WELCOME! I am back everyone and I am once more working on a story. Sorry to say it isn't my usual stuff. I promised my friend AVP5 long ago I was going to work on this and damn it I am going to keep my promise. So, basically, I'm going to be doing his Star Wars/AVP stories, except I'm going to do a secondary version of it.

So, it's the crossover version two. The reason why is my friend has been wanting to go back and edit back a lot of his mistakes he made in the stories. But due to his busy schedule with his stories he has no time. So, I offered to help him and how it will lead to the sequel I promised him I would do.

So, that sequel will take a while since I am going to be doing all the stories involving his crossover. But don't worry, I'm going to do my damn best to make this work. Or I will die trying…no not really. I'm not going to die folks, I got too any of my lovely fans to leave behind sad.

Anyhoo, its time to begin. So, this is based off "The Predator and the Jedi" story series he did and expect a lot of changes to be made. Mostly in the dialogue, grammar, and a few other things. But nothing too much. So, what can we expect from the story?

Find out today to find out what is going to happen. I don't own anything from AVP or from Star Wars, which both are now owned by Disney. I don't own the OCs either since they were made by my friend AVP5. Time to begin, enjoy the story, and enjoy the mayhem.

Long ago, in a galaxy far, far away…

Star Wars: The Predator and the Jedi V2.

War has begun!

After the Battle on Geonosis, a new galactic war has erupted called, the Clone Wars! The Republic and Separatist systems facing off against one another all across the galaxy.

The Separatist forces led by the evil Sith Lord Count Dooku and his Droid army. While the Republic forces are led by the Jedi and their Clone army. Created to fight and protect the Republic.

As the war began to spread across the galaxy, both sides work to try gaining the advantage over the other. Creating new technology and battle strategies to help them in their fight for total dominance in the galaxy.

Meanwhile, Count Dooku heads off to the planet Rhen Var. Once home to an ancient civilization and hole to many old Jedi artifacts beneath the planet.

But the Sith Lord is not going to the planet for any Jedi artifacts. He is heading to the planet to speak with a brilliant scientist that has been in his service for five years.

Inventing new weapons for the Sith Lord and preparing their newest creation for combat. Along with a new creation that will help bring the Jedi and their allies to their knees…

Rhen Var

In the Outer Rim territories, in the Thanium Sector, in the Tobali system lies the planet of Rhen Var. One a fertile paradise filled with vegetation and wildlife Until a catalysm turned it into an icy frigid planet. Its native species completely extinct. With the planet being used for military campaigns.

During the Great Sith War in 3986 BBY, it was once a fortress, which was controlled by the Sith Lord, Darth Mekhis. Until Grand Master Satele Shan and a large Republic army battled in the final months of the Great Galactic War. The planet became home to many Jedi artifacts, but soon it was forgotten. It was used by the Republic as a supply base and listening post.

Until the Clone Wars began and was taken over by the Separatist forces. It has been used to serve as a military base, but to also serve the Separatist for something more sinister.

From hyperspace came a gold solar sailer ship. It was unique due it being a combination of Geonosian and Gree technology. It is piloted by an FA-4 pilot droid as it took its master towards the planet. That master being former Jedi Master and now Sith Lord, Count Dooku.

The ship bypasses the Separatist fleet and heads towards the mountains. Upon closer inspection it appears in parts of the mountain there is a temple. An ancient temple, which is patrolled by Battle Droids. The ship flew passed the droids and flies around the mountain until it spots a tunnel.

The ship flies into the tunnel and begins landing in a platform inside the tunnel. The ship's landing ramp begins to open and soon Count Dooku emerged wearing a robe. He looks over to see six Super Battle Droids approach him. They stood in attendance before greeting the Sith Lord.

"I am here to see Doctor Rolland Kane. Where is he?" Count Dooku asked.

The doors nearby opened and out came a woman in her early 30s with long black hair, blue eyes, and wearing a winter clothing. She walks over and gives a small bow to the Sith Lord.

"Good evening, Count Dooku. My name is Sherri Hall, Dr. Kane assisstant. It is nice to finally meet you in person," Sherri greeted the Sith Lord.

