned, "I-I'm sorry Naru-chan I need to leave, but I'll be back some other day. I'm needed." Houmi hugged naruto feeling bad that she couldn't try his cooking. She hasn't seen him in three years, there was so much more she wanted to talk about. However, her husband needed her and she had to leave.

"It's okay Kaa-chan you've done a lot for me and risked a lot. Please, I don't want you to get into trouble." Naruto smiled as he hugged her, she smiled and left Naruto alone in the limo. Naruto still had to admit that he was pretty pissed, he didn't understand why clans had to be so uptight. Though what can ya do, Naruto relaxed the rest of the ride until he came up to his shop.

Naruto thanked the driver and went to the house and shop. He held up the key given to him by Houmi before she left. He went inside and looked around; it was a simple shop. It had a counter where he could cook and make ramen. He saw the ingredients he needed, but also extra. There was a counter with a seat where he could serve the ramen. People could eat at the counter or take it to sit over were any other available seats. Whether it was a booth of a table, Naruto had to admit that Houmi outdid herself when it came to the shop. Naruto summoned an army of clones as they began to clean the place, put things in order. Naruto… regrettably… had to prepare for school.

Next Day

Naruto got up and made breakfast. It was relatively easy, he made eggs, bacon, sausage, and pancakes. He put his Kuoh blazer on, the school's outfit for males was a black blazer with white accents over a white, long-sleeved, button-down shirt with vertical linings, a black ribbon on the collar, matching black pants, and brown dress shoes. Naruto was annoyed he had to wear this, he put it on and felt it fit a lot better than he thought. It wasn't too tight it was quite comfortable, though it was weighted and had gravity seals with it.

Naruto got his black leather school bag and began to walk to Kuoh. Naruto had his bag resting on his right shoulder blade as he carried the bag with his right hand resting on his shoulder. It was about a fifteen-minute walk to Kuoh, Naruto soon found his way to the school. He looked down at his schedule and sighed, "Man… I wish Kurama was here." Naruto didn't know what happened to Kurama. The only thing that remained was his chakra, that was it. Granted Naruto had full access to his power, it was upsetting that Naruto couldn't talk to the furball. The weird thing is the chakra regenerated on its own like his chakra reserves did as well.

Naruto let a huff out and made his way up to the school. Naruto passed other students, he got glares from guys, but girls looked at him. Many were suspicious about who he was and if he was a delinquent and if he dyed his hair blonde. Though many began to pass it off since his eyes were blue showing that he was a foreigner. Naruto went inside and found the student council president. He was told by the letter from the school to look for Sona Shitori. (A/N: Look I know it's Souna as her alias, but I'm too god damn lazy to switch between her alias and her real name. They sound the same damn thing! XD)

Naruto knew she was a young bespectacled woman with a slim figure, black hair styled in a short bob cut, and violet eyes. Naruto looked around and found her in the crowd, he made his way over and greeted them. He also made sure to use what Houmi-chan and Merlin taught him. Naruto gave a polite bow, "Hello my name is Uzumaki Naruto, it's a pleasure to meet you." Naruto turned to Sona, "Might you be Sona, the student council president?"

Sona nodded her head, "Yes I am, it's a pleasure to meet you too. This is my vice president and friend Tsubaki Shinra. Are you liking it here so far in Kuoh? I hope your transfer will be welcoming and easy. I hope you enjoy staying at Kuoh." Sona smiled at Naruto.

"Thanks, well I'll get out of your hair, see ya later Sona. Oh, I'm not one for honorifics. You can just call me Naruto, see ya around." Naruto waved to her as he began to head to his class.

Naruto made his way towards class as he accidentally turns the corner and bumps into someone, "Ow…ow…ow." The person fell on the floor holding her head. Naruto looked down and quickly knelt.

"I-I'm sorry I didn't mean to bump into you! I hope you're alright?" Naruto gave the girl smile hoping she was okay.

The girl rubbed her head and accepted Naruto's help, "I-it's okay." The girl opened her eyes after the pain subsided. She got a good look at the boy, "It's alright everyone." Rias looked around. Everyone were upset and mad that this heathen bumped into their Great Onee-sama.

"I'm sorry again, uhhh the name is Uzumaki Naruto! I just transferred here today You can just call me Naruto." Naruto extended his hand to shake hers.

"It's okay don't worry about it, the name Gremory Rias… you can just call me Rias." Rias smiled and has a small tint of pink staining her cheeks. She didn't realize this freshman was this tall and cute, "O-Oh and these are my friends Akeno Himejima and Koneko Toujou." Rias gestured her hands to Akeno.

Naruto waved to the other three girls, "It's a pleasure to meet you three. Again, sorry for not looking where I was going." Naruto had a since apology on his face. Naruto got a good look at Rias, is a beautiful young woman with white skin, blue eyes, and a buxom figure. Her most distinctive feature is her long, beautiful crimson hair. Her hair reaches down to her thighs with a single hair strand, known in Japan as ahoge, sticking out from the top. Her hair also has loose bangs covering her forehead and side bangs framing her face.

Akeno is a beautiful young woman with a voluptuous figure, very long black hair, and violet eyes. Her hair is usually tied in a long ponytail, reaching down to her legs with two strands sticking out from the top and sloping backward, with an orange ribbon keeping it in place.

Koneko is a petite girl with white hair and gold eyes. The front of her hair has two long bangs going past her shoulders and several loose bangs hanging over her forehead, while the back has a short bob cut. She also wears a black cat-shaped hair clip on both sides of her hair.

"Ara don't worry about it! It's so nice to meet a nice man like yourself. Your so sincere and kind, your different from the rest." Akeno was able to catch onto how different Naruto was from the other guys.

"Yes, it's been a pleasure to meet you. We heard you were the new transfer student. Where did you come from?" Rias asked wondering who he was. Whoever this Naruto Uzumaki was, well certainly seemed like an interesting fellow. His personality, his aura, his demeanor was very different from that of a human. That or he was a special human that Rias has never come across before.

"Well it's been pretty good; I'm just heading to my class." Naruto chuckled as he was holding his bookbag. Then he noticed that the short girl, Koneko was holding something in her hands. He noticed it was his homemade lunch. It was ramen obviously, but he also baked sweets last night as well.

"This fell out of your bag." Koneko handed his lunch back to Naruto as she said this with a monotone voice.

Naruto was slightly confused, but was also tempted to rub her head, "Thanks Koneko… if I can call you that." Koneko nodded her head noting that it was okay for him to do so. Naruto rubbed her head which Koneko flinched at, but she liked it. Naruto took out a pastry he made last night, "Here, this is for watching out for my lunch." Naruto chuckled handing her a doughnut.

Koneko immediately began to nibble on it and found it delicious, "It's good… I like it. You're a good cook." Koneko could smell that his scent was on it. Though, she also noted something else that surprised her as well.

"Well, I need to get going! See ya guys around! Oh! I got a ramen shop about 15 minutes south of here. If you're interested, I can make you guys a few bowls or two." Naruto waved bye to them as he hauled it to his classroom.

Rias and Akeno giggled, "Ara, what an interesting boy, acts more himself than any of the other students huh Bucho?"

"Yeah, definitely doesn't start calling us Onee-sama or anything like that. He treated us as if we were equal, well at its good to know there are good people out there." Rias smiled until she felt a tug from Koneko.

