This chapter took longer then I expected.

For now on I will begin a chapter with adressing the reviews, that have a FF profile, from the prervious chapter.

Fortitude501: There will definitely be more Index Characters! I will look into it how to implement them. Also I think Misaka is not a boring character altough I do agree that she her downsides.

Spartastic 4: That is fair criticism. I will try improving that. Your comment on chapter 1 was also fair but I have my reason of doing so.

Pasapack: Thank you :)

hongduc098: Thank you, this arc will start in the next chapter.

shiroryuu012: I will try!

Ril Noyama: I didn't really adapt from any one in particular, I have read all of the novels and took inspiration from differend sources. This version of Touma has no memory loss and grew up in the world of MHA.

Phantom Thief of Hearts: Touma will indeed do that to protect a single girl. I will defenetly look into your suggestions. Also there was a spinoff manga of MHA called My Hero Academia Vigilantes that explaines the society more of the universe. There is also a American Hero in it.

Thank you all for the reviews. They will defenetly help me with improving the story.

Disclaimer: I don't own My Hero Academia or Toaru Majutsu no Index. Both belong to their respective owners.

The sun was almost about to set. At a playground a young boy with black hair looked up against a muscled man with a badly maintained superhero suit. The suit had an overall blue color, had red and yellow lines, a red cape and on the chest a weird symbol. The boy had seen him before. He was a local hero but didn't really know more than that.

"You…" The supposed hero began to speak in a heavy voice.

"It's… your fault…" the hero began to stare into the young boy eyes. His teary eyes where filled with regret, despair but most of all…

"…IT'S YOUR FAULT I'M NOT A HERO ANYMORE! YOU CURSED LITTLE PEST"

…hatred.

The hero dashed forward to the child with the ground crumbling behind him and an clenched fist.

Just when the fist was about to hit. Kamijou Touma fell, head first, out of his bed. The pain he received from the fall was overshadowed by the shock of the nightmare. He had sweat all over his body and his heart was beating rapidly. He tried to calm down.

"This dream again…" he muttered.

He walked up to his kitchen and got himself a glass of water. Now that he was composed again he began to feel the pain from his fall earlier and felt the bruises from the fight against Togata Mirio. Togata's power allowed him to go through objects and added to that has enhanced strength, speed and durability. This fight was far more intense than the normal tests he had to do at the A.C. Academy Labs.

Since Touma was in the kitchen already he decided to get some breakfast. When he opened the fridge he saw every row filled with cheaply bought food and drinks.

"Uch… I've bought too much again…I wonder why…"

Meow.

Touma looked at his feet to see a young small calico cat. The cat had his head angled as if he was asking: "Are you alright?".

"Ah, sorry Sphynx. Did I wake you up? Do you want food?"

The calico cat meowed again and Touma grabbed some fish and put it in Sphynx' food bowl.

After preparing his own food he went to the dinner table and began to eat it calmly. On the table there was a book called: 'How to set a good example! For upperclassmen.' Kamijou got the book from his uncle after the battle against one of The Big 3, hoping he would motivate his nephew a bit more with it. The book was surprisingly a good read and he was almost halfway done. He mainly liked it because he himself had some trouble with Middle schoolers and he found some tips that could help.

When he began eating he looked at his schedule on his phone. Today he had the standard lessons at his school and in the afternoon he had to do tests at the A.C. Academy labs. Next Monday he has to go to U.A. Highschool again to follow lessons in 'heroics' with class 1-A. His goal at U.A. high basically was to obtain a temporary license in order to not get arrested again for using his ability and get punished for it.

Touma sighed. He really didn't want to do these hero lessons. His normal school classes and lab tests where already enough for him. He thought of himself as a normal Highschool boy… with the exception being his ability Imagine Breaker. Most students go to A.C. Academy to improve and control their quirks but around half of them don't have a quirk. 20% of the world's population doesn't have a quirk after all. Officially Touma didn't have a quirk but because of the mysterious nature of his right hand and the only way to detect it was someone with a quirk to directly touch it. Until more information was researched he was told by the professors to keep silent about it. Today his right arm would have to be tested at the lab again.

"I have Kiyama-sensei today… I just hope she doesn't undress again…" Touma thought out loud to no one in particular.

