Silence hurts you know, y'all really had nothing to say last chapter, no complaints, no suggestions, nothing!? That's hurtful and takes a LOT out of my motivation, but alas, here we are with another chapter (Thank Foxie3366). I hope to introduce more characters with abilities this and the following chapters, along with taking a look at our character's goals for the future.

Izuku's POV ~ Monday morning

It's been an entire weekend since I've saved Shinsou from his bullies, and since I knew where he lived, I hung out with him yesterday and I must say, he's a pretty cool guy that one. A glass half-empty is a description one might use on Shinsou, he's definitely not a cheerful guy, bit of a pessimist (likely from being bullied) but otherwise he's pretty cool, he definitely has cool quirks! "Brainwash" a quirk that puts his enemies under his control if they respond to ANYTHING he says, but are broken out of it if they're hit with a significant enough force, and "Light-Snow" which allows him to make it snow in a 10 meter radius (if he pushes himself, that radius will probably increase as he gets older and trains his powers more more) and make illusions that can distort one's perception of reality on the areas where he's made it snow, whichmakes for a terrifying combination, psychological quirks are rare after all much less two that are that strong, and with his illusions, he can goad and bait his enemies pretty easily to respond to his provocations y distorting his voice with his illusions, all in all, his quirks are frickin broken. When I introduced him to Kacchan (who seemed to have a lot going on in his mind), Kacchan just gave him a once over and shook his hand, then went back to brooding. I understand Shinsou's pain, I myself have been subjected to the bias of my peers, and it's only because of Ryunosuke-san and Atsushi-san and I myself changing that the bullying stopped, I only hope that I'll never encounter someone the way I encountered Shinsou again, and if I do, it's when I'm a hero.

I made my way to my new school as I thought up new ways to introduce myself to my new classmates, Shinsou told me that his bullies were pretty infamous among the school, and his classmates usually defended him and reported them to the teachers when they made fun of him, he had a few friends that have dual quirks similar to himself, and it was just an unfortunate coincidence that they got him walking home alone, and it was pretty lucky for him that I was going home after familiarizing myself with the new campus, now that I knew what the new school's like, I held my hopes up for my new school knowing that the students there were pretty decent people (at least from what Shinsou told me).

I like my new school uniform though, my former school's uniform was just a plain blue gown which made it pretty hard to discern genders, especially since most kids looked pretty androgynous, but my new school's uniform had a simple white button up polo and a Gray vest and had shorts and a tie for boys and skirts and a ribbon for girls, my uniform was modified to accommodate for my appearance, specifically my tail, but I wonder how it'll look on Kacchan? When I looked at our class placements, it seems that we weren't classmates anymore but I was classmates with Shinsou and his friends that we haven't met yet.

30 minutes later ~ Dagobah Kindergarten ~ Izuku's new classroom

I peeked through the gap of the door to see what was going on inside the room, it seems that the teacher was announcing several things to the class, I used my super-hearing to know what they were talking about.

"Alright kids, I have some news for you- "The teacher started,

"- first of all, Hitoshi-kun's parents have reported bullying by the usual instigators yet again, which is why they've been expelled, even though they're kids, they still repeated rule breakers after all, and this school absolutely doesn't tolerate that, kids or not- "

The teacher was interrupted when the students started cheering for the permanent absence of the obnoxious trouble-makers and congratulated Shinsou for having been rid of his and the other's bullies. The teacher lightly reprimanded the class for interrupting her, and went back to announcing some news.

"- now I warn all of you, the school won't hesitate to give punishment befitting of the offense made to ALL of its students, so behave. Onto some better news, we will be having a new member in this class, I know it seems odd for a new student to pop up this late in the school year but let's try to be welcoming, okay?"

The students seem to take the warning pretty seriously judging by how they quieted down, although the chatter started back up when they heard about a new student joining the class. I stiffened and stepped away the from the door and straightened myself when I heard the teacher approaching the door, I tried my best to look inconspicuous and act like I wasn't just eavesdropping on the whole class, I was stiff as a pencil when the teacher opened the door to beckon me inside, she just looked at me weirdly and motioned for me to come inside. I took a deep breath and started awkwardly marching towards the front of the room, the curious stares of my new classmates gave me anxiety, painfully reminding me of myself in the past, but when I saw Shinsou waving at me with a smile, I recovered enough confidence to introduce myself properly.

