Real quick: this is in no way connected to my very first Danny Phantom story. I wrote that one when I was still developing my skills for writing and now cringe at my state of logic when writing it lol. So, here's a "re-write" (I guess you could say) of that story.
If you have any ideas for future "episodes", don't hesitate to let me know. I get writer's block a lot, so it's nice to get ideas to work off of. Thanks for reading, God bless, and I hope you like this story.
Stay safe and stay healthy.

GHOST GIRL
Episode 1: The New Ghost in Town
OOOOOO
Red ectoplasmic rays flew through the air as a white-haired male dodged out of the way of the oncoming attack. His neon green eyes stared daggers at the ghost before him, as two of his green ecto-rays appeared in his hands.
"How did you get back here?!" He yelled with anger painting his eyes.
"How do you think, Daniel?!" the red-eyed ghost before him yelled as another wave of ecto-rays flew through the air, but they all missed their targets.
"You were supposed to be dead, Vlad!" Danny Phantom exclaimed before getting hit by another blast and falling to the ground. He stared daggers at Vlad, only to freeze. A little girl of 4 years with short black hair flowing behind her and bright icy blue eyes were staring back at him. Vlad had a hand on her shoulder, with fear in her entire face.
And Danny's face showed fear as well.
"Daddy!" The little girl called out as Vlad's grip got tighter and tighter on her shoulder.
"Let her go!" Danny yelled with venom.
"Oh, what's the matter, Daniel? Can't bear to see your delightful daughter get hurt?" Vlad spoke, digging his nails into her shoulder. She squealed and whimpered in pain as tears fell from her beautiful eyes.
"Daddy!" She called out.
"Oh, say goodbye to your daddy, dearie...he's lost."
"NO!" Danny yelled as he shot up in his bed, breathing heavily with hot sweat dripping down his forehead. His jet-black hair clung to it like a sticker or a band-aid as he looked over at his wife and best friend, Sam Fenton (née. Manson), sleeping soundly beside him. It was at this moment that he was glad she was a sound sleeper.
But there was one girl he had to check on.
He quickly got out of bed, careful not to wake up Sam, and ran out of the room. He quickly made his way down the hall until he saw a door with a crescent moon painted on the front of it. He opened it up with a fast pace and went inside, stopping when he saw a small girl under the covers, sleeping away.
Danny sighed in relief as he went to leave, only to stop when he heard a small voice speak up.
"Daddy?" He turned to the voice and saw the 4-year-old girl looking at him now. "Are you okay?" Danny smiled at her question before walking in and sitting at the end of her bed.
"I'm fine, my shinning moon," He said, making the girl giggle. "I was just coming to check on you."
"I am fine, daddy," She said with a smile, so bright and innocent, he wished he could just bottle it up and keep it forever.
"I'm glad to hear that, angel," He said with a grin. "Now go back to bed. We'll hang out more tomorrow."
"Okay! Night, daddy!" She said as she laid back down, while Danny tucked her back in.
"Goodnight," He said kissing her forehead. "Luna."
OOOOOO
~10 years later~
The bus rolled up to Casper High School, letting off the students new and old. A young brown-skinned girl walked out with her touch screen phone in hand and her short black hair getting into her face from the breeze Amity Park was delivering. However, as she walked, someone took the phone away from her.
"Hey!" She yelled, looking up to see a boy with blond hair staring at her with a smirk.
"Hey, Tessa," He said.
"Erick! Give that back!" She called, reaching for it as he held it up.
"Try to get it, small fry!" The boy, Erick, exclaimed with a chuckle before an invisible force took the phone and plopped it into Tessa's hand. "What the...!" He turned around some before going back to having his gaze on Tessa, only to see another girl beside her now.
"Thanks, girl!" Tessa said with gratitude.
"Sure thing," The other girl said with a smile. She had long black hair with a purple headband on her head and bright icy blue eyes. "Now Erick-"
"Hey, I'm only doing what my parents did," He said with his hands up in defense and a smirk on his face.