He then looked at his phone again. The time was 8:25.

"…"

His lessons for today would start at 8:30.

"8:25?! DID I FORGET TO SET MY ALARM?! SUCH MISFORTUNE!"

Touma then stormed out of his apartment desperately to make it in time.

Kamijou Touma now had his first short break and was eating in his class. He was not on time and he would have to make up for it in the weekend. It also didn't help that he had to leave in such a hurry that he forgot to make lunch for himself.

"Such misfortune…"

"Hey cheer up Kami-yan, you get special classes from Komoe-sensei!"

Kamijou looked at his right side and saw his blue haired 'friend' Aogami Pierce.

"What is even more you get to go to U.A. Highschool! From what I have seen on television during the Sports Festival there are some beauties in class 1-A! I'm so jealous of you Kami-yan." Said the blonde spikey haired boy with sunglasses named Tsuchimikado Motoharu with a grin.

"You both say that but I would like to have some proper rest at some point." Touma complained. "Also U.A. Highschool is dangerous with the league of villains targeting that school… Worse of all I have to do hero lessons..."

"Kamijou Touma!" A girl with long black hair and huge breasts named Fukiyose Seiri called him out. "You have the opportunity of a lifetime going to such a prestigious school! Also if you tried you would have been sharp enough to set an alarm."

"Here she is! The iron wall girl. She is so far the only one who hasn't succumb to the Kami-yan disease." Said Aogami.

"Stop calling me weird names Aogami, you are supposed to be the class representative. Still Kamijou heroes are the most respected people in society. Following those hero classes might make you not blame your luck for everything."

"So heroes will turn me into a better person? You mean like those heroes who sell their name and go on commercials instead of fighting crime?" Said Kamijou sarcastically.

"Not all heroes are like that Kamijou! And even if they do, they still put in much effort into it unlike you." Fukiyose shot back.

"You say that but…" Kamijou got distracted when he heard a lot of noise of the guys behind him. It seemed like almost all the boys and some girls from his class formed a circle about Aogami and Tsuchimikado.

"…Eh, what are you guys doing?" Asked Kamijou in confusion.

"You see Kami-yan, since we all know you have the quirk of getting girls to chase after you we are going to bet how many will chase you after the first day!" Aogami happily said.

"I bet that on the first day three will fall for the Kami-yan disease." Said Tsuchimikado with a smug grin.

"Again I'm telling you that is not my quirk, however it would be nice to get a dorm manager onee-san as a…" Touma was interrupted by the person he was talking to.

"YOU SHOULDN'T DO SUCH SHAMEFULL THING AS BETTING IN CLASS!"

A minute later a short pink haired girl who actually is a teacher came into the class.

"Ok class, it is time and now will continue where we left off…" when she got a good look into the class she saw Aogami, Kamijou and Tsuchimikado laying on the ground next to fallen tables and chairs.

"… my… MY CLASS HAS TURNED INTO A WARZONE?!"

Midoriya was at the 1-A dorm. Today someone from the newspaper called Tokuda came by to make picture and interview class 1-A for the day. Despite the reporter being with class 1-A Midoriya still had some time to write in his 'Hero Analysis for the Future' notebook number 13 about Kamijou Touma. Because of Kamijou attending to their class next week, he would like to ask him some questions about his quirk. He already made some notes about the fight that he had against Morio.

With that fight Midoriya had taken notes on Kamijou Touma's presumed quirk: The most obvious trait is that the quirk, similar to Eraser Head, can nullify another quirk. The way it does that is most likely by touching, since Morio got hit with a punch after he came out the ground with the use of his quirk. However when Morio attacked him from behind, Kamijou had to move to dodge. Most notably he was on his left side. The next obvious point was that most likely Morio's quirk was cancelled with the touch of Touma's right hand.

Most likely it was a quirk that gets activated when the right hand touches the skin and nullifies that persons quirk. That could be an effective quirk. However it seemed like a downgrade to Eraser Head that could cancel a quirk form a distance. Could there be more to this quirk? Is it really only in his right arm? Is it a Emitter or is it a unseen Mutant type? And does the quirk really have the same effect as Eraser Head?

