Reunited with the Avengers:

"Come on Jesse! I'm trailing ahead of you!" Thora hooted excitedly, running ahead of her boyfriend in a dark blue exercise kit.

"I'm catching up to you!" Jesse warned playfully. The couple were having a morning jog around the London parks. It was so fun to just get into the fresh air, just the two of them.

They stopped for a small break and shared some water together.

"So this is what you like doing to catch your breath," Thora breathed out.

"Yep," Jesse panted out. "And you luv…don't look like you need to take a break,"

"I'm hundreds of years older than you," Thora reminded. "I've pretty much been training a lot my whole life and so I'm used to conditions like this. Not running though much. I prefer flying,"

"One day I'd like to try flying like you," Jesse wondered. "just by myself,"

"Well, to do that, you have to be worthy to fly it,"

"How can you become worthy enough for Mjolnir?" Jesse questioned curiously. He loved learning more about Norse gods and their magical weapons. Thora could tell how much a big fan he was of ancient cultures and religions. "Would you have die?"

"That I can't exactly answer," Thora admitted. "You'll have to find out for yourself,"

"Well, well…" a voice started them. "Look who's here. The Goddess of Thunder chilling out with her boyfriend,"

The couple turned and saw Iron Man aka Tony Stark and Captain America aka Steve Rogers.

"Tony…you do not make a comment like that," Steve said.

"Too late now. I've already done it," he mocked, much to Steve's displeasure.

"Well, nice to say that you're spoilt our date," Jesse said at Tony.

"Running around the park? A date?" Tony questioned, acting pompously.

"Tony," Steve stopped him. "Nice to see your Thora," he shook her head and gave her a little huge. "Sorry that Tony interrupted your moment and I didn't do anything to stop him doing that, didn't want to intrude like this…"

"Well it's quite a good pleasure to see you too but I have a feeling, this isn't just for a reunion," Thora could tell by the serous looks in their eyes that something was admits and they required her help.

"That's right Thora, we need your help," Steve explained. "We need your help to reclaim your brother's staff,"

Thora turned still. "What has happened? I thought it could be well-taken care of by S.H.I.E.L.D,"

"We thought that too," Steve said. "But it turns out S.H.I.E.L.D was actually a cover-up for an evil organisation called Hydra. They have the staff locked down in a facility in Sokovia. And we were wondering if perhaps you could help us get it back, seeing as how it was your brother's before and you do know a lot about all this dimension, magic stuff,"

"That you are right. You do need be help and that is what I shall give. I'll be there," Thora promised.

"Good. Once you're done with your boyfriend here…"

Jesse frowned at Tony.

"Fly on your hammer to New York and to my tower,"

"Is your tower fixed?" Thora asked.

"No. He's talking about the Avenger tower. It has our A slogan. You'll know it when you see it," Steve said.

"Thank you. In the meantime I'm calling for another team member,"

"Una?" Tony asked. He turned a little pale. "Uhh – no thanks. One Asgardian's enough,"

"Una would kill me if she missed out all the fun. Besides what's a team if it's not full,"

"Oh, come on don't make me team up with that scary girl again," Tony begged.

"Scary?" Jesse asked, started to chuckle a bit. "You find her scary?" he couldn't hold back his laughter.

"All the more reason to bring her back," Thora said smugly. "She'll be so happy to see you,"

"Just tell her to not threaten me," Tony implored hardly.

"Okay," Thora waved her hands up a bit. "Okay. But I can't make any promises,"

In the night that followed, Thora walked up the top of hers and Jesse's apartment. She stood up on the rooftop and stared up at the stars, wondering if she could see Asgard, if perhaps Heimdall her close friend could hear her.

"Heimdell – if you can hear me – I need you to get Una. Tell her I need her help on Earth please,"

Thousands and thousands of miles away from Earth, on the planet of Asgard, Una and her boyfriend Fandrall, walked across the gardens of their kingdom. Una was dressed up in a golden gown and Fandrall was in a golden suit.

"You look so beautiful in gold," he said.

"Thank you. You do as well," she replied back smiling.

"Is this amazing? Us two walking in the gardens? Under the stars?"

"I couldn't agree with you more. And away from all those parties that Odin holds every night,"

"I have never your uncle act so ecstatic before," Fandrall said drily. "He should be more focussed on the well-being of the universe than Asgard's parties. Thora should learn of this. She's be ashamed of how her father overlooks the chaos that befalls across the Nine Realms and cares more about celebrations than conflicts. As would his wife Frigga,"

"If we did do that, Thora would feel like she'd have to take the throne herself in order to restore peace to the Realms and she doesn't want to do that,"

"She has a right to know what goes on where she was born. Asgard is still much as her home as Earth right now. How do you think she's doing well with her love?"

"Very well, I hope. If Jesse broke her heart or made a wrong move, I would slash him apart,"

"Woah…" Fandrall was quite amused by such a threat. "Sounds a little harsh don't you think?"

Before their conversation could continue, they heard footsteps approaching and noticed Una's mother Lyria approaching them. "Heimdall requires your council," she said.

"Is something wrong mother?" Una could tell from a fearful look in her eyes.

