Mend1cant Bias: my mistake although in halo ce there is something similar, I also accept the failure.

TheOneWhoKnocks117: I understand your point, the formula you say from one world invades another is attractive and effective at the same time.

It is not something that is bad since it can be developed from good stories based on that but mostly it becomes a copy paste.

Take advantage that I have a little more free time in quarantine with this idea that occurred to me while playing and in the end I will see what happens.

Chapter 3:First contact

Ten minutes had passed since the chief lost sight of the Banshees, he might have tried to confront them, but perhaps that would mean being surrounded by more Covenant troops.

They had managed to lose their track in a small forest northeast of where they had crashed, it was lush enough to prevent the banshees from easily locating him.

After a few minutes he had stopped listening to the sound of these, they seemed to have forgotten about him for a few moments.

While checking the status of his weapons the Chief soon noticed that he was receiving a transmission.

"Here, Corporal Mendoza, Covenant soldiers are surrounding us, we need help!"

The soldier's voice was heard very desperately as the sound of the rifles was heard in the background.

"Cortana, where does the transmission come from?" asked the Chief

"It comes from the north, a few kilometers"

"I don't know if we will be on time" said the Chief as he started walking north.

Outside of those who had recovered from the Bumblebee and the dead soldiers, there was nothing but light weapons and a couple of grenades so if a Wrath was found or something similar it would have been somewhat difficult.

He also didn't have any vehicles to get there fast, finding a Warthog or a Mongoose would be a miracle practically, almost the entire team would be close to the Pillar Of Autumn.

And that was another matter, he needed to know where the Autumn had crashed, but first he needed to find as many survivors as he could before he got there.

All this added to the theme of the local population, it was incredible that there was life in this ring and much more intelligent life.

And that among the population there were humans making everything even weirder.

Again a distress transmission was received on his transmitter, he would have time to know what would happen to the humans of this world.

"Horrible but Fascinating"

It was with what Rory could describe the scene she had encountered east of Telta.

The uproar the locals had made in finding such a scene where the strange purple birds had landed and then left had impressed everyone.

No one could explain how those bodies had been killed, the wounds that made the body seem to have melted had left everyone without explanation at the same time that fear and prayers to the gods had intensified.

Maybe this was their doing and their anger at the behavior or maybe something else.

This was what Rory believed, as she walked through the empty cages and the murdered bodies of humans the doubts began, who could have done this and got away with it? What weapons could have caused these injuries? Because there were only bodies on one side and because the cages were empty? If they were slavers, where are the slaves?

Many questions and few answers, perhaps it was the work of those who came from the sky yesterday?

If these people were capable of doing this perhaps Emroy would be interested in meeting them, people capable of fighting this way and possibly also waging war that way.

It was something interesting and a doubt that she wanted to resolve, while this was happening, a strange purple bird was flying over the place, this same bird was flying at a great height, but it seemed that the smallest purple birds were going to that place.

"A hint?" she thought as the locals were terrified to see this, a herald of chaos for them, but perhaps the source of many answers for Rory.

But it was too high to get there, maybe she would need a Wyvern but if these people could do that maybe she would need something much better.

Maybe she should pay a visit to a "dear friend," she thought as she imagined what the experience of meeting these warriors would be like.

A devastated village as if it were nothing, was what Cato and his disciple Lelei had found.

"Was this the work of bandits?" Lelei asked as she watched the trail of death along with the foul odor of the corpses.

Cato had a face of total surprise, it was evident that he did not have a clear answer about what happened "Possibly, although at the moment there is no need for them to act like this"

From a distance that was his impression, but there was something that gave him a bad feeling, perhaps the answer was not so simple that they were just bandits.

He saw how his apprentice, that blue-haired girl began to get a little closer, the girl's curiosity was normal for him, but he believed that in these situations it was better to keep your distance.

"Better we shouldn't go Lelei" Cato replied with concern "Maybe this has to do with yesterday's meteors"

Yesterday's phenomenon had been very strange, similar things had happened before, but this seemed to be different, not even he with all his knowledge was sure of the nature of that event.

"Do you have any idea what that was?" she asked curiously

Cato flatly denied, no matter how much thought he gave to his head this was too strange, even the large object that seemed to fly over his world, it was all very confusing.

"There are many more questions than answers, my little Lelei, but I think it is better not to get involved in matters that possibly involve the gods, it is better to leave it in your hands" Cato commented as he tried to observe from a distance any clue that might give him any hint.

In addition, there was the matter of their supplies, the town where they could get something now practically did not exist and the nearest village was a couple of kilometers more.

As he thought about where he could go, a pair of horseless carriages and steel birds appeared near the town heading east.

There was a sense of surprise between them, were they dangerous or friendly? Both wondered, although when seeing the situation of the town perhaps the first option was the most feasible.

"Hands where I can see them"

A thick voice behind them spoke causing the two to freeze instantly, they tried to turn their faces away, but the man screamed again.

"Don't try anything my dear Gandalf fans, I've already seen that kind of movies"

They both didn't understand what the man was referring to, but his tone of voice was enough to obey them.

"Very well this is how I like it, feel lucky not to be a motherfucker giant blue lizard" said the unknown in a mocking tone.

"What do we do with them Sergeant?" another man asked

The man they called "Sergeant" laughed out loud, "Just the typical, a couple of questions."
