Hi everybody, and welcome to my first english story. This a fic I thought about writing for quite some time, right after I finished reading the last chapter of Gal Gohan, some months ago. For those of you who are not very familiar with the manga, don't worry, as there isn't much plot there. I just felt like writing a crossover that nobody else will likely be willing to write between this two very different series, so that maybe somebody else like me, who may want to read something related to Gal Gohan, might find it here.

On a side note, I don't mean this story to be too long. I'll write a few chapters, maybe write some lemons and lots of fluff and funny moments between Naruto and Miku and the other characters of Gal Gohan, and we'll wrap it up. I have a general idea I'll be following along, and I'll definitely include some key moments of the series, so expect to see some development along the way.

Since this is one of very first stories and I'm still practicing my writing skills, you may notice some parts being slightly rushed. I apologize in advance if that's the case, but considering this fic won't be more than a bunch of chapters long, I might want to rush things a bit if I deem it necessary. Otherwise, I'll try not to.

Last, but not least, the pairing will be Naruto x Miku. Other characters will definitely be interested in him and Shinji Yabe (the teacher), but I'm sticking to that pairing for now.

Disclaimer: I don't own Naruto nor Gal Gohan, and I never will. I can barely afford my living expenses as it is.

~Chapter 1 : The Gal and the Prankster ~

"Let's see... Making a chalkboard eraser fall on top of a teacher's head, getting other students completely covered in orange paint, throwing a bucket of water at an inspector, you have really done it this time Uzumaki!"

If looks could kill, Naruto Uzumaki was sure the glare the headmaster was sending in his direction would have done so in a terrifying way. Yet, and in spite of the situation he was in, the aforementioned did nothing but grin.

"I know right? Those are some of my best pranks up to date!"

The headmaster's eyebrow visibly twitched upon hearing that, making Naruto's grin grow slightly larger. "You little delinquent... That's nothing to be proud of!", he chided. "I can't believe that problematic attitude of yours. If you keep this up, you might even become a criminal when you grow up!"

"Whatever", Naruto shrugged, his expression twisting into a frown. "It's not like any of you care what happens to me, so don't try to pretend you are giving me this speech as if you really did."

At that, the man in his fifties sitting behind a wooden desk couldn't help but let out a silent sigh, his anger subsiding momentarily. "As the headmaster of this institution, I can assure you that my main concern is to ensure that my students have a wonderful, enriching experience during the extent of their stay, so that all of you can grow to become fine members of society when you finally graduate from here."

"Soooo laaaame..."

"However, it's absolutely impossible for me to help you achieve that when you refuse to act as a respectable student like the rest of your peers!", Naruto was not looking in his direction, though out of the corner of his eyes he was able to see the vein bulging up on the headmaster's forehead. "Seriously, have you ever thought about your future?"

"You mean, other than thinking about the type of instant ramen I'll eat when I get back home...? Not really, no."

"Tch! Such indifference! No wonder why you've failed almost every single exam this semester", the old man pulled out an envelope from one of the drawers of his desk, opening it to reveal several documents inside. "English, math, science, literature... Add this to the list of all your wrong-doings ever since you've started attending this school and we have enough to make it a personal record amongst other troublemakers like yourself!"

"Heh, I wasn't expecting to be praised by you of all people old man!"

"Why, you-!"

"Excuse me~!"

Right before the man in charge of the school could give in to his almost unrestrainable anger, the door to his office suddenly slid open. Naruto's azure eyes followed the principal's line of vision until he was looking at a beautiful girl with long, bright blond hair reaching past her forearms and a pair of big green eyes standing right at the entrance. Her skin was tanned, although a deeper shade than his was, and Naruto had to admit it only added to her overall beauty by highlighting her hair and eyes even further.

As for her current attire, said girl was wearing a variation of the academy's uniform, which consisted of a sleeveless white shirt unbuttoned at the chest that showed a generous amount of cleavage, a bow on top of it and a rather short skirt which allowed her long legs to be almost completely visible to the eye. She had long, red polished nails with flowers drawn on them and several bracelets on her right wrist, while on her left one Naruto saw what looked like a fluffy, pink hair tie around it.

All in all, she was, as most people would call her, "the Gyaruest Girl in School". Not that it made her weird or anything. Quite the opposite; to Naruto, that was just part of her charm.

