So after some thinking, I've came up with chapter 2 of this idea, I doubt I'll be able to continue, what with all the scientific talk that Senku is capable of.

A Ninja In The Stone Age

Chapter 2

The Truth Revealed

Senku's Base

It took a while but the group of three, plus one stone girl, had managed to return to Senku's building, with Tsukasa being the more curious since it was pretty unusual for such a place, along with having a lab near by.

"My big brother always did love science more than anyone else."

Hearing the voice Tsukasa quickly looked next to him, and there standing next to the strongest highschooler was Naruto, the "little" brother of Senku, "How did he get next to me without me even noticing!?"

And it was true, cause standing next to him was the long haired blond carrying two large pots, from what Tsukasa can smell from them, one was possibly carrying clothes, while the other was carrying meat, since everybody can identify the smell of cooked meat, "He possibly did that to make the meat last longer."

But he was still surprised that Naruto somehow managed to not only walk next to him without making a sound but carrying a pair of pots as well.

Though all Naruto did was smile slightly, "Come, let us introduce ourselves to each other properly, since there's no more dangerous animals around, (Sniff!), (Sniff!) my brother had possibly made a scent repellent to keep the animals away, from what I can smell."

Tsukasa was amazed by Naruto's heighten senses, more than likely they were developed during his unfortunate years of being alone, since he also noticed that Naruto's hearing was more acquit since Tsukasa noticed how Naruto flinched when the loud dark haired teen became so excited.

The two walked towards where Senku and Taiju were, with Naruto placing his pots down, again without making a sound, though When Naruto's eyes landed on Yuzuriha he couldn't help but think to himself, "Don't worry big sis, once you're free I'll be able to tell you all about the things I made thanks to your tor-lessons." He couldn't help but chuckle slightly at his near slip-up, since even after "6" years he still thought her lessons were torture, but he still didn't want to offend.

Tsukasa saw the look in Naruto's eye and knows them quite well, since they're the eyes of a younger sibling looking up to the elder sibling, since that's what his sister's eyes held for himself.

Inside

Soon after, with Senku introducing himself and Taiju, calling him "the simple-one" with Naruto adding, "You're still calling someone with a big heart like Taiju that." Having a small smile on his face since he knows Senku never really shows emotions, but he still cares about his friends, "I'm Taiju, the simple-one."

Hearing Taiju admit it with a smile caused Naruto to slap his forehead, "Oh yeah, now I remember, he really is a lovable lug." Of course it'd take Naruto some time to remember what his brothers of only 1 year were like, since Naruto was by himself for 6 years so it stands to reason that there'd be somethings he'd forget before the petrification.

Soon after Senku tells the two that him and Taiju have living on mostly wild greens and mushrooms, while catching a wild rabbit sometimes for meat, "Oh, well if it's meat you want I've got some in a pot outside-!" Suddenly the two teens were in front of Naruto as quick as a flash, both having stars in their eyes and drool dripping from their mouths, causing Naruto and Tsukasa to gain sweatdrops, with both powerful beings thinking the same thing, ""How long have these two been out here to have such hunger for meat!""

Naruto soon lead them outside, offering them the meat that was stored in one of the pots, with Senku noticing the second pot, "Hey Naruto, what's in this other pot?"

Though Naruto was finding it amusing to watch Taiju stuffing his face, Naruto managed to grab a chunk of meat for Senku, "Oh that just some spare clothes for myself, Yuzuriha nee-chan's tor-lessons really came in handy in the stone age." With Naruto showing Senku his spare clothes.

Hearing Naruto's near-slip, Senku couldn't help but chuckle at it, since even he knows if you get Yuzuriha going she'll pound the whole history of arts and crafts into a person's head, with Naruto being the (un)lucky one, since he used her teachings to survive for so long.

Until suddenly, "GAH! That hit the spot!" That caught the two brother's attention, with Senku yelling out, "YOU PIG!" Since it turned out Taiju had eaten all the meat, with an engorged belly bloating from his shirt with a happy smile on his face.

With Naruto simply chuckling, "What did you expect from someone who always thinks with his stomach." Since it was obvious that Taiju was super hankering for meat, it stands to reason that he'd eat everything.

Senku just scoffs, "You're telling me, he can be as worse as Luffy." This caused all four boys some amusement, with Taiju having no clue why they're laughing, as for the anime reference, before the petrification Naruto managed to get his brother to watch a few episodes of One Piece, but since it didn't have any logical physics to it, Senku gave it up as a bad joke, with Naruto soon following since he wanted to spend time with his brother that didn't involve science.