These where the most important questions he had right now but he had more…

Kamijou would follow lessons with next Monday. Midoriya was getting exited. Even though he might be low energy, like Eraser Head, he seemed like a nice person. He also could fight toe-to-toe against a member of The Big 3!

"I wonder if we could be friends!" said Midoriya excitedly.

Touma was walking through the streets. He was done with his normal lessons and now was now on his way to the A.C. Academy Labs. He was kind of bummed about the fact that he had to do extra lessons in the weekend.

"Uch, such misfortune."

While on his walk he saw an old lady on the road wanting to cross to the other side. It seemed like the other pedestrians where just walking by and didn't pay her any attention.

'I have to help her.' Touma thought

Meanwhile across the street a skinny man with medium blonde hair and long bangs came out of a small supermarket. He had a bag full of meat buns and was about to head to U.A. Highschool. Then across the road he spotted an old lady that wanted to cross the busy road. With his free hand he touched his side. It was the place where is scar was. The scar was caused by the strongest villain he had faced so far. All For One. This scar was the beginning of the end for him as a hero. And after that final incident. It had put out the flame of One For All. Now he was not All Might but Yagi Toshinori. If only he still had that flame he could have helped the old lady in a second.

He looked at the old lady again only to see a boy with black spiky hair walking up to the old lady. He helped her across the busy road and when she thanked him he politely bowed and parted ways. All Might then walked up behind him.

"That was really nice of you to help her." The skinny blonde man said to the spiky haired teen.

To Toshinori's surprise the spiky haired boy got startled and turned around quickly and stood in a defensive stance with his right arm in the front. He got a good look at the skinny blonde man and after a second he started to relax again.

Toshinori was quite confused by this but before he could address it, the spiky black haired boy answered his remark. "You don't need a reason to help someone, right?"

That was indeed true. There doesn't need to be a reason to help someone out. This somehow made All Might think of young Midoriya.

Then a growling sound could be heard and it came from the stomach of the spiky black haired boy.

"Would you like a meat bun? I have too much of these."

"Can I? Thanks you saved me." Said the boy with a sheepish smile and scratching his head.

The former hero then gave the teen a meat bun. After he took it the teen seemed to remember something.

"Oh crap, sorry I have to go. I don't want to be late again."

The teen then sprinted off with the warm meat bun. He was gone. He was gone so fast that they didn't even exchange names.

'I saved him, huh?' All Might thought with a bitter smile. 'But I do wonder why he got so scared at first…'

While eating the meat bun, Kamijou Touma finally arrived at the A.C. Academy Labs. The labs where located in a secluded area where similar to U.A. Highschool only authorized people with a pass could enter. There were different kind of labs where quirks could be tested. There as a pool, bio lab, electronic lab, sport hall and so called chaos rooms where powerful students could unleash as much of his quirk as he wanted. However because of the resent incidents the labs are also used for people other than A.C. students. It was said that some chaos rooms were sometimes used for 'Villains' that have out of control quirks. They only stay there for a short while until they are tested and are then sent to a high secure prison.

Kamijou was always wary when he went past one of those chaos room buildings, however he was not afraid of the possibility that there was a 'villain' inside…

"Hey you!"

… but because of the strong A.C. students he had faced before.

Kamijou Touma turned his head to see a girl with short chestnut brown hair and eyes. She also had a mall heir clip with two flowers. She is wearing an elite A.C. Academy middle school uniform with a symbol of Tokiwadai on it. This indicated she was a daughter of a rich and influential person and was given a so called 'lady' status by A.C. Academy. These kind of A.C. schools had the strongest quirk holders. Added to that she was known as the Ace of Tokiwadai because she aced all of her tests.

"Oh, Biri-Biri!"

And Kamijou Touma called her out by a nickname.

"Don't call me that way!"

Suddenly a lightning strike then came out of the girl and was directed towards the boy. Touma knew from the many encounters with her that her quirk allowed her to store electricity and control the discharge of it. Kamijou responded as usual with his right arm and a high pitched sound of breaking glass was heard. The blue lightning vanished as fast as it came.

"I don't have time for this, I don't want to be late again. Would you please let me go to do the tests first? Otherwise this Kamijou is going to cry. Please Misaka." Kamijou pleaded to the high class lady with comical tears in his eyes.

The girl was flustered by being called her actual name.