"Oh, please!" Tessa exclaimed. "They were big bullies back when my father went here!"
"Yeah. Same with my parents," The other girl said with a sigh. "I just hope our generation is better."
"Yeah...true," Erick said as he put his hands in his pockets, his smirk long since gone at this point. Unlike his parents, Paulina Sanchez-Baxter and Dash Baxter, Erick dressed more like how Sam used to dress: goth. But he did wear a red shirt a lot. He had his father blond hair and
"Anyway, I was just reading the extra activities here and guess what," Tessa began with a squeal, "there's a new music club and drama club! They were created by the new teacher!"
"Oh, of course, you would be interested in that, Tessa!" Erick exclaimed with a roll of his eyes.
"Not for me!" Tessa yelled with a wave of her hand. "For Luna!"
"Wait, what?!" Erick looked over at the other girl with surprise. "I didn't know you liked music."
"Well," the now 14-year-old Luna Fenton began with a nervous grin, "I love to sing and act. It's-" Before she could finish her sentence though, a stream of blue breath escaped her purple painted lips. "The heck?" She was just about to look around when a ghost in a hood was flung through the air and hit the flag pole. She jumped and looked. A grown-up half-ghost was fighting it off before it flew off. The male half-ghost flew after it with...
"Mom!?" Luna yelled, making Sam stop and look at her, a nervous grin on her face.
"Hey, dear! Will you be home for dinner?!"
"Uh...yeah?"
"Alright. Cool. See you then, Luna!" With that weird encounter, Sam ran off after the ghost fight, right as the bell rang at the school.
Luna just sighed before looking over at her friends again. "I swear," she began, "I have a weird mom."
OOOOOO
The ghost got knocked out with a quick punch to his face before Danny Phantom landed on the ground before him.
"End of the road for you," He said with a stern look.
"No," The ghost said with a gravelly voice. "It's your road that ends." He then shot a golden ectoplasmic ray at Danny, hitting him and sending him to the ground. The ghost flew into the air again, ready to send another blast towards the half-ghost, when a beam of green ectoplasm flew through the air and hit him out of the sky once again.
Danny looked over to see as the ghost fell, as well as seeing a very familiar face. "Dani?!" He called with surprise.
For a clone, she sure did grow up some. She was curvier than she was as a teen and was more beautiful as a grown woman. She may have, supposedly, been 32 now in age, but she looked like she was at least 20 still.
"Saw the fight," She began as she landed next to Danny. "Thought I could help."
"I thought you left Amity Park!" Danny yelled as he stood up.
"I did," Dani exclaimed before looking back at him with a grin. "I came back to help with Luna." She then shot another beam of ectoplasm at the ghost, sending him back down to the concrete sidewalk. This was when Sam raced in and tossed the newly named Phantom Thermos at Danny. He caught it quickly and got in front of Dani. He immediately sucked up the ghost and then capped the thermos with a slam of the lid. He sighed with relief afterward.
"I thought we made peace with the ghosts," He said as he walked up to his wife.
"So did I!" Sam exclaimed with a sigh of her own. "It's been forever since the Disasteroid when all those ghosts helped us save the world! What made them go hostile again?!"
"I wish I knew, Sam," Danny said as he handed her the thermos.
"Maybe something changed in them," Dani began, "like something evil. I mean, golden ectoplasm isn't much of a thing in the Ghost Zone."
"She's got a point," Sam agreed.
"We'll have to look into that later," Danny said as he patted Dani's shoulder. "Thanks for the help, Danielle."
"Sure thing, Danny," She responded with a smile. "I hate to help and run though, but I have to get to work. My first day and all."
"Good luck," Sam said with a grin, making Dani nod her head as a thank you and then took to the sky.
"Well," Danny began, "I should get to work. I've been late too many times to count. I'll see you later." He pecked Sam's lips quickly before getting ready to fly off when...
"Wait, Danny," Sam began as she grabbed his arm. He looked at her with concern before she sighed in defeat. "Luna saw me."