"M-My name is Izuku, Midoriya Izuku, I am 4 years old, m-my quirks are "Lunar Tiger" which lets me turn into a really strong white tiger, a-and "Rashomon" which lets me transform my clothes to a demonic black wolf head that can eat anything which I can control at will or summon a black trench-coat….. please treat me well!"

My classmates looked like they had a lot of questions to ask considering their star filled eyes, especially the girls, who were all looking at my ears and tails with fascination. My worries were all for nothing, I may have gained confidence and strength to stand up for myself, but I still have anxiety from time to time, I'm only human after all.

The classes went on like normal and it was generally peaceful, nobody really went up to me save for the occasional glance and whispers. I was really the centre of attention when it was P.E time though, I broke all the previous records that were set by really talented kids without even really using my quirk, even more so when I did use my quirks, the pointing and whispering were pretty awkward for me, but I managed. I saw Kacchan with the other class on P.E time, but he just looked at me before taking off the field with speeds that I haven't seen from him before. Abrupt chaos came when it became recess time, girls and boys approached me from all directions, all they asked general questions like my interests, hobbies and the like, questions about my quirks and some other inquiries that I really didn't have pay attention too, overall, it was a pretty interesting experience, in contrast to my previous school anyway. But my highlight of the day was when I met Shinsou's friends during our second break.

"Hey-hey-hey, you're the one that saved Shin-chan from the bullies, right?" a female voice asked out from behind, I turned around to meet my inquirer, only to come face to face with a pretty blue haired girl, a Sasuke look alike with elvish ears, and Tin-tin!?

"Yeah he did." Shinsou confirmed as he walked up to them. The blue-haired girl gained stars in her eyes as her smile grew even further. I got over my shock pretty quickly as the blue-haired girl bombarded me with questions.

"YOU ARE HIM! HOW DOES YOUR EARS QUIRK? DO YOU PURR LIKE A CAT? CAN YOU CONTROL YOUR TAIL? HOW DOES YOUR OTHER QUIRK WORK? HOW STRONG ARE YOU? HOW FAST ARE YOU? HOW TOUGH ARE YOU? CAN I PET YOUR EARS? CAN YOU TRANSFORM INTO A TIGER CUB? CAN YOU-*CHATTER-CHATTER-CHATTER-CHATTER-CHATTER" She asked so many questions that I just opted to ignore her, the Tin-tin looking guy now spoke up with an energy filled tone and a friendly smile,

"So, you're the one that saved Shinsou huh? You must have a lot of POWER to pull that off huh?" He finished while…. Posing? For some reason?

Elf-Sasuke was just staring at me for some reason, oh he's taking a deep breath, maybe he's gonna talk now or introduce himself? WOAH, he's glaring at me with the intensity of a thousand suns for some reason, is he sizing me up? While I was unnerved by the intensity of his gaze, he turned towards Tin-tin and whispered in a very timid voice (even more timid than my voice when I was still being bullied).

"M-Mirio, I-I can't do it, you talk to him..."

I never would've heard him if I didn't have enhanced senses, I chuckled at his shy demeanour and introduced myself.

"I'm Izuku, Midoriya Izuku, I'm in my first year of Kindergarten.", Miss blue-hair just seemed to ignore me as she came up with even more questions that may or may not be invasive in nature while Tin-tin was encouraging Elf-Sasuke (Tin-tin seemed like a good hype-man) to properly introduce himself. Shinsou sighed as his senpais were once again too distracted by their own quirky personalities to focus on a proper conversation, he tapped them on the shoulders and had them introduce themselves.

"AH, I forgot! My name is Nejire! Hado Nejire! You can call me Nejire-chan, Izu-chan! I'm in my first year of elementary school along with these two!" The now named Nejire announced with a happy and bubbly tone. Tin-tin went next.