And he had to restrain himself more than once from letting his sight trail below her neck.

"Ah, you are here Okazaki, please come in."

"You called for me, principal?"

"That is correct. Take a seat."

It was only then that the newcomer noticed the fellow blond sitting by the desk, and she blinked. "Huh? Isn't that Uzuki-kun? What's he doing here?"

"Actually, it's Uzumaki. Naruto Uzumaki", Naruto corrected with a smile, placing his hands behind his head.

"Oh you're right! Sorry, my bad then~!", Okazaki gave him a carefree grin before leaning towards him. "So? What are you doing in the principal's office?"

The smile on the young man's face grew larger. This was one of the very few times he had actually spoken with Miku Okazaki, a fellow classmate and a gal; yet, and despite what some people said about her and her friends, he knew her to be a good person, someone he could actually talk to without being laughed at or called a dobe like most of the school did. "Ah, you know... The usual. Pranked a bunch of annoying teachers and now I'm being punished for it."

"Hehe, again?", Miku giggled good heartedly. "You sure know how to have fun eh, Naruki~?"

A slight blush creeped up to Naruto's cheeks upon hearing that. "Is that... so?"

"E-hem!", the headmaster decided to cut their exchange of words short, not willing to let go of the matter at hand. "We will continue our discussion later, Uzumaki."

Naruto took that as a cue to finally leave that office he had grown to dislike so much in the many ocassions he'd been forced to come, though as soon as he got up from his seat, the headmaster raised a hand to prevent him from escaping just yet.

"I never said you could leave, we still have to discuss your academic situation", the old man waited until Naruto sat down again before gesturing Miku to do the same. Which she did, her shoulders nearly touching her fellow blonde's by her side. "You too, Okazaki. The reason why I called both of you at the same time is because you two are in a similar predicament at the moment."

Like before, the headmaster pulled another envelope from the confines of a drawer and placed its contents on the other side of the desk, allowing the girl to take a quick look at the papers before her.

"Ugh... I should have known..."

"You do well to feel worried Okazaki. No matter how many make-up classes we make you take, you fail every time. At this rate, you won't be able to graduate if this keeps up, you know?"

Naruto noticed Miku lowered her gaze, an embarrassed smile spreading to her lips. "Aww man, that'd be pretty lame..."

"At least you tried to attend extra classes to improve your grades", the headmaster then turned to Naruto with a slight glare, "but you, Uzumaki, you haven't even bothered to do so. If you were to dedicate some of the effort you put on pranking others for fun, I'm sure you could do so much better than this."

A pair of green eyes glanced in his direction, but the blond just shrugged, looking the other way. "Yeah yeah, as if that would do me any good. You would fail me even if I studied."

"Seriously, where did you get that idea?"

The only adult in the room let out another sigh, this time long and deliberately loud.

Miku, meanwhile, kept her gaze on the prankster blond for a few more seconds, taking a good look at him. Naruto Uzumaki was actually known throughout the whole school as a sort of loser which people tended to avoid for no other reason than being annoying. She barely knew him, though she had witnessed many of his legendary pranks up-close, with some of their classmates being his targets sometimes.

In all, the girl had always been curious about a guy like him, about the reasons behind his actions. He never did anything at random, usually going for those who would laugh at him or underestimate what he was capable of. And it wasn't only the pranks, Miku had seen Naruto fight before, singlehandedly beating groups of foes with nothing more than a few scratches on him after it was over.

Someone like that... was certainly more interesting than many others thought him to be.

"Uhm, is there something we can do about that?", Miku suddenly said, attracting the looks of not only the man behind the desk, but Naruto as well, who stared curiously at her. 'Did she include me just now...?'

The headmaster also caught up on that fact, but decided not to comment on it as he intertwined his fingers in front of his face, leaning his elbows on the table. "Well... I suppose there's no point in having you both take any more tests...", he trailed off for a moment, contemplating his options. The truth was he had already decided what to do with the cheerful girl, and was now contemplating whether the troublesome teen next to her should be given an equal chance as well. "Okazaki, I want you to make some handmade cookies to give to your teachers. If you can manage to do that, I'll let you graduate. How does that sound to you?"