Tsukasa simply gives a smile, "Well now that I'm here, you can leave all the hunting to me and not have to worry about empty stomachs again, from now on, I'll stop anything from harming you." He says to them with a charismatic smile.

So with such a declaration the strongest highschooler was speeding through the forest of the new world, using his strength against boars and other animals, with Naruto helping him out every now and again, since he's not as scientific as Senku, but he'll still help out as much as he can.

Few Days later

Right now the four were at the beach, relaxing after Naruto and Tsukasa had just finished fishing, with Senku explaining about the smoking process and other scientific jargon that only the two strongest could understand half of what Senku was saying, but it flew over Taiju's head, with Senku giving his neck a slight crack as he stands up, which caused Naruto to raise a slight eyebrow at, "Since when has Senku started cracking his neck, I know for a fact that he's never done that before, unless...!"

"BOOOOOM!"

Suddenly Tsukasa had just destroyed a boulder, but as soon as the dust settled it showed a stone statue of a girl laying underneath it, making the others realise that what he was doing, but also gave Naruto the idea of Senku's neck, but Naruto also figured out it's best not to say anything.

Once that was sorted, along with the fish having finished being cooked then eaten, Senku began a pop quiz, "Alright so what's the most important thing to have."

With Taiju quickly jumping to smartphones, but Senku denied such a thing, since it was far too early for such tech, with Tsukasa guessing that it could be iron, but again, that was the wrong answer, but Senku decided to explain lime from seashells, with Naruto jumping, "Oh you mean chalk, right, so wouldn't that mean we'll need crushed seashells?"

Though Taiju quickly yelled out about finding a school for the supplies, but that just caused Senku to explode at such an idiotic reply, this in turn caused Naruto to smile, "Somethings never change, even after so many years." This caused Tsukasa to look at Naruto in puzzlement.

"Do you mean to say that these two have acted like this long before the petrification?" All the while Senku was yelling at Taiju.

Naruto just smiled, while slowly chewing on some fish, then swallowed, "Ever since Senku and his father adopted me into their little family I've come to realise that Taiju is incapable to think for himself, it's mostly ether Senku, Yuzuriha or myself telling him what to do and keeping him in line, though I think people found it adorable when a blond 10 year old was telling a 15 year old what to do."

Tsukasa was surprised that Naruto openly admitted that he was adopted, but he could still tell that Naruto cared about his brother even when they're not related by blood, before the two could chat some more, Senku began ordering Taiju to start collecting seashells, which the teen began rushing about to do so.

Along with Senku explaining the basics of what the calcium hydroxide can be used for, such as farming, construction and hygiene, namely soap, though while Naruto was keeping an eye on Taiju, making sure he doesn't get eaten by anything, Tsukasa and Senku chatted amongst themselves.

Though soon the two returned from collecting seaweed, though Taiju wanted to know what the fourth part that calcium hydroxide was used, but Senku explained that there wasn't a fourth part, just three, while it flew over Taiju's head, Naruto knew his brother said there was four things, but decided to remain quiet about it, since it was obvious that Tsukasa had Senku on edge.

Next Day

Soon after that, Taiju was back to collecting shells from the beach, with Naruto watching over him so the dimwitted boy doesn't do anything stupid, never knowing the conversation Tsukasa and Senku were having.

Soon after, Naruto and Taiju returned to the two, with Taiju holding a clay bottle with Yuzuriha's name on it, yelling about the miracle water to revive Yuzuriha, causing Senku to gap at Taiju's stupidity, with Naruto seeing the expression and realised that something happened while the two were at the cave, with Tsukasa asking about it, which caused Senku to crack his neck awkwardly, but figured there was really no need to hid it any more and decided to show his brother and Tsukasa how the miracle water worked.

Though while they were walking to camp, Tsukasa began walking behind Senku and Taiju, walking next to Naruto, "Tell me Naruto, once your brother starts reviving everyone, do you think the grown ups will try and start taxes and other such things to try and become rich again."

Naruto suddenly understands what Tsukasa was doing, he was trying to talk Naruto into joining his quest in having only the young revived, along with explaining his ideology about wanting the world to remain pure, and explaining about his sister and the shells, once hearing this, Naruto had a serious look on his face, looking straight ahead, but keeping his guard up just in case, "So what you're saying is that this is your world and no-one is allowed to take it from you," Hearing Naruto say such things caused Tsukasa to look at Naruto in anger, but he withheld his fists, wanting to know why Naruto would say such a thing.