"Ah yes. Doctor Kane told me about you. Now, where is he?" Count Dooku asked.

"I'm afraid Dr. Kane is busy finishing up his latest work. However, he asked me to show you around until he finishes," Sherri has the door opened and leads the Sith Lord down the hallway. "I was told you came to see the new modifications for the cyborg, Grievous. Correct?"

Count Dooku nods in response. "I was promised by the good doctor that the new upgrades he would be given would make him more of a match against the Jedi."

During the battle of Geonosis, Dooku had Grievous present to watch the battle. To study the fighting style of the Jedi, but not to make his presence known. Dooku knew Grievous wasn't ready and required more training. He also wanted to keep him a secret and have him watch the fighting.

That was until Jedi Master Ur-Semu Du came across the cyborg and the two fight. Grievous was successful in killing her and took her lightsaber. However, he received some damages and was sent to Dr. Kane for repairs. Dooku wanted Grievous to be fixed as soon as possible so he can begin training him. All while at the same time he wanted to see how his new upgrades will help him in his future fights.

"I understand. Dr. Kane found the armor the general was given to be too slow and wouldn't give him the quick mobility he needs for combat," said Sherri as she takes him to an observatory room. "But he also knew you'd want to keep the armor the way it is, so he made some slight changes to it."

Count Dooku sees a large window and looks down to see what appears to be a large icy arena room. In the middle of the room stood General Grievous. Wearing no cloak and appearing to be surrounded by four droids with them carrying what appear to be Electrostaff. But Count Dooku did not recognized these droids.

"They are part of the IG-series model. They are called IG-100 MagnaGuard. My master worked with Holowan Laboratories to help design these new Battle Droids for combat purposes, but to also act as bodyguards," Sherri explained as she shows the capabilities of the droids. "Dr. Kane made the staffs to be able to withstand a lightsaber and have been fed different fighting styles the Jedi use."

"Impressive. Have they been tested?" Count Dooku asked.

Sherri nods and motions to the fight down below. The four droids charge at Grievous as he activates two lightsabers in both hands. The two droids charge at him from the front, while the other two come in from behind. Grievous managed to block the attacks from the front, while pushing them back and begins deflecting the attacks from the other two.

Count Dooku watched as Grievous' speed has indeed improved. He is much faster than he was before and was able to block the attacks from the other droids with ease. Even the droids showed they were quite fast and even strong as well. They even managed to get the upper hand against him and lay in some strikes on Grievous.

However, the cyborg grabs one of their heads with his feet and slams it to the ground crushing its head. He then throws the body towards two of the droids before he begins focusing his attacks on the third. He manages to overpower the third one and sliced it in half before turning to the other two. They go at him, but Grievous was able to study their movement, their attacks, and how they react.

So, he took advantage and threw one of his lightsabers at them. The droid ducked and Grievous pushes the other away before he thrusts his second lightsaber into the chest of the droid destroying it. Grievous then turns towards the last one. The final droid grabs one of the staffs from its fallen comrade, activates it, and begins charging at Grievous using both weapons.

Count Dooku watched on impressed with how powerful these droids are and how much Grievous has improved. However, he still lacks control and focus to defeat his enemy. It also seems his fighting style is just using his size and brute strength to overpower his opponent. It is effective to a less experience Jedi like a Padawan.

But against someone like a Jedi Knight or Master, it will mean nothing. Unless he is given proper training.

Grievous got hit by the staffs, but he reveals two more arms and grabs the two weapons. Grievous then slashes the droid right down the middle and wins his fight.

"It seems that Dr. Kane was right to put in these new upgrades. I'm also impressed with these new MagnaGuards as well," said Count Dooku as he turns to Sherri. "Has he made more of them?"

Sherri nods as she pressed a button and soon a door against the wall opened revealing four MagnaGuards. They walked into the room and stood before Count Dooku.

"They are a gift to you and to General Grievous. They will act as your bodyguards and also for combat purposes," Sherri explains as she made sure the droids will obey the Sith Lord. "Once I finish fixing the minor injuries Grievous suffered then he will be ready for combat."