Immediate silence met his proposition, with both teenagers processing the information they'd been given by the headmaster. But it was Naruto who came out of his trance first, standing up from his chair. "Hah!? Cookies!? Are you for real old man!?", he pointed an acussing finger at the headmaster, who couldn't help but frown.

Next to him, Miku put a finger under her lip, looking mildly confused. "I don't really get you principal, buuut I guess if that helps then I'll do it~!"

"Good, good."

To say Naruto was dumbfounded at this unexpected turn of events would be an understatement. He stood there with his mouth agape for moments, moving his eyes back and forth between both the headmaster and the blond gal before he suddenly snapped. "Wait a minute! What about me? Don't tell me I too have to make cookies for those annoying teachers just to get a chance to graduate!"

"No, that alone won't be enough for me to justify your graduation", the headmaster calmly retorted, holding back a smirk at seeing Naruto's incredulous expression. "Moreover, if only your grades were the problem, I would let you get away with doing the same thing as Okazaki here. But we can't allow your numerous crimes to go unpunished now, can we? No... In your case, I believe other, more appropriate tasks must be given to you."

The Uzumaki snorted at that, yet he refused to make any further comments on the matter. He knew he'd be wasting his breath by trying to defend himself before someone who would rather side with the teachers and other students than hear his side of the story.

To Naruto, such had been the case for years now. It was only natural to get used to it. That way, it didn't hurt as much.

"Hey, principal?"

"What is it, Okazaki?"

Two sets of eyes moved simultaneously onto Miku's form, who was looking hopeful for some reason. "Can't you... let Naruto go just this time?"

"Huh?"

At a curious look from the headmaster, and one of surprise from her fellow blond, she smiled. "The truth is, I'm not very good at cooking, and I kind of want to make something suuuper good for the teachs. Like, something that will get them totes happy and stuff."

"Your point being...?"

Naruto soon found himself staring into the girl's green eyes as she directed her bright smile at him. "Welp, you know how boys feel about cooking, so I think you can have him help me out with the cookies as punishment for his pranks! That's gotta be more than enough, right principal?"

At her proposal, the young man couldn't help but widen his orbs in surprise for a moment, before trying (and failing) to conceal a small, genuine smile that he then flashed her way. That Miku had gone out of her way to try and get him out of trouble made him feel strangely happy for some reason - one thing was for certain, that was one of the very few times someone had attempted to back him up on anything.

"As much as I appreciate you standing up for your classmate, that will not be possible."

And just like that, Naruto's hopes were crushed in a mere instant.

"But principal-"

"No buts", the old man raised a hand to stop the girl from speaking any further. "As I said earlier, Uzumaki's trangessions are too numerous for me to allow him to walk away just like that. Furthermore, I believe I may have to make his punishment hard enough in hopes of this young man here reflecting upon his wrong-doings."

"Tch, what a pain", Naruto rolled his eyes but chose not to say anything. After all, what good would it do? This particular headmaster was a pretty stubborn one, and it was more than obvious that he'd made up his mind about the whole thing.

Miku by his side seemed to slump in her chair, not knowing what else to say or do that could help the troublemaker by her side.

"It's settled then. Uzumaki, I'll call you back to my office in the following days as soon as I have thought of something suitable for you to do", without waiting for his confirmation, the principal then turned to the gal. "Okazaki, I wish you the best of luck in your task. You may both leave now."

Naruto let out a loud groan as he walked down the halls of the school, his hands stuffed in his pockets. The meeting with the headmaster had been as annoying as he'd expected it to be; not only that, but he hadn't managed to get off the hook this time. To make matters worse, the old man seemed seriously angry at him if his promise of punishing his actions accordingly was of any indication. Naruto could already picture himself temporarily replacing the janitor and working around the school facilities, cleaning the floors and the walls or even fixing all the stuff he'd damaged or actually broken while pullying his pranks.

"Aw man, this sucks!", he complained, inwardly cursing his bad luck.

"Sorry, Naruki. I really tried to help but I guess I didn't do much."

In spite of what had just transpired a few moments ago, the blond had no trouble finding the strength to flash his trademark grin at the gorgeous girl that was walking by his side. "Nah. Don't sweat it, Miku-chan! I'm kinda used to being punished for my own pranks, so it's okay", Miku hummed thoughtfully to herself before turning her eyesight to the front, wondering for a moment whether she could have said or done something else to get Naruto off the hook for once. "Thanks, by the way."

