Oh uh hey there guys...

Bagel's back rewriting Forever Linked! For some reason, it stuck with me and I got really disappointed in myself for never finishing it and just leaving it in the state it was in. A college buddy of mine convinced me to give a shot at reimaging it!

If you remember the old story, and liked that one, don't worry! I'm trying my best to keep a lot of what I had in this new story, in spirit. References will be made, but I did change up a bunch of things. The order, the roster of Links, the disordered chaos is now organized with a proper story and character traits, as well as completely scrapping the big bad I had before. Now the story is based on history and the Links' connection to each other. I promise this one is better.

It now has the added benefit of containing my current humor. It's still bad, but better than 8th and 9th grade me. I'd say 19 year old me as a better shot at this lol.

If you know me for my updates, it will be spacey oop due to college and stuff, but I am determined to do this this time.

Anyway, though, please please enjoy!

Usually, the realities of one's whole world is an unchanging force. It upholds the order of time, laws of nature, and physicalities that make up the world on a day to day basis. Those are not supposed to change, they are what makes the world what it is. If that makes sense.

Now, if that did make sense, then the next part will not. What if those upholding forces were to shatter? Well, nothing good at least, so um, world failure maybe? Awesome.

It is entirely within reason that ones living in the world they were born into does not know about the forces that withhold it. So, naturally, it was worshipped, and soon it became a simple legend, myth, or old story that gots loosely passed around generation to generation. Never exactly told the same way, but close enough.

What is really being said here is that the omnipotent force upholding this particular world's timelines, appropriately called "Force," exploded. Not fun. The shattering of Force upheaved time itself, blurring lines between the centuries, particularly the timelines that contain the great prophecy, as those were the times of most importance to the world. The Great Cycle.

Periods of times that the forces of Power Wisdom and Courage were present in conflict.

Due to negligence and lack of faith, the Force has wavered. Now it's cracked and faded.

Time and Space exploded as a result and timelines are converging and its probably going to blow up everything if it isn't stopped, and it's not good. Everyone will die and history will no more.

Rebirth isn't an option this time either.