"I will decide if he is ready or not," said Count Dooku knowing he'll need time to train Grievous. "However, this pleases me well. Thank you, Sherri and if you see Dr. Kane then tell him thank you as well."

"You can thank me yourself," a man in his late 40s appeared with short dark hair, blue eyes, and light tan skin. He appears to be wearing a laboratory coat and glasses as he walks over to Dooku. "Welcome to Rhen Var, Count Dooku. I trust you were happy with the presentation?"

"Indeed, I was. I'm impressed with the modifications you made and for your new inventions as well," said Count Dooku who was impressed with the success of the doctor's work. "However, I was under the impression that you also had something else to show me. Or were these MagnaGuards really it?"

Dr. Kane turns to Sherri and motions for her to leave the room. She seems to hesitate, but soon complied and left. Count Dooku sensed her discomfort. She knew what is referring to, but it seems he didn't want her around while he talks about it.

"In all the years you have been in the Jedi Order, have you ever seen anything that surprises you?" Dr. Kane asked as he walks over to the control panel and looks down the window.

"There is hardly anything that can surprise me. Much less something I do not understand," said Count Dooku knowing in his many years as a Jedi he has seen some of the strangest and most magnificent things in this galaxy.

"Well, what it if told you I found something new? Something you have never seen before. Something that even the Jedi and Sith have never seen before?" Dr. Kane asked as he begins typing into the computer system before a hologram appeared before them. "10 years ago, I was working on a formula that would help create an army of super soldiers. To help protect the Republic and keep the galaxy safe. The project was thrown out after the budget ran out and after the…incident."

Count Dooku knew about the incident and how it forced Kane to leave. "It was then that you came to me. Wanting revenge against the Jedi. And so far, you have proven to be a great ally. Not only because of your experiments, but also your inventions."

"Yes, well as successful as all of those were it wasn't enough," said Dr. Kane as he shows different holograms of his formula. "I have been trying to perfect the super soldier formula since I began working for you. But alas none of the test subjects have survived. So, I had to get more. But I couldn't get them from locations where I would get caught. So, I took a calculated risk and went into the Unknown Region."

Count Dooku seemed surprised by this information. He knew that the Unknown Region has yet to be mapped out and he knew it held some secrets. However, none of the Jedi have bothered going beyond this region to explore it. At least, none from the current Order.

"And what did you find?" Count Dooku asked curious on what the good doctor discovered.

Dr. Kane shows a hologram of a planet that Dooku did not recognize. "A couple of months ago after my arrival to the Unknown Region, I found this planet. My assistant at the time and I landed on the planet to gather some specimens when we discovered something. A ship, but one we did not recognize and appeared much more advanced than any ship in our galaxy. So, we went inside to discover two humanoid creatures, which were dead."

Dr. Kane continued as he shows in hologram form what appears to be the ship he is talking about. He explains that it appeared their ship was attacked by some unknown creature and they ended up crashing on the planet.

"The ship was completely preserved and kept the bodies of the creatures from decomposing. They were truly extraordinary," Dr. Kane then presents the count the technology he found. "I also found onboard what appears to be their weapons and technology. Not only is this more advanced than any of our tech, but it appears these weapons they use are even more dangerous than even a lightsaber."

Count Dooku's curiosity soon grew as the doctor kept on explaining what he found and how powerful this technology is.

"I presume you didn't just only bring back the ship, but their weapon and the bodies themselves?" Count Dooku asked as he gets a small nod from the doctor. "May I see them?"

Dr. Kane nods as he pressed a button and soon a hologram image of the creatures appeared in the room. However, instead of the normal blue hologram color, Dr. Kane made his hologram look realistic, and it showed the regular color of the creatures.

The creatures appeared to be seven feet tall with what appears to be arthropod-like mandibles and long hair-like appendages on their heads, which are set into their skulls. The skin of the creatures appeared to both dark and light green colored. They also appeared muscular, which gave the impression these creatures were very strong.

Next to their bodies appeared to be some tools that the doctor must have used. Along with what appears to be glowing green blood.

"Extraordinary indeed. In my years as a Jedi I have never encountered such a fascinating creature like these before," said Count Dooku before he remembers something what the doctor mention. "You said your assistant at the time was with you when you made his discovery. Where is he?"

