Megatron walked into the prison to Black Shadow's cell. The phase sixer had been sentenced to life in prison. The judge had aloud Megatron to choose what Black Shadow's fate would be between life behind bars or the death penalty.

And Megatron had chosen the former saying how Black Shadow turned out was his fault and after having lost his Conjunx and sparkling he didn't blame Black Shadow for wanting revenge.

And felt that the phase sixer had suffered enough and didn't deserve to die. And by being locked up he wouldn't be able to hurt anyone else.

"So why are you here did you come to gloat?" Black Shadow asked look at the former warlord.

"No I came to apologize for everything." Megatron told him. "I'm sorry for what happened to your family and the way things turned out."

"Why did you tell them not to give me the death penalty?" Black Shadow asked.

"Because I've already taken enough from you and don't think your spark should be added to the list." Megatron explained.

"Maybe you really have changed." Black Shadow said making eye contact with the former leader of the Decepticons.

"Transformed is more like it." Megatron told him. "I'll visit you sometimes if that's OK?"

"I can't believe you'd forgive me for all I did." Black Shadow said in disbelief.

"I just feel like I've already had more then enough hate to last me a lifetime." Megatron explained.

"OK maybe I can forgive you too since you decide to spare me." Black Shadow agreed. "I think me letting go of the hate is what my family would want."

"I think that's exactly what they'd want." Megatron told him as he turned to leave and promised to visit from time to time.

"Oh and check my hide out under part of the floor." Black Shadow said to him before he left.

Later Megatron went back to the hide out where Black Shadow had held him prisoner and looked in the spot where he said to look.

And found a box with his T-cog inside. And had Knock Out put it back in him when he returned to base.

Everyone was happy to see Megatron get his T-cog and transformation ability back. Both Starscream and Soundwave had offered to give him theirs but he wouldn't accept them and it turned out he didn't have too.

And Optimus was proud of him for making peace with Black Shadow.

Megatron was glad to have now made up for some of his past. And he was now doing good as an Autobot along side some of his former Decepticons who had also chosen to change and start doing good.

They had all transformed for the better.