"Huh? What for?"

This time, Naruto's grin changed into a more sincere smile, one that was bright enough to light the whole hall. "For standing up for me", the Uzumaki then diverted his gaze to a side, now looking a bit embarrassed. His cheeks slightly red. "Nobody at school has ever done such a thing for me, so t-thanks. I appreciate it."

Seeing such a boy like Naruto Uzumaki looking as vulnerable as he did out of nowhere caught Miku by surprise, but she soon found herself smiling happily, before giving him a side hug. "Ah, it was nothing Naruki~!", she chirped. "From now on, you can count on me whenever you need to!"

When Naruto suddenly found himself being closer to Miku, his blush increased significantly. 'S-So close!', he thought to himself, doing his best to pretend he wasn't getting embarrassed by the way she had shortened the distance between them. It didn't help that her left breast was touching his side, though.

"Ne, Naruto-kun, you are getting red", the blonde gal leaned closer to Naruto's face, not bothering to release him from her side hug. "Are you perhaps getting embarrassed for some reason...?"

"H-Huh!? No, I'm n-not!"

'Damn it! She noticed!'

"Hmm...?", Miku trailed off, smiling in a teasing way. "Oh my, could this be...? Ah, don't tell me Naruto-kun likes having such a beautiful girl this close...?"

If before there was a slight blush on Naruto's cheeks, by then his entire face had turned red. "I-I...", at that moment, his brain had stopped functioning properly, and thus he couldn't come up with something that could get him out of this predicament. But even so...

"Hehe~ You sure do look cute when you are nervous, I don't know why I never noticed it before~"

'C-C-Cute!?'

At that point, Naruto's face was so hot, that even some smoke had started to come out of his ears, as if he was some kind of tea pot. Miku didn't seem to notice or care about it, and instead she just giggled to herself before finally leaning back a bit. "I'm just messing around with ya, Naruki~ You should have seen your face though!", the gal then said, taking secret delight in knowing she could get such a reaction from one of the most infamous students in the academy. It wasn't that surprising really, considering she and her gal friends were quite popular with the male population of the campus, only surpassed by a select few in that regard.

But Naruto Uzumaki... was not like the others. Miku knew that while most others would openly ogle at her whenever she passed by, Naruto was the kind of boy to do the whole opposite, which contrasted with the general opinion almost everyone had of him. Now, the Okazaki had never really believed the rumors, preferring to think of him as a nice guy who didn't like to be called all sorts of things and be laughed at or downright bullied by those who didn't understand him.

Though why would someone that could smile a smile so bright it would put the Sun to shame like to get in trouble and risk getting expelled just to pull all sorts of ingenious pranks on his detractors was beyond the blonde gal. He probably didn't know, or didn't care, but that only seemed to ruin his already bad reputation even further.

It wasn't her problem, though, but she still felt somewhat bad for him. When not goofing around or getting revenge on the people that laughed at him, called him 'dobe' or tried to beat him up, Naruto could be spotted sitting alone, away from the rest, while carrying a rather sad aura around him; Miku had seen him a few times, but she'd never got the chance to speak to him like this, without others around.

Until now.

For a moment, Miku felt the need to get to know the deceivingly energetic blond next to her a bit better, to try and understand why would a boy that looked geniunely kind and more timid than he appeared to be did what he usually did on a daily basis. It was as if his usual cheerfulness, the way he dealt with things, was nothing but a mask he wore to hide something else from sight.

But what exactly? She didn't know. Naruto was a mystery in more ways than one, yet Miku wasn't sure she could just ask him about it. After all, they barely knew each other. Her papa had told her not to pry into other people's bussiness unless they were fine with it.

So... was it really okay?

"I... I see", Naruto finally managed to mumble under his breath, looking to a side so as to try and hide the blush that still tinted his cheeks, an action that broke Miku out of her reverie.

As she did so, she noticed she was still holding Naruto in a side hug, with the latter still looking shy about it. 'He really does look cute when he's embarrassed', Miku thought to herself, silently giggling.