"Ok… but I will come with you so we can talk afterwards."

"B-but…"

"No. Buts." She said with determent eyes and with a blush on her face.

"Y-yes…" Kamijou said defeated. There was no way he could discourage her and he hoped she would stay in the visitors room.

Touma and Misaka then both went to a building next to a Chaos Room facility. Inside Touma checked in but when he was about to ask Misaka to wait a female doctor with long wavy brown hair and bags under her eyes came into the room.

"Ah there you are mister Kamijou, I was wondering if you would be late… Oh it's you."

"Eh? The 'Stripping Woman' is your assigned researcher?!" Misaka said in surprise.

Kamijou facepalmed. This was the last thing he wanted to happen and he cursed his misfortune.

"Sensei, this is why you shouldn't just undress in public." He said feeling quite embarrassed that Misaka knew about his assigned researchers stripping.

"But especially with this hot weather I just keep sweating so the best option is to take it off. No man would care about seeing my body anyway. Also what is the difference with underwear and a bikini anyway? Nobody finds woman wearing a bikini weird so why should underwear." The scientist called Kiyama Harumi said, justifying her behavior.

"S-still you should still think about your surroundings! Also how are you able to deal with her? Don't tell me you…" Misaka said as she focused her attention back to the spiky haired boy.

"Of course I wouldn't! This Kamijou would never do such a thing. I'm more into…" Misaka looked really annoyed and Kamijou stopped just in time before he could have said something that could be his doom. "…A-anyway Kiyama-sensei, let's do the tests!" Kamijou said to the doctor with a lack of common sense.

"You seem to really be exited for the tests today mister Kamijou. Is it because of this lady?" The doctor blandly said.

"Uch, let's just go to the lab please." Said to boy with a defeated look.

Misaka however kept silent and had a blush on her face.

'I knew it. She is angry…I just need to do the tests and hopefully by the time I'm done she will be less angry.' Thought Kamijou.

"Since you both know each other why not come with us, miss Lady." The tired looking doctor asked with a smile.

""Eh?"" both teens responded in surprise.

"Come on let's go to the lab. Since she already knows you it's not that big of a deal to show the experiment."

"W-wait sensei are you sure?!" The boy attempted to sway her.

"Y-yes I will come!" The younger girl said.

After the whole ordeal, all three went into the lab. The lab had two chambers. One was the monitoring room with a desk and monitor, the other room had just a seat and a pipe were someone's arm could fit in. On the side of the tube there where multiple other tubes that contained different kinds of materials.

"Today we are going to test eight different samples. Mister Kamijou you know the drill. Just put your arm into the machine and I will observe the results from here." Said the woman that now was actually acting like a doctor.

The spiky haired teen then went into the test chamber. He sat on the chair and then put his arm into the pipe. Kiyama sat behind the desk and began to set up the experiment.

Misaka then sat next to her.

"Is it really ok for me to be here?"

"It is now. You probably know what is… 'quirk' is right?"

"Negating other quirks with the touch, right?"

"Well… the first time he got tested we could not scientifically prove that his right hand was a quirk…"

Misaka was confused at this statement.

Kiyama then grabbed a file with a X-ray of two feet.

"Not until a month ago he was listed as not having a quirk. That was mainly because we could scientifically prove it with him missing the extra joint on his pinky toe." Said the doctor while examining the photo with her usual stoic face.

"Then all of a sudden we get a report that he supposes some kind of quirk… so in the end he got listed as a emitter type…" Kiyama sighed. "…All quirks usually emit some kind of change in the body no matter how small. However…"

At that moment Kiyama pressed enter and one by one the objects that where in the tubes around the pipe went forward and got pressed onto the spiky haired boys right arm. With the fourth sample a clear sound of glass breaking could be heard and the sample vanished.

"They don't show any biological changes." The brown haired doctor finished her sentence while sounding frustrated. She was supposed to be a doctor specialized in quirks, but even after many tests she could not scientifically proof that this negating ability of his was a quirk.

"It's quite fascinating. Just now he has turned a biological piece from a transformation quirk user into a normal state of cells..."

Misaka was speechless at this reveal. She always wanted to know more about that idiot's quirk but this exceeded her expectations.

"… but why tell me this?"