"Bucho… he smelled like a fox…" Koneko warned Rias, and Rias raised an eyebrow.

"Hmm seems like Uzumaki Naruto is more than who we think he is." Rias wondered what a person of the Yokai faction is doing in Kuoh, but they would worry about that later.

With Naruto

He made his way around, and couldn't find his class, "This annoying why is it hard to find my class." Naruto mumbled as he heard the first bell ring. Naruto began to pick up the pace and look around, that was until he ran into Sona again.

"Uzumaki-san what are you doing? You should be in class." Sona looked at him confused.

"I-I uhhh have no idea where my class is. Do you think you could help me out? I'll owe ya later." Naruto gave her a sincere smile. Sona nodded her head and agreed to walk him to class.

Once they made their way to the classroom, Sona asked the teacher to pardon him. The teacher told him to stay here so she could introduce him to the class, "Alright everyone! The transfer student it new, so it took some time to find his way around."

"Did you hear that! She said it was he!" A girl said with a giddy smile.

"I hope he is cute! You think he is single?" Another girl chimed in.

"Alright Uzumaki please come in." The teacher called towards over the door.

Naruto let a huff out as he walked in, he had many stares and glares him. Well, mainly the glares were from the guys. Naruto gave everyone a slight bow, "I'm Uzumaki Naruto, I'm not much for honorifics. You can all call me Naruto; I hope we can all get along."

The teacher smiled, "Where we have a little time, do you have to want to share your likes or anything?"

Naruto had a lot of things run through his mind, "Well, for likes, I like ramen a lot, I also like training! As for dislikes, I hate the three minutes it takes for instant ramen to cook!" Naruto chuckled as he had a large grin appear on his face.

The girls they look at Naruto and smiled, "He is kinda cute."

"Look at those whiskers! You think they are real?" Another girl asked as they all stared at Naruto, they were all wondering if he was hotter than Kiba.

"That's very lovely Uzumaki, please sit next to Hyoudou." She pointed towards a boy with average height with short spiky brown hair, with two short locks of hair behind his head, and light brown eyes.

Naruto went over and sat down next to the boy. He heard the girls say, "Be careful around him! He is a pervert!"

"Don't let his perverseness get to you! It could be contagious!" The other girl said hoping to prevent Naruto from becoming a pervert.

Issei grumbled, "Stupid blondes."

Naruto chuckled, "Nice to meet you Hyoudou-san." Naruto still gave him a polite wave.

"I'm Hyoudou Issei, but you can call me Issei if you okay with me calling ya Naruto." Issei gave Naruto a sincere smile.

With that, the teacher grabbed everyone's attention back to her, "Alright everyone today we're going to be talking about. Sine, Cosine, Tangent, Cosine, Secant, and Cotangent." This causes some kids to let out grumbles, but Naruto, "Thank the devils that Houmi-chan taught me this… Man… that's weird to call Houmi-chan Kaa-san." Naruto somewhat lost his train of thought but came back to the real world. He realized that he should probably start taking notes.

At Lunch

Naruto made his way towards lunch on his own, this was going to be a rough year. Hopefully, he would be able to make some friends in time. Thankfully, Houmi taught him how to keep his demonic essence almost non-existent. With the proper training from her and Merlin, he can mask himself to be completely human. Though chakra was difficult, she said that she doubts that there would be any Yokai in Kuoh. He was told that Sona Sitri of the Sitri Clan was here along with Rias Gremory. Rias Gremory of the Gremory clan, he was taught everything. Everything up the previous Maous, to the current Maous, and even the other devil clans.

Naruto was asked by Houmi to stay away from Rias Gremory. She didn't explain everything, but it had to deal with devil affairs. Naruto knew of arranged marriage, but Naruto had no reason to interfere. He had no reason to involve himself with her and Sona. So, keeping to himself would be a big importance. Though, Naruto can't help but feel bad for what Rias or even Sona has to go through. He does not doubt that their family's interests are only into their clan's benefit and not for their children.

Naruto made his way up to the roof of the school. He had a thermos of ramen, some sandwiches, and a few other things to eat. Naruto wanted to get away from the other kids in the school. Being bombarded with questions and with many people trying to kiss up to him. All he wanted was to meet someone real. A real person, so far, he hasn't found one, which was quite annoying. He didn't feel like associating himself with the perverts either.

Naruto continued eating his warm meal and used a bit of magic to make it warmer. Naruto began to eat his ramen and eat his sandwiches happily. Naruto began to wonder to himself again, what would of happen to him if he was still in his old world. Soon he saw the time and figured he should head to his next class.

After School

Naruto made his way to the top of the school. He watched as the setting sun in the distance as the wind blew in his hair. Naruto then heard the door open from the top and saw standing at the top with him. He raised an eyebrow as he saw Rias standing by the door. Naruto decided to play coy in hopes he could get home. The only reason he liked the roof and watch the sunset. It reminded him of Konoha, he would watch the sunset and even the sunrise when he could, "I saw you here when I was going to my club. What are you doing up here Uzumaki-san?" Rias was curious about who this Naruto was. Especially since Koneko smelled fox off of him.

"Oh well, I guess I'm just reminiscing of some old memories." Naruto smiled as he watched the sun, "This is one of the few things in life I still enjoy." Naruto looked at the tree line.

"Well is one of life's mysteries, so tell me what does this bring up? Staring at the sunset?" Rias walked over she leaned on the railing. She turned her head as she looked at Naruto, she saw how the setting sun bounced off his face. His eyes had a glean, his pure smile on his face. Rias knew a lot of people; people always acted and had a mask on. Rias hardly knew anyone who were themselves, but then again, she has just met him. So, it was hard to determine if Naruto was anything more.

"Well back in the orphanage, we had a balcony like this. I would get up early and stay up to watch the sunrise and the sunset. This was… the one thing I could take with me everywhere I go. Even if I'm far away from home, I could always enjoy this scene." Naruto pursed his lips and let a sigh out, "Well it was nice to meet you, but uhhh I probably should get going. I have homework to do, and a shop to prepare." Naruto smiled, "Well I'll be seeing you." Naruto head towards the door and turned to Rias, "Oh, please just call me Naruto. I'm not comfortable being called by my last name."

"Alright, have a good day Naruto-san, oh what is the name of your shop?" Rias asked tilting her head cutely.

Naruto blushed a bit, he had to admit that she was pretty. However, it isn't all about her body or how people look. It's all on their personality and who they are, "The shop is called Whirlpool Bowl." Naruto left as he made his way down the stairs.

Rias smiled as she watched him leave. She knew he was fully human, at least human enough. She knew she couldn't sense chakra, but she wondered. Maybe Koneko just smelled Naruto and caught the scent of a random fox. Rias let a huff out and thought, maybe her and her peerage should visit his store one day.

With Naruto

Naruto let a sigh out as he began to make his way back home. He made it back home without much of an issue, Naruto went inside and called out, "I'm home!" He yelled out… silence… this wasn't uncommon, but it was a little new. Houmi would be here when she could, Naruto placed his bag down. He made his way towards the kitchen just then Naruto senses a familiar presence. Naruto looked around; Naruto saw a small figure on the ground. Naruto's eyes widen as what stood in front of him was surprising, "K-Kurama?"