Dr. Kane sighed as cleared his throat. "There was an incident and turns out there was a third one of these creatures alive. Fortunately, I was able to wound it and bring it back alive. This was good since I needed a live subject to find out more about these creatures. And after years of hard work I finally found out what they are."

"I see. So, what are they then?" Count Dooku asked.

"They are called…Yautja," Dr. Kane then begins explaining what they are.

They are an alien race of great and powerful hunters that live in secrecy from the rest of the galaxy. They live in a galaxy beyond their own and have traveled to different worlds seeking to hunt. But not hunt any ordinary prey. They hunt down the strongest, deadliest, and most worthy foes they can find.

It is part of their tradition and it is a way for them to prove themselves to their clans. Dr. Kane also found that these creatures have actually visited their world long ago. He found that they hunted other creatures such as humans, Rancors, Wookies, Trandoshans, and other life-forms that appeared to have been worthy to hunt. Even Jedi and Sith, from the lightsabers he found.

Dr. Kane also reveals what they do with their prey once they kill them. "When they kill a prey that was worth a good hunt, they skin them. I mean, literally remove their skin and leave them hanging upside down. However, those that were worthy and powerful prey they don't skin them. Instead, they remove their spine along with their heads to take as trophies."

Count Dooku felt disgusted with what these creatures do to the bodies and take as trophies. However, hearing that they not only killed Jedi and Sith, it was surprising.

"How durable are these creatures? And why do their blood glow like this?" Count Dooku asked as he points the glowing blood.

"Very durable," Dr. Kane shows what he found through his experiments. "I found that these creatures are capable of surviving multiple shots and radiation, which would be fatal to any other species. They are much stronger than Wookies and have the capability to shatter solid concrete with their bare hands."

Dr. Kane even reveals these creatures are skilled climbers and how they are very agile despite their size. It also appears they are capable of surviving even the harshness sub-zero weather for an extended period."

"As for their blood. We found it is luminescent phosphor and I found it has the capacity to extend the lifespan of other species if consumed," Dr. Kane though makes it clear he is still doing more testing on it. "Their vision though is different from our own. It seems they operate mainly on infrared portion of the electromagnetic spectrum. Basically, they can easily detect heat differentials in their surroundings or see our body heat. However, they seem unable to easily distinguish among objects of the same relative temperature or even something covering the body heat."

Dr. Kane then shows one of the technologies he found. "That's why they use these masks, which appears to adjust their visions to allow them to differently if their prey is hiding their body heat. It also acts as a respirator for breathing properly to adjust to the planet air they are on. It also has a sound amplifier, a zoom function, some diagnostic capabilities, and recording system."

Dr. Kane then shows one last bit of tech that he found. "They also have a sort of cloaking device that bends light around the wearer and projecting a semi-transparent image in front of the creature. Rendering it partially invisible, but it isn't perfect as close observation will reveal the light-distortion effect around the creature."

"Hmm even with that small flaw I now see how these creatures hunt," said Count Dooku who is very impressed with these creatures and how they hunt. "Even without the super soldier formula, the technology of these creatures appears more valuable. I am curious, is it possible to replicate their technology."

"Well, yes but…what if I told you I kept my promise and created the perfect super soldier?" Dr. Kane asked as he catches the curiosity of the Sith Lord. "You see, I know you will not like this, but I paid a visit to Kamino a year before the Clone Wars began. I stole their technology and was able to use it for my experiment."

Count Dooku was not pleased to hear this and knew this man could have endangered the plan. "If you used that technology to do what I think you did…"

Dr. Kane raised his right hand to reassure the Sith Lord he didn't do what he think he did. "Believe me, I am not yet ready to do that. However, I did combine the DNA and genetic structure of the third Yautja and mixed it with that of a human DNA. After a few years of tinkering and making some adjustments, I have done it. I have created not only a hybrid of the two species, but I also created the super soldier I have dreamed of making."

Dr. Kane pressed a button and revealed a young armored boy appearing in the middle of the room. The armor the boy wore covered his chest, knees, arm, and wore a helmet that covered only his face. He wore dark torn pants, around his waist is a utility belt, boots with three sharp steel picks at the end of the boots, and a staff wrapped around his back. It appears he had long black hair, which looked like the same as a Yautja, dark skin, and appeared muscular.