Naruto continued, "Tell me something Tsukasa, you say you want to keep this world pure, with only the strong and young deciding what to do, but doesn't that sound like something that the old drunk on the beach from your story would say, yet, I find it interesting that you'd sound just like the corrupt adults that ruled the world with greed."

Soon Tsukasa grabbed Naruto by his shirt, his fist about to fly towards Naruto's face for saying such a thing, until, ""From now on, I'll stop anything from harming you."!" Suddenly Tsukasa stopped his fist from connecting to Naruto's face by an inch, his eyes widening, "Isn't that what you promised, or are you planing on breaking your word to us."

Slowly Tsukasa released Naruto, his fist unclenching and moving back to his side, "You're right Naruto, I was about to break my word to you and the others, and while what you said about that man and me being similar to him hurt, I can understand where you're coming from, but it won't stop me from ridding this world of such people."

Naruto continued starring, "But you don't know which people are the corrupt and who's innocent, such as an elderly father that looks corrupt but was really a kind and gentle man, who was also kind to his children, you can't tell by face-value alone Tsukasa."

Tsukasa just continued walking, since he knew Naruto was right, he was no doubt gonna do such a thing, but he couldn't take the chance that such an adult was corrupt, since he grew up in such a world, while Naruto and Senku were in the light while he managed to survive in the dark, which is why and how he became known as "The Strongest Highschooler" in the first place.

But he never answered Naruto's question, but in a way, he did, since this allowed Naruto to realise that Tsukasa was still planning to break all the adult statues, but even though Naruto could probably be able to fight Tsukasa, he couldn't risk Senku, Taiju or Yuzuriha in such a fight, they could get caught in the crossfire or worse Tsukasa could use one of them as a possible hostage, so for now, Naruto will stay his hand, making sure to try and protect his three sibling-figures as best as he could.

Once back at camp, while Taiju was talking to Yuzuriha's statue, Senku was getting the miracle water ready, until, "Huh! For some reason there doesn't seem to be enough revival fluid for even one person." With Taiju believing him, but Naruto having lived with Senku for so long knows his brother has a plan cooked up.

Just as Taiju was about to make his run to the cave, Tsukasa stopped him, offering to go himself, this gave Naruto an understanding of what his brother thought up, once Tsukasa was gone, Naruto says out loud, "He's far from the camp now, you best hurry brother."

This caused two things, Taiju to be completely puzzled, but the second is Senku just smiled and got to work on the revival fluid, "You always did manage to see through my little ploys, don't you Naruto."

While Senku continues to mix the chemicals for the revival fluid, along with explaining to Taiju why he faked the fluid's amount, Naruto kept his guard up in case Tsukasa decided to return.

Though once the mixture was done, along with Naruto putting his things together, since it was obvious that it was time to go, though Taiju was taking his sweet time pouring the mixture on to Yuzuriha, that is until Senku just dumped it on her, wanting to hurry up, "Senku's right Taiju, it won't be long until Tsukasa returns, best to be as fast as we can."

Just as Naruto said that, Yuzuriha's stone shell began breaking apart, soon the stone broke away, showing a complete humanoid form of the girl, with the shards falling away, this also caused Naruto's eyes to widen at such a sight.

Though the two managed to have their moment, along with Taiju explaining how Senku worked on the revival fluid to wake her up, her eyes catch a certain tall long haired blond standing next to Senku, "U-Um, excuse me sir, but who are you!?" Since she couldn't recognise Naruto since he's now the same age as the three.

Hearing such a question, Naruto couldn't help but chuckle, "I didn't think I'd changed that much, Yuzu nee-chan."

The moment she heard him say that nickname, along with spotting his whiskermarks, she knew right away who the person was, quickly jumping and leaping into Naruto's arms to give him a hug, "Oh Naruto-chan! -kun, look at how big you've gotten!" Realising that he's now about her age.

With Naruto returning the hug in a brotherly way, "I know, it's been six years since I "woke up", it was all thanks to your... lessons, that I managed to survive by myself for so long, but now isn't the time to catch up, we need to stop a murderer."

Unfortunately, Tsukasa had just returned, managing to hear the last part of what Naruto said, walking towards the four that were about to go against him, with Naruto quickly having his bow and arrow out at the ready before anyone could catch him doing so, until Tsukasa opened his hand, allowing the group to see the stone pieces of someone's eye falling from it, this caused the group to gasp in horror, with Naruto's eyebrows narrowing in anger at what the teen before him had done, he was about to let the arrow fly when Taiju stepped in front of them, then charged at Tsukasa, but because of this Naruto doesn't have a clear shot, so with quickness, Naruto found a perfect means of shooting his arrow at Tsukasa, with Senku pulled out his own weapon, having a much clearer shot than Naruto.