A small red-orange fur fox with black fur around its eyes that stretches to its ears, red irises with black slits for pupils and the upper-body structure of a human, complete with opposable thumbs on its clawed hands, "Well brat, yeah… I'm here. It took a while, but I've finally reformed… only this time. I only reformed with a little bit of chakra I was given to keep. You on the other hand… have all of my chakra. Naruto, you are the new Kyuubi No Yoko." Kurama walked over and sat down, "Don't ruin the name tho, I'll kill you if you do!" Kurama growled.

Naruto looked at the miniature dog-sized Kurama as he was tearing up, "K-Kurama! Y-You're here!" Naruto grabbed the small dog-sized fox. Began to hug him happily which earned more grumbling and roaring from Kurama.

"LET ME GO YOU DAMN BRAT! I AM NOT SOME DAMN PET!" Kurama didn't have the strength to push Naruto off of him.

Kurama was soon released as he let a sigh out, "Well now that your done smothering me to death. How are you doing? I'm glad you've finally grown up." Kurama gave him a smirk.

Naruto smiled, "Which brings me to my next question, how the heck did you get out of the seal? Why is your chakra only remaining inside of me?"

"Well, it must be something to do with that dragon… I don't know why but it took a while just for me to reform." Kurama sighed, "Now look at me a dog-sized fox. Eh well, I guess this isn't so bad." Kurama hopped up on Naruto's shoulder.

Naruto let a sigh out, "Well I guess we'll never find out, but I'm glad you're here. You think you could teach me to use your chakra then?"

Kurama nodded his head, "I hate to admit it, but I don't think I'll be getting back inside. It's not too hard, it will work like your own chakra. Though it will be a lot more powerful, you will have to learn to use it. Though, I think you will get hang of it soon enough." Kurama hopped off and laid on the couch, "With that, I'm going to sleep." Kurama went to sleep. Naruto chuckled, "Yep definitely the same lazy Kurama I knew." Naruto did wonder how the heck he got out of the seal. He remembers hearing about Great Red, he travels in between the dimensional gap.

Time Skip Week Later Tuesday

Naruto was worrying about his first pre calc quest, he wondered how he did. The class was finished up and was heading towards lunch. He went to the lunch line and bought ramen and some bread. Naruto made his way to the roof of the school. He opened the door and saw people already there. He saw Rias with a bunch of her friends. The group heard Naruto open the door, "Oh! Ops! Sorry about that guys. Oi? Kurama what are you doing here?" Naruto saw Kurama who was in Koneko's lap.

Kurama popped his head up, he said nothing as he ran over and hopped on Naruto's shoulder, "Oh so he is your fox?" Rias raised an eyebrow she wanted to know what Naruto's response was going to be.

Naruto kneeled, "Yeah, this little guy has been with me since I moved here. I found him wounded and hurt. You see was hit by something, so I took him in and healed him. Since then he has been with me for years." Naruto smiled as he rubbed Kurama's ear. Rias, Koneko, Akeno, and Kiba smiled hearing about Naruto's response. Koneko recognized the smell that came off Naruto which was Kurama. Kurama made sure to suppress his chakra so no one could sense him too, "Well I'm sorry for bothering your lunch. I can come and pick Kurama up later. It seems you enjoyed his company; I don't want to ruin your lunch." Naruto gave them a truthful smile showing that he didn't want to bother them.

"Oh no, please join us. We enjoyed having Kurama's presence being here. We'd be happy to get to know our new fellow student." Rias smiled waving him over, Koneko and Kiba scooted over to make room.

Naruto didn't want to get involved with Rias and her peerage. Naruto was easily able to deduce that they were devils and a part of Rias's peerage, "Well I guess I have no choice then." Naruto made his way over, he knew to act like himself. That was easy, just making talk with people he doesn't know is hard. Naruto sat down and began to dig into his ramen, Naruto fed Kurama bits of beef and chicken from his sandwiches.

"So, Uzumaki-san how do you like Japan? Where did you live before this?" Akeno looked at Naruto curiously.

"Please you can just call me Naruto. I use to live in America in an orphanage in Springfield Illinois. Kurama came with me, I had to get a permit to keep him. Besides, it was a tough battle to be allowed to keep Kurama. It took a while, but I was allowed to keep him. He has been my best buddy ever since then." Naruto smiled as he looked at Kurama and Kurama just nuzzled himself in Naruto's lap.

"Aww that's sweet," Koneko said with a small smile appear on her face.

"Well, that just shows the rumors of you being a delinquent is false." Akeno giggled as she stared at Naruto. She didn't mind looking at him, he was kinda cute. Way his hair was, made him have a wild and bad boy look.

Rias nodded her head agreeing, "Yes, I must say goes a long way to show how good of a person you are. Plus, animals are quite sensitive to emotions, so if Kurama deems you a good person. You must be a really good person, those rumors of you being part of street gangs are also false." Rias couldn't help but giggle at the false rumors that went through school.

Naruto deadpanned, "Yeah… I know, somehow, I don't know how they got that in their minds. I was taught Japanese and English at the same time. An orphan who only spoke Japanese also taught me Japanese while I was learning English when I was a kid." Naruto smiled, "He was a good friend, makes me wonder what happened to him."

"Pardon for the late introductory, I'm Yuuto Kiba you can just call me Kiba. I was curious about what happened to him?" Kiba asked curiously.

Naruto gave them a half-smile while rubbing the back of his head, "Well… Sasuke… he was adopted." Naruto noticed the upset look on their faces. Kiba realized he went over a difficult topic for Naruto since he did say he was an orphan. Naruto quickly waved it off, "Please don't feel too bad. You didn't know, it's okay I've been really on my own since I was a baby. I don't even know who my real parents were." Naruto saw Kiba calm down a bit, and Naruto noticed the tension in the air, "Well besides that everything else has been great. Things turned around since I met Kurama. Oh, Sasuke and his parents still kept in touch with me. I was offered a place in Japan where I could set up a shop. I always wanted to open a ramen/pastry shop. So, I got to open the place up and now I have it up and running. So, everything is good for me." Naruto gave them a thumbs up, "I guarantee the best Ramen and pastries you'll ever eat Dattebayo!"

Rias, Akeno, and Koneko couldn't help but giggle and laugh at Naruto's verb tic. Naruto laughed with them as Kiba chimed in, "That's interesting? Dattebayo?"

"Y-Yeah… I heard from the caretakers and the doctors. That my birth Kaa-san had a line just like that. That was her verb tic." Naruto smiled, "I-I've always wanted to meet them." Naruto thought of the pictures back at home, Jiraiya sent him a picture of who his parents were. Naruto put them around the shop and in his house of his family.

"Awww I think it's cute. In a way, a part of your mother will always be with you." Rias had a smile appear on her face.

"Do you know who your Tou-san is?" Akeno asked.

"I don't know, but I was told that he looks just like me. Well minus the whiskers." Naruto's mind traced back to Minato, to think that his father was the Fourth Hokage.

"Well, I bet your Tou-san was very handsome." Rias had a small stain of pink stain on her cheeks. Koneko ad Akeno looked at Rias surprised, they knew who they were. However, to drag a human into their affairs won't be the best idea.

Soon the bell rang, "Well I better get to class, the good thing I also got a note as well. It's to keep Kurama around, he is considered a train service pet." Naruto gave Kurama his napkin, Kurama took the napkin and walked over to the trashcan threw it away, "He is more of a stressed pet than anything else." Naruto rubbed his ears which Kurama melted into his arms. It was truly actually, Houmi helped Naruto gather the papers to keep Kurama and have him with him.

