A./N : This is my first official fanfic and will be quite long .Any review is greatly appreciated as it will help me improve my writing. Pairing will be haphne and will follow the post Hogwarts story with an EWE were Harry is betrayed by Granger, Weasel and his other Friends. Some characters may behave like OOC well according to me that's the point of fanfic so bear with it. So please read and tell your thoughts on it.

Daphne Greengrass returned from the recent wizengamot session totally frustrated. She was now the Lady of House Greengrass as her father has died in the war after refusing to support Dark Lord as he wanted house Greengrass to remain Neutral . But now after the light has won staying nuetral was as difficult as it was under the Dark Lord as the new Golden Trio of Granger Longbottom and Weasley arr having none of it . To them the world is black and white and that was the reason of her frustration as they are destroying the tradition on the name of modernization of wondering world . So she has called the meeting of the neutrals to find a way of dealing with it.

The floo flared signaling the arrival of Blaise or Lord Zabini followed by Lord Davis(Roger Davis) with his sister and Tracy . Next came Millicent or as she should say Lady Bulstrode followed by Lord Boot(Terry boot) Lord Goldstein(Anthony Goldstein) and Lady Bones (Susan Bones) . It was surprising to see most is them were her own year mate except Roger who was Lord Davis.

After welcoming them all she decided to start the meeting .

'We all saw the destruction of our tradition in today's Wizengamot meeting. We will have to come out of our neutrality or have to do something to stop the new Golden Trio or we will have the same fate as the Malfoys and Notts. anyone has any idea on that'

' We should join hands with the Dark faction ' said Millie

'Even with their support we are severely outnumbered in the Mot and public is already behind them ' countered Tracy

' She is right, people already suspect us of underhanded activities in the war and by joining the dark we would only confirm that ' Blaise supported his girlfriend.

' But we have to do something we can't let them destroy our world like that ' said Goldstein.

' Anyone has any better idea than Millie's ' asked Boot.

'No we don't, that's why we are here to find a better way than that, aren't we Daphne ' snapped Roger.

' Yes' I said.

'So what's the better way ' asked Boot.

'What do you say Susan, you are very quite' I decided to asked her.

'Actually I have a way but I'm measuring the pros and cons of that ' she said.

'Tell it then we all should consider it if it prevents us from joining the Dark faction' said Zabini.

'I was thinking of using their biggest weapon against them, by turning the public against them ' said Susan in a thoughtful voice.

'That's a good idea except it's impossible, they are defeater of Voldemort remember' said Millie.

'Actually they helped in defeating Voldemort much like many others, they didn't defeat him' countered Susan.

' What's your point Susan ' I was intrigued.

' Simple we need Harry Potter ' she said.

' But what can he do. He is a hero who lived long enough to see himself becoming a villain' asked a curious Blaise.

' People are sheep Zabini, with enough support he can be the hero he was again' countered Roger

'But how' asked Boot.

'They proved he used illegal ways to win the war and should be punished, we need to show the public he took some hard decision for them and he will be the hero again' explained Susan.

'Even if we do that why would help us' asked Goldstein.

'We will make a deal with him that's why ' I replied.

'What do you mean' asked Tracy.

'See, he would need our help in proving his innocence and getting himself out of Azkaban and after he is out he would return the favour to us by helping us shift the power base of Wizengamot' I replied.

' But he has only one seat how can that shift the power balance' asked Millicent

'He would have heavy support behind him once he is proved innocence due to obvious reason so many people would like to align themselves with him. ' replied Roger.

'So it's final we would make a deal with him ' I asked.

Everyone agreed to it and we started to plan out everything.
