Guest #1: It's not political, promise.

Guest #2: No, no political here.

Devilzxknight86: Thanks, was aiming for something like that.

Sorry for the month and a half wait for the second chapter, I've just been writing a few ideas down, also, I removed Sam from the character filter and replaced it with Dora because…I truly don't think Sam or Tucker will be making much of an impact at the moment.

The six walked down the darkened streets, lit only by the streetlights above and the occasional car passing by. The five ghosts looked at each other in silence before looking at Danny and Kitty softly spoke, "So Danny," Danny looked over his shoulder as the group came to a stop, "Where exactly are we going? We can just fly out of the city you know…and you haven't said a word since we've started walking…are you having second thoughts or some-"

"Not in the slightest," Danny shook his head before looking up at the night sky with narrowed eyes, "And flying right now will draw too much attention to ourselves and that's the last thing I want. So, we're continue to walk for a while longer. Once we get to the outskirts of the city, we'll find a place to rest for the night and continue tomorrow,"

"You know, dipstick, I can just teleport us out of the city," Ember commented, readying her guitar, "Just let me-"

"Again, no attention," Danny sighed and looked back with narrowed, glowing eyes, "Remember my second rule, no regrets, and not being able to use your powers at will like this is part of the deal. I don't know what it is, but the Guys in White got some new upgrades recently and they're hunting even the weakest of ghosts down without a problem, just by locating their ecto signature, and they find them because they refuse to hide their power and try to blend in."

The five stared at him with wide eyes as he inhaled slowly and shook his head, "Once we leave the city, we'll use our powers whenever we like…just as long as you remember the first rule," he glared at Ember, Desiree and Penelope and the three nodded as Danny turned and the six of them continued to walk down the street in silence.

Danny sat on the windowsill in a small hotel room and he looked back to see Ember, Kitty and Penelope sleeping on one bed and Dora and Desiree on the other bed. Taking a deep breath, he shook his head and looked up at the night sky and he tightened his fists, "Damn it…why does life have to suck?"

"Do you want to talk about it?" he looked back as Penelope sat up and rubbed the back of her head before carefully crawling out of bed as to not wake Kitty and Ember. Stepping towards the Halfa, Penelope sat on the chair next to the window and looked up at him with a serious look crossing her face, "I know we all agreed to let you come to us when you're ready, but your misery is too much, it's keeping me up,"

"Sorry…I'll try to ignore-"

"That's something you shouldn't do. It'll only make the situation that much worse," Penelope crossed her arms and shook her head, "Why don't we talk about it for a bit? You have my word that I won't intentionally try to make you feel worse,"

"No offense, but you and everyone else just up and followed me, you, Ember and Desiree are three of my enemies, and you've made me feel like shit in the past, so you'd have to excuse my lack of enthusiasm,"

Penelope sighed as she sat back and arched a brow, "Danny, how do you expect to talk to us if you can't look past our rivalry? Kitty convinced us follow you and help me and to be honest…I think it's a good thing we agreed to come with you. Your misery is abnormally high and if you don't talk to someone soon, it can very well end in disaster," Danny narrowed his eyes and clinched his teeth as he hung his head, "Danny?"

"What did I do? I've been getting better grades lately, I've been helping around the house more often and they never once said good job son, we're proud of you…and now I know why…why did she have to write that letter?"

"The only one who can truly answer that is your mother, and you already said that you have no intention of returning to Amity any time soon," the redhaired ghost said and Danny slowly nodded, "What about your sister? Don't you think she'd be worried about you when she learns you've ran way?"

"She would be, and she'd be more than pissed when she learns that I've run away because of the contents of that letter," Danny sighed as he leaned back, "Jazz has always been there for me because our parents were so obsessed with ghost hunting, even though they're the world's worst hunters. Ever since we were little, Jazz was like a mother-figure to me, and sometimes it did get annoying, but I never complained,"

"And don't you think she'll come looking for you?" Penelope tapped her fingers on the arm of the chair, "You're her little brother and from what I've witnessed, she'd do anything to assure your safety and you'd do anything to keep her safe as well,"

"Yeah…and that's why I'm hoping she'd have enough common sense to not to bother to look for me. It's not that I don't want to see my sister, it's more like…I don't want her to worry and I don't want her running haphazardly into a dangerous situation,"

"And I can tell you that that isn't going to happen," Penelope said and Danny looked at her in confusion, "Your mother, your female best friend and your sister all stopped me, Kitty and Ember from taking over Amity Park a few months ago, and while it was easier to distract your mother than it was to stop your sister and friend, all three of them still put up a fight that rendered up useless,"

"Wait…what? Where the hell was I when all of this was going on?"

"Oh, Kitty used one of her unique abilities that banished the men in the town," Danny arched a brow and Penelope shook her head, "Every man in town was sent to another dimension? If she doesn't bring them back within twelve hours, they're gone for good?" Danny shook his head, "Were you…hiding somewhere that day?"

"What day?"

"June 9th,"

"Oh…no…I um…I was out of town with…Jack,"

"Jack? Your father?" Danny hummed and slowly nodded, "So that explains why you weren't there when we first arrived in Amity and why you have no memory of that day's event," Danny shrugged his shoulders and Penelope took a deep breath and crossed her arms again, "So…is there anything else you'd like to discuss? You've still got a ton going on, and don't try to lie, I can feel your misery,"

"I know, but I don't know what else to talk about right now," Danny sighed and looked out the window again, "They wanted a big family, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, something happened while my mother was pregnant with me and instead of being happy with the two children they've got, they blamed me for the accident, so…yeah, I don't know what else to talk about,"

"Well, if you're sure," Penelope sighed as she stood up and stretched before walking back to the bed, "I'm going to get some sleep. I suggest you do the same if you plan on continuing to move from city to city," Danny hummed and nodded as Penelope carefully crawled into bed in between Kitty and Ember and slowly drifted off to sleep.

Danny took a deep breath before jumping off the windowsill and sat down on the chair. Looking up at the night sky, he inhaled slowly as he closed his eyes and mumbled under his breath, "Penelope is right…is we're going to continue to move around, it'll be bad if one of us is exhausted and possibly have the Guys in White catch us or worse, my parents find us," yawning, the Halfa slowly drifted off to sleep.

Again, sorry for the wait, but here's the second chapter and I'm going to try and update this more often. Please enjoy.