"What?"
"She saw me running after you and the ghost."
"Dang it!"
"Danny...we need to tell her who you are."
"No! We can't!" Danny yelled. "If I tell her that I'm Danny Phantom, she'll be put into danger!"
"Babe, Vlad's gone. He's been gone for some time now," Sam stated. "I think she'll be fine."
"You haven't had the nightmares I've had since she was 4," He said with a sigh, his white hair blowing in the breeze. "You haven't seen what he's put her through in those bad dreams, and I couldn't stop him or save her."
"Danny,"
"She can't know. I can't lose her...or you, Sam," Sam just stared at him with a sorrowful look in her purple eyes. "Besides, the whole city agreed that no one in Luna's generation and under is to know who I am. Tucker even put that in motion!"
"But she'll only get suspicious later on, Danny," Sam spoke. "And who's to say she won't resent you for keeping this a secret from her? Who's to say she won't write you off once she finds out? If we tell her now, the blow won't be so bad." Danny sighed at that idea. He and Luna had a wonderful relationship as father and daughter. But if it was true that maybe, just maybe, Luna would want nothing to do with him if she found out his secret, he didn't know what he would do.
"I have to go," He said, immediately shutting down his thoughts. "I'll see you tonight. I love you." With that, he kissed her cheek and took to the sky, flying straight to work.
Sam sighed in defeat as she started to head back home, fixing her purple jacket as she walked down the sidewalk. "I love you, too," she said under her breath.
OOOOOO
Luna closed her locker and groaned in disgust as Tessa walked by. She heard this and looked at her black haired friend with a curious state of mind.
"You okay there, Luna?" She asked, making Luna look at her and sigh.
"Tough day," She answered. "And of course it would be the first day of school I get a tough day. Just my luck."
"Hey, relax," Tessa said with a smile. "I'm sure your next class will make it all better." Luna gave her a strange look before checking her schedule and smiled. Her next class now that it was after lunch, was choir/music, one of her favorite classes back in middle school. Tessa was right...she was feeling better already.
"Yes! Choir," Luna said with a sigh. "A class where all I have to worry about is singing and learning Music Theory. No projects, not many due dates, no anything. Just music." She seemed more relaxed as she thought of the class. It seemed to have made Tessa smile wider at her friend's reaction.
"There you okay," She said as she looked at her phone, checking her schedule. "I have math next. Wish me luck." With that, she was gone.
"Good luck!" Luna called as she raced to the music room and stopped in the doorway. Why did she stop there? Well, a stream of blue breath escaped her lips again, making her turn around. She checked up and down the halls, expecting to see something, anything. But nothing popped up.
"Weird," She muttered to herself. "Usually that happens when a ghost is near." She saw the blue stream come out again. "Maybe the new music teacher likes the cold and it's just my normal breath." She seemed to gain a positive note on that front as she nodded in agreement to herself and headed inside the music room.
She stood by some chairs as she set her bag and books down, before noticing a black-haired woman at the piano. She was looking over some of her class notes. She had her hair in a low ponytail and had the same icy blue eyes as her own. Though she had pink painted lips instead and wore a blue shirt with a pair of jeans and sneakers. Professional, she did not look. But then again, she looked to be 20.
However, Luna knew who this was.
"Aunt Danielle!" She exclaimed as she raced down to the piano. Dani looked up and smiled as she set her sheets of paper down. She stood up and gave Luna a big hug. "Welcome back!"
"Thanks, hun," Dani said as she let go. "Look at you. You look just like your mother."
"I do? Mom always says I look like you and dad," Luna retorted with a giggle, which made Dani snicker.
"I guess I can see that as well," She smiled as she saw other students coming in now. "Why don't you go take your seat. We'll talk later."
"Okay. Good luck today," Luna responded before walking back to her seat and sat down.
"Thank you," Dani said as she went back to her notes. "Okay, now let's see here..." At that moment, her ghost sense went off, making her look around the room.
