This is a little OOC but why not.

Chapter 1 -Chasing the Golden Goose

The sound of high-heeled boots clicking viciously on the pavement echoed throughout the empty streets of the Ghost Town in City Z. This was soon accompanied by loud sighing of the owner Fubuki, the number one B Class hero. Another frustrating evening was spent attempting to convince Saitama to join her Blizzard Group. Time and time again she persevered but to no avail. His nonchalant and mulish attitude towards her efforts angered her to no end.

Once again, Fubuki was at a loss for how to make Saitama join her group.

The walk from his apartment to the car was her least favorite part of visiting Saitama. The dead silence only amplified her brooding as she would reflect on her latest failed attempt.

As she passed the large fence to approach her car, she noticed a small flyer placed on her windshield. Using her powers, she yanked the paper for a quick glimpse. Upon seeing Amai Mask's face, she crumbled the flyer immediately tossing it into a nearby dumpster.

"His fans must be really dedicated to even come here to recruit more people to that silly fan club of his," Fubuki muttered to herself as she grabbed her keys. Then again, according to the flyer this was a special Q&A event where Amai Mask would be attending….

Fubuki got an idea. A devious idea. A crazy, most likely to go terribly wrong but she was desperate so why not try idea.

Fubuki never placed much focus on fan clubs since technically she had the Blizzard Group (the best supporters she could ever want). But what about Saitama? He was not very well liked in the Hero Association much less the public. Based on the time she had spent with Saitama, Fubuki was certain the only "fan" he had was Demon Cyborg. Was that by choice? Was his apathy the same in other aspects of being a hero? If Saitama had fans how would he react to them?

If he had a fan club, he would feel inclined to visit them occasionally right? He wasn't doing much most days anyway. If she was able to talk to him outside his apartment as a "fan", he would not kick her out or stupidly ask why she was there. Many heroes often felt a connection with their fan clubs. With enough time would she be able to lull him into a false sense of security so he would let his guard down and reveal some information to his "devoted fans"?

Using the knowledge gained from the fan club, she would find out his innermost desires. What truly makes the bald man tick? Any information gathered would aid her in bribing or blackmailing him into joining the Blizzard Group.

But first, she would have to create this fan club. Due to her experience with the Fubuki Group, she already knew how to establish such organizations. This club would be no different.

When she returned home, Fubuki immediately visited the Hero Association website and searched for Caped Baldy. As she scrolled past the countless articles and forum posts deeming Saitama as a fraud, she found the empty space where she could apply to create his fan club. She was given permission rather quickly as well as some standard tips on how to ensure the club met the needs of the hero and his supporters. The website would also send out an official post declaring the creation of the official Caped Baldy fan club. Fubuki smirked gleefully as she imagined her plan slowly coming to fruition.

The Blizzard Group members were not very enthusiastic about Caped Baldy much less making a "fan club" for him. However their unrelenting loyalty greatly outweighed their groans about the situation. Amongst themselves they decided to name the plan "Operation: Golden Goose" (surprisingly not Golden Egg).

Certain tasks had to be shared around the 35 member group. Not all members would be joining the fan club at once to deter any suspicions. Five members including Fubuki would attend the first meeting. Several members including Lily, Eyelashes and Mountain Ape readily volunteered but it was ultimately decided by randomly choosing names placed in a glass bowl. Unfortunately, Mountain Ape was not picked but Fubuki promised that he would be next when she ultimately expanded the group.

To make the club more plausible, Fubuki knew she could not rely on just having numbers. A genuine fan club would have an assortment of random useless merchandise to show that they were truly devoted to supporting that hero.

Despite Fubuki's best efforts, no official Hero Association manufacturer would agree to produce any Caped Baldy memorabilia so she had to use other less reputable companies to produce the merch. This resulted in some less than ideal figurines that somehow made him look even more ridiculous than usual. The yellow suit became purple with orange Crocs replacing the red boots or no shoes at all. Some plushies had either one eye or no cape. The few Caped Baldy shirts she ordered were somehow misspelled as "Cap Baldy". Since no one would want to buy them in the first place they would suffice.

Following Fubuki's instructions, Eyelashes would make a few miniature Caped Baldy plushies from fabrics he bought at the local Y-Mart for the second meeting. Mountain Ape would produce the Caped Baldy keychains with Saitama's picture taken from his Hero Association profile. Lily was in charge of producing the posters. Piko had to be constantly yelled at by Eyelashes to stop playing videogames… Ugh especially after that last catastrophe …to find suitable locations in City Z to have the first meeting.

Fubuki still had a reputation to maintain and the number one B class hero being the President of a newbie nobody's fan club was not the best look. Luckily she had a contingency plan.

"Lily please help me with these boxes."

"Miss Blizzard, what are these?"

"Our disguises. It cannot be public knowledge that the Caped Baldy fan club consists of only Blizzard Group members." Especially a particularly nosy cyborg.

In the boxes were an assortment of ordinary shirts and pants of various sizes. Another box contained several wigs. In the last box were the shirts Fubuki previously ordered.

These civilian clothes were far from the classy suits the group would normally wear. However between them and the "Cap Baldy" shirts they were still far better. Fubuki insisted that one person in the group had to wear the dreadful shirt to the first meeting. Since no one wanted to be bestowed such an "honor", it was decided by drawing straws. Unfortunately for Fubuki, she was one who drew the shortest straw. She shuddered at the thought of wearing the horrendous shirt.

To ensure no one would recognize her, Fubuki chose a blonde wavy wig which surpassed her shoulders and fake glasses. Lily picked a cyan colored bob. Eyelashes decided to wear a man bun.

Later that night Fubuki booked a small conference room in City Z for Saturday afternoon. She sighed in relief as she fantasized a smartly dressed Saitama finally being under her control.

At Saitama's apartment…

"Sensei! There will be an inaugural Caped Baldy fan club meetup this Saturday in City Z."

"That's not my name...wait..what?!"

"I will attend this meeting Sensei to ensure this is not some twisted joke. If it is the person in charge will surely regret it."

"Whatever dude."
