It was a beautiful day in Axel, as usual, Aqua was at the guild getting drunk as fuck, Darkness was training, trying to hit a target, albeit failing, but she stayed persistent, and at around noon, Kazuma and Megumin left the mansion to go on an explosion walk, singing "Bakaretsu, bakaretsu, la, la, la."

The thoughts running through Kazuma's head were along the lines of, "Can't I get arrested for this" and "Why are her hands so soft."

They continued holding hands until they got to the field, where Megumin started chanting.

A fireball large enough to engulf Tokyo Tower burst into existence with a resounding "BOOM!" The heat wave produced by it immediately made Kazuma start sweating. The shockwave was powerful enough to knock over a few trees in the distance, and Kazuma swore he saw a few massive toads fly into the air, never to be seen again.

Kazuma looked down at a collapsed Megumin and she asked, "Kazuma, how was that explosion?"

He replied with, "105 points, great explosion," and gave her a thumbs up.

He bent down, slipped an arm underneath her legs and slipped his other arm underneath her back and picked her up bridal style, which immediately made her face turn red.

The blushing Megumin asked why he was carrying her like that and he replied with, "My back has been killing me lately."

He asked, "What did you mean by, 'Yes, young love?'"

Her face turned even redder and she replied,"I was joking, if you can't see that, you really are a dumbass!"

A lecherous expression appeared on Kazumas face and he said,"Oh calling me a dumbass now, I could let you down in the middle of the street once we are in town and unleash steal on you. In front of everyone. Would you like that? Thought so, now be a good girl."

Once they arrived back on the mansion, Kazuma put Megumin on her bed and he went to go take a nap.