Danny, you better be at work, She thought before turning to the dark closet behind her. Inside, she saw a brown box being moved and then "Box Ghost" was floating after it with a bored expression. Dani just rolled her eyes as the bell rang for the start of class.
She looked straight at the kids and was smiling as if nothing happened. "Hello, class!" She exclaimed as she walked around the piano.
"Hello!" The class called back.
"My name is Miss Danielle Fenton. You can call me Miss Fenton or Miss Dani, I don't care which one you choose. I'll respond to either," She said, making the class giggle and chuckle. "I'll be your new music teacher this year, as well as your new science teacher which I'm sure some of you will have next period." She got a few nods, one of them being Luna after she had checked her schedule once more.
"So, I hear that Casper High isn't well known for anything," She started up again.
"This is true," A boy spoke with a sigh of sorrow.
"But the city is mostly known for its ghost heroes," A girl exclaimed with a squeal. "Danny Phantom is so cute!" Luna just looked at her with confusion. Sure, the ghost hero was cute, but at the same time, he wasn't. He seemed more like a father figure than anything else. But that was just her opinion.
"Oh, trust me, I know about the city's ghosts," Dani exclaimed with a giggle. "I've lived here from the time I was 12." More like 1, She added in thought. "But I never got a chance to come to Casper High."
"Oh, lucky!" A boy exclaimed, making everyone laugh while Luna snickered and Danielle giggled.
"Alright," Danielle spoke. "Now, let's take attendance."
OOOOOO
Danny looked at the time on his computer, seeing that it was only 1:30 in the afternoon. He sighed as he leaned back in his chair, closing his eyes for a moment. He thought of his childhood, as well as when he first became Danny Phantom. Life seemed so simple and easy before his ghost powers flourished. But then again, with bullies around when he was a kid, that sure didn't help matters much.
"I hope Luna is having a good first day." He spoke quietly to himself, sighing as he looked at the photo of his little girl and wife together at the park on Luna's 14th birthday. It was sitting right there on his desk.
"I'm sure she is, Danny," A voice spoke, making him look over and see his best friend Tucker Foley standing there with a smile. "Tessa is there with her and so is Erick! You know they won't let anything bad happen to her."
"I know! I'm just-"
"Danny...she's fine," Tucker chuckled again. "Relax. Breathe."
Danny took a deep breath and let it out, only to have a blue stream escape his lips. He looked around and groaned in protest. "Not another one!"
"Didn't you just defeat a rogue ghost earlier?"
"Yeah! I don't know what's happening!" Danny stood up and looked around, spotting the small stack of papers on his desk. He had to sort those out for Tucker, but when duty called, he had to take flight. He looked at Tucker with sorrow and worry in his eyes. He didn't know what to do until...
"Go on," Tucker began, "and take the rest of the day off." Danny grinned at Tucker before mouthing a thank you to his mayor of a best friend. He quickly ran out of the building and stopped dead in his tracks. Black clouds were rolling in as gold lightning shot through the sky. A woman was on one of the clouds.
"What the...?" Danny spoke as he saw ghosts in hoods fly around the sky. "Those are like the ghost I just fought earlier today. What's going on?"
The cloud with the woman on it had caught Danny's eye again. It had lowered and golden eyes pierced his soul as he stood still, not daring to move a muscle or look away from the wicked woman. The cloud eventually made it to the ground and she stepped off it, her heels clicking against the asphalt floor.
"I'll tell you exactly what is going on here," She began with a silk-like voice, but Danny still could hear the venom in it, "Mr. Phantom."
OOOOOO
Casper High's Ghost Alarm was blaring at a high volume through the halls as students were taken to safe rooms. Tessa was looking at some data points on her phone as Luna and Erick walked with her.
"It says this is a ghost invasion!" She yelled, still reading through her data.
"How many are we talking?" Erick asked.
"Over a dozen, I think?" Tessa answered. "But it keeps refreshing on its own and doubling the number."
"Oh, boy," Luna sighed, fear evident in her blue eyes. "I hope my parents are okay."