"Ah, cheer up Naruki~! If it makes you feel better, I really meant it when I said you can count on me from now on. Think of Miku-chan as your beautiful, gal-friend, 'kay?"

"...S-Sure, I'd like that", the blond nodded, feeling his self-consciousness turning to confidence as he mouthed the next words with a sincere smile now spreading on his lips. "Same here. If you need me, you know where to find me!"

Miku pulled away after a few seconds, folding her hands behind her back as she grinned apparently for no reason at all. "It's a promise then~!"

"Yeah!"

For a few moments, both of them settled into a comfortable silence, with the Uzumaki glancing in her direction every now and then, his previous smile still in place. It felt good to walk beside someone like her, someone who truly didn't seem to care about what the others said about him and instead had offered her support to him. Did that make them friends? Naruto didn't know, but one thing was for certain: he definitely wanted to spend more time with the bubbly girl, that is, if she was okay with it...

"Oh! That's the place!", Miku suddenly announced, and her companion couldn't help but quickly notice the sign hanging over a door at the end of the corridor that read 'teachers room'.

"Wait, what are we doing here? Aren't you supposed to make some cookies for the teachers in that room?"

The cheerful gal nodded with a grin. "That's right! But then I thought, what's the catch in asking for a little help, right? I think Mako-chan said the economics teach has a thing for cooking, so I'm gonna see him now. I really wanna graduate Naruki, you know?"

At her reasoning, the blond couldn't help but scratch his cheek. "Huh, I guess you're right. You've got to take all the help you can get, even if it comes from... a teacher, of all people". Naruto shook his head disdaintfully. "Anyway, I'll be cheering you on, Miku-chan. I know you'll do it! And if somehow they don't let you graduate, they will have to answer to me! I won't let those bastards take that chance out of your hands, even if I get expelled for it."

Miku was slightly taken aback at the sincerity with which Naruto spoke to her, feeling touched at hearing that he'd be willing to make sure she passed even if she ended up screwing things up in the end.

"...Do you mean that?", she silently asked, looking shy for a brief moment.

Naruto showed no hesitation whatsoever as he gave her his answer. "It's a promise! Besides, it's only a matter of time before they expell me anyway, so it won't make a difference, haha."

As the Uzumaki proceeded to awkwardly rub the back of his head, he almost failed to notice the pretty smile Miku sent his way before suddenly reaching for his hand, giving it a gentle squeeze.

"You really are something else, Naruto-kun", she told him as she stared right into his bright blue eyes, causing the Uzumaki to loose focus for a moment and be filled with embarrassment, his cheeks reddening noticiably. "Thank you. I know I'm going to make it, if I have you supporting me."

And after gracing him with a beautiful smile that left him stupefied for a brief moment, Miku released her hold on his hand and turned around, beginning to walk in the opposite direction.

It was only when Miku had taken a few steps away that Naruto came out of his daze, deciding to speak what was on his mind before she could get out of his reach. "Hey, Miku-chan!"

"Eh?"

The blonde turned to him with a curious expression, one that to the Uzumaki looked really cute, but he ignored it and said. "Do you want me... to give you a hand instead? With the cookies, I mean", Naruto then smiled shyly. "I don't really know how to make them, but I figured, since you helped me before, the less I can do is to return the favor."

For a few seconds, Miku proceeded to stare at him as if going over his words and contemplating whether to accept his offer or not. Eventually, she gave him a apologetic smile. "Sorry, Naruki. It's not that I don't want your help, but I think that since this is something that can help me graduate, I want to do the best I can on my own. "

"Ah... I see... You are right", Naruto tried not to look disappointed, but in the end, he couldn't conceal it from his new friend.

"Don't get so gloomy! I'll make some cookies just for you, since you were such a cutie and all. Okay~? See ya around!"

From afar, Miku blew a kiss in his direction before walking away with a bounce in her step, intending to find the teacher she'd been told could actually cook. Unbeknownst to her, Naruto remained where he stood, staring in the same direction she had left with a bright blush on his cheeks.

That would be... the first time a girl made something for him.

And just thinking about that made the poor boy smile like a kid who got exactly what he wanted for christmas.

To be continued...

Let me know what you thought of the story in the review section. I can definitely use some advice to improve, so feel free to give any if you feel like it. Thanks everyone and have a good day!