"You seem to care for this boy right?" She asked with a relaxed smile.

"Fueh?!" The chestnut brown haired girl made a sound improper for a lady from Tokiwadai.

"Sensei, the test is done. Can I come out yet?" The boy suddenly said in the other chamber.

"I'll wait in the next room." Said Misaka while still embarrassed by Kiyama's comment. It seemed she didn't want the boy her crimson red face and left the lab. Kiyama was satisfied with this. At least now the ace of tokiwadai wouldn't attempt to hack her computer to find out.

Kamijou then came out of the test room and saw Misaka leave the chamber.

"I really made her angry, didn't I?

Kiyama looked up from the screen, amazed at how dense this boy was.

"Then maybe you should make up right? Maybe treat her to food?"

"You really think this Kamijou has enough money to make something to please a 'ojou-sama'? In the book I was reading it says that I should be reliable or let her have a good time…"

"Maybe you should pat an animal or something…"

Kamijou then showed delight on his face and Kiyama could almost see a lightbulb above it head.

"… That's it! Thank you Kiyama-sensei." Kamijou then left the room.

Kiyama sighed. "Finally figured it out, huh? Now then…" Kiyama then looked back at the computer. "I guess we'll have to discuss the results next time…" She now was alone in the lab. "… It's hot."

Tsuchimikado Motoharu was in his apartment. Today after school the Siscon Sergeant had bought a rather revealing outfit for his stepsister, who went to a maid school.

'I wonder what her reaction would be…' He stopped his train of thought when he heard walking. The then put his ear on the door to determine who was coming. He heard a certain voice telling someone else that his apartment was the last door. 'Oh, it's just Kami-yan. I wonder who is with him'. He continued listening but to his shock he then heard a female voice. 'N-NO WAY?! H-HE IS BRINGING A GIRL TO HIS APARTMENT?!'. He then heard a door open and close. Right now his neighbor and classmate Kamijou Touma had brought a girl into his apartment.

'So this is his apartment?' Misaka Mikoto also known as the Ace thought. Some time ago the spiky haired boy had excitedly asked her to come to his apartment to show her something. She initially said yes but only afterwards she realized how dangerous this situation could be. He usually was so dense and now he suddenly asked to come to his apartment where the two of them would be alone…

Misaka was heating up until said spiky haired boy stood in front of her. He had both hands behind his back.

"Ok Misaka, I have something to show you." The spiky haired boy said with a smirk.

'Don't tell me?! Is he really going to…' Misaka thought while beginning to panic.

He then reveal what was behind is back and what she saw was a young small calico cat. At first she didn't know what to think but then the kitten meowed.

"Wh-what is that little thing!? Can I take a picture?" Said the lady excited with lights in her eyes.

Kamijou was overwhelmed by this reaction. His plan to positively surprise Misaka has worked better then he had hoped for. In the book 'How to set a good example! For upperclassmen' he had read that spending time with lowerclassmen could improve the relationship. This would also be a good experience for when he was going to U.A. Highschool.

"…Too bad I can't really get close to him. Because of my quirk cats always stay far away from me…" The lady said while looking a bit sad.

"Don't worry Misaka! I have the solution for that!" he then walked towards her and grabbed her hand.

Before Misaka could ask what he was doing the then lay the little kitten in her hands.

"Huh?" Misaka said in confusion.

The small kitten was doing fine. The Electromaster for the first time in her life could hold a cat without running away from her.

Meanwhile at the door of Kamijou's apartment, a blonde haired guy with sunglasses was peaking. 'I can't believe Kami-yan obtained enough of a popularity power level to invite a girl to his room!' Tsuchimikado thought. 'Really I'm just jealous, nyah. I know he has the negating quirk, but just maybe…' "…Does he actually have the quirk to attract woman?!" He said aloud.

A few seconds later he could feel a sudden force on his cheek and he fell down.

"You're speaking your thoughts out loud, YOU GIANT IDIOT!" The angry spiky haired boy said with a calico cat on his shoulder.

"Kami-yan… that was a nice punch, nyah." Said the Siscon Sergeant before passing out.

The sliding doors of an abandoned factory where opened by a man with a full bodysuit. With the opening of the doors the light of the moon came inside of the factory and revealed four people.