"And I'm Mirio, Togata Mirio!" Mirio proclaimed. Elf-Sasuke stiffened as the other two finished their introductions, which meant it was his turn now. He kept looking at Mirio and Nejire, as if questioning them about what to do next. The glare with the pressure of the Mariana's trench returned as he introduces himself, "M-M-My n-n-name is…. Ta-Ta-Ta-Ta-Ta-Ta-Ta- "You can do it Tamaki!" *Exhale -My name is Ta-Tamaki, Amakiji Tamaki…" He finally finished, Nejire and Mirio congratulating him for his achievement, this guy…... his confidence issues are worse than mine in the past, aren't they? Poor guy…

We hung out for the rest of the period, the three senpais seemed to have a lot of free time anyways so we had ample time to get to know each other, Nejire was a very cute looking girl that'll no doubt grow to be a beauty in the future, she seemed to have a lot of interest in people with mutant quirks, or transformation quirks and usually ask them about their extra appendages and how it works or how it affects their everyday lives, she has a very powerful quirk called "Wave Motion" which lets her turn her vitality into energy that she releases as yellow spiral shockwaves, this probably explains why she's so hyper all the time, it's her body producing much more energy than a usual person as a way to counter her quirk's draining abilities.

Mirio was quite a character, he was bright, he was cheery, he had a habit of yelling "POWER" and he had a LOT of determination, and he, like Nejire, wants to be a hero in the future, but his quirk isn't as flashy nor as strong as hers though, but don't be fooled, his quirk has a lot off potential that requires training to unlock, "Permeation" might not seem all that strong, as it's only ability is to make Mirio phase through everything, which might seems strong at first glance, but it's side effects also inconveniences him, but I know that with practice, it'll be a quirk that'll let him save one million people.

Tamaki was a shy and timid boy, a shy and timid boy that has a lot of potential, mind you. His quirk's versatility is unmatched as his quirk "Manifest" allows him to take on the physical characteristics of the things he eats, and upon further investigation, he can even manifest quirks of people whose body parts he ingests, like when he manifested Mirio's quirk when he accidentally swallowed some of his best-friend's hair. He, with his heart of gold, wants to accompany his best-friend be the best hero they can be.

They seemed friendly enough, and I could tell that they cared a lot for each other, even Shinsou. They teased me by calling me the "Green Shinsou" as a jab to our similar hairstyles, and we all got a good laugh out of it. They apologized to Shinsou for not being there, but he didn't mind, he said that if they went too far, he'd use his quirks to defend himself, but I came to his rescue before he had the opportunity to. The rest of the day went about pretty smoothly as my classmates noticed me being buddies with the first graders, the three were actually pretty popular to their underclassmen as they were known for their unique personalities and quirks, and me fitting in right in with them also garnered me some popularity myself.

I've had a pretty first day so far, new friends, good classmates, nice teachers, I wasn't disappointed by the new school so far. Shinsou and the senpais were very nice, my new classmates were very accepting, and the teachers were unbiased and took the rules very seriously. The rules were pretty easy to follow but were also pretty easy to break, kind of like jaywalking, the use of quirks were only allowed during sports events like P.E, and using them for rough-housing and playing were strictly prohibited, especially to those whose quirks were pretty dangerous, like mine, those with relatively harmless quirks like changing the pigmentation of your skin or turning things as soft as a pillow were generally only reprimanded, it might seem biased but the school takes the safety of it students very seriously. I hope that Kacchan's also been having a pleasant day, he seemed very skittish when I saw him earlier for some reason, but he could handle himself.

Speak of the devil.

I heard footsteps rapidly closing in from behind me, a whiff of caramel and sweet camellias hit my nose as I quickly realized who was approaching from behind. "Hey Zuku!" a familiar voice called out, a smile crept up my face as I prepared to greet my best-friend, I turned around and froze at what I saw, I felt my jaw unhinging and my eyes almost popping out of their sockets. My mind came to a screeching halt as I realized the truth that I vehemently refused to accept the past few weeks, the look, the smell, the behaviour, now it all makes sense.

"H-Hey Zuku…..." Kacchan greeted with a light blush upon her face, she averted her eyes when our gazes met and put her hands behind her back as she fidgeted about. The ground must've looked VERY interesting as she just stared at it and kept glancing at me. So THAT'S the reason why she took off during P.E time… The P.E uniform of girls and boys were pretty much the same with a few minor differences that you wouldn't see at a first glance.

"S-So w-what do you think?" she asked as she struggled to make eye-contact.

*Deep Inhale. "Y-Y-Y-Y-You l-l-l-look n-n-n-nice…." I squeaked
