Adrien just wanted Gabriel to be happy. That there's life tho Emilie is physically gone. Or at least that's what the young Agreste Jr had believed. Never would he have thought right after his aunt Ameile and cousin Felix left, that Gabriel drop this truth bomb on his head.

"It is a heavy burden to know, Adrien sleep on it."

He had practically ordered once Adrien could breath normally again. On autopilot getting to his two floor room feeling disembodied. Adrien's zombie like mind looks out his forever open window, off handedly tosses Plagg some camembert. Acid green cat eyes glance down at hiss favorite food in hiss tiny paws, than drift up towards hiss broken (mew-ore by the second) distressed Kitten.

'Sleep on it he says... He's... He can't be... He's not THAT monstrous-'

"Adrien, you need this more than me. Please eat it." Plagg's concerned voice breaks Adrien's thoughts. Said Kitten can hear the badly suppressed anger in the God of Destruction's voice. All Adrien can figure it's NOT actually placed on him, but on his Father. Once Adrien opens his eyes he realizes he's sitting on the floor his back against the window.

"I'm... I'm sorry Plagg." He voice cracks using his right hand to puck the stinky cheese from Plagg. Both sets of green eyes look towards the sliver ring resting were it always has, since they met. They turn to one another...

"No Plagg," Adrien starts slowly raising from his unknown sitting position. Looks over his shoulder his mind coming back to full focus. Staring at the descending ebony night sky. Adrien smiles genuinely since the news.

"The answer is clear to me." Adrien vowed fists clenched determinedly. Plagg crosses hiss arms flying close to Adrien as the boy breaks a larger piece off the camembert tossing it to him. He watches Adrien suck up his pride hold his nose and eats the smaller piece. He lays on his back foregoing anything else trying to get some minor sleep. Plagg com-furtably curls up into Adrien's blond mop of hair.

Widen shocked emerald green eyes stare cross his room into approaching pale blue ones first thing that very morning. Gabriel of course appearing unfazed by his son's lack of sleeplessness.

Plagg (whom didn't have time to warn Adrien befur paw) twitches in murderous fury hidden unseen behind Adrien's back. Gabriel elegant as ever crosses the room placing a firm hand on Adrien's trembling shoulder. Agrestes lock eyes once more before Adrien turns his face away in shame, pain and anger.

"Adrien, did you sleep well?"

The flat question spoken as Gabriel removes his hand. Adrien thankful he did. Adrien knows he really meant "Your answer now." Taking a deep breath. Emerald green eyes open, a frown plays on his lips as he faces Gabriel.

"Somewhat." That word choked out dryly and pain displayed.

"My answer father," stretches out the last word with venom dripping, just feeling his own anger mix with Plagg's poorly hidden own. "I'll do it. The condition, you don't control my mind, as all the others you had."

Gabriel nods let's a small grin play on his face. He moves away from Adrien, calls for Nooroo to appear. The tiny purple butterfly like Kwami nods towards Adrien. A broken smile is shown, Adrien's heart breaks at the sight of what he assumes is Plagg's little brother enslaved as he himself once felt by Gabriel.

"Nooroo, Dark Wings Raise" Gabriel proclaims as Nooroo is forced into the brooch he reveals. Bright purple light cocoons Gabriel, he doesn't see Plagg move from behind Adrien to bury himself in hiss Kitten's blond hair looking more like Cat Noir than perfect Agreste Jr.

As the purple light fades Hawkmoth stands tall and superior. A sinster grin on his face. Tapping his cane to the floor. Opens the top of it's compartment to reveal an awaiting currupted akuma butterfly.

"I'm proud of you son. You're choicing right."

Hawkmoth states matter-a-factly smiling at Adrien. He feels chills down his spine, he tries to suppress them. 'Waited so long to hear him say that. It's all for his twisted wrong reasons.'

Adrien thinks glaring at the akuma, he glances up at Hawkmoth's face, "Fly away my perfect little akuma," He's voice is smooth scary alluring. "And evilize my perfect son..." He contunes glancing down at Adrien.

'There's that word again PERFECT. When will he realize I'm not? Does he really believe this can continue? How far has he gone down this dark crazy path for power?'

Thoughts rushing and racing through his head. He can hear Plagg sneakier and truly shake with anticipation. The akuma flies towards Adrien, he takes a deep breath stares the akuma down. It continues to flutter closer, he side glances a grinning Hawkmoth.

"On second thought, thiss cat can't be tamed..." Adrien punned, giving hiss Cat Noir smirk at Hawkmoth's now suprised confused face. Adrien side leaps off his bed, with a "Plagg Claws Out" (Plagg fur once thrilled to tranform) with the bright green flash of light. Cat Noir lands cat crunched staring at hiss enemy.

"... Not ever again, Cataclysm!" The dark destructive power engulfs hiss right paw. "Wait noooo!" Hawkmoth shouts. It's hit on deaf ears Cat Noir clenches the akuma in hiss paw it turns to ash. Ice steel blue eyes behind that familiar sliver mask looks forsaken and now "royally" pissed off Cat Noir CAN'T help but feel satisfied through it all.

"Huh I always knew you could be cruel, but thissss..." Cat hisses mocking, a smirk in place yet hiss cat green eyes shine with spiteful pain. Hawkmoth's shocked face voice holds a calm hurt demeanor.

Furist Beep of the ring chimes...

"Adrien, with your help we can have Emilie back. Bring her back to us, using yours and Ladybug's miraculous. It could as it was before. It's what we all want. A better life than this... together son..." He lamely tries to reason, coming out as a lecture, the Black Cat can do nothing but laugh bitterly.

Cat Noir twrils his sliver baton a cold look in hiss eyes. "Better? That's hiss-terical coming fur-om you." He leans against hiss baton. "My punniness aside fur now, it's what YOU want. It's always about following your orders, your whims. The cat's out bag now Hawkmoth, I'M. NOT. YOUR. PUPPET. ANYMORE!"

Second Beep chimes...

Cat Noir runs leaping towards hiss open window, swings his cane to stop him. Cat uses the momentum of the swing like a min spring a dodges the whack.

Doesn't look back as he speaks. "You have controlled and belittled me as Adrien Agreste and Cat Noir, you have terrorized all of Paris," Cat Noir snarls looking over his shoulder.

"YOU HAVE AKUMATIZIED PEOPLE I CARE ABOUT! Nino whom is more like family to me,, my girlfriend Kagami, even Cholé and so many more. I WILL NEVER LET YOU TAKE MY MIRACULOUS!" He glares square into Hawkmoth's dejected and furious face. Before he opens hiss meowth his enemy does.

"Adrien... you disobedient ignorant child. I'm doing all of this for US!"

Third Beep chimes...

"YOUR A SELFISH MONSTER! If you really desired what I did you realize, all I wanted was my father's approval. For YOUR happiness, let me take a wild guess here... Nathalie is Mayura correct?! She loves you more than you understand!" Cat Noir shouts so hurt thinking of Nathalie's unrequited love and her betrayal to him.

"Mother would hate you for everything you have done." Cat Noir glares so harshly hiss cat eyes look feral. "We are done Gabriel, next time we met your handing Ladybug your miraculous." Cat Noir leaps quickly out the window. The ordered shout of "ADRIEN COME BACK HERE!" goes through deaf cat/human ears. As the bright blue sky is the opposite of thiss uasully optimistic feline. He keeps on leaping and climbing far far away from hiss long time prison...

If anyone is confused, it's based on the scene were Warren refuses to take "The Cure". Could be interpreted as the after ending of Miraculous episode: "Felix".
