THE MOB When Larry was called down for an incident at the bar just outside of hell's kitchen. When he got there he didn't expect to be a blind man that was oddly calm about him being arrested and his girlfriend I think looked pretty drug out. But the biggest surprise was the man in a purple suit. His face looked about the same color as his suit. By that I mean being beaten to a pulp. his left eye was swollen, along with the suit itself being covered in blood. "damn who the hell fucked him up" he asked the officer as he brought the blind man towards the police cruise. "you're looking at him," he responded, closing the door. He stared at the man he looked like he was staring at but he knew he wasn't still didn't

help with how creepy it was looking at you with little to no emotion. "the blind guy makes that guy's face into a purple grapefruit." he asked in disbelief. Jake gave him a shrug "I'm not sure a few witnesses say he accidently fell on him. others think he actively went for him and punched him relentlessly. it's all very muddled right now." Larry was unsure what to believe and his day was going pretty slow before this. The other man was being put in a stroller to the ambulance. He looked definitely out of it in the end. He just hoped this wouldn't get any more complicated than it already is. He had a feeling that wasn't going to be the case.

7 Hours Later

The restaurant went back to business and most of the on looker went back the night, morning now, turns out the blind man was named Matthew Murdock a lawyer who had a night out with his wife Jessica jones. It was some sort of date night that turned sour pretty fast to a man named killgrave. 'stupied name' he thought as he was filling his report 'pretty sure that not the assalent real name.' The man was pretty much hitting on her though she said she told the man she wasn't interested and was married. see like the man demaned her to come with he which she kindly told him to fuck off. The man seemed to back off and the two remained with their date.

"The man tried to drug him when she was ordering a drink. He somehow got it in the drink and waited for the husband to leave." "huh and that ends well for him." bane said laughing a little. "so the husband came back knowing something was off with his wife he 'heard' the guy near her he seemed ready to grab her then…" he paused "things get really muddled here. Some say he went to stop him then tripped and knocked him down with him some say it was intentional other say an accident." the officers reading the report to me and his partner mike. "that doesn't explain how the man got into the state that he was in." i liked asking since a lawyer named jeri hogarth came to see her client which she was already

making a story to spin against the defendant. "but Ms Horgarth my matty would never hurt a fly. He goes to church every sunday" a woman clearly shaken by the event or most would see it as distress. she good he'll give her that most of the other police officers were tricked by the act. Hogarth had a smile that basically said the case was already won. The woman held out her shoulder and she took it and led her out of the precinct. "well at least they have one of the best lawyers in hell's kitchen so they have a chance." bane said as he went back with his partner to finish their patrol. "that an understatement." Larry muttered to himself, having hogarth as their lawyer was basically giving them an ace in the hole.

Whatever happened to this kilgrave he's in a very tough time in a court of law that's for sure. He was hoping that this would be the end of Matt Murdock and Jessica jones. A week later he saw the news they won by a landslide what a surprise 6 years later

When the first shift started the last person he wanted to see was a reporter in his office. She was a light blond with a full length coat and it was 6:00 in the morning after they found the dead body of one Wilson fisk. He wasn't against the idea that they must have picked wind by an unknown observer who might post it on the internet. "hi im-" she started

"not interested in any interview you need to wait at the press conference when they give a full statement on the whole issue" he stopped her from finishing the sentences he really didn't want to deal with any reporter at all. with the death of Wilson Fisk and finding evidence of him and several other gangs that involved rebuilding hell's kitchen. "Look, I'm not a reporter," she said very quickly. He gave her a blank stare. "I'm more of a private investigator." sheepishly said trying to validate her reason for being here. "How did you get past the door? We had a few cops stop anyone from the press from coming in the police station." he asked as he was sure no one else would be able to get through the front door.

"Look, I know something fishy about this and you do too." She said she was determined to stay here. "Who do you work for?" he asked, wanting to know what this woman's angle is because her sudden interest in this story has something to gain in this. "no one." she said, giving me a pleading look, "I am a freelancer." "That doesn't help your case." i retorted "Look" she said exsaterbatted "I get it you would rather not get involved with anything in the underworld but how long until someone drags you in. cause i was and i can't let this go." This is not how my day was at all going to be. I just wanted to go to bed and not deal with any of this, but like she said I'll get pulled into this one way or another.

And believe me I'm already being dragged into this. "alright but you got 30 mintunies." i said