"Same with my dad," Tessa added, looking up from her phone. "Being the mayor and all, he has to be feeling the pressure."
"My parents are probably in their safe house right now," Erick added in return.
"How big of an attack is it, Tessa?" Luna asked as she stopped them both and pulled them into a classroom. Tessa immediately went to work on her phone until it dinged.
"It seems like it's big," She answered, looking back at Luna. "So big that...I don't think the two Ghost Heroes of Amity Park can stop it."
"What are you saying?" Erick asked with concern and anger.
"I think you know what I'm saying," Tessa shot back, making Luna look at her two friends. She sighed as she looked out the window, seeing the darkened sky and gold lightning. She walked up to the glass as she heard her friends argue over whatever.
Though she knew what they were arguing over.
"It's been a while," She spoke up, making her friends stop and look at her. "I don't know if it's enough."
"I assure you," Tessa spoke. "It is." Luna grinned while she scoffed.
"Of course you'd say that!" Erick yelled. "You just-!"
"Well then," Luna spoke, stopping Erick in his sentence. "Let's see what I can do."
"Luna, no," Erick said with worry. "You haven't had practice! You don't know-!"
"I've learned enough from watching Danny Phantom to know what to do," Luna interrupted again as she spun around, looking at her friends with glowing pink eyes.
"But-"
"Do it, Luna," Tessa said with an excited smile. Erick just looked scared for Luna's life, but he had to support her decision. And seeing the determination in Luna's eyes, made him just nod and smirk, finally caving and saying to go for it.
Luna took a deep breath as she turned back to the window, letting her eyes glow brighter than before. "Here goes nothing," She spoke, smirking.
OOOOOO
"How do you know who I am?" Danny asked as he stared daggers at the woman before him. Her smirk was still painted on her face as she gripped her scepter tighter. "Who are you?!"
"The name's Para-Norma," The woman began, "Ruler of the Hooded. I've heard of your antics, Mr. Phantom, and to be quite frank I was quite impressed with your actions." Her smirk widened. "But I'm afraid...they've become boring for the last 14 years," Danny growled at her statement.
"Why are you here?" He asked through gritted teeth.
"We need a new home," Para-Norma said like it was obvious. "And Amity Park seems like the perfect spot for us."
"Well, you can't have it!" Danny yelled, turning into his ghost form instantly. "So you can just go back to the Ghost Zone where you came from!"
"Oh, I'm afraid it's non-negotiable," Para-Norma said with a smirk as she shot a beam of gold ectoplasm at Danny, hitting him and sending him flying towards the building behind him. Luckily, Danielle, in her ghost form, showed up just in time and stopped his impact.
"Thanks, Danielle," He said with relief.
"Sure thing," Danielle returned. "The students are safe at Casper High." The female half-ghost placed a hand on his arm to reassure him before another blast from Para-Norma came at them. They both dodged it by splitting up before shooting their green ectoplasm at the villain. However, Para-Norma went intangible, making it go through her before turning tangible again. She yawned, looking unamused by the lack of a fight going on.
"Is this all you've got?" She exclaimed. "I mean, I heard of the 14-year-old version of you, but as an adult-" In mid-sentence, a stream of pink ectoplasm shot through the sky, hitting Para-Norma and sending her flying into a building. She growled as she looked up at the two green-eyed ghosts. "Catching me off guard, huh?!"
"That wasn't me," Danny spoke with surprise while looking over at Danielle.
"That wasn't me either, Danny!" She exclaimed.
"Then, who was it?"
"You know, you should really watch what's going on," A voice spoke, making Danny and Danielle look around, before seeing a young girl of 14 standing in front of them. She must have just appeared out of being invisible. "I mean, you never know when an attack like that could happen."
"Whoa!" Danielle exclaimed as Danny looked at the young girl. Her hair was long and white, like Danielle's, but it was hanging down her back with a black headband on her head. Her outfit was also black and white like his, but it looked a little like Danielle's with white on one half and black on the other. However, there were some light pink accents on it instead of green like his suit seemed to have developed.
