Also I am working on a story about how the marines took Naruto a child of kohona which the marines and the world gov discover the elemental nations and they order tell country to be open.
At first the elemental nations refused stating that they will not bow to outside interference. It was like that for generations until the world gov forgot about them.
Until the first ninja war started and the world gov ordered the marines to do this this is there decree...
On behalf of the world gov we ordered the marines to attack small ninja villages and create a door hold on the country. And spy on them.
If they become to much of a problem retreat .

As the first great war whines down the marines battleships all come all 16 of them a whole 2 fleets with 800 marines on all of them.
So thats 14,350 marines in total.

Once the 5 nations heard of the attack on grass county they remember about the world gov so...
They stop fighting and they fought back the marine prensces.
At the battle...
men we might not make it because unlike most of the countries in the world these are warriors and these people go through constantly " the adimiral stated.
" but sir if it's such a dangerous place why are we trying to open up the borders " a marine asked.
" well here the thing they have resources that make it worth are while and they have warriors with special power called charkra. They can use ninjustu and can wield many dofferent weapons. Unfourntaely they have turn down our invitation to join the world gov. However... The celestial dragons and the five elder stars are in agreement we must either join the rest of the world or be destroyed " the adimiral said grimly.
" but sir isn't that a little much ? I mean sure they are strong but a are sending such a large force to deal with it. " a marine officer said. He had a marine jacket with the kanji for justice.
" look I don't like this assignment but we need to be realistic here we could use the warriors to fight pirates also to squash rebellions as well wait we are here " the adimiral said as the marine ships go to a port city.
As they docked they at the port and began to unload.

he is a white man with black eyes and broad shoulders and muscluar. He is a serious man who is warrior but can also negate as well.
in the room...
"sir we have vistors they say they are from the world government and are marines " a ninja said towards it's leaders.
the marine came in.
"Greetings i am marine adimiral Markun and i am here on behalf of the world gov. to open up the borders here and produce trade betwen us and hopefully more of a partner ship " Markun asked and gave him a folder . The leader of grass took it and the more he read the more he got angry..
"And here;s my answer ... F*** You !" the grass kage said. He realed his killing intent..
The marine adimral sensed it.
"What but why ?! " he yelled.
"let me ask you this would you have your people sold into slavery and force to be marines !" the grass leader said in angry.
"What ?!" markun asked in shock as he read it.
Markun sighed "aprrentenly i didnt read this. Again let me ask my superiors give me a moment" Markun said.
The next day
Markun pulls out a den den mushi.
"Sir i need to know are we planning on enslaving the elemental nations and use the extra people that won't be slave into marines or part of are labor force." he asked the elder stars.
"Yes , did the leader of grass not be receptive " a elder asked.
"What do you think of course not ! he yelled at me and cursed at me " Markun said.
"first off watch yourself admiral second we kind of figured that. So it time to wage war on them." another said evilly.
"okay question if i may aske. Are you out of your fucking mind ?! You realize that we could go to war !" the admiral yelled at the elder stars.
"Quiet ! Now id they don't agrree it time for war ! Kill the leader " they ordered.
The next day...
The Next day they are marching and the hidden village of the grass knows it so they assemble all there ninja and it is an all out war.
the vice adimiral attacks many ninja and the ninja use d they justu to counter attack.
The grass ninja have a uper handed because of the way they fight. Even though the marines have better technology the grass ninja have better soliders.
"What ?! " Markun yelled as he see's the marines are getting there ass handed to them.
"Shit !" REtreat !" Markun yelled as the grass used their fire style :Fire ball Justu to destroy a few marines. They where using ninjustu all over and as they retreat more and more marines are dead.
"i don't know why the higher ups wanted this land in the world gov. but i will find out !" Markun thought.
As they left they are all wondering why ? What so important that the world gov will sacrifice for.
100 years later...
Watch as the legend is told and Naruto as was a former slave ,pirate and marine and revolution.

Fishmen lots of them are attacking marejois. The fishmen are attacking the marines left and rigt. It was a massacre as technology city was burning.

" saint wallow " Naruto said.
Saint wallow turned a rounded missed and annoyed at a slave would talk to him. He turned around and ...

A fishmen that has red skin and four arms as well as black hair came inside the room.
He was Fisher tiger and he said the cell of 3 girls he saw.
Fisher tiger looked on at ten seen and knew that Naruto did the deed but didn't comment.
" go and leave " he said to the humans
" girls go I will be right behind you " Naruto told them.
" but Naruto what about you ? " boa asked.
" don't worry about me just leave " Naruto said with a smile.
The girls ran away and Fisher tiger looked on.
" I could use some help finding the other slaves , where are they located ? " he asked.
" there in the slave houses not far from here I can show you " Naruto said but stopped to get some rest for a moment and then. Got bAck up and Fisher tiger can see re celestial dragon mark on his back and the wipes and lash marks on his back .
" this kid is amaze and tuff I am sure a fishmen can't endure treatment like that" he thought impressed with the boy resovle.
Naruto struggled but eventually he said he had no reason to live. Fisher tiger disagreed and they both tried to make it out but soldiers kept getting in his way.
With the fish men
" who is that guy ? " arlong asked a big blue fish men asked.
" He is a human and his name is Naruto " Fisher tiger said.
" hmm.. A human ?!You serious " arlong asked.
"Deadly serious im not going to have to throw some one overboard. This is not up for debate " Fisher tiger said.
And so that is how naruto is on the sun pirates.

As every body was doing there thing Aladdin saw Naruto .
" Hey naruto some thing wrong ? " he asked.

Aladdin saw this and checked his pulse " he still breathing " he yelled.

" Naruto you okay " jinbe asked . He was a fishmen also a lv 6 prisoners .
Jinbe then joked around with Naruto trying to get him to open up.
You see when naruto was in the marines he created a special commando unit that handled the most dangerous situation and re most violate situations . He'll ! Naruto was a war hero back home . He was the one at age 19 stop texting court great ninja war and became a legend in terms marines. A young man lead some of the most dangerous marines to ever be trained.
They where called havoc squad ( think the online game swotr which is star wars the old republic ).
They where a group of highly trained and powerful marines that take on the most dangerous missions.
And they were all in impel down as well.
" Wait some of those people were marines and are you sure it's okay ? " jinbe asked naruto.
" Don't worry jinbe I feel some thing big is going on and it war. Whitebeard vs world gov. Besides these guys owe me for not alow the people to torture them . " Naruto said.
" Let me guess a women then " jinbe said wit a dead panned expression on his face.
" Shut up " Naruto shouted embarrassing.