Everyone watched him leave as Rias let a sigh out, "So… Koneko does Naruto smell like that fox?" Rias wondered if Naruto a normal human was just.

Koneko nodded her head, "Yeah Kurama smells just like the fox I smell off Naruto. Naruto is human."

Kurama sent naruto a telepathic message telling him that Rias and her peerage concluded that he was human. Thanks' to Naruto's chakra training and magic abilities, he trained enough where his chakra and demonic magic cancel one another out. Masking his presence making him seem completely human.

Naruto made his way to class; he was handed his pre-calc class. During classes, Naruto began to fall asleep, during class. He already knew a bunch of the material so he dozed off often. Many of the kid's opinions varied. Many of the girls liked him, but they saw how lazy he could be. Though, today was the day they were going to see how he did. The teacher came walking through the rows saying if the student did well or not. Soon the teacher came by and let a sigh out, "Uzumaki-san I must say for someone who doesn't pay attention. You did well. I'm glad Kurama is trained well. It seems like he won't be too much of a bother to class." The teacher handed Naruto his test.

"I'm sure of it Sensei, I made sure to tell Kurama to not bother anyone." Naruto rubbed Kurama's ear. The teacher motioned if it was alright to pet him, Naruto allowed him to do so. Kurama let the teacher pet him without any issue.

Naruto was a tad bit nervous since he knew he could be lazy when it came to school work. He looked at his grade and shrugged his shoulder. Issei was curious since he got a C, which wasn't very good. He leaned over towards Naruto, "Uzumaki-san how did you do?"

Naruto looked at the brunette pervert, "Oh… I just got a 93 I probably could have done better." Naruto showed his paper to Issei.

"WHAT? Smart and good looking!? Not fair! How the heck do you get all the girls!" Issei shook his fist angrily with jealousy. The girls began to chatter about Naruto which earned a lot of praise.

"Cute and smart!" A girl chirped.

"He is also really athletic! You hear that the kendo and a few other clubs are trying to get him to join?" Another girl added.

"Didn't he break the mile by like five minutes or something?" Another asked.

"I think he got 4 minutes and ten seconds!" Another guy chimed in.

Naruto didn't like the attention too much, "Uzumaki-san how did you do it?" A guy asked.

Naruto gave them a smile waving it off, "Nah it's nothing really, I typically teach myself a unit before the day the lesson is caught."

End of the Day

Naruto made his way to the top of the roof with Kurama on his head. Naruto let a sigh out, "Well what do you think of them? Having servants… that doesn't sit well with me."

"Well, it's interesting enough that we're in a school with other devils. Though the devils ended up being the Sitri and Gremory Heiress." Kurama looked down as he saw Rias and her club going into a building off on the side.

"Hmmm what do you make of them? They are devils, you think they are of any danger to us?" Naruto looked at Kurama.

Kurama shook his head, "In all honesty kit, I think they are pretty good people. I didn't sense anything menacing from them. Though I seem to find her entire peerage troubled."

"I got that too… *Sigh*" Naruto rubbed his forehead, "I want to honor what Houmi-chan… well, Kaa-san wanted for me. She said not to get involved with them. Well, I'll at least do that much. Common let's go we got a ramen shop to start running. I think I'll start using shadow clones and transformation to make a crew."

Naruto and Kurama began to make their way back to his home. Naruto knew it wasn't late so the opening wouldn't be an issue. Naruto stepped into his home and put his books on the side. He made a clone and told him to do his homework. He made another clone to study math, another for history, Japanese, another for English, Chemistry, and Biology. Naruto put an apron on and walked over to his ramen shop.

Naruto chuckled as he saw the clone working in the back. It was Naruto's clones who were transformed as Hiruzen and Jiraiya as workers for his ramen shop. Naruto let that clone dispel and made another clone to replace him. Naruto walked into the shop to find it packed. He saw many people eating ramen, business people, shop workers, students, and other students from Kuoh, "Yo! Uzumaki-kun! Is that you!" One of the girls from Naruto's class recognized him.

Naruto chuckled as he went to the back for cooking, "Yeah it is, what's up?"

"C-Can we get a bowl of Mio Pork Ramen?" A girl from Naruto's class asked.

"Ummm are you two in my class?" Naruto raised an eyebrow as he was preparing their food right behind the counter.

"Yeah, I'm Murayama, and this is Katase. We're part of the Kendo club." Murayama was a girl with brown hair. Her hair was down in twin tails with red ribbons. She has two strands of hair on each side of her face that framed it. She had brown eyes and a buxom figure.

"Like Murayama said, I'm Katase." Katase had a pinkish hair pulled back in a headband.

They both blushed to look at Naruto, Naruto had a black double-breasted chef jacket and a long, wide chef's apron. They could see the toned muscles underneath that outfit, "Well it's nice to meet you guys. So, you both want a Miso Pork Ramen?"

They both nodded their head as Naruto began to continue his cooking. Thanks to practice while on the road with Merlin, he taught himself how to make ramen. Naruto finished chopping up the vegetables and poured the broth and the noodles. Soon he placed them all in two bowls and turned around facing the two, "Here you two go." Naruto placed the bowls down in front of them.

Murayama smiled, "So, why do you work here Uzumaki-san?"

Naruto scratched his head, "Well I make money while in school. I'm on my own so, I don't have a way to get money. Besides what brings you guys here?" Naruto leaned on the counter smiled, "I guess, trying to live a modest life is what I want."

"What are you planning on for the future?" Murayama asked curiously as she looked into Naruto's eyes.

Naruto began to talk about his future, "Well in all honesty I'm not too sure. I mean always dreamed about opening up a ramen shop. That's what I've done, I'm the manager here. I've just hired help."

Murayama smiled as she listened to Naruto and Katase caught onto this. Katase and Murayama thought Naruto was a lot cooler of a guy than they thought. He is a good cook, smart, good looking, athletic, charming, and not a pervert, "Well what about you guys, me standing here and not getting to learn anything about you guys is lonesome? How about you guys?"

Katase got a text from her parents, "Shoot! My parents need me! I need to go!" Katase waved giving Murayama a wink, "See later Uzumaki! Murayama good luck!" Katase left paying for her meal and left.

"Uhhh that was weird." Naruto scratched his cheek.

Murayama was a little nervous, "W-Well, she must be busy, uhhh how is school going for you? Your transfer to Kuoh?"

Naruto smiled back, "Well it's been pretty good so far, I've enjoyed it a lot. The subjects are pretty easy, but besides that, I've enjoyed my stay." Naruto turned to another customer and took his order and began to cook the noodles once again. Soon he came back to find Murayama trying to study and do her homework, "You need any help? Isn't that chemistry?"

Murayama sighed, "Y-Yeah it is, I don't understand this. They want me to find the yield?" Murayama was scratching her head confused and worried.

Naruto cleaned his hands, "Well why not we spend some time getting to know one another. We're classmates, right? After this then we can help you, like a tutor or something like that." Naruto gave her a foxy grin as Murayama couldn't help but blush.

"Y-Yeah… it would be appreciated." Murayama smiled as she watched him go back to work. She felt her heart beating a bit faster than normal.