"Heimdall has received a message

"It is Thora. She calls to you. She is need of your help," Lyria told her daughter.

"Is she in trouble?" Una sounded fearful.

"No. But she is desperate need of assistance. Heimdall will explain everything. I will take you to him at once. Before you do, go get out that gown and into your armour and take your sword and shield,"

"Why?" Una asked.

"Heimdall just suggested you'd do. Now go! And quickly!" Lyria urged impatiently.

Once Una dashed to her rooms, changed from a ballgown to a battle suit, grabbed her weapons, Lyria quietly sneaked her and Fandrall to the Bifrost Bridge and towards Heimdall's gate.

"Any thoughts of telling me why we're sneaking out? And why I'm in my battle suit?" Una requested an answer.

"Odin cannot know what you're about to do," her mother answered with a straight tone without looking at her. "He is not the same king that he once was and should continue to be. We cannot trust him to let you go because he most certainly won't. If Thora is in need of you, you must go. The king has not had much concern for his daughter these past months,"

"But why?"

"I don't know," Lyria looked at her daughter with a puffed-out face. "I cannot comprehend his changed behaviour, but I will try to reason with him,"

They continued on walking until they found Heimdall standing in the centre looking out of the portal. He did not turn to greet them.

"Heimdall, what is this message that Thora sent?" Una asked.

"It seems that the team that you made together on Asgard is need of both you and Thora's help," Heimdall answered, still not looking at her but looking outside, so as to not lose sight of Thora from so far away. "Loki's staff was taken by some evil Terrans on Earth and is now being used as a weapon. And your team have decided to get it back along with yours and Thora's assistance,"

"Then go you must," Lyria urged her daughter. "Your cousin needs you Una and it's important you're there for her,"

"Then go I will," Una embraced her mother. Then she embraced and kissed Fandrall.

"We will cover for you while you're gone," Fandrall promised. "Please don't be gone too long my love. And be safe," he kissed her again.

"I will," Una promised back.

Heimdall dug his sword into the slot and twisted it. The portal started spinning. Taking one last look her boyfriend and close friend, Una took a deep breath and walked through.

She went flying through space in a tunnel of light until she could glimpse of Earth, then a city, and then…

She landed on the top of building on a balcony. And there she could see her cousin in her armour holding her hammer.

"It is good to see you Una," Thora said.

"It is good to see you too Thora,"

The cousins chucked as they walked forward, embracing each other tightly.

"It's quite long," Una said.

"Forgive me," Thora implored. "How's Asgard doing?"

"It's doing well," Una answered quickly. "Our planet has never been more cheerful than it has been before. I hope Jesse has been treating you well,"

"Don't worry Una," Thora assured, quite surprised at her question. "He's treated me good. And Fandrall? I hope you two are kissing each other too often,"

"We haven't. But I'm afraid your father has made us the gossips of Asgard's streets,"

Thora sighed gently, feeling disappointed that her father did that. "I should have a word with him about it,"

"No bother. He's already had the lecture from my mother,"

"Well…shall we go see our team?"

"Thought you'd never ask. But I will not be looking forward to seeing that Tony,"

Thora giggled a bit. "You know what? It was ironic that Tony implored me not to contact you. If I didn't know any better, I'd say he's quite scared of you,"

Una exploded into peals of laughter. "He's scared of me?" she couldn't stop herself. "He? Scared of me? Well I cannot wait to scare him even more,"

"He begged me to tell you not to. And I told him and I quote 'I can't make any promises,"

"Nice to hear you recap the exact words you said to him," a new voice spoke.

The girls turned and saw Jesse approaching them. He had a smile on his face at seeing his love's cousin again. They were quite good friend.

"It is good to see you Jesse," Una said.

"It is a pleasure to see you Una. How's Asgard doing?"

"It's doing well,"

"Well, I don't want to keep you two busy. You two have a team to go and assist. Am I right?"

"That's right luv. That's right," Thora kissed his cheek. "We'll come straight back after this,"

She hooked an arm around her cousin's waist and Una swung one arm over her shoulders. Thora swung her hammer round and round and the two shot off like rockets.

They flew far and wide over the city, then over the country, then over the great Atlantic Ocean, until they could spot New York shining in the distance with Lady Liberty. New York had been well repaired since their battle against Loki and the Chittari. Thora spotted a might tower with the Avenger's Logo stamped on the top and realised that they were the headquarters. They landed on a platform where they were greeted by their teammates: Captain America, Black Widow, The Hulk (in his human form), Hawkeye, and much to Una's displeasure: Iron Man.

"Look who's he," Steve said in a funny voice to Tony.

"Nice to see you mate," Black Widow gave Una a tight hug. "And you two as well mate," she gave Thora a hug as well.

Bruce Banner simply said: "Hey," and both girls waved back. Hawkeye did the same.

"And can we say how thrilled we are to see you," Tony said sarcastically to Una. "I can say I'm not happy to see you,"

"Well I'm not happy to see you either," Una answered with a straight face. "You'd better watch only Stark before I do something scary," This made everyone chuckle at Tony, much to his embarrassment.

"Shall we get to it?" he asked quickly.