Once Naruto's arrow rebounded off a few things, it went straight for Tsukasa, unfortunately, Tsukasa managed to dodge and catch both arrows, though Naruto's arrow caused Tsukasa's hand to have a slight graze, but he quickly tossed one of the arrows to the ground, while throwing Naruto's arrow back at him, catching Naruto's bow string, causing it to snap and gave a knee to Taiju's temple, though Taiju managed to block, it still sent him skidding backwards, but he still stayed standing up, though he had a slight bruise to his hand.

Seeing this action surprised Tsukasa, since no-one stayed standing after such a kick, suddenly Taiju began yelling at Tsukasa, begging him to stop destroying the statues by using himself as a punching bag, this caused a few reactions, Yuzuriha was confused about what's happening, Tsukasa couldn't make any heads or tails about what Taiju was saying, while Naruto was smirking slightly since it was Taiju, with Senku trying not to laugh at such in illogical idea.

That is until Tsukasa pointed out what would happen if Yuzuriha was killed by himself, this caused Taiju to jump in front of Yuzuriha in order to protect her, while at the same time, it caused Naruto to grab his two daggers from his back, holding them in a backhanded hold, with his face shifting to a more serious one.

But suddenly, a spurt of blood popped from Taiju's temple, showing that he was still effected by Tsukasa's kick, while Naruto's eye twitched at that he never took his eyes off of Tsukasa, "So, he's worried about Taiju, yet, he knows how dangerous I am so he doesn't take his eyes off me, it goes to show that Naruto might be a challenge to me if he decides to try and stop me." Tsukasa thought to himself since Naruto had the advantage of the terrain along with his speed and stealth, but he also doesn't want his friends to get hurt ether.

As it turned out, Naruto didn't need to do anything, since Senku told them that they need a few days for Taiju to heal, this in turn allowed Tsukasa to offer them an out, telling them to leave him be to continue his culling of the corrupt, though he looks towards Naruto, "My offer is always on the table Naruto, I could use someone with your skill to help me."

Naruto just smiles, "Sorry Tsukasa-san, but my answer is still the same, how can we kill people we believe are corrupted without being corrupted ourselves." Senku and the others were surprised by Naruto's words, since it shows just how much he's changed by being by himself for 6 years.

Senku just smiled, "Always one for being a spiritualist and optimistic at heart, ay Naruto, even to those that have a killer instinct."

Once that was finished, Tsukasa was gone, allowing the four to relax, for now at least, with Senku explaining how fast the arrows were moving, with Naruto's being a bit faster due to the iron bow, but it lost it speed by rebounding from different objects so it was still an amazing feat, though when Senku began kicking at the knocked out Taiju then Naruto began to worry, though Taiju soon stood up with a burst of energy, wanting to stop Tsukasa again, but Naruto got in his way, "Forget it Taiju, he's far too strong for any of you to handle."

Senku heard how Naruto worded what he said, "Oh, but you can, is what you're saying, right Naruto." This caused both Yuzuriha and Taiju to look towards Naruto in shock.

Though Naruto opened his eyes with a serious look, "It's a possibility, though something tells me that if me and Tsukasa go all out against each other, it would be a close draw." The three others eyes widen.

"W-Why would it be a close draw Naruto-kun!?" Yuzuriha asked what she and Taiju were wondering.

THough Senku was the one to answer, "It's simple, Naruto has spent over 6 years out here by himself, growing stronger each and everyday, making him possibly just as strong as Tsukasa, but the only problem is that Naruto has never fought another human before, so there's a 10 billion percent chance that nether of them could come out on top, which is why to stop a monster like Tsukasa, we're gonna advance civilisation by crafting weapons of science."

With that the quartet were in Senku's hut, with Senku smashing the pots on the ground and making everything a mess, where he explains that it'll be like a scene that they panicked, took some food and ran away, so once they all were packed, with Naruto leaving his pots behind since there was no reason for them.

While Naruto was upset at his bow string being cut, he knows for now to wait until he could find a replacement for it, so he ties it to his pack for safe keeping.