The Whirlpool Bowl stayed open for a while longer until 7:00 pm hit. Once Naruto closed up the shop, he invited Murayama into his house. Naruto dispelled his clones for the night and invited her into his house which was right next to the shop. Naruto brought his books from his room and found Murayama looking at his family photos, "Uzumaki-san were these your parents?"

Naruto eyes looked at the ground as he had a small smile appear on his face. Murayama saw this but before she said anything Naruto said, "Don't worry about it, and please call me Naruto. No need to call me by my last name."

Murayama nodded her head, "I-I see, it's okay you can call me Murayama then. My name Murayama means the mountain near the village., and my last name Moriko means forest. So the mountain near the village surrounded by the forest."

Naruto sat down across from her with his textbooks, "That's a beautiful name, well depending on how you look at it. My name Naruto means fishcake or maelstrom. I prefer Maelstrom but I heard that my mother was obsessed with ramen. So, I think she meant my name to mean fishcake." Naruto giggled as Murayama giggled with him.

"Well shall we get going? Oh, also thanks for helping me out." Murayama took out her notes.

With Naruto helping Murayama their studying session soon came to an end. It was about 10:00 pm, "Hey it's late out, how about I walk ya home." Naruto stood up as Murayama was packing up her things and walked outside with her.
"R-Really? Well, I must say it will make me feel better. Walking home at night can be scary." Murayama smiled as she walked out with Naruto.

"Well there can be unsavory folk too, I just want to make sure friends stay safe." Naruto sent her smiled while rubbing the back of his head.

"W-Well that makes me feel safer… Naruto, you're a good person." Murayama grabbed his arm pulling it close to her. Murayama knew that the rumors about Naruto were false. Though, now she knew that he wasn't part of some crime organization or gang.

"Well of course I am!" Naruto gave her a wink and a thumbs up at the same time.

While the two were walking Murayama asked, "So, have you ever thought about joining the Kendo Club? We don't have any male members. So, we can't compete in girls' and boy's competitions. Having boys in our club is difficult without there being any perverts." Murayama was a bit hopeful, then it would mean there would be more for them to talk about. Not just that it would help her get to know Naruto more.

Naruto blushed a bit, but he decided to ignore it, "Yeah… your one of my first friends I've made so far. You and Katase are always welcomed to my shop. I enjoyed being able to talk to people normally for once."

Naruto scratched his cheek, he could but it would be unfair if he did so. Unless he used weighted clothing and gravity spells on him. So, it would make him seem human, and give him a challenge, "Well I don't know how to fight with swords, but I've always wanted to learn to wield a sword."

Murayama clapped her hands happily, "That's great! Maybe you can stop by tomorrow! Us girls would love to have you join! Oh! Do you think you could be out bodyguard? It would keep the pervs out of the way!"

Naruto kept walking with Murayama a bit shocked, "Ohhh uhhh to keep the pervs away? Wait you mean Issei Hyoudou and his lackies?"

"Yes! Them! Those pervs always try to look at us while changing!" Murayama grew angry just thinking about the three pervs.

"Don't you guys end up beating the crap of them later?" Naruto raised an eyebrow.

Murayama blushed, "Well! It serves them right for peeking on us!" Murayama shook her fist in anger. Naruto began to laugh as Moriko's face turned redder, "H-Hey! What's so funny!" Moriko's demeanor turned to an angrier tone.

Naruto put his hands up in defense, Naruto remembers the letters Jiraiya sent him about Kushina. She was quick to anger, strong, and took no shit from anyone, "It's just that you don't take anything from others. Your strong not just physically, but also in character too." Naruto liked that about her, she didn't take any shit from other people, "You don't let others tell you otherwise."

"T-Thanks Naruto-san, your too kind, and thanks for walking me home." Murayama blushed as she pulled Naruto's arm closer to her body. She didn't realize where his arm was, but Naruto notice and he made sure to keep himself calm.

"Oh, you don't have to call me that Murayama, you can just call me Naruto. I'm not one for formalities." Naruto walked up and stopped by her front door of her house.

Murayama smiled, "T-Thanks again for the help Naruto-san… I-I hope you look into the club."

Naruto ran his hand through his hair as a breeze blew his hair back. Naruto thought of it, and he smiles as long as he used those gravity spells and weighted outfits. He will be able to compete with regular humans. Besides Murayama isn't that bad, he had to admit that she was pretty cute, "You know what Murayama! I will! Tell Katase that I'd be glad to join! Though I am a newbie so I will need you to teach me." Naruto gave her a foxy grin as Murayama blushed.

"Yeah… I'll see ya tomorrow." Murayama smiled as she left into her house, she waved to Naruto as he began to walk back home. Once she closed the door she leaned up with her back against the door. She hugged her bookbag and let a small squeal out, "Does he like? I don't know. I know I do! I can't believe I got him to join our club!" She quickly pulled her phone out and called Katase.

Next-Day End of School

Naruto was packing his school books up as Murayama and Katase came walking over, "Oh! Murayama! Katase… uhhh you don't mind if I call you by your first name. Of course, you can call me Naruto, but I don't care for formalities." Naruto chuckled shrugging his shoulders.

Katase giggled, "Well my name is Nakano Katase, you can call me Katase!" Katase handed Naruto the papers to join her club.

Issei shouted, "What! Naruto gets to join the Kendo Club! Not one male was ever able to join! That's so unfair!"

Motohama said angrily as he waved his tightened fist, "How does he get to join! He is going to be with every hot girl in the Kendo Club!"

"This is so unfair man! He going to get all the hotties when their bangalangs are free!" Matsuda complained as he slammed his fist on the desk.

Naruto facepalmed as he wrote his name on the signup form, "Ya know, a lot more people would respect you if you were perverts. Every word that comes out of your mouth gives me a headache. Seriously, having to describe and give names for a woman's assets isn't very cool either." Naruto knew Jiraiya was perverted, but he wouldn't openly state the way they would. The girls in the class chattered about this concerning Naruto.

"Common Naruto! Let's get going! Everyone else wants to meet you!" Murayama grabbed his arm dragging him to the gym along with Katase.

Naruto was dragged to the changing room where all the girls were, "W-What? Hey, what's going on? Why am I being dragged here!?" Naruto was beginning to panic as Murayama calmed him down.

"Relax Naruto, we just need you to stand here while we change. Well like, patrol the area." Murayama smiled, "I hope you don't mind, then you can change!"

Naruto let a sigh out as began to patrol around, he looked around for peepholes. After a few rounds, he made his way back to find the girls out and changed. They had their kendo outfits. A white Gi top with black Gi skirts, "Thanks for looking out for us Naruto!" Murayama gave Naruto a cute smile with her hands behind her back with her torso swaying. Murayama was a little nervous with Naruto seeing her, though she didn't mind that too much.

"Yeah no prob, I'll be back in a second." Naruto looked for a male changing room, "Oh… there isn't a changing room for males." Naruto scratched his head.
"Well that's why we changed; you can go change in the girl's locker room." Murayama blushed along with the other girls.

Naruto shook his head, as he was given his Gi, "I'll just head on over to the Gym lockers." Naruto ran off real quick to go change. The girls all let a sigh out upset.

"Dang I wonder what he looks like underneath his uniform." A girl chimed in.

"Yeah… I wonder." Murayama watched as Naruto ran off to change. The other girls began to giggle and realized how different Murayama was acting. She was head over heels for Naruto, in more ways than one.