"Now behold, what my creation can do," Dr. Kane pressed a button and soon a Rancor appeared into the room as it roared loudly.

The creature spots the boy and charges at him. The boy though runs at the creature and leaps up into the air at such a great height. It landed on the back of the creature and begins stabbing it repeatedly with two long wrist blades that appeared from the boy's armor. The Rancor roared in pain and tries to buck the boy off of it.

The boy leaps off and runs under its body with another wrist blade appearing in the other arm. It then slashed at both the back ankles of the Rancor causing it to roar more in pain. The Rancor tries to grab the boy, but the boy slashes at its large claws trying to grab it. The boy rushes under the Rancor again and grabs the bottom of its left feet before lifting it off causing the Rancor to stagger on one leg.

The boy pulls out a spear and tosses it into the ankle of the Rancor's right leg causing it to roar in pain and fall on its back. The boy looks up at the nearby rocks, which began to break apart from the sudden crash of the Rancor. The boy sees a nearby staff from the fight earlier with Grievous and the MagnaGuard.

The boy picks it up, aims it, and just as the Rancor begins getting up he throws it at the rocks. It caused the rocks to come apart and come falling down on the Rancor. Crushing it and killing it. The boy walks over and grabs his spear before pulling it out of its ankle.

Count Dooku looked on impressed with what he just saw. Not only did this boy kill the Rancor with ease, but he did it with only a spear and his wrist blades. The boy may not be a Sith, but his skills could be of some use. For both him and his master.

"So, what did you think?" Dr. Kane asked. "Not so bad huh?"

Count Dooku didn't say anything and didn't react like he was impressed. Even though he was, but he wanted to give the illusion he wasn't.

"And when will the boy be ready?" Count Dooku asked.

"In one year," Dr. Kane replied as he explains why they have to wait so long. "His skills are good, but I want to make sure his skills get to the level that he'll be able to handle even that of a Jedi Knight. I also need that time to replicate the technology and be ready to pass it on to you."

Count Dooku knew the war had just begun and his master needed time to make sure both sides have established power in the galaxy. He also needed to use that time to train Grievous himself. So, this way once both are ready then they can both be sent out to do what they were made to do.

"I shall pass on some information of the fighting styles he can learn to help him prepare for a fight against a Jedi Knight," Count Dooku replied figuring the boy having more skills would be useful. "I shall keep in touch with you and your creation…what is his name, by the way?"

Kane smiles a little as he looks back to the boy. The boy began removing his helmet revealing his face. He looks human, except the outer side of his eye was green, while the pupil was yellow like the Yautja.

"His name is…Jyun," Dr. Kane turns to Count Dooku and had chuckled softly. "Jyun the demon."

That's all folks! Yeah, it is a little different from my friend's version, but he didn't seem to mind it. He likes it better than his old version, which was riddled with errors in grammar and dialogue. So, he's glad I am working on this for him, while he focuses on the other work he is doing.

Still, I hope you all like how this whole thing went. The first chapter of the new version of this story. Now, is it going to be a shot by shot of the original as we continue? Of course not!

There will be a lot of changes, but rest assure. The story will still go the same way as the original, but how we get there will be different. Also, for those who have any questions about the story and anything involving AVP just let me know. I am a huge fan of the series and I will provide you all with the info you need.

Now, since this is set during the Clone Wars, what is going to happen? Is Jyun going to become eventually a close ally to the Jedi? Will he end up hunting them down like his Yautja side have done? Or will someone help him change his ways?

Find out next time to find out what is going to happen…because from here on out even I don't know how this story is going to go. Just kidding, I know. But don't expect it all to go as you predicted.

Now then, if you enjoyed this chapter then please leave some reviews. Just remember, don't be A-holes and leave flame reviews. Those are forbidden around here. Now, if you do have some issues, but you keep the criticism proper then that I will be okay with.

Just, don't go out hating something because you hate it. Now, I will see you all next time then, be safe everyone, and love you all.