With Senku telling them that they'll be travelling to Hakone, allowing them to find the stuff for Senku's weapons of science, while they were travelling Yuzuriha was walking Next to Naruto, asking him about his outfit and equipment, where Naruto explains with a smile that they were made in memory of Legolas, causing the young girl to giggle since she knows even to this day that Naruto has always been a fan of the Elvish man, Naruto then explains to her that during the past six years he had managed to train himself to climb and shot just like Legolas, along with having heightened senses due to being by himself for so long, then Taiju began screaming his head of about how cool that was, causing Naruto to wince in slight pain, which Yuzuriha managed to calm Taiju down, with the loud boy apologising about it, which Naruto replied that there's no worries, since he had no doubt he'll do it again later, causing the group to laugh, along with Senku saying out loud, "Well he is a Big Oaf."

Soon they had reached a Buddha statue, since Senku tried to use a Sextent but it wasn't working right, as it turned out the Buddha statue was made of bronze so plant life couldn't grow, but this also told Yuzuriha that what the three boys was saying was true, that everyone she ever knew was petrified into stone statues, with Taiju trying to cheer her up, that is until Senku began chopping at the statue for materials while at the same time Taiju was trying to stop Senku from doing such a thing to the Buddha statue, this also caused Naruto and Yuzuriha to have puzzled looks, until they looked at each other and couldn't help but chuckle and giggle at what was happening, since it tells them that no matter what, Senku and Taiju will always be the same.

Night Time

Before they went to sleep they had something to eat, with Naruto surprising Yuzuriha that he could move so quickly up a tree without making a sound, but she saw his long blond hair resting against the tree, where he tells them that after 6 years, he's use to sleeping up a tree, since no predators would try and climb to get at him, but this caused the three on the ground relax a little since Naruto's senses were high enough to detect anything.

While Yuzuriha was sleeping, Taiju thought it would be ideal to stay awake in case of animal attacks as well or if Tsukasa finds them, but Senku explains to him that it was illogical since Naruto is far more adapt to such things, so it's best if Taiju sleeps as well, since Senku learnt that Naruto figured out how to conserve energy by sleeping very lightly, so Taiju stomping around wouldn't help Naruto in the slightest.

The Next Day

The quartet were making themselves up river, with Taiju pulling them on their makeshift raft, though he noticed that Yuzuriha's foot was still partly stone, so they used a little of the miracle fluid to help her out, showing that the de-petrification can heal some parts of the stone areas, but Senku explained that it's just cracks being filled in, which is why they still have cracks on their faces, with each one touching their own cracks, with Naruto touching his whisker-marks, since they were his birthmarks, but because of his petrification and breaking out they became his cracks, all the while Senku cracked his neck, which made Naruto narrow his eyes at, but Senku just smiled, telling him to leave it be for now.

Then to change the subject, Senku told them about the real rejuvenation water, making the three realise one thing, with Naruto saying out loud, "Of course, it has been over 3000+ years since with been in one, cause Hakone is home to many Hotsprings."

This caused the four to begin walking again, this time with excitement, once they reached one, with Senku asking them what the perfect weapon would be for Tsukasa, but Taiju ended up yelling smartphones, causing both Naruto and Senku to palm their faces at his narrow mindedness, telling them that they're gonna be making gunpowder, so while Senku went about bashing into a stone to gather sulphur in order to make gunpowder, the others went to their own little hotspring spots, though Naruto dragged his brother with him since he wanted Taiju and Yuzuriha to have some alone time to chat with each other.

Never knowing that Tsukasa already figured out what they were up to and what they were planning to do, will he make it in time to stop them, or will the four manage to create gunpowder to make guns in order to stop him, no one really knows, but let's get excited to find out next time.

Sorry if you think this is a long one, I just wanted to have Yuzuriha revived and the four friends to escape from Tsukasa, but it took two episodes for such a thing to happen so it took a while to write this out, but again I hope this gets the ball rolling for someone to make their own, or adopt this one, since there's a lot of possibilities with is crossover.

Also I figured out a way for Naruto to travel with Senku without alerting Tsukasa, by Naruto telling Taiju and Yuzuriha that he's gonna travel, since he can't be anywhere near Tsukasa right now after what he did to Senku, with Tsukasa agreeing since if Naruto was there, Tsukasa would believe there'd be a "power-struggle" between the two, since Naruto'll be angry at Tsukasa for "killing" Senku, Naruto would no doubt try to undermine Tsukasa's authority since Tsukasa would know Naruto has the same charisma and possibly the same strength as himself, at least that's what I'd think would happen.

I can also picture a few of the girls from the village fancying Naruto because of his strength and handsomeness, along with his outfit and hair.

I also forgot to mention that I can just picture Naruto's reaction to the "Foxtails Ramen" where he tries it, then throws it to the floor and smashing it to pieces while saying, "This is an insult to ramen everywhere." With Senku realising that Naruto still loved his ramen. lol