Soon Naruto came back in a similar outfit as theirs. Though the difference is he had Gi pants instead of their Gi skirts, "Hmmm these outfits are a lot lighter than I thought." Naruto tugged at the side of his outfit.

"What do you mean Naruto?" Murayama asked confused.

"Oh! Uhhh, I mean… they are lighter than I think they would be ya know." Naruto chuckled as he rubbed the back of his head, "Anyways! What are we going to be doing for Kendo?"

Katase smiled, '" Well since you asked today is going to see how strong ya are! Like conditioning to help you get ready for the club!"

"Ummm alright what do I have to do?" Naruto asked confused as he scratched his head.
Some of the girls got their shinai to go to practice.

"Since Katase and I are the president and vice president of the Kendo Club." Murayama blushed, "Y-you have to carry weights on strapped to your back. You have to do 20 laps around the gym." Murayama and Katase dragged a bag on over with weights inside. They tried to pick it up, but they struggled.

"Here I can put it on." Naruto picked the bag up with ease and strapped it on.

Katase and Murayama looked at Naruto shocked, "H-How can you pick that up with such ease?" Murayama walked over to him shocked.

"Umm, just how much does this weigh?" Naruto asked confused.

"That is at least 80 pounds! You picked it up like it was nothing!" Katase looked at Naruto while scratching her head.

"Oh… uhhh I work out a lot, so weight like this is nothing. This wouldn't be much of a challenge if I used this." Naruto said jokingly, "I-I know! I can carry one of you guys! I bet you guys are just as light as the weight!" Naruto swung his right arm from the right to the left while snapping his fingers.

Katase smirked, "I know! Murayama weighs more than I do! Have her sit on your back!" Katase pushed Murayama forward.

"W-What!? I-I can't d-do that I!" Murayama was blushing up a storm.

Naruto nodded his head and walked over in front of Moriko. He knelt on one knee, "Alright, yeah! Murayama hop on my back!" Naruto waved her over.

Murayama slowly approached and walked up, "O-Okay,"

She slowly made her way on his back as she wrapped her arms around his neck. Naruto put his hands on her legs and stood up. Murayama felt herself slip a bit so she pulled her body tighter against Naruto's back. She felt her chest press up against his back, she blushed and wondered if Naruto would say anything. Naruto ignored the feeling of the soft mounds on his back and smiled, "Wow you may weigh more than the weights. Though you are still pretty light Moriko." Naruto gave her a foxy grin. Naruto made sure to grab her thighs so she didn't slip. Murayama kept blushing as she felt his strong hands on her thighs.

"I-I see then… well, let's get going." Murayama said with a bit more confidence as Naruto began to jog around.

Naruto began to run around the gym like it was nothing. Murayama was surprised at Naruto's speed and his strength as he flew through the laps. Naruto knew it was easy to do so even without chakra, "You know Murayama this is easy. I wear special training gear when I train. I have weighted clothing, so this is a cinch."

Murayama was amazed, "Wow, you are amazing Naruto. Why do you train?"

"Well, I enjoy training… I mean getting strong to protect the others I care about. You see I learned that my parents were really strong too. They were strong so; I want to follow in their footsteps. I found records of them being firefighters and a police officer." Naruto sent her a smile, he hated lying but telling her that he was from a different world. Not just that he was in a world full of Shinobi. That isn't that easy to tell her, besides this is the first real friend he ever made in this world.

Naruto continued to run as it was his 15th lap within eight minutes. He made sure to make it take some time, he had to make sure he seemed human, "Well what did happen to them? If you don't mind me asking." Murayama didn't want to make him uncomfortable.

Naruto smiled, "How about we talk about that after our club." Naruto didn't feel too uncomfortable about this. He had to open up to some people, it was inevitable that it would happen. To think that his first real friend was going to be a cute girl like Murayama Murayama.

Naruto continued the club with Katase and Moriko. He was given a Shinai as they practiced their swings and sparring. Naruto didn't know forms with sword fighting, though he did bring up a good point, "Well I'm not that bad with fighting. I learned Taijutsu from a friend of mine. I can teach everyone too, might help while sword fighting." Naruto mentally thanked Merlin and knew he had to physically thank him for teaching him.

The girls enjoyed Naruto's lessons in Taijutsu mainly because he took his top layer of his Gi down. He only had his undershirt on showing off his toned body. Which the girls all enjoyed seeing while he taught them. He helped fix their stands mainly because they were female, "Well understand that the girl's stance is different." Naruto walked over to Moriko, "Just bear with me on this Moriko." Naruto put his hand on her hips and went down to her legs, "Understand that the female body is much more flexible than males. You guys have wider hips for pregnancy and birthing. Thus, your center of balance is different, so copying my stance will only hinder your movements." Naruto moved her legs a bit which earned other girls to stare enviously of Moriko's luck.

Naruto knew it was weird and a little pervy, but he had to do it to show her, "With that, you will be a lot more of an effective fighter. Not only hand to hand but also with your shinai!" Naruto backed up and smiled, "Well with that I think it might be a good idea to invest in something new!" Naruto knew that getting weighted training Gi's will strengthen their bodies.

"What is that?" Katase asked curiously.

"Weighted Gis." Naruto gave brought his gym uniform with him, "I ordered a weighted Kuoh gym uniform on purpose. This allows me to continue training while I'm in P.E. this could help with your strength and speed.!" Naruto smirked, "I must say it will help you guys get stronger and faster for your competitions."

"Wow! That's a good idea! We should try to invest in that!" Katase swung her right hand from the right to the left snapping her fingers.

"That's so smart Naruto!" Murayama liked that idea.

"Yeah! Naruto-kun that's a good idea!" The other girls in the group chirped.

"Alright! Well, we will meet up again tomorrow! Naruto-san I'll try to get those orders in when we get the funds!" Katase gave everyone a smile and a thumbs up.

Everyone went to go change as Naruto went off to the side and quickly changed. His clone brought his clothes, Naruto stood guard waiting for the others to change. Soon the girls came walking out but they all said goodbye to Naruto. The only ones left were Murayama and Naruto, "Uhhh bye?" Naruto scratched his cheek as the other Kendo members left saying goodbye to him.

Murayama was the only one left, "Well how about we get going?" She smiled as Naruto knelt on the ground.

Naruto picked Kurama up in his arms, "Seems he has been waiting for a while, how are ya doing buddy?" Naruto rubbed Kurama's ears.
"Awww it's little Kura-kun." Murayama gave him a nickname as she rubbed his ear as Kurama purred at her touch.

Naruto smiled, "Well shall I walk ya home again tonight?" Naruto asked while raising an eyebrow.

Murayama shook her head, "I'll be good, thanks though!"

Naruto scratched his head, "Are you sure I can take you home Moriko." He just wanted to make sure she got home okay.

Murayama blushed, "I appreciate the gesture, but I can take care of myself though Naruto. I am strong after all." Murayama brought her right fist up placing her left hand on her bicep.

Naruto chuckled, "I hear ya loud and clear ma'am just be careful." Naruto lifted his bag over his shoulder and waved to her.

"W-Wait! Naruto!" Murayama called out to him.

Naruto turned his head, "Yea… what's up? Oh, you changed your mind? You want me to walk ya back?" Naruto gave her a foxy grin.

Murayama blushed and nervously said, "C-Can I-I get your p-phone number?"

