Chapter 7

Saisho looked at the much younger demon. "That is a complicated story. I'm not sure I am the one to tell share it. I have heard about you famous or in this case infamous temper amd this story will no doubt trigger said temper. Besides I beleive when talking about the past all ivolved needs to be present for that conversation. Do not give me that look you young welp most demons would be saying the sam thing th civilized one anyways. I can however tell you one of the things you have been wondering. Yoko Kurama and I were never lovers or matesthough we did have sex demons do not have the hang ups humans do about sex or what you would call one night stands or flings." Saisho was cut off by a cut to the jaw.

Yusuke shook and flexed his hand trying to get feeling back in it. "I hope you dont plan to try that crap now. Kurama is mine" Yusuke glared at Saisho. When Keiko got in betwen the 2 demons both backed down not wanting to accidently hurt the young human woman. "I'm doe playing Saisho if you don't tll me what I want to know you will have first hand expierence of what I can really do." Yusuke looked and sound oddly calm which was scary in it's own way.

Keiko looked nack and forth between the 2 demons she knew Yusuke was not bluffing. But at the same time she knew Yusuke would nt attack for no reason. He had grawn and matured a little he wasn't like he used to be at least not as bad. "Maybe we should go" she said but she wasn't talking to Yusuke she was talking to Saisho she took his arm "can you take me to see Yukina I can't wait to see the little ones." With that the two walked off eaving Yusuke to growl at the arm Saisho had offered.

Yusuke blinked "what the hell was that" he muttered slipping hi hands in his pockets. He knew Keiko was giving him time to cool off but he didn't think he needed it. He took a shaky rage filled breath and left making his way back to Kurama' mother's house he needed to talk to someone that was not involved in this emon mess but at the same time had a cnnection to them whether she knew i or not. Visiting his boyfriend's mother seemed like just what he needed even though they ha just see her earlier that day.

"You sure know how to push his buttons. I have only seen Kuwabara get hm to react like that" Keiko said as she released Saisho arm to enter the house not really understanding when the storm demon stayed outsdie. Inside she foubd Tukina resting and Kuwabara holding the twins. "Oh they are cute" she said after greeting her friends. She stayed for a little while but finally she had to leave so she culd get home at a remotely decent hour. "Oh you don't have to do that" Keiko said when Saisho offered to accompany her home.

"A lady and a human one at that should not be traveling alone especaily around here and a this time of night. Not all demons listen to the rukes about attacking or eating humans. You will be safter with me" Saisho was not taking no for an answer. Soon the two were walking along the forest path. Saisho tried not to grin at how close the human was keeping to him. "So why is marrige no long in your near future well possibly not" the storm demon asked as they walked.

"After what that man said to Yusuke and how he treated him I do not think he is ready to be married" Keiko sighed. "Before you ask no I am not in love with Yusuke. I do love him but over the years it has become a family type of love. I have seen him suffer a lot and he has every right to be happy. When he talks about Kurama I think he finally is just that" the human girl jumped a little when a twig snapped but being with Saisho made her feel safe even though they just met. "So why are you still hanging around after telling Kurama about Hiei" Keiko asked.

"Sorry but I can not tell you that" Saisho said wrapping an arm around the young woman's waist pulling her out of the way of a falling tree limb. He frowned not sure if they were being fallowed or if it had just been a weak branch.

In demon world Kurama had jut arived at the location of his main den. He could tell something or some one was most certinly staying there. His traps had been had been activated some had even been changed or upgraded. As the fox thought about the bet way to approach things he heard the screas of two demons that he had watched try to enter the den as flames covered the bodies. "Clever dragon" Kurama saod as he slpped past the first few traps and the still smoldering bodies. He was almost to the entrence when he had an idea he took a breah and allowed a net to wrap arpund him scooping him up ino the air so he was level with the dor to the actual den. As he swung gental back and forth in the air in the net he heard the click of Hiei;s boots a sound he knew all to well."Now dragon if you set me on fire my plants will have no chose but to eat you something you have always feared. It is why you prefer e as a partner and not an enimy." Kurama could not help the laugh that burst threw his thraot at the look on Hiei's face.

"Simce when do you get caught in your own trapps" the fire demon said. He had grown finally so he was not nearly as short as he had been when last they saw eachother. Hiei cut the counter whight so the net Kurama and all would fall to the ground. Soon the two demons stood facing one another. "Hello fox" Hiei said as looked at Kurama "why are you here" he asked but that answer would have to wait as a high pitched shrill cry echoed threw the large den it echoed off the walls. Hiei took off running and scooped up the budle. "Oh don't look so shocked fox you know what I am and whike I did not get a kit from mt mither I got the ne trait of her people few people would want. "I'm 100 ears old now so is Yukina she must have ad her first child by now" Hiei paused at the smirk Kurama gave him. "What he asked getting bad feeling.

"Yes Hiei you are an uncle now to twins one boy and one girl. She is happy and yes Kuwabara is the father. But I am more concerned about you rigt now Saisho came to tell me you are in danger yes that Saisho. So Dragon please tell me how I can help tell me what to do."
