Hey guys Vri this side. This is my second attempt to a one-shot so hope you all like it. It is something me, my sister and my dad are constantly facing due to this lockdown.

Now without further ado let's begin :)

It was a sunny afternoon at the capital city Tokyo, the soft wind was blowing from the west and flowers on the side path were dancing out of happiness. The cherry trees had already started blooming, it was a perfect time to pack some snacks, sit under the cherry tree and have a nice picnic with your friends and family but what do you see! Everyone is hiding in their houses like scared little rodents. Ugh, this coronavirus was messing up with everyone's life.

Just like every other household in Tokyo, even the Granger's dojo was full packed with the Bladebreakers and the Grandpa. Kai was upset enough due to the fact he was stuck with a group of dumbasses he called his 'team' but things worsen when he realised that he won't be able to meet the love of his life, Hilary, for a good few weeks.

"Ugh, I am so over it! I am leaving" Yelled a certain sixteen-year-old blunette

"Hey where are you going Tys, and what's up with this suitcase?" Said a certain American teen who raised his head from the bey-magazine he was reading to get a better look of his friend

"I am so done with it, Max! I mean I just can't sit still anymore! Ten days, it has been ten days since we have left this pace. If I stay even a second more here I'll certainly die of suffocation here" Whined the Japanese

"Try to understand Tyson"

"No! I wanna go! I wanna go!"

"Oh shut up Tyson, all of us are trying to still OK! You don't understand all of us are facing that difficulty k?! I haven't touched Dizzy from the past ten days because I'm stuck here and what about Max, Ray and Kai huh! Those poor boys haven't seen the love of their lives, Mariam, Mariah and Hilary since so long! (that awarded Kenny with a slap from Kai "Ouch" yelled Kenny) Have you ever thought about anyone else except you huh! Now speak, speak, why are you all shut now, c'mon whine and complain" scolded the short Japanese. No one ever expected that from Kenny

"Ok I get it Kenny, thank for the lecture" Pouted Tyson

Later That Day, After Dinner

Everyone had finished their dinner, the bladebreakers stood up from their seats and made their way to the living room and played a random movie that was being shown on a random channel

"Ugh, now that homegirl is not here, no one is willing to help with the dishes huh! I get it, boys, that was all play. In front of Hilary act all kind and chivalrous, and behind her back show your true self, be all lazy and useless" Yelled Riu from the kitchen

"Oh quit it, grandpa, we're not able to listen properly" Yelled Tyson

'I have to do something of these lazy assess' thought Riu while washing the dishes

NEXT MORNING, 6:30 AM

"Wake up boys, look the sun is shining brightly, the birds are chirping. Look the sky so bright, it's calling you lads wake up" Chirped Grandpa Granger

"Ugh, Grandpa let me sleep" Said Tyson in a sleepy voice

"Oh, so you won't be listening to me like that huh! Fine I have to use plan B now" Said Grandpa while beating a pot with a serving spoon

"Ugh! Ok fine we're up" Yelled Tyson standing up from his mattress

"Huh! Good Morning Grandpa, what's the time" Said Max, half-asleep

"The time, it's 6:35 am boys, now brush your teeth and come to the garden"

"Oh god. It's only 6:30 grandpa! Call me when it's 9" Yawned Tyson

"I said no Tyson, now come to the garden" Glared Grandpa

IN THE GARDEN 15 MINUTES LATER

"Hello, Grandpa. good morning so what was the need to get us in the garden at this hour of the day?" Asked Rei

"Oh hello, Rei! Let everyone come and I'll let you know" Said the old man (Riu: Hey who the heck are you calling an old man huh!)

"So Grandpa we're all here, now tell us what was the extremely important thing you were dying to tell us/show us for which you couldn't wait for an hour or two more?" Asked Tyson

"Well, ya know due to this COVID-19 you all won be able to go to the beach and practice, and if this lockdown extends further then ya all will grow fat and fat" "So to make sure that this doesn't happen y'all will be doing some household chores to stay in shape" Explained young Mr Granger (Riu: Ya that's a whole lot better Vri)

"C'mon grandpa we're in the best shapes of our lives, what can possibly go wrong" Whined Max

"Oh, really Maxy! Sitting in front of the TV and continuously gobbling snacks ain't gonna help. And I won't be hearing 'no' as an answer" Said, Grandpa

"Ugh, K fine! So what do we have to do" Asked Tyson

"Ha! Now that's the spirit boys. I've made the list. I'll be in the garden with my bonsais " Said Riu, handling a piece of folded paper to his Grandson

Kai- Cleaning mattress, changing sheets of all the mattresses and folding dried laundry

Tyson- Cleaning the storeroom, dusting and cleaning the kendo sticks and cleaning all used socks with hand

Max- Washing clothes, putting them on the clothesline and brooming

Ray- Washing the dishes, drying the dishes, cleaning the shelves and filling the boxes with required ingredients

Everyone was shocked by seeing the assigned chores. " Hey, Rei wanna trade" Asked Tyson "So that I get to clean all the dirty and smelly socks? No thanks!"Said Rei

A COUPLE OF HOURS AFTER SCRUBBING, WASHING AND DRYING NEARLY EVERYTHING THAT CAME IN THEIR SIGHT

It was nearly four pm. Jeez m those boys have been scrubbing and cleaning from the past ten hours and there were still so many things left undone. It was allready seven when they finished up. They were really tired, none of them had any energy left, they were all drained out. Grandpa on the other hand were quite happy to see those boys doing household chores.

They plopped on the couch and fell asleep at once.

Hilary video called them on Kai phone via WhatsApp later that night. It was grandpa who picked up the phone.

"Ah, Hello homegirl. Guess who did all of the house chores today?" Grandpa asked

"Well with the excitement you're saying it with makes me think a little. So let me guess spiderman?!" Hilary replied sheepishly

"Ah you're a funny little bird but no, Spiderman has New York to save he can't all the way here just to clean. I wonder if spiderman is having work from home too" Said, Grandpa. That made Hil laugh awkwardly.

"Well with everyone in their homes I do not think that he has to save anyone unless Doctor Octopus troubles anyone at their houses" Replied Hilary

"Well, where are the boys?"

"Oh, they are sleeping"

"What it's not even 8"

"Well after cleaning up all they got a little tired"

"Wait, what! They cleaned. That is IMPOSSIBLE"

"Hehehe, wanna see them," asked Grandpa raising one of his eyebrows

"Yeah, why not! I'll take a screenshot and post it on insta" She said

"Don't" Mr G warned

"Just Kidding Gramps, I won't"

Grandpa tilted the phone so that the brunette could get a better image of the boys

"Awww... They look so cute!" Hilary said capturing a screenshot. The boys really looked very cute

"I love you Hilary" Mumbled Kai in his sleep. This made Hilary blush like a tomato, Grandpa let out a small laugh too

"I guess my mom's calling me. I will talk to them later bye!"

Well hello there, didn't get a chance to properly talk to you guys in a while. So how are y'all? Hope you are safe. This fic is a work of entertainment and here sitting on my desk, in my room, I Anime-junkie23 am not trying to make a joke of this lockdown or quarantine or another thing for that matter. All the countries in the whole god damn world are trying to protect their citizens and are doing what is best for them, and I totally support. Hope you all enjoyed reading as much as I enjoyed writing it. Ya know I am such a lazy person and I don't like doing this household chores and due to this COVID-19, all 3 maids in our house are on leave and we have to do everything by ourselves, it is literally crazy!