Naruto turned his body to her and smiled as he pulled his phone out, "Yeah! Here ya go." Naruto showed her his number as she creates a contact for him. Naruto made one for her as they exchanged numbers, "Well I'll see ya later Moriko!" Naruto began to walk home with Kurama on his head.

Murayama waved to him, "Bye Naruto!" Murayama waved back smiling, she turned and began to walk home. Murayama had a skip in her step, "I got Naruto-kun's number! I-I wonder! Will he go out with me? I mean he did accept when I asked for his number!" Murayama continued on her way home without any issues.

Time Skip Week Later

"Dang it! Why does history have to be a thing!" Naruto chuckled as Murayama facepalmed. Naruto was studying with Murayama over their history of Japan.

"Well, its just memorization. Murayama, it's not that difficult." Naruto chuckled as he brought out his study guide, "Alright let's see what did you get for question 10?" Naruto showed his notes to Murayama as she looked at hers.

"This is going to take a while." Murayama let a sigh out, the two continued to go over their study guide and homework. Naruto and Murayama also had some small talk between one another.

After a while Naruto's stomach began to growl, "Well I'm famished, you want some ramen?" Naruto stood up and went to his kitchen.

Murayama giggled, "Sure, but is ramen all you eat?"

"Well, I'll eat other things but is the best! I love it!" Naruto licked his lips as he began to boil the water and the noodles.

Murayama put her pencil down and looked around Naruto's family room. She had many different fantasies, one with Naruto being her husband with kids. Soon Naruto came walking into the room as Murayama shook her head, "W-What am I thinking!? I-I don't even know if he feels that way!" Murayama blushed as she slapped her cheeks, "Keep it together Murayama Murayama! I can do this I just need to stay confident! I need to send him subtle hints, hope he catches on." "That reminds me Naruto when are those weighted Gis coming in?"

Naruto scratched his head, "Well when I ordered them, they said they should come in a week or two. I hope it will help you guys get stronger too." Naruto sent a foxy grin her way.

"Which reminds me, why did you agree to join our Kendo club? I mean there were so many others, plus you're the only male. If we compete, you're going to the only boy." Murayama did feel al little bit bad that Naruto was the only guy there.

Naruto shook his head, "Murayama this is the most fun I've ever had. Plus, I get to keep training and get stronger. I also get to hang out with you and Katase, but then you come over to study with me. I think this just a bonus." Naruto said smoothly as Murayama was blushing up a storm.

"I-I see then… well maybe as the Kendo club we can like to hang out sometime? Like a karaoke or maybe go skating or shopping." Murayama smiled hopefully that maybe Naruto would agree to go shopping with everyone this weekend.

Soon the two finished up their bowls of ramen and Murayama prepared to leave. Naruto walked her to the door, "You sure you don't want me to walk ya home?" Naruto raised an eyebrow just wanting to make sure she was okay walking home herself.

She nodded her head, "You walked me home last time, I'm okay by myself. Besides you need to get up to get to school." Murayama giggled, she went to leave but then turned her head, "Hey uhhh Naruto are you busy this weekend?"

"No, I don't have anything planned but work." Naruto put both of his hand behind his head, "I think I can request a day off. What do you have in mind?" Naruto tilted his head curious about what she was going to ask him, "Woah? Wait… has she been dropping hints that she likes me? Does she? I-I don't know how to handle something like this? Houmi never told me what to do if a girl like me? Wait why am I overthinking this? I should just be myself." Naruto took a deep breath that Murayama so happened to miss.

"Well, the club and I were wondering if you would want to join us this weekend. We're going shopping and having you would be great to have. We knew it to be hard to persuade you since guys aren't too big fans of shopping." Murayama scratched the back of her head nervously.

Naruto chuckled, "Hey, I'd be happy to see you guys! What time and where are we meeting?" Naruto asked raising an eyebrow.

Moriko's face expressed a lot, "Wow! I can't believe it! He is okay going with us!" Murayama quickly shook her head to gain her bearings, "Oh! Yes, we're planning on meeting up at Kuoh at about 11:00 am! Saturday! 11:00 am! Wait… I just said that. Anyways at Kuoh Academy in the front on Saturday!" Murayama kept saying things over again as she began to panic. She was saying a lot of extra things which she didn't mean.

Naruto chuckled, "I hear ya Moriko, I'll see you tomorrow! Stay safe!" Naruto waved to her as Murayama began to make her way home with a blush on her face and a skip in her step.

Kurama came walking up chuckling himself, "Hey brat, it seems you've found yourself a lady friend! Don't ya think she pretty hot? I mean seems like you got a chance with her!"

Naruto scratched his cheek, "W-Well I'm just going to wait and see, she might just be nice that's all. So, I can't say anything just yet… though Murayama is cute I won't deny that. Murayama Murayama… she is a pretty girl."

Next Day

Naruto made his way towards class as he met up with Moriko, "Yo morning Moriko." Naruto waved to her.

Murayama smiled, "Morning Naruto, ready for class?"

"Yeah, you ready for the exam?" Naruto smirked giving her a thumbs up.

Katase looked at both of them, "Wait! You two studied together didn't you!" Katase added a sly tone to her voice as Naruto and Murayama blushed.

"Naka-chan it isn't like that! We were just studying! That's all we didn't do anything else!" Murayama tried to clear up the misunderstanding.

"Yeah, I help her review. It also helps me then it goes to show just how much I know. So, in a way she is also helping me." Naruto scratched the back of his head.

"Oh, Kata-chan I was able to convince Naruto to join us Saturday!" Murayama said excitedly.

"That's great! It wouldn't be any fun without our one and only male member of our kendo club!" Katase said with a happy grin plastered on her face.

"That's bullshit! I don't get it before guys weren't allowed to join!" Issei shouted annoyed, pissed off, and jealous.

"You need to share the love man!" Matsuda shouted.

"This is so fricken unfair!" Motohama tightened his fist in annoyance.

"Alright class everyone sits down! Get a pencil out for the exam!" The teacher came walking in as everyone sat down and got ready.

Time Skip Weekend Saturday 11:00 am

Naruto arrived at the front of Kuoh Academy, "Yo! Moriko! Nakano! Over here!" Naruto called to the rest of the Kendo club members.

"Common girls let's get going!" Katase called the other girls, "Common let's go, everyone!" Katase looped her arms through Naruto's dragging him along.

Murayama was a bit shocked since she was hoping to walk side by side with Naruto. She puffed her cheeks out and mumbled, "Mou! Naka-chan how dare you! You know I'm trying to get Naruto!" Murayama puffed her cheeks out, she suddenly stared at Nakano. Katase was giggling as she met eyes with Moriko's. She stuck her tongue out showing that she was dragging Naruto with her on purpose, "HEY! SHE IS DOING THIS ON PURPOSE!" Murayama shook her head and decided to join the group.

The group made their way towards the mall. With Naruto, now free of Nakano's grasp, he was walking in the middle with a bunch of the Kendo girls. Mainly they asked him many questions on his likes and dislikes. Naruto got to learn that many of them come from normal families with some having weird quirks to their personality. He didn't mind, but he got to know more about his fellow club mates. Though Naruto did notice that Murayama had her cheeks puffed out, she did smile. The group began to go around the mall and shop. They got new clothes, household items, bought trinkets, or cute stuffed animals.