"You brought two crazy big fishes, huh, Twice?" A slim man with deadly pale skin, messy grayish-blue hair and covered by embalmed hands asked.

"Big fish? That's ironic League of Villains." The man with the plague doctor mask said. He then sharply looked at the person on his left side. "Does that mean this white covered person is also a villain?"

"Heh, obviously I'm a villain. But I'm on a much higher level then all of you." The skinny white dressed person with a metallic mask and crutch said in a demeaning way.

The villain even with the hand covering his face showed disgust towards the white hooded man. He really disliked his attitude but remained calm. They were about to discuss a way to help each other so maybe he will be useful.

The man with the plague doctor mask had a quick look at the white covered skinny person and could feel he was enjoying the reaction he was getting.

"What? Are those guys famous?" one of the League of Villain members asked?

"Master showed a picture of the both of them… the plague doctor is what you'd call 'Yakuza'. The young head of the Shie Hassaikai… The other is a member of one of the corporate dark side groups."

"Young Head of the Shie Hassaikai… so he's the number two of organized crime?! Oh my, I've never seen anything like him!" The member of the League of Villains with red hair and sunglasses said. "And also a member of a dark side group?! I've heard that those guys gives supplies to a select few villains!"

"So how are those guys any different than us?" said a girl with catlike eyes and uneven speared twin tailed hair.

"All right, let me tell you. In the past there were lots of scary groups that ran the underworld. Yakuza specifically forced businesses to align with them for protection and deal with illegal goods. The dark side groups however are secretly assigned teams that do the bidding for big influencers in order to protect their businesses. But, after heroes started thriving, the yakuza where unmasked and disbanded while the Dark Side Groups remained operational because they were probably covered by the people in high places. Remnants of the Yakuza became designated villain groups while the only thing that changed with the Dark Side Groups was that their units where replaced by quirk users. In other words the Yakuza is scraping by to make a living under the watch of the police and frankly are obsolete and should be a protected species. The Dark Side Groups meanwhile are hidden."

"Protected species, huh? Well, he's not wrong... But the Dark Side Groups, huh? So you're the ones that contacted us." The plague doctor said.

"That is indeed true." The skinny white clothed person from the Dark Side Groups said to the plague doctor. He then looked to each member of the League of Villains analyzing them. "… It's really a pity All For One is not here."

Both parties began to look sharply at the white hooded man. It was like he said a taboo word in the middle of a business meeting.

"With him gone the 'men behind the phone' have lost a huge amount of thrust in your group. Even something as simple as delivering some drugs might be too big of a risk."

The skinny man with hands all over his body stood up and gave an even more disgusted look at him then before.

"We both agree with that." The young Yakuza head suddenly said. "You guys messaged me that I might be of help but honestly I would have done it without you." He then faced the League of Villains supposed 'leader'. "So then, who will be the next leader."

"… So even when you both know who my master is and are saying that… Are you both here to challenge me? I am the next leader."

Any normal person would feel a cold air going past them if they heard that.

"Even Now, I'm gathering my troops. Our numbers will increase soon. And with that power, I'll crush hero society starting with its head."

"Do you have a plan?" The young Yakuza head calmly said.

"A plan? You little…"

"Hehehehe" The skinny messenger began to laugh menacingly. "Small fry insulting small fry."

It was hard to imagine that this crippled person with his behavior was hired by influential people to just be here for a message. Him having to rely on his crutch to move around mend that either he had a very powerful quirk or was doing the greatest bluff in the world.

"Very interesting, hehaha. You're saying that while the league of Villains with every operation did lose some supposed 'competent' pieces, huh?"

The young Yakuza head continued. "You can't even manage ten or so crazy people, and you are talking about increasing your forces? What will you do after gathering power you can't control?"

The atmosphere was getting tense.

"You need a plan in order to achieve your goal, and I have a plan."

"…Twice…" The 'leader' of the League of Villains said while keeping his focus on the Yakuza head. "…Don't bring people here without knowing their intent."

"So you want to the new head of the League of Villains, huh?" The white clothed cripple scoffed. "That might give the 'men on the phone some trust back, HEHAHAHA."