"Who are you?" He asked, getting the girl to look at him. This seemed to have made him back up in shock. Instead of green eyes, she had light pink ones, and a pink crescent moon in the shape of a U was on the front of her suit instead of his insignia of the DP.
"I'll tell you in a minute," She said with a grin. "Right now, we have a city to save." She then spun back to Para-Norma and raced towards her with a pink ectoplasmic ball in her hand. Para-Norma prepared her scepter as she shot a golden stream at the young girl, making her dodge quickly by ducking and rolling on the ground. She then shot her ectoplasm ball at her, hitting her in the hand as she dropped her scepter.
Danielle jumped into action at this as she flew straight for the scepter. But as she went to pick it up, a hooded ghost flew in and grabbed it instead. He then tossed it to Para-Norma who used it on Danielle, shooting her across the street and into Danny. Thankfully, they didn't fly into a building but just fell to the ground.
"Dang it!" Danielle yelled. "She's tough!"
"She has too much help from those hooded ghosts!" Danny yelled in return.
"You guys okay!?" The young girl yelled over, making Danny and Danielle look at her again.
"We're fine! Just stay focused!" Danny yelled as he helped Danielle up.
"Right! On it!" The young girl then quickly flew up into the air and let the moon on her suit flash and turn white for a moment. "Let's see how like this!" She called as white light swirled around her like a ribbon.
Para-Norma screamed with anger. "Who the heck are you?!"
"Who am I?" She repeated with a smirk. "The name is Luna Haunt...and Amity Park is my home!" She then collected the swirling ribbon of light into her hands and shot it at Para-Norma as hooded ghosts came flying in to protect her. Too bad that didn't last since after the last one was dissolved into the light, Para-Norma was hit and sent back into another building.
After a while, the light from Luna Haunt faded away as she stayed up in the air. The crescent moon on her chest had gone back to being pink after this, all while Para-Norma grabbed her scepter and looked up at the 14-year-old ghost girl, anger in her golden eyes.
"This isn't over, Haunt," She said. "I WILL return!" With that, grabbed the edge of her cape and swooped it over herself, making her disappear in an instant.
Luna Haunt sighed with relief as she looked over at Danny and Danielle, seeing them stare in surprise. She just giggled at their faces before saluting them and flying off. Danny went to go after her when Danielle stopped him.
"Danny, no," She said.
"But-"
"You need to rest. And I'm pretty sure that Luna Haunt character does, too," Danielle grinned at him for a moment before seeing Sam running up to them, all while the sky was going back to normal.
"Danny!" Sam yelled, making Danny look and rush over to his wife, picking her up into a hug as she hugged him in return. "Oh, thank God you're alright!"
"I'm fine, Sam," He said, his mind still on Luna Haunt. "I'm fine."
OOOOOO
Luna Fenton was walking with her friends after being released from the school. Tessa wouldn't shut up about the article that just got published, while Erick just kept to himself. Luna sighed in defeat as she did her best to tune her friend out. And it didn't take long for that since her mind went off to the battle she just fought.
Luna Haunt...she never thought of that name before today, and it just seemed to have worked. There were already two Phantom heroes here, so why not bring in a Haunt! And that power she used against Para-Norma was incredible. It made her feel like she could do anything.
But there was something that seemed familiar about the other two ghosts she was with. The hairstyles mainly were what made her think this, but then again, her eyes could have been playing tricks on her and they just seemed familiar.
"A New Ghost in Town!" Tessa yelled, making both Erick and Luna jump with surprise. "Luna, can you believe this!?" Erick just sighed in defeat as Luna giggled her friend's antics. "You're famous!"
"No," Luna stated. "Luna Haunt is famous. Luna Fenton is just a normal girl, living a normal life."
"But you are going to help the others again, right?" Tessa urged, making it be Luna's turn to sigh in defeat.
"We'll see, Tessa," She said. "We'll see."
