Chapter 1 Birth of the new king (Rewrite)

Walking through an ally was a young 7 year old boy, his name was Naruto Uzumaki. He had spiked blond hair blue eyes and three whisker marks on each of his cheeks, he wore a tattered black shirt, brown shorts and blue sneakers.

Naruto had been an orphan all his life and had been living alone since he was he six years old in the time he had suffered the abuse and hate of the villagers of Konoha. Naruto drawn by curiosity opened the deck box to find four different decks "huh? I've never seen any cards like these before." Naruto said looking at the cards with amazement in his eyes. "With these I can become a Duel Champion."

"You can become so much more than that." A voice spoke up startling Naruto.

Naruto looked around to find where the voice came from only to find no one around. He then saw a light shining from within the deck, Naruto pulled out three cards.

"We have awaited the arrival of the one destined to become our new king." A voice boomed from within the card in the middle.

Naruto felt an odd surge of power begin to flow within him as his eyes widen. A large grin spreading across his face as the began to see the vast possibilities that could be opened up to him.

Six years have passed since the day Naruto picked up his cards and since then his continued to play the roll of the foolish young knucklehead who never showed any skill as a duelist. He was often picked on by several of the other students but despite that he stood firm in his dream to become Duel King.

It was a sunny day in the Konoha Middle School, the students had all gathered outside for practice matches, all the students were abuzz with excitement waiting for the chance to show off their skills.

"Now attack him directly!" A student shouted.

It was no big secret to everyone that Naruto was the worst student in their class both in terms of skill and intellect he flunked all the written test and lost practically everyone of his practice duels.

"You just watch I'll show you guys what I can do!" Naruto shouted back glaring at Ino.

All the students laughed, finding Naruto's attempt funny beside one Hyuga.

"That guy can't do anything right." Hibachi a boy with a hat, said so Naruto would hear it.

"All your doing is interrupting our lesson and wasting the time of everyone here, you're becoming an annoyance." Shino stated, earning a glare from Naruto.

"Alright everyone thats enough." Iruka said as she walked up to the students Iruka was a young woman with tanned skin her hair kept in a spiked ponytail. "I'm sorry Naruto but you've failed once again."

Naruto lowered his head as he walked away in sadness while Mizuki the assistant teacher looked at the scene with a smirk on his face seeing an opportunity presenting itself to him.

I summon Giant Orc and Chainsaw Insect in attack mode!" "Two level 4 monsters with such high attack points!?" Iruka gasped in worry.

"I'll end my turn." Mizuki smirked knowing his victory was assured.

"That's it?" Naruto commented getting a confused look from Mizuki. "Only you did was summon two monsters without even setting any spell or trap cards that seems more like the move of an amateur to me."

Mizuki snarled gritting his teeth in rage vowing to crush the demon brat the second his turn came up.

"My turn I draw." Naruto announced as he drew. A smirk appeared on his face seeing he had the cards he needed to end this duel here and now.

"Using Scale 1 Dragonpit Magician, and Scale 8 Dragonpulse Magician Magician, I set the Pendulum Scale!" Naruto announced Two columns of light appeared on Naruto's sides, with his two monsters rising to the top.

"W-what is this." Iruka uttered in shock

"Swing, Pendulum of Destiny! Mark out the approaching time, transcend the past and future!" Naruto chanted. "Pendulum Summon! Appear my friends!" A portal appeared between the pillars as two beams of light shot down to the field.

"First the dual-eyed swordsman, Iris Magician!" The first monster was a young man wearing a bright red magician armored robes with cape holding a short sword on its hand with a thin red outline blade with colors that resembles a pair of eyes. (4/1500/1000)

"Pendulum..summoning?" Iruka said stunned at the sight of witnessing an entirely new summoning technique.

"Is this some kind of demon trick!?" Mizuki shouted.

Yellow, piercing eyes glared out at its enemies as purple lightning danced across its form alongside two orbs of light that danced around it. (2500/2000).

"He's can Xyz summon too!?" Iruka said stunned, Xyz summoning was among top courses of the Konoha Academy and very few were able to pull it off.

"I activate Dark Rebellion's ability by using an overlay unit he's able to halve the attack points of one of your monsters and then add that amount to his own attack points Treason Discharge!" Dark Rebellion roared as he absorbed an overlay unit before releasing a stream of lighting towards Gaint Orc who groaned falling to his knees (2200-1100/0), (2500-3600/2000).

"N-no way!?" Mizuki stuttered

"Once more he can use this effect twice!" Naruto shouted as Dark Rebellion unleashed a second surge on Chainsaw Insect (2400-1200/0), (3600-4800/2000).

"4-4800 attack points!?" Mizuki cried out.

"Battle, Dark Rebellion attack Giant Orc! Revolt Lighting Disobey" Dark Rebellion roared as lIghting surrounded it's tusk before taking off into the sky impaling Mizuki's monster causing it to shatter as lIghting scattered all over the forest as blots struck Mizuki causing him to cry out in agony.