After some time of walking around, Naruto quickly slid his way next to Moriko, "Are you alright?" Naruto began to realize that Murayama seemed a little down. She didn't openly say it or show it. Though Murayama does fidget with her fingers when she is jealous or nervous. Naruto noticed this with Murayama when he tutored her. Though, he could never put together why she got nervous.

Murayama blushed a bit as she had her hands behind her back. She was a bit jealous; she didn't know anymore. Even though they all hung out during club hours, hanging out with everyone outside of the club is weird. She liked having Naruto to herself and getting to learn who she was, "Yeah it's just different ya know? I mean outside of the club its just you and I. It just feels a little off." Murayama smiled with a small tint of pink staining his cheeks.

"I get it, I know what you mean Moriko! You think of it as our thing, don't you? I mean I can't blame you, we're almost always together." Naruto chuckled as he pointed out the obvious.

Murayama began to blush harder, "I-I see… Ummm I-I'm getting hungry! Is everyone else getting hungry?" Murayama looked at the others.

The other girls in the kendo club all giggled. They thought that Naruto's and Moriko's interactions were cute. Katase knew full well that Murayama was head over heels for Naruto. Naruto was a little harder to read, but she knew that Naruto had full loyalty to friends. He never perved out on them, and never said anything sexual about girls. Naruto always had an eye to eye contact with them, he treats them respectfully. Katase couldn't help but let out some squeals, to think that Naruto and Murayama were this close to one another. It was cute, adorable, and beautiful. The two enjoyed each other's company and would get lost in conversation.

The group head over to lunch, which ended up being Naruto's Whirlpool Bowl. Naruto called beforehand to temporarily reserve the place for the Kendo Club. When they walked in, Jiraiya, Hiruzen, and Kakashi, which were Naruto's transformed clones, walked out. "The kitchen is all yours Naruto, have a good one." The three walked out and disappeared behind the door in a puff of smoke.

Naruto has been very successful with the Whirlpool Bowl. The place served many different ramen bowls and many different pastries and sweets. Naruto quickly went in back and changed into his chef outfit, "Well what does everyone want? I can also make this in the house." Naruto winked at everyone. Which saved extra yen for everyone for shopping later. Naruto already had a bunch of their bags on the side. The girls liked to shop… a lot… and buy… a lot.

Naruto took their orders and cooked their meals. He continued to make their meals, the girls in the Kendo club loved Naruto's cooking. Some may not be ramen lovers like he is, but they just go with it because he loves it. Naruto's place was a popular spot for high schoolers, business people, or everyday people who walked on by.

Everyone finished up eating and took their bags and said goodbye. It was already 4:00 pm, the long day of shopping drained Naruto. He could carry the bags without an issue, but just standing there and waiting for them was exhausting, "Bye everyone! I hoped you all enjoyed it today!" Naruto waved as the girls left.

"Bye Naruto~!" The other members of the Kendo Club cooed Naruto's name as they left.

Katase giggled, "Well they certainly like you." She leaned on the counter where she was with Murayama and Naruto behind the counter.

"Well I'm glad, they're out teammates I'd never leave them behind. Besides this is the first club I've joined, so I guess I got a soft spot for this club." Naruto chuckled as he dried his hands from washing the pots. He turned around to the side and went towards the pastry shelf. He opened it and pulled out three doughnuts. He handed one to Katase and the other to Moriko.

"Thanks, Naruto!" Katase began to eat her doughnut which took her little time, "Well I'll get going, my parents need me in the afternoon. I'll leave you two love birds on your own." Katase chuckled as Murayama began to blush. Katase walked out the door with a skip in her step, clothes, and a full stomach.

Naruto blushed as he rubbed the back of his head. Murayama was blushing as well as she found it interesting to stare at her doughnut. Naruto leaned on the counter as he looked at the blushing Murayama as she stared at her doughnut, "Hey Moriko?"

"Y-Yeah Naruto?" Murayama was startled a bit, she was nervous. She was in front of the guy she had a crush on. Yeah, it used to be Kiba, but he was also a lone wolf and flew solo. Naruto on the other hand was outgoing and a lot more talkative.

Naruto scratched his cheek as he let out a small chuckle, "I was wondering… would you want to hang out Monday? Ya know maybe grab a bite to eat?" Kurama off on the side chuckled to himself as he watched Naruto grow a pair and finally ask Murayama out.

Murayama blushed, "W-what!? L-Like a date? Wait… is he asking me out? Wait… he didn't say date… he just asked to hang out! Arrgg! Okay, Murayama Moriko! It's just a hangout between friends since we have Monday off!" Murayama remembered to breathe and calmed down, "Yeah that would be great, say right after school?"

"Yeah, I'll see you then, but I had a good time today. I'd be happy to help you with shopping if you want." Naruto walked around the countertop and sat next to Moriko. He placed his hand on hers, "I enjoy spending time with ya." Naruto had a foxy grin appear on his face.

Murayama began to blush, "I-I! I see! I like spending time with you too."

Naruto nodded his head excitedly. Murayama got her bags and got ready to leave, "Well I'll see you Monday then!" Naruto waved as Murayama couldn't help but blush.

"Yeah… I'll see you Monday." Murayama walked outside, she covered her face from the sun as she looked up. She stared in the sky, and she couldn't help but feel like she was on cloud 9. "He asked me out! W-wait? Did he ask me out? Did he? I mean… he did want to hang out with me? He even said he enjoyed hanging out with me. He even placed his hand on mine! I-I wonder… does her?" Murayama slapped her cheeks, "Common Murayama Murayama I can do this! Naruto asked me out on a date! Wait… ugh! Dang, it! Let's just handle this as if we were hanging out like usual!" Murayama began to make her way home hoping that their 'hangout' would go well.

With Naruto

Naruto let a sigh out as he leaned his back on the counter with his arms stretched. He looked over as Kurama hopped on the counter, "Nice going kit, I think you got her! She was totally happy when she left, her emotions were everywhere. Though you could have been more specific. She was confused if it was a date or not."

Naruto shook his head, "I said to hang out and not a date on purpose. I still want to see what type a girl she is. It's not easy ya know? I mean I use to like Sakura a lot, but now Murayama Murayama is the girl I've had on my mind." Naruto smiled when he thought of her, she is a strong girl. Strong mentally and physically, she doesn't take any crap from anyone. Doesn't mind dishing it out if the person deserved it.

A/N: I'll end it here. Yes, I'm going with Murayama as Naruto's Girlfriend. As I said in the beginning that this story will be a small harem. Just Murayama Murayama, Rias, and Akeno. The reason I'm doing Murayama because I thought it be cool to go a different route than Issei. Also, keep in mind that Murayama is not Murayama's real name. I don't know if Murayama is her first name. I assumed it was her last name and I gave her a first name like I did to Katase. So, if you want to know who Murayama looks like just google her name and not Moriko. Murayama is the name I gave her. As of right now I am also still working on the final chapter for Child of a Devil and an Angel. Also, the pairings are locked in and will not be changed or added. I think you guys can already assume who the Red Dragon Emperor is going to be. As of right now, I will not be diving into DxD just yet, maybe towards the end of the 2nd chapter of this story. I want Naruto and Murayama to build up their friendship and Naruto to get a feel on how he feels about Moriko. I know I'm sounding like a broken record, but I want everyone to remember.