"You think you have the authority to make this yakuza boy our leader? Sorry, Dark Side boy, but we didn't come together to be under someone!" The red haired person with sunglasses said while a blue low was all over her body.

The 'Dark Side boy' also began to have a blue glow around this head. Then the red haired woman, also known as Magne, used magnetism to go straight for the crippled white dressed boy.

"I'm here because I don't want to be bound by ANYTHING! WE WILL DECIDE WHERE WE BELONG WITH OUR STRENGTH"

A huge iron bar was revealed and aimed at the crippled boys face. The crippled boy then pushed a button on his choker and a red light began to burn. Then… just when the huge magnet was about to hit… a weird high pitched sound could be heard and Magne was thrown away from the boy. For anyone who could follow Magne, they could see her arms where bent in a unnatural way and the huge magnet flew against the wall. Meanwhile her body flew towards the young Yakuza head and he took off his glove.

Then, with a touch of a hand, the upper body part of the villain formally known as Hikiishi Kenji disappeared.

The League of Villains watched in shock.

"MAG-ONEE!"

"You all made the first move. I won't just let myself get hit by such a filthy body." Said Overhaul. "I hate stuff like this"

"He hehe, HeHAHAHAHAHA!" the cippled boy began to laugh like a maniac. "One side attacked me, so now…" He walked towards the wall. "IT'S TIME FOR THE REST OF THE BIRDBRAINS TO REVEAL THEMSELVES!" His arm went into the wall and while laughing in glee. Something atone to an earthquake could be felt and the entire factory began to shake. After the shaking the building was suddenly lifted into the air and the night sky could be seen.

The five men who were secretly hiding around the building came into view. They all wore a plague doctor masks. One had a huge muscled body with a smaller member on top of him. To his left a member had a black cloak and a black derby hat. To the right of the huge yakuza member where the two last members. One had a Tuxedo without a tie and black backwards hair. The last one had a white cloak and hood and held a strange pistol.

The smoke began to clear up and it then started to look like a three way Mexican standoff.

A man with a white hood and full face plague doctor mask walked beside Overhaul.

"Sorry, Overhaul. I tried shooting him while he was lifting the building but the shot was reflected."

"Wait?! Where did they…?" Twice said panicked while holding a fellow member that was hit by a concrete rock. "I was sure no one followed!" He was more shocked that people had followed him then the building that just was lifted.

The white hooded cripple clicked his tongue. "I would have liked to finish you all off. But then I wouldn't reach my goal, would I?" Out of all the people of the Mexican standoff most of them faced the white clothed crippled man that just threw away a building.

"I guess this can also count as a message. If any of you reveal that the drugs or equipment came from us then you can easily be shoved aside."

"let's call it a day and cool down our heads. We're supposed to be on the same side and cutting down our forces will not be helpful." Overhaul suggested calmly. He then looked at the 'leader'. "Think carefully about your own organization and stuff." The threw his business card while was walking away.

All parties then left the area as soon heroes would investigate the area.

While Overhaul was walking away with his group he began to reflect the previous situation.

"Jaw... do you know who that Dark Side messenger was?" asked Overhaul to the tuxedo wearing boy. "You said you had contact with the Dark Side Group before."

"...That person only joined recently but it's said he has a quirk that is as strong or maybe stronger then All Might…" The similar masked, tuxedo wearing boy said casually. He then put off the mask. Strange pink and green fibers replaced the mask on his lower face with what looked like a crocodile jaw. The then took a deep breath. "Uch, I really hate this mask. So hard to breath in."

"You haven't fully answered me yet." The young Yakuza head said with a sharp voice.

"Well, I think he is called 'White Menace' and his quirk is classified…" The man known as Jaw said while he calmly scratched the back of his head. His right eye had weird toxic green and shocking pink colors.

"…He also has a codename… Accelerator."

Writers notes:

And thus comes the end of chapter three. I once again want to thank you for taking your time reading another chapter. This chapter was quite hard to write as I wanted to implement a lot of different elements. This chapter was mainly about the daily life of Kamijou Touma as to show what role A.C. Academy has in this story. I'm not 100% satisfied with this chapter so I might rewrite some parts in the future.

I'm not sure when the next chapter comes out but with the weather getting colder it should be more doable. So I expect it to be out within a month.

I wish you all a good day and untill next time,
